  • Is it true that explosion is %80 genetics I had a coach tell me the reason why my lifts weren’t progressing was because my genetics didnt allow for it

  • No, he’s not…and your juvenile, moronic title post just lost you a subscriber…

Don’t even imagine that you know everyone who might be viewing your video…because, obviously, you don’t.

  • I think this is cool and all but how about something more practical like robotic farm labor. Make one that can pick strawberrys 24/7 rain or shine. Then I’d be impressed. You would solve the immigration and hunger problems that cause the wars you would fight with this guy.

  • not really at all. compared to average guys yes theyre built like goddamn tanks. they still dont carry that much muscle mass though, its just incredible how strong they are with what they work with

  • The problem with American weightlifters, is that none of them take performance enhancing drugs. GET ON TH JUICE IF YOU WANT MEDALS EVERYONE ELSE DOES. Also you’ll look better haha

  • yep. even i was very sad since i workout well for abs but nothing was coming. Between I saw an interview with body building champion where he talks about 7 odd foods he eats to keep his abs hard. check it out here: bit.ly/ZfdkDi?=xfeql

  • He’s naturally impressive but I think a lot of his talent is being wasted with powerlifting when he should be strength training this f**** dude would look like Hercules in no time

  • There’s no way that’s real. That would have to be self-aware robot which would ultimately most likely destroy humans because humans are there largest threat

  • Pyrros is a legend back in Greece. USA weightlifting federation is very fortune for having him. Good luck Pyrro we will support you as we always did.

  • Clarence Kennedy is even worse. The lifter who can clean and press 475, and snatch like 350. Just shy of his 800 deadlift. HA> such liars. And should you do the “snatch?” Um, no. This movement is not biomechanically correct has less athletic carry over than other compounds and is really just sort of a gimmick.

  • That’s f**king ridiculous!!! Some people can’t even deadlift that and he’s lifting it over his f**king head!! Utterly ridiculous motivation right here…what the f**k are you…are you even human. I’m getting back to lifting today after seeing this!

  • I love watching this again every so often. I remember when this was uploaded. “Donnys so big and I’m not” lol shit has me weak every time. Shankle was so awesome to watch back then.

  • Why they hurt the robot his a being too and if they hurt him he will be a deviant xD and we die then we need connor to save us bruh

  • Olympic lifts are all about technique. Its impressive to watch. It would even be more impressive to see someone with literally no technique lift the same as an Olympic champion through sheer muscle rather than technique.

  • muscle doesn’t always equate strength. There are tons of bodybuilders out there who are much larger but could never out lift these guys. oly training isn’t hypertrophy based, though jon is pretty damn muscular from all his vids I’ve seen.

  • Seen him before..like how he pyramids up… Gets the nerves firing… Like how he wraps his knees just right.. gotta go trn now…good video

  • Breaking news: Robot firing warning shots at humans after being severely beaten and threatened to be killed if he does not agree to shoot a defenseless other robot. We must now be fair and balanced and send an entire army after him. Fair and balanced as our lord Gaben said to random crits

  • Pyrros is the best model to advertise caffein nad kilos with his cup in hand all the time hahaahah by the way im greek we all did the same thing.. always a mini table near platform with cups of coffee hahaahah frappe
