  • I did three Chloe Ting programs before even thinking about attempting Pamela. Day 2 of her “week 1” schedule and I am DYING! I can’t even imagine trying this without doing Chloe first lol

  • I just want to say I’m so happy that I’m getting into shape! I’ve done 2 challenges from Chloe since the start of July, and with a bit of a healthier diet I’ve shaved off almost 7kg! Skirts that I wasn’t able to fit into at the start of the summer are now comfortable to wear. This is my third challenge and I’m so hyped! It’s amazing how far consistent exercise and a healthier diet can get you. And I still can reach for the occasional muffin or take out with the friend without having to worry!
    So for anyone who is second guessing themselveskeep going!! You can do this!!! At first I wasn’t able to do an up and down plank, and now I’m starting to workout with weights! Be patient and enjoy the journey:D

    I did this workout now 2 times. And and my back hurt both times after I did the workout. I think it’s because og the ‘staggered deathlift’ ( 9:04). I use weights of 2 kg, because I feel not much with 1 kg. I have experience with workouts, but not with weights Does anyone know what I do wrong?

  • I love that you can custom make your own workouts using these videos! I usually try to focus on working different areas of my whole body at once, rather than focus on one area for a few weeks, so I made up my own plan of different workouts so that it did everything, and I’ve lost 13.5inches all over my body in a month!! ��

  • Took me two months to complete a 26 day challenge. Not my proudest moment, but at least I got there!!! The hardest part is the excuses I make or the things I get distracted by. I’ve become lazy and unmotivated. But seeing a lot of people reaching their goals got me back up again! That and prayer! Prayer works wonders.

  • I’m a petite girl and every set of resistance bands I buy are always too big! Can anyone reccomend any bands that are smaller (more like 12 inch rather than 15?). I don’t have Chloe’s ones but mine always seem to fall really big around my knees and don’t stay tight to my legs in all the moves (especially when knees are closer together like in donkey kickbacks).

  • This is wonderful!!! My powerlifiting boyfriend made me do hip thrusts with 60 kg bar…! Now I am away and miss my workouts and my only equipment is a heavy resistance band and 2 x 3 kg dumbbells, I absolutely love Bulgarian split squats and never tried them before with a dumbbell, this was goooooooood:)
