Instead, make tiny, incremental adjustments until they are part of your.
Goals can help set our direction, but our systems are what ensures that we continue to keep up our habits. This is exactly why mornings are such a big deal. The whole morning period is a container for a system that allows us to get a lot done, have some “me-time”, and feel good about how we start our day. How to Turn Goals Into Habits It’s a pretty simple process, but let’s go over it step-by-step: 1. Your goal should be written out very clearly. The better you can visualize your goal, the easier this will be.
