Top 3 Gym Chains in America | Why LA Fitness is Tops | Tiger Fitness

Marc Lobliner and Steve Shaw review the top 3 gym chains in America including Gold’s Gym, 24 Hour Fitness and LA Fitness. 5 BEST Gyms For Beginners Duration: 11:06. Team Solution 36,450 views. LA Fitness hours: It’s rare to find a 24 hour LA Fitness, but most branches have pretty late and early hours.

Most often, these gyms open up around 5am and close at 10 or 11pm most week nights, and may have slightly abbreviated weekend hours. Check your local branch to see for sure. Gold’s Gym hours: Surprise! Hours are Gold’s vary.

Franchise gyms like LA Fitness and Gold’s aren’t going away anytime soon. Even the much-maligned Planet Fitness has 10 million active members in 1,300 locations, and anticipates even faster growth over the next decade. Those fast-growing boutique gyms have one thing in common with traditional health clubs: They offer a predictable product. My first pick would be LA Fitness. 24 Hour Fitness tends to be poorly maintained and not adhere to planned cleaning.

Gold’s gym quality tends to vary depending on the franchise owner. I have seen some the quality of Gold’s gym vary from fair to ex. Some of the biggest raves I heard from readers and fitness experts were for local gym chains—EOS in San Diego, Club Fitness in St. Louis, Fitness Formula Clubs in Chicago, the Bay Club in L.A.

24 Hour Fitness, San Ramon, California, has sold its 19 clubs in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and Oklahoma to Genesis Health Clubs, Wichita, Kansas, for an undisclosed amount. The changeover will be effective on June 15, according to Frank Napolitano, president of 24 Hour Fitness. Rodney Steven, owner of Genesis Health Clubs, told Club Industry that after the transaction closed with 24 Hour. 24 Hour Fitness is the perfect gym for people who want it all: the best fitness classes, premium gym amenities and much more.

Try a 24 Hour Fitness gym near you. Specifically, gym and fitness franchises in the United States account for a $4 billion annual revenue dollar slice of the overall Gym, Health and Fitness Clubs industry pie, which is estimated at $34 billion. Industry leaders include Anytime Fitness, Snap Fitness, Planet Fitness, Gold’s Gym, and Orangetheory Fitness.

Snap Fitness proudly supports our troops as well as those who have previously served. With such attributes as leadership, teamwork, and a strong sense of community, we feel that veterans make ideal candidates for future franchisees. For veterans wishing to join the Snap Fitness family, we offer a discount of $5000 to invest in your own gym.

24 Hour Fitness Permanently Closes 18 Gyms Across LA, OC; Files For Bankruptcy June 15, 2020 at 8:56 am Filed Under: 24 Hour Fitness, 24 Hour Fitness bankruptcy, 24 Hour Fitness closes gyms.

  • have you ever heard of mountain fitness?I live in Arizona really sucks not a whole heck of a lot to do!! they just opened up a orange theory we also have knock out as well the 24 hour, but like you said it varies on the hours and to drive about 40 minutes there Who really wants to go that far just to work out and find out they may be closed Or they change their hours I’m pretty sure on the other side of Phoenix there’s a lot more to choose from that would be more of a mission just to go work out ️‍♀️LOL so I guess between the three we also have LA fitness but it’s further than 24 I told you this place sucks!!which would be your first pick & Second?? orange theory knock out or mountain fitness have you tried oxygen I don’t think it was meant for women what kind of supplements do you recommend for females? what about the shakes that have hemp oil?? I’d really appreciate if y’all give me a reply y’all have a great workout

  • I am worried about commercial gyms too. The serect to their success is to gain as many members as possible and hope they don’t show up. The new normal will bring many unwanted changes.

  • And if you look at all of their old commercials on YouTube, LA Fitness has a rich history; they were first a series of gym chains that were scattered all over the country and using the same “body” logo (President’s Health Clubs, Chicago Health Clubs, Holiday Spa Health Clubs, Pacific West Health Clubs, Vic Tanny, and Jack LaLanne Health Clubs) before most of them were absorbed into Bally Total Fitness.

  • Did you have problem cancelling your membership at planet and la? I heard sometimes when you cancel they keep taking money out of your checking

  • I am a senior citizen l love gold gym they take silver sneaker at no cost to seniors if your pertecalor insurance carrier provides it l only regret is they have no pool, whirl pool,or sauna great great place to train

  • Yes you’re right, Why workout in Gym when you cannot workout the way you want it, since You tube is Free I might as well use that. Thanks for Sharing.

  • I’ve had memberships at LA Fitness, 24 Hr Fitness, Chuze Fitness.
I visited Planet Fitness, Golds Gym, and my garage.
My ratings are as follows: Chuze Fitness B+, 24 Hous C-, LA Fitness D.
My criteria (not necessarily in any order) are as follows:
Membership Cost, Cleanliness, Staff, Personal Goals, Locker Room,
Availability of Machines, Crowd, Hours of Operations, Location, Safety, Parking, Management.
There are pros and cons in each gym. Your overall experiences
may differ due to location, management, and personal goals.

  • For the past week I’ve been training in the forest with logs, running, rocks, longs branches and push on small bridges and honestly I’ve been gaining muscle mass but the worst part are mosquitos

  • Do you guys have Goodlife Fitness in the states? Up here in Canada it’s pretty big. I have trained at most of the biggest gyms and Goodlife is my favourite gym. It’s clean, nice staff, and well maintained.

  • The reason why LA Fitness is tops is because to me, they’re the anti-Planet Fitness: their gyms are all original (not converted supermarkets), no annoying signage all around, no “lunk alarm”, juice bars with protein shakes and other healthy snacks, and best of all… NO PIZZA OR BAGELS ON THE FIRST OF THE MONTH!!!!

  • I jump rope, bike, kayak, hike, pull ups pushups, yoga, all without a gym and I loved going to the gym. We have adjusted our lives to this new norm. I will let others head to the gym first… no thanks

  • Yeah. LA Fitness at my location recently is trying to save electricity cost. They turn off the sauna a few hours before closing time.

  • commercial gyms have massive margins and they have large capital reserves, please define your economic evidence that gyms are dead and that home gym are the future? I don’t see why people who willingly pay for a gym would say screw the gym with all its equipment and let me workout at home. Can you workout at home? Yes. Is it the same as a gym? No. Hence the gym has a USP you probably can’t afford to create for yourself hence why they exist and won’t go out of business… do some research. 87% of gym members in the UK say they are returning to the gym. 27% of non-gym members want a gym membership when they open so they can work on their health.

  • I’ve been to different gyms and never have I ever gotten into shape so quickly until I started going to L.A. fitness. THE MACHINES ARE BAD ASS. Love it.

  • This will only be temporary, probably until we have the vaccine ready. But honestly it’s not worth your time or money to be a member of a gym with rules likes that. Home gym is the way to go until then.

  • I was literally told last week at a 24 hour fitness that I could not practice my bodybuilding posing with my shirt off in a room that was not being used prepping for my show this last weekend. What is the fitness industry coming to? I’m gonna do a video on it.

  • Theres always someone who gonna complain for something, when I go I dont even need anyone to say welcome or hello I go do my thing and leave.

  • I think golds gym at least in regards to consistency and reliability is different now, they let you go to all locations now. Reason why I got mine!

  • I drove past a lifetime ( this massive building) and an exsport, export, xport? that one. your views about those gyms? I tried to search for the vid but couldnt find one.

  • Gyms are not going anywhere. The way they are handling the safety of their members to me is comforting. Everyone needs to adjust and the adjustments are justifiable. Now if you dont wanna go to your gym that’s your problem.

  • Nice video this was so interesting, also question for a Q&A if you ever do one, do you ever work out while high? I do it and it really makes me amazing idk maybe it’s just me

  • You guys are just advertising LA gym, it can’t be better then 24 fitness, gold gym or NASA gym, LA gym is small, is not open 24 hours, and has less location, just because u guys work out there, doesn’t make it the best. And stop using steroids, you guys are having hard time breathing,

  • I see why you chose LA fitness as number 1 but I quit going there after 6 months. All of the ones in the Orlando area are poorly. There was always weights all over the floor because they weren’t very good at policing people to rerack their weights and the gyms here were just very dirty in general. They actually had to close down the spa and pool for a couple weeks because they tested positive for legionella. I’m going to crunch fitness now. It’s a franchise/corporate gym that’s been around since the late 80’s but they’re just now starting to spread out so they’re not nearly as big as the 3 in this video.

  • Once the gym reopen. Ima cancel my membership. I’ve been working out at home everyday for the last 2 and a half months and I’m getting use to it by now. I’m not going to be in the gym with a mask on the whole time trying to breathe in it plus 1 hour isnt enough for me especially when I need time to warm up

  • It’s hard to find an la fitness with round plates (vs hex plates) for deadlifting. A lot of 24 hours have bumper plates. I hope la fitness does the same soon.

  • I had a big problem with the gym pool and the poor air circulation. Their showers and bathroom were disgusting, and not being kept up with. If you look at the top of the ceiling in the pool area, you can see the build up of dirt in the AC filters, which made my lungs hurt after swimming. This location is on Foothill and Masi Dr, California. I’m not sure if this has changed, but it was like that six months ago. I haven’t gone there recently, will have to see if it has changed.

  • Golds sucks asshole unless you’re a roided out loner. Went with my son who’s 20 years old and they kicked me out for showing him some stuff lol they said I was training, said they’ve been creeping on me for a while which was enough to make me want to leave. Weird people at golds citrus hights

  • Yeah.. I’m gonna need a refund. I just bought a one year membership in march. And shit got closed like 2 weeks later, never had a chance to workout!

  • Do you have any recommendations for best gyms to use while on vacation? I tried LA Fitness but they only have like 3-5 benches and 2 lat pulldown machines. And maybe 1 or 2 tricep machines.

  • I used to go to Lifetime Fitness a few years ago. problem there were jerks, equipment worked sometimes, and the showers as well sometimes worked. Plus the price slowly went up. Then I found Snap Fitness. It was good for awhile, but hardly any equipment. Very small cardio menu and well just too little. Would LA Fitness beat these two?

  • my golds gym in london is far from a bodybuilding gym. sadly its more fitness gym with some body building equipment. even the benches are far away from the mirror sad really. if your joining the dagenham branch forget about hammer strength and precor equipment. it has shitty technogym which is only a step better than matrix equioment used at budget gyms like pure gym or the gym group

  • Chicks are waaaaay sweeter at 24. LA Fitness has a really really laid back environment. My entire fam is signed up there. 24s are hardcore & pretty dingy if not right out dirty. The equipment at 24 is never ever maintained well. Dust & fort everywhere but u no what…. I love that dirty dungy as horribly maintained place. I’m loyal to 24 for life. I’ve been a member for almost 20 years. LA Fitness is quickly becoming my fav club outta all of the lifting clubs I’ve been apart of. It’s hella expensive & to top it off I’m a nationwide cust with my fam added on as well as the $20 bucks for 2 random anytime friends or fam anytime pass. That I love. I love that LA Fitness has its own little separate gym for women. Let’s face it. Every straight dude is ass watching. I’m with my wife most of the time and ass watch. Shit she ass watches lol. For women to have their own spot that’s non intimidating is awesome. Both club memberships are needed if u ask me.

  • LA Fitness is too crowded. There’s people there to swim, play basketball, play racquetball and lift weights. That’s way too many people in my way when I’m working out

  • Do not tell people that this will last forever, this is all will be over by november/december or there will be literal riots. “Social Distancing” is literally going against our constitutional rights. And if the state or federal government tries to extend this much longer there will be huge lawsuits.

  • Your 100% right. What gym owner will be able to make money on say 20-30 members every hour or so. Home studios and home gyms are where we are heading for sure

  • The 24’s in my area are all 24 hours. There’s also more of them around in my area which is funny because I also live right by Irvine which is where their HQ is lol
I have been to 24’s in other cities and they’ve been pretty consistent. LA fitness does seem cleaner but the main reason why I haven’t switched is because they aren’t 24 hours

  • who the fuck goes to the gym to find girls smh man these are the people who holds the fu*king equipment lol Go to the club you dumbass:)

  • UFC Gym (Signature Club) is so underrated! Best gym for me. 24 hrs and top notch equipment with lots of unique facilities (Octagon Ring, Wrestling Mats, Long Horizontal Bars, etc.) esp. catered toward martial artists.

  • I enjoyed the video and it was a history lesson which I’m a fan of. My wife is a member at our local area and I visited it to see if stood out like the in NJ I was a member of. This location is great for her because of the classes she enjoys. My wife invited me to try it out since I just arrived to the area and once I stepped it was like a time warp. The equipment was old and rusty and the workout area was funky and was in desperate need of upgrades. Everything was lacking from weights to squat racks. I never seen such a horrible Golds Gym and I have been a member in NJ and had visited others. I had a week free and went one day never to return but my wife still takes the classes and does several challenges so it’s good for those that enjoys classes but not serious weightlifting.

  • I was threatened today by another member who was upset i was sweating in the sauna. This happened in the Morris Plains NJ Crunch on rt. 10. He alarmed other members who alerted the front desk, and told management that this man was “out of control” as i stood shirtless and shoeless cornered at my locker. The police were notified, and the manager there told the employees not to give any info to the police or relay any info. The police said the staff was “not cooperating for some reason” the gym refused my request to ban the member from the location.

  • 24 Hour Fitness trainers are horrible and way overpriced. They lack a lot of knowledge about training and human anatomy. They pretty much show you the same things most regular gym members would show you. And a lot of those trainers will waste time and not even give you a full session.

  • If for eg 1000 sq ft has the capacity for 100 people and only 25% is allowed gym company should increase its area or open small gyms…like…every block could have a gym or gyms accordingly

  • The problem with la is the bitchass cardio classes with their ridiculous hours. Sometimes cant even spar or train for boxing after a weight lifting sesh

  • I used to go to the gym and I recall how awesome the atmosphere is, the people and the equipments. And recently (7months) I built a medium cost home gym and It’s going awesome too the peace and no waiting for my turn part is cool. I just hope all goes well gymers or home beasts. Keep rockin.

  • I and my family were trying to find a gym in Texas near us. We live in Mckinney, Tx and the only gyms in the area are 1 24 Hour Fitness and 2 LA Fitness, which is a better option?

  • Beware lap swimmers! Here at the 24 hr. Fitness Summerlin club in Vegas they keep the
pool at an incredibly warm 86 degrees to accommodate the swim school for kids.
Apparently they couldn’t care less about accommodating lap swimmers,
since it should be around 80-82 degrees. Before joining any of their clubs for the
purpose of lap swimming, it would be wise to see ask what temp. they keep the pool at.

  • 5-10 years is an exaggeration. Also I think most powerlifters are already attending smaller gyms that offer quality equipment for powerlifting.

  • You CAN get a workout in within an hour! 30 seconds between reps… and five set minimums! But no time to check out ass so fuck it cancel…

  • Crunch is doing it the best way.
24 hours is horrible like you said.
LA fitness has half of the machines closed with the same capacity!
Local gyms are back to normal, try a local gym, you’ll be surprise or try crunch!

  • Honestly I’ve always been used to either working out in my garage/basement or at my college’s weight room. Anything is a step up in cleanliness from that.

  • gyms were never needed. they started out mainly during 1970’s to give hope to skinny men and to make men out of modern day women. majority of members dropout in less than 4-5months. glad they’ll never re-open again.

  • They just filed for bankruptcy Once a vaccine is created, it will all come around. I’m a certified personal trainer and it hurts my business. I think online training is the future.

  • Hey Josh I find LA feels really cozy to workout in and relaxed vs 24 which feels a little more hardcore. I guess that could be why hot girls go to LA more.

  • The pandemic will definitely have a severe impact on health club culture & it’s existence. A lot of companies will go under. Once there is a vaccine you will see a seismic shift of people returning to health clubs. People who only use machines are at a loss to begin with. Unless you are in the position to afford & build a sufficient functional or traditional training area at your home, including flooring, a rack, platform, bench, bars, plates, you won’t be able to enjoy the same workouts you’re accustomed to. Everyone will have to become creative. Weightlifters/Powerlifters will have to become especially creative. You can still create challenging workouts with minimal equipment ( kb’s, db’s, bars, plates, jump ropes, slam balls, etc ). Some people will be able to replicate their workouts easier than others. That’s just how it is. If & when this virus or any other future health crisis becomes under control, those who return will welcome gym workouts again. Everything happens in cycles.

  • Gyms are so expensive I can’t afford it myself, I usually just do push ups, sit ups, pull ups and run in the park. But this is a great video.

  • I’ll be honest I am a fitness enthusiast I’m all about fitness but not many people know Lee Priest I know Lee Priest but it would be a double take for to realize him

  • I go to anytime fitness in Florida and they’re supposed to have all these crazy rules like you’re saying but nothing is enforced. There’s literally not one bottle of hand sanitizer! Lol

  • Thank you so much for this video. I’ve been weighing my options on the Sport and the Super sport. I want the one time payment for the year. It comes out the same price as the month to month minus the 49.00$ annual fee. Also, I’ve done PF and they don’t offer a sauna or steam room or pool like 24 hr fitness. The most you get is this “hydro massager and they actually have tanning rooms…. I’m a black woman, ummm what can they offer me??? Lol. Anyway, I love the sauna and steam room after a great workout. Soothes the body. You know. But I went off topic for a bit, sorry. I am leaning toward the super sport, gives me the option for pro and super sport depending on where I am. I can go to several locations. It’s a nice option. Thanks again for the video

  • I own a commercial gym your talking nonsense it’s total bullshit. Restrictions won’t last years the influx of people flock in back to gyms will be the same as shops we are already experiencing higher numbers of interest now so get your facts straight little man

  • gyms in my area seem to be fairing better with the restrictions in place while they do limit capacity to 75 people no resrvations or anything of the sort they have taped off every other cardio machine for disance perposes as well as arrows marking which entrance and exit to use. and they close for an hr every day to clean everything properly and shift change no 24hr access or classes at this point

  • Be patient dude… these are times that should be approached with a lot of caution. It’s more than whether ur chest is pumped up today or not. Covid 19 is a serious health threat. U should be grateful that gyms are at least open in ur country. Criticizing it to this level is going too far

  • What a f$&@ joke this social distancing has caused to our society. Government’s intention was to destroy all the small businesses and gyms then blame it on some virus called corona what a bunch of f&)&@ joke. Viruses has been around for over a century and no one ever had to shut down anything. What a shame!
I feel bad for all the small businesses and gyms that have to permanently close down because of so called social distancing or COVID bullshit or whatever you want to call it.

  • Shit ” I am not going make no stuiped appointment just to go gym for 1 hour. That not enough for me. We pay for what we pay for. I pay 31.95 golds. I am staying long at 24 hours. So if they take off. I am better off. Just pay one place. People die every year anyways. People get sick anyways. People have to go locker room to change. After. Working shower. That they jobs to clean place cut talking.to person. Why open the gym then if they going have stuiped rules to workout for 1 hour.no one can get good workout like that.

  • I scored a pair of bowflex 1090 adjustable dumbbells, a foldable adjustable bench, a set of resistance bands, and a pullup bar…never looking back

  • Let’s not forget that the check in app can also be used as a contract tracing tool…

All it takes is for one outbreak at your local gym to occur and you will be notified or ordered to quarantine for two weeks — if you came anywhere near the person who was infected.

  • 24 Hour Fitness is about $20/month overpriced. Let’s be honest, they’re competing with the Planet Fitness black card. It’s a good gym, just not for the price that they are asking.

  • I’m curious. If I get the 24 fitness membership at Costco, can I still have a free guest come with me when I workout? Also, do I have access to other 24 hour fitness locations?

  • LA Fitness is just an overpriced Planet Fitness. You can do a search on youtube to find countless people thrown out for deadlifting because it’s too “noisy” and ruins the floor. Kali Muscle had to confront the police at an LA Fitness because he was “grunting” in an aggressive manner and someone felt their life was at risk. I kid you not!

  • LA Fitness, at least in Ohio, just re-opened. Not much has changed, other than every other cardio machine has a sign on it saying not to use. None of the weight equipment moved at all. There was always sanitizer everywhere before all this mess.

  • Unfortunately 24 Hour Fitness is going to be filing for bankruptcy. They were struggling before Covid-19 was even an issue. My husband and I ‘prepaid’ for a membership and was told by a company representative that they are ‘permanently” closing. Don’t be fooled by those few clubs that are open now. We recommend anyone that has paid for a membership or set up auto pay to call your bank or credit card company to get them to stop payment asap!

  • Closing every hour is ridiculous. That’s a bad move. They can no longer accommodate the 4 a.m. crowd let alone a full workout. Most members spend 1.5 hours maximum 2 hours at the gym. That was never in the guidelines to reopen. No other gym is closing down every hour. Here’s a suggestion stay open and members and employees will continue to wipe down equipment like we normally did before the virus. Making reservations for a one hour workout makes me cringe, but a 1.5 or 2 hour reservation sounds a little more reasonable. A one hour reservation makes me want to go elsewhere.

  • LA Fitness in Newington Ct., Berlin Turnpike is great, if you like a preppie atmosphere, and paying 3x as much as most gyms. Oh, and they don’t clean the equipment, locker rooms, bathrooms, showers, pool area anywhere close to what is basic cleaning.  It’s made up to be the Taj Mahal of gyms, but looking even a little closer, it’s not.  I belong to a gym in the area for $10.00 a month, and it’s better kept than LA Fitness, which is more than 3x the price.  And they don’t clean on the weekends at all!  Disgusting.  The crime is that it COULD be so nice, with a minimal amount of effort.  I cancelled my membership, there is so much better out there.

  • I’m over in the UK and I for one will be cancelling my gym membership if they try to pull a stunt like this. I have built up quite a collection of resistant equipment at home and have been using it frequently since lockdown. I miss doing my heavy ass squats, deadlifts, bench press and so on but If I am forced to purchase such equipment, (even though I dont know where the hell I would store/use it), I will quit the gym for good!

  • I am looking to sign up for golds gym. When I choose a plan I’m wondering how much the initial joining fee is? ( I saw online that it said it was 25$) and how much a basic plan is in which I can use the gym and the basketball court at my golds gym) and is an annual contract worth it (200$ was what I saw online for a basic fee)

  • ALL OF THIS IS JUST TOO REMODEL THE SOCIAL CONFIGURATION.

  • The only thing I don’t like about la fitness is the personal trainers. They allways try to force me into paying more. I just want to work out and be left alone

  • I have all my own stuff to fill a garage. Best investment. I’ve spent maybe a little over 6k, have had it for 6 years now. Works out to 90 a month and this will still last me longer. The only thing seeing wear is my oly bar.

  • Been to my gym (la fitness) for a week now, they are doing a fantastic job. People are cleaning their work out areas. Staff is cleaning. It couldn’t be more safe.

  • A solid 30-40% of their membership is people coming in to play basketball and they taking that away….yea good luck with that and any other gym that got basketball courts

  • when they finally reopen over here (whenever that is), i’ll give them one fucking chance to not be dumb asses, and if they do any of the shit that you’re saying, I’M OUT

  • Anytime fitness will let you sign up and you can use someone else checking account. To have membership taken out once s month. Happened to me.

  • It is a good gym if you joined hermosa in 2003 when they said you can go to all 24s. Then they open actives and they want 80 a month. Then they close at midnight and open at 6am.

  • I did try getting a home gym setup but ice found that mosquitos are the least of my worries. Dogs escape often enough in my neighborhood that it isnt safe for me to perform barbell squats in a carport. I went to my.local Crunch for the first time since the reopen last night. Not too strict but enough to limit everyone’s distance from each other. I only had to wait about 3 min to do squats which was great. I went shortly before closing so it was chill. I liked it and am looking forward to safely working out again.

  • I had an issue with the company that I can’t explain. I eventually signed up to Blink. I like them. They have most of the services that 24 has but half the price.

  • Great review. I enjoyed learning the history of Gold’s. As with anything, there’s always a couple of negatives here and there but from what I can gather Gold’s is a stand-up business. I belong to a Gold’s in Northern California (Citrus Heights). I’ve always had a good experiences, everything from excellent equipment maintenance to courteous staff. Citrus Heights Gold’s is rated 4.6 out of 5 on Google. Thanks again an informative video.

  • New Norm Tips for the gym goer: Remember you will be wiping down your equipment after every set, so ALTERNATE the hand you use to keep proper front shoulder balanced development. Also, some gym require use of FULL finger gloves to be worn during workout, If you don’t have any but do have a pair of the finger less workout gloves D.I.Y just buy Family sized box of Condoms and slip them on each finger and thumbs. Problem Solved. Oh, and one more thing, because of social distancing policies DON”T expect a SPOT, so no ego lifting por favor.

  • LA fitness, ironically in LA are garbage. They all close early, machines are always broken, they have shitty trainers and the bathrooms are fuckin cesspools. I signed up at UFC gym and i couldn’t be happier with my decision but of the 3 mentioned here, 24 hr fitness is the better choice at least where i live

  • Over exaggerating. This isn’t going to be how things are for long. This is just going to be around for a few months. This is just for precautionary measures and to appease state officials so that businesses aren’t completely shut down again.

  • Just cancelled my membership and they refused to give me a refund for the month charged. They gave me 2 more months free to use gym. Let’s see how this goes

  • I already hated the excessive wiping down at Planet Fitness before this bs. I only went there for hydro massage anyways. I will never go into a box gym again. Park and home workouts for the rest of my life i guess
