  • This is great advice even for day 1 beginners. Once you go loose n “dont care”, even mentally, youll fly around the fret board landing notes you struggled to even find when were tense.

  • I just fuck up in so many ways (glitchy mind, sloppy body) if I stop “trying,” but I do know that “transcendent” feeling when for a moment suddenly I don’t have to and things just happen. It seems superhuman to be able to do that on command or for more than a brief moment. Sigh.

  • Would you say this is something one learns naturally as they progress, or is it more something you really have to make an effort to change?

  • With finger picking, your not supposed to move your hand, only your fingers. I am working on that now, because I always move my hand. I tried not moving my hand, and everything was easier.

  • One of the biggest things that was believing I was a failure. I have overcome most if not all of that corrupted and false mindset and now am working as hard as I can to get all of the tools in place so I can rise to the level I know I can, and maybe even beyond.

    Over the past two years I have made so many changes and overcome so many self imposed obstacles, I am not sure where my weaknesses are at any more. With that in mind, I think my next step would be a bit of self reflection to redetermine where I am at, and possibly refocus my efforts.

    I know I am happy with my current efforts and will not likely change them as I know I want a degree, and am finally on my way to getting one. Two of my first three attempts at getting a degree ended with something life threatening, and one ended in the middle of the 2008 recession with 6 months of unemployment. Nothing is stopping me this time.

  • Every good guitarist is completely relaxed when playing, I get this impression. While I started to realize I get tense too often and in particular when I’m standing up. This video gave me the right motivation to revisit my playing because I really wanna get better and I feel I’m doing some things wrong that are holding me back and tension is definitely one of these.

After starting without a mentor, I have transitioned form a S&R trader to Fib trader to channel trader to channel and pattern as you are doing, while thinking all the time that my way may be wrong as i am not getting much success with it.   • This trading method i discovered 3 years ago but because i had wrong mentality of “i wanna get rich” i ignored it and wondered and fell victim of scams with horrible strategies that lost me money, it’s unbelievable that I now use this method and i am self taught and with such videos i learn a lot and apply and practice, i now am able to pay rent with forex money I’m building my mom a house at home, i know what i am making is not that much coz i didn’t have that much bigger capital but with this method and more consistency i will be making more and more as time goes.   • I once broke up with a girlfriend who was a spendthrift. While we had many of the same values, I objected to her being a materialistic spendthrift. In her mid 20s she bought herself a new Corvette, even though she already had a nice car as a daily driver. She wanted me to use my life savings to buy a house for us while she used hers on the new Corvette. I told her that was unfair and not good Christian stewardship.
    She really wanted to marry me and she was very pushy about it, even though I had never proposed. I cancelled her wedding plans and got on with my life I was heartbroken but better off. I felt like I had dodged a bullet.
    That Corvette had saved me from marrying a spendthrift woman. Now I use the story of that Corvette in the Financial Peace classes that I teach at my church.

  • The strategy is ok but the profit targets from just going off of patterns are way too variable to be successful in the long run. If youre taking full profit on 70 pips and then you take full profit on 20 pips and then 20 pips again and again because patterns told you so, you would eventually lose as the smaller tp trades that dont work out stack against each other and you would be hoping and praying for that same 70 pip trade to eventually form to offset your losses. This is the reason why support and resistance does work, I have the same way of entering and exiting every single time in a simple manner so that I can see in which circumstances I can hold for longer and which circumstances to bite the bullet and leave the trade early. And as a result I only have to win 44-54 percent of the time to make some good money.

  • Falcon, this style of trading is just amazing man. The amount of traders that come out of this course with increadible results is just astonishing. There’s not just 1 or 2 successful traders, but its a whole host of members that are being successful, transitioning into full time trading, running their own YouTube video lessons etc. And its not just their trading, but your members seem to have this calm, positive and determined outlook at life in general. To me, Falcon literally looks like a place where you can slot yourself in and instantly become a better trader and person.

  • Hey Brandon, I’ve been wondering, how many total reps per workout would be optimal for building muscle and or gaining strength i know about how many sets and reps. but it seems to me everyone on Youtube talks of sets and reps per exercise. I’ve done a lot of research over these past few weeks, and I’ve come to find out that people say no more than about 120 reps a week for a large muscle group and about 60 reps per smaller muscle group for a natural trainer. and to me that doesn’t seem like enough. but I am willing to do 1000 reps if i have too. but i just don’t want to overkill it to a point where i don’t progress as far i’m able too. If you ever take time to notice this thanks man!:)

  • As a personal trainer, I can say that this approach is both uplifting/ freeing and detrimental. I’m at the point where I’m questioning even the most basic fitness and diet ideas and that’s creating problems with some of the other trainers in my gym who don’t like to see me become “too non-traditional”.   • A good therapist aims to get to the root of their client’s issue, give coping mechanisms and send them off into the world again. It’s how we’re trained to do it, well here in Australia anyway. It is often a 10-12 week mark, but depends on the issues and the client. A small percentage of people need recurring therapy as their issues are great and usually underpinned by significant mental health issues that won’t ever fully resolve, but these people typically see psychiatrists. Another small percentage of people may need to revisit therapy if something else major happens in their life. And a very small percentage again will want ongoing, sporadic therapy because they can’t/won’t talk to friends and family. Therapists who don’t try to heal their clients and have them stand on their own two feet are either unscrupulous or incompetent.

  • I used to trade S&R before joining falcon and found zero clarity within it. Not to deny that it works but, it just clutters your mind so much that you spend longer than necessary analysing charts. Since being a falcon member from April 2018, i cannot stress enough how much more clarity i have received within the markets! Truly believe my biggest takeaway from Falcon has been actually being able to say and believe with all my energy that i feel like a true trader.   • Dave features and has a lot of people who are couples on this show. It’s not so easy as one. On what I make, I will never pay off my house and save. I’m already 60 and my income won’t cover the house and retirement. If I pay off the house I’ll be at retirement and no savings. If I save, I’ll have a mortgage. Why doesn’t he cover people who were stay at home mom’s, have an adult disabled child at home? What do I do. I have to live somewhere when I’m retired. I didn’t plan on being single in retirement. So what’s the plan on SS I figure maybe $600 a month) and a small pension of about $100. a month. How do we do that in 10 years Dave? Answer the tough questions. I work and sometimes get overtime. Body is getting worn out and I don’t have much energy left when I get a day off.

Even though I’ve been playing for a long time, the tension you describe is invasive and has caused some plateauing. This is a great reminder of going “back to basics” to fix underlying issues, and I appreciate it.

  • Guys? I am trading with AstroFX strategy that is supp&resistance for about a year now. I am interested about the falcon style, should i start learning that too? Or mabye combine then together?

    IN my journey, I got a middle age spread in my 30’s

    my workouts continued and my eating has always biased towards healthy
    no sugar day in and day out,,

    BUT ABSOLUTELY when I want a pizza/wine etc

    I would and do indulge but always with a mind towards my continued good habits

    which have served me well decades into it

    no matter what
    you’re gonna have your shape change

    so as you are alluding to,

  • I have recently joined falcon after leaving a extremely good community where I had learned a great deal of excellent trading strategies from the basics to advance patterns. I learned so much when it came to trading I didn’t know what strategy to take. I then started back testing basic patterns that would fit in easier with my day job eg not using fibs etc. Whilst doing this I came across marks videos who was trading the same way I would like too. Simple and profitable. “There’s no need to complicate things” thanks for your help so far mark and the falcon team.

  • Hey Brandon i think you should start doing Q&A’s about weightlifting and stuff like that (like Elliot Hulse) because i believe you have a lot of fitness knowledge and will be straight up and won’t bs(also like Elliot hulse). Just a suggestion.

  • My trading was a mess of losses and small wins for ages before I found Falcon Guidance! My trading has gotten so much better I feel blessed that he shares he’s skills with us we are truly lucky I nearly quit trading all together.

  • I realized yesterday how bad I was playing master of puppets and so I stated trying to play it while focusing on something else like a Netflix series, there’s such a big difference when I’m not focusing on it and since I have been trying to let go of all the tension I was feeling when I was concentrating, does anyone have any tips for me?   • Actually my trading plan is just, looking for sideways price, look for the resistance and support… If break, waiting for price retesting the R/S again. Then i am in.

Just by watching this video, I am starting to feel I would finally rise above and improve a lot on my trading now…finally it help me change my life for the better after struggling for many years and wasting time on indicators and even support and resistances. I think no trader so far has focused on this aspect here on YouTube… as to why exactly 90% of the traders fail and their relation to using SnR retest and pullback basic strategy being the main reason.

    Thank you once again for putting out this premium content for free helping us struggling traders. I used to do exactly the same till now…. wait for the retest and pullback for my entries based off Support and Resistances but they hardly happened, I used to sit on my hands waiting for confirmation while seeing moves happen in front of my eyes!… thus missing out lot of trades.

    Which indeed induced psychological issues such as frustration, forced entries at wrong times, etc… making me lose more money

  • after a month of using this system, i have found my Edge and positive expectancy, my risk of ruin is minimize, and my discipline towards market condition is better… i do not look into my PnL but to the percentage of my trades. Thanks to you Mark and God speed to Falcon Community out there!

  • I almost got anxiety when Mark had the indicators and EMA’s on the chart! Falcon trading style is super clean. Once you understand the patterns and the Nature they provide multiple entries. Falcons style is like art work, its almost therapeutic to draw structure (for me it is anyway and a lot of Falcon members too I’m sure) Joining Falcon was one of the best investments I have ever made. You don’t just get to understand the Markets, you get a community, successful coach’s / mentors and endless opportunities to help you grow as a person, I have learnt more about myself as a Falcon member / Trader than I would have in any other job in the world. I am ex military and trading has thought me more and made me more disciplined than I would have been in the military. On top of that, we get to make money ourselves.
