For each lift, figure out which muscle is holding you back and add isolation or assistance work for these weak points. Use compound lifts not only as a tool to build muscle mass and improve muscle density and hardness, but also as a diagnostic tool to help you select which “muscle-building work” to add to. But a more-underrated reason, is that pulling makes you stronger — it gives you the foundation you need to push harder. For example: if you’re plateauing on the bench, do more rows to build out your back. This will make you press more weight eventually.

  • You’re greatness BBC, best selling author and a physique only those dedicated enough can achieve. Appreciate your consistent uploads and the quality of what’s in it. The good looking ladies never hurt, never.

  • That was a great speech man, thanks for sharing. Brandon your channel is officially my favourite YouTube channel. And now for some comedy, Kellogg’s frosted flakes they’re not they’re grrrrreaaat! Lol

  • #1 Empty promises
    #2 Blame others
    #3 Waiting for perfect timing
#4 Talking about goals but not setting and planning them
    #5 Procrastinating
    #6 Doubting yourself
    #7 Comparing yourself with others
#8 Not taking care of yourself
#9 Giving up easily and not persisting
    #10 No continuous learning

  • This is great advice even for day 1 beginners. Once you go loose n “dont care”, even mentally, youll fly around the fret board landing notes you struggled to even find when were tense.

  • Outstanding tip. I tried it and it does help. It takes time and a bit on concentration, but once you relax fingers seen to float over the frets. Thanks

  • I just fuck up in so many ways (glitchy mind, sloppy body) if I stop “trying,” but I do know that “transcendent” feeling when for a moment suddenly I don’t have to and things just happen. It seems superhuman to be able to do that on command or for more than a brief moment. Sigh.

  • Would you say this is something one learns naturally as they progress, or is it more something you really have to make an effort to change?

  • With finger picking, your not supposed to move your hand, only your fingers. I am working on that now, because I always move my hand. I tried not moving my hand, and everything was easier.

  • One of the biggest things that was believing I was a failure. I have overcome most if not all of that corrupted and false mindset and now am working as hard as I can to get all of the tools in place so I can rise to the level I know I can, and maybe even beyond.

Over the past two years I have made so many changes and overcome so many self imposed obstacles, I am not sure where my weaknesses are at any more. With that in mind, I think my next step would be a bit of self reflection to redetermine where I am at, and possibly refocus my efforts.

I know I am happy with my current efforts and will not likely change them as I know I want a degree, and am finally on my way to getting one. Two of my first three attempts at getting a degree ended with something life threatening, and one ended in the middle of the 2008 recession with 6 months of unemployment. Nothing is stopping me this time.

  • biggest things that holding me back are;
    1: inconsistency
    2: luck of self discipline
3: keeping things tomorrow instead of now
    4. not starting

  • Good video, good topic, this lesson is an easy one for me to forget at times when I’m stressing about something. Always have to do a reset on myself.

  • What about greed?? It just seems like I can’t never be able to satisfy myself with anything I have. I always blame myself for “not good enough”.

    //sad

  • Great points, I have self doubt, anxiety and overwhelming also sometimes I compare myself with others so these kinds of information can help me to resolve my problems and ignore these habits

  • just joined the falcon community I am going to start foundation tomorrow looking forward to meeting new people doing the same thing

  • Wet noodles. Ok. I’ll try that, because I think I do have too much arm tension. And because every hint you gave worked out perfectly for me…

    Edit: works. Wow

  • it’s nice to meet other traders from the UK on here most are from the USA it was Mr Bambers videos that brought thank you, Michael

  • Procrastination
    Making empty promise
    Inconsistency of work
Talking about goals not setting them
I will start avoiding this habits from today

  • I sincerely hope Ramsey Solutions doesn’t go all the way into the “rACiSm” hysteria of current society. He’s smart enough to know the truth that racism in America isn’t an issue that keeps blacks from prospering, and that the only real racism perpetuated in institutions is anti-white visceral hatred from every major sector.

  • Every good guitarist is completely relaxed when playing, I get this impression. While I started to realize I get tense too often and in particular when I’m standing up. This video gave me the right motivation to revisit my playing because I really wanna get better and I feel I’m doing some things wrong that are holding me back and tension is definitely one of these.

  • Trading is art and everyone trades their own way, I use Support & Resistance and I have a 45% win rate on average for the past 3 years.

    Do what works for you!

  • This is the best advice I have recieved in a long time. I now pay attention to my shoulders and make sure to never let them rise up and my playing is that much more effortless, faster and even better

  • My number one take-away was the three-part nature of a correction. I did note that sometimes there can be more than three points but from history this is accurate as you showed us. I also learnt about running channels, but hope you can also shed more light about them in the future.

  • Really don’t want to come across as that person, but veganism is not a diet. There are various reasons why someone would adhere to a plant-based diet, veganism being one of them. It’s a technicality, but an important one to establish in order to eliminate stigma.

  • I have been following various communities on YouTube and was about to join one of them trading S &R and Patterns as they seemed to be the real deal, that was until I happened upon your video’s. I can follow your trading  and resonate completely with your style, I am already noticing the channels and the 3 touch moves etc. I am glad you posted this video and will be joining for sure..

  • wow just wow!!.there is so much value in this video, ive learnt so much..I wish i had the money to get this guys course(Hopefully i will one day)…LEGENDARY in one word.
To the point and crisp in his communications.
Thank you Mark for doing what you do.

  • Hey Brandon, thanks for the uploads! I’m 26, 6’0, not skinny nor muscular, I’m a beginner, could you please give me a beginner workout or a split that you suggest, I don’t have money for a gym and so can only train at home with DBS, BBs and incline bench. Please advise. So many people on YouTube give conflicting information!!

  • Wonderful advice, Dave. Mommy needs to check out out of her son’s marriage! He is married to his wife not his Mommy. So, he needs to choose his wife and MOVE his wife and child OUT of mommy’s house. Preach!

  • I love listening to the show but you guys DID NOT Answer Taekwons question.
He wanted to know what he should do with the $10K he has in the bank but you guys immediately started ranting about something else.

  • Hy Falcon:
My measurement history wire( dot line) has hide on my tradingview chart please guide me how i can back that line on my chart? please tell me setting

  • But seriously, this solves a lot of my playing problems. Now I realize this can effect whatever you’re playing.
Every guitar player should do this.

  • Again I have realized that there is no one way of trading. After starting without a mentor, I have transitioned form a S&R trader to Fib trader to channel trader to channel and pattern as you are doing, while thinking all the time that my way may be wrong as i am not getting much success with it. But after seeing you making a killing I am pretty confident that I would also be able to make it to the end. Wish you good luck and fortune. And don’t forget to wish me the same.

  • This trading method i discovered 3 years ago but because i had wrong mentality of “i wanna get rich” i ignored it and wondered and fell victim of scams with horrible strategies that lost me money, it’s unbelievable that I now use this method and i am self taught and with such videos i learn a lot and apply and practice, i now am able to pay rent with forex money I’m building my mom a house at home, i know what i am making is not that much coz i didn’t have that much bigger capital but with this method and more consistency i will be making more and more as time goes. In short i wanted to say seeing such videos from Falcon inspires me a lot and it gives me confidence that i am close, i am really close, keep it up man you have no idea how much of an impact you are to my life as a trader, once I’m done with my mama’s house, i know i will have enough money to join the Falcon community coz in South Africa forex is a lonely road u hv little to no support as many people still think it’s a scam and In Falcon i believe i have found what i have been looking for. Damn onions I’m chopping, anyways thank you man. Njabulo from South Africa

  • Nice one Mark, I have been into the financial market for about 1 year now, and one of particular thing i came to realize generally is that with the right strategy and experience, trading forex would indeed be very profitable. When i began trading forex earlier, i learnt the hard way by losing a lot of money trading all alone and trying out YouTube strategies, i soon realized that i needed a proper guidance and professional help, and Mr Dean Larsen Wilson filled that space. So y’all should always trade with the help of a experienced broker, to cut losses and increase your profits.

  • I once broke up with a girlfriend who was a spendthrift. While we had many of the same values, I objected to her being a materialistic spendthrift. In her mid 20s she bought herself a new Corvette, even though she already had a nice car as a daily driver. She wanted me to use my life savings to buy a house for us while she used hers on the new Corvette. I told her that was unfair and not good Christian stewardship.
She really wanted to marry me and she was very pushy about it, even though I had never proposed. I cancelled her wedding plans and got on with my life I was heartbroken but better off. I felt like I had dodged a bullet.
That Corvette had saved me from marrying a spendthrift woman. Now I use the story of that Corvette in the Financial Peace classes that I teach at my church.

  • I think that consistence in little habbit is the secret. I want to speak english and understood importance to practice listen, read, speak every day. I have advance more daily.

  • This is totally different from the little I know about the markets. amazingly, I like the style as it shows simplicity and clarity. I do hope it’s easy to grasp as support and resistance have been my thing for a while. Hope to join you guys soon. Great work, Mark.

  • Have you ever picked up a new guitar at a store or a friend’s house and played better? I think we play more relaxed in those situations and it’s how mediocre players like me end up with 9 guitars.

  • The best ever video on YouTube with very simple and clear explanation, tons of values great learning lesson from this video, lot of thanks brother.

  • Literally just came back from a drumming lesson and my teacher was saying the exact same thing, weird!

A lot of my tension when playing comes from anticipation of what I have to play next and that’s how my errors occur,

I’m confusing my brain and then in turn my body, just gotta relax, take it slow, and the speed will come.

Thanks for this video, it’s really great

  • Thank you for nice advice
Holding developing success for me now are:
     following healthy food
     get up early
     make yoga exercises
head advises successful people and follow them
find amassing situation everyday in my live
love and gratitude everyone who come to my live

  • You upload the most interesting, useful and thought provoking videos about calisthenics and fitness,by far.
I was wondering the same thing lately,if i should stick to a program or adjust my daily routine.
    Great great great content Matt!
    Thank you!

  • The strategy is ok but the profit targets from just going off of patterns are way too variable to be successful in the long run. If youre taking full profit on 70 pips and then you take full profit on 20 pips and then 20 pips again and again because patterns told you so, you would eventually lose as the smaller tp trades that dont work out stack against each other and you would be hoping and praying for that same 70 pip trade to eventually form to offset your losses. This is the reason why support and resistance does work, I have the same way of entering and exiting every single time in a simple manner so that I can see in which circumstances I can hold for longer and which circumstances to bite the bullet and leave the trade early. And as a result I only have to win 44-54 percent of the time to make some good money.

  • Falcon, this style of trading is just amazing man. The amount of traders that come out of this course with increadible results is just astonishing. There’s not just 1 or 2 successful traders, but its a whole host of members that are being successful, transitioning into full time trading, running their own YouTube video lessons etc. And its not just their trading, but your members seem to have this calm, positive and determined outlook at life in general. To me, Falcon literally looks like a place where you can slot yourself in and instantly become a better trader and person.
I cannot afford to join Falcon at the moment, but I have found your style to be one of my best findings in Forex. I cannot wait to be able to join. I honestly believe that this way of trading is the so called “holy grail” that traders always seek. It doesn’t get better than this.
I truly appreciate your time and your lessons man, you have no idea how much value they add. This trading style will literally cut the generational poverty of some families, my family included.

  • Hey Brandon, I’ve been wondering, how many total reps per workout would be optimal for building muscle and or gaining strength i know about how many sets and reps. but it seems to me everyone on Youtube talks of sets and reps per exercise. I’ve done a lot of research over these past few weeks, and I’ve come to find out that people say no more than about 120 reps a week for a large muscle group and about 60 reps per smaller muscle group for a natural trainer. and to me that doesn’t seem like enough. but I am willing to do 1000 reps if i have too. but i just don’t want to overkill it to a point where i don’t progress as far i’m able too. If you ever take time to notice this thanks man!:)

  • The biggest things that holding me back are:
    1. I wait for perfect timing, and then I end up watching NETFLIX
    2. Doubting myself and then ending up watching NETFLIX
3.Comparing myself with others who worked som hard to get there, and then I end up watching NETFLIX
I spent my whole day watching NETFLIX, so I could forget about my own problemsI, Damn I just can’t stop

  • As a personal trainer, I can say that this approach is both uplifting/ freeing and detrimental. I’m at the point where I’m questioning even the most basic fitness and diet ideas and that’s creating problems with some of the other trainers in my gym who don’t like to see me become “too non-traditional”. For those of you who decide to think for yourselves and question the herd mentality, be ready for backlash from those who wish to keep you in line. Good luck.

  • Hey Mark Am from Kenya and I am loving your videos.please do a video of how to calculate risk management when using Falcon’s strategy.Thanks.

  • A good therapist aims to get to the root of their client’s issue, give coping mechanisms and send them off into the world again. It’s how we’re trained to do it, well here in Australia anyway. It is often a 10-12 week mark, but depends on the issues and the client. A small percentage of people need recurring therapy as their issues are great and usually underpinned by significant mental health issues that won’t ever fully resolve, but these people typically see psychiatrists. Another small percentage of people may need to revisit therapy if something else major happens in their life. And a very small percentage again will want ongoing, sporadic therapy because they can’t/won’t talk to friends and family. Therapists who don’t try to heal their clients and have them stand on their own two feet are either unscrupulous or incompetent.

  • Really i watch ur explanation and i would like to join ur academy but now i can’t cause of money but in one day i hope to join ur academy

    9. Persist and don’t give up.
    10. Don’t forget to learn continuously.

  • I used to trade S&R before joining falcon and found zero clarity within it. Not to deny that it works but, it just clutters your mind so much that you spend longer than necessary analysing charts. Since being a falcon member from April 2018, i cannot stress enough how much more clarity i have received within the markets! Truly believe my biggest takeaway from Falcon has been actually being able to say and believe with all my energy that i feel like a true trader. I have been taught aspects that i would likely have never learnt elsewhere. Highly recommend to anyone who is not yet a member to give Falcon a try!

  • thank u sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much for ur time and teachings……many traders wil start thinking like falcon comunity so far

  • i was practicing last week with really stiff and tensed body and it wasnt working for me at all and my hands feel tired all the time so i gave myself 2 days rest. i might try what you said in the video. thanks!

  • Im loving that ur uploaping vids alot now, i been watching u since u was skinny and ripped! Now ur gone huge man! N still ripped! Good effort man, becuz of u am getting off my ass and getting my goals done! U helped me alot man! Thanks brother

  • It’s something incredible to have a physique like yours, but it’s even more incredible that you can do these amazing feats of athleticism…and at 6’2! It looks like you’re defying physics. You’re one hell of an inspiration Brandon.

  • Thank you once again for the generosity and the strategy reveal. Falcon encouraged me to trust in patterns and hope one day i will afford to join your community.

  • When i went to music school they would teach us to not tense up our shoulders and oddly enough the jaw area.
A lot of players tend to tense up the jaw and push their teeth togheter.

  • Hi Mark just wondering do you share ideas on Trading View? and if so what is your Trading View username? Otherwise would you ever consider doing this? P.S. sorry for all the questions

  • The amount of value in this episode is incredible! So much to takeaway, the Mass Psychology of getting people caught on the wrong side has to be one of my favorite points… understanding why that happens and what it means for us to be able to capitalise is such a game changer.

  • I constantly get snapped out of an effective state of mind thinking my neighbors hear me and think that I suck. ironically I play better when I’m sure they are actually there

  • Dave features and has a lot of people who are couples on this show. It’s not so easy as one. On what I make, I will never pay off my house and save. I’m already 60 and my income won’t cover the house and retirement. If I pay off the house I’ll be at retirement and no savings. If I save, I’ll have a mortgage. Why doesn’t he cover people who were stay at home mom’s, have an adult disabled child at home? What do I do. I have to live somewhere when I’m retired. I didn’t plan on being single in retirement. So what’s the plan on SS I figure maybe $600 a month) and a small pension of about $100. a month. How do we do that in 10 years Dave? Answer the tough questions. I work and sometimes get overtime. Body is getting worn out and I don’t have much energy left when I get a day off.

  • Great stuff, thank you! The ongoing battle with tension must end! As soon as I hit record (especially), instant tension. How many less takes would be required if relaxed?!?

  • BUT WHEN I RELAX, I MESS UP! If I’m not caring about what I’m doing I’ll just be playing a bunch of crap. That’s why I can’t join a bandI’ve got to look up and sing and move around, well I can’t keep my mind on it while doing other things

  • My recommendation, treat yourself to a month, and you will never look back.
I have been with Falcon for about 3 months now. It was the best decision I ever made to join the Falcon community. Every member I have come across in real life and online has been so genuine and looking to improve their own lives and the lives of those around them. Falcon FX is about Forex and maximising your potential and to trade in your own personalised style and preference. It is very structured and for a newbie like me, it has taught me all the basics and more. For intermediate and highly skilled they double their returns (I know this as I have met highly skilled traders in real life who are with Falcon and they said Falcon is the real deal).
Great value for money, and it will indefinitely change your life.

  • Awesome video..being a trader I haven’t seen anyone teaching this on YouTube and that too so clearly. It took me years too learn this.

  • NOT FIRST! Thanks for this, Mike. This isn’t brand-new to me, but retraining how I pick and fret is definitely something I’ve been trying to do over the last couple of years. Even though I’ve been playing for a long time, the tension you describe is invasive and has caused some plateauing. This is a great reminder of going “back to basics” to fix underlying issues, and I appreciate it.

  • Guys? I am trading with AstroFX strategy that is supp&resistance for about a year now. I am interested about the falcon style, should i start learning that too? Or mabye combine then together?

  • Carlos Santana talks about that same metaphysical feeling of the music flowing through you in his autobiography. My best playing comes when I’m in that state.

  • Very true

IN my journey, I got a middle age spread in my 30’s

my workouts continued and my eating has always biased towards healthy
no sugar day in and day out,,

BUT ABSOLUTELY when I want a pizza/wine etc

I would and do indulge but always with a mind towards my continued good habits

    WHEN YOU ARE YOUNG
    GO FOR IT

YOU WONT GET THAT EXACT KIND OF second ( first) chance

  • Hey Matt, have you ever done a video on Circuit training Vs Set training? I’d assume the answer is “Whatever works best for you”, but I’d like to know the advantages and disadvantages of each from a person I trust has the knowledge.

  • I dont know if Mr Tracy will read my message….but I hope…That days i read one of your book…No excuses…I have it in my phone and I read in the mrt to work….I have to say I like it even if I read the half.im at who work hardest…great work sir..

  • I have recently joined falcon after leaving a extremely good community where I had learned a great deal of excellent trading strategies from the basics to advance patterns. I learned so much when it came to trading I didn’t know what strategy to take. I then started back testing basic patterns that would fit in easier with my day job eg not using fibs etc. Whilst doing this I came across marks videos who was trading the same way I would like too. Simple and profitable. “There’s no need to complicate things” thanks for your help so far mark and the falcon team.

  • I am having a difficult time getting started to do the good plans I have in my mind. It’s hard for me to put them into actions. I find myself postponing every now and then. What should I do?

  • Hey Brandon i think you should start doing Q&A’s about weightlifting and stuff like that (like Elliot Hulse) because i believe you have a lot of fitness knowledge and will be straight up and won’t bs(also like Elliot hulse). Just a suggestion.

  • Great point about how blaming others holds you back from success, this ties in really well with the fixed mindset work from Carol Dweck. Good video:)

  • 1. Making empty promises.
    2. Blaming others
    3. Waiting for the perfect time
    4. Talking about goals but not setting them.
    5. Procrastinating
    6. Doubting yourself
    7. Comparing yourself to others
    8. Not taking care of yourself.
    9. Giving up instead of persisting
    10. Forgetting the importance of continuous learning

  • My trading was a mess of losses and small wins for ages before I found Falcon Guidance! My trading has gotten so much better I feel blessed that he shares he’s skills with us we are truly lucky I nearly quit trading all together.

  • I realized yesterday how bad I was playing master of puppets and so I stated trying to play it while focusing on something else like a Netflix series, there’s such a big difference when I’m not focusing on it and since I have been trying to let go of all the tension I was feeling when I was concentrating, does anyone have any tips for me? (I started playing like 5 months ago)

  • Mark, you’re a star..I’m not yet in your community but maybe in the near future. I would fricking love it. I already seen improvement on myself and I’m not even there ( if you know what I mean) Keep it up and hopefully I’ll see you in the future:)

  • I love having John on with Dave. They get into some really good discussions. Very informative listening to both of them. John really gets his point across with a lot of humor.

  • Actually my trading plan is just, looking for sideways price, look for the resistance and support… If break, waiting for price retesting the R/S again. Then i am in.

  • I am so glad I discovered you. Just by watching this video, I am starting to feel I would finally rise above and improve a lot on my trading now…finally it help me change my life for the better after struggling for many years and wasting time on indicators and even support and resistances. I think no trader so far has focused on this aspect here on YouTube… as to why exactly 90% of the traders fail and their relation to using SnR retest and pullback basic strategy being the main reason.

Thank you once again for putting out this premium content for free helping us struggling traders. I used to do exactly the same till now…. wait for the retest and pullback for my entries based off Support and Resistances but they hardly happened, I used to sit on my hands waiting for confirmation while seeing moves happen in front of my eyes!… thus missing out lot of trades.

Which indeed induced psychological issues such as frustration, forced entries at wrong times, etc… making me lose more money

  • Brian, sir, I really enjoy the video. Believe me, all the tips are meaningful and correct in practical terms. If I would have to get rid of bad habits, it would be point no. 2 (Don’t Blame others), 5 (Procrastination), 8 (Giving attention to health), 9 (just keep moving persistence)

    Thank you Brian.

  • Liked!
Great content! The info value is like taking a High Probability Trade… you already know that success will follow!
    More please…!
    Subbed!

  • after a month of using this system, i have found my Edge and positive expectancy, my risk of ruin is minimize, and my discipline towards market condition is better… i do not look into my PnL but to the percentage of my trades. Thanks to you Mark and God speed to Falcon Community out there!

  • I almost got anxiety when Mark had the indicators and EMA’s on the chart! Falcon trading style is super clean. Once you understand the patterns and the Nature they provide multiple entries. Falcons style is like art work, its almost therapeutic to draw structure (for me it is anyway and a lot of Falcon members too I’m sure) Joining Falcon was one of the best investments I have ever made. You don’t just get to understand the Markets, you get a community, successful coach’s / mentors and endless opportunities to help you grow as a person, I have learnt more about myself as a Falcon member / Trader than I would have in any other job in the world. I am ex military and trading has thought me more and made me more disciplined than I would have been in the military. On top of that, we get to make money ourselves. Sorry for the waffle, but Falcon has seriously changed it for me. Just join, you won’t know until you try. Simple. Paul.

  • I’m confident. I’m believed myself!!
This is the video, I literally loved.
    Because it’s my common ground.
Infinity thank you for the video.
