  • I love how you draw faces! I started drawing loads of realistic faces on one page and I think I’m improving! I even started my own art channel now, so thanks for being so talented

  • I absolutely love your editing and the effort you put on your videos… you are one of the best youtubers I have ever seen, and believe me I spend a lot of time on YouTube 😉 keep up the awesome work!

  • I find time difficult, due to school. It takes up 6 hrs of my day so I don’t have much time, and my biggest goal but more of my dream is to be a artist.

  • Just saw your video about sketch books of 2 years ago, and thanks for all this amazing content, I hope you keep going with your awesome channel:3

  • I really enjoyed the video… Especially the music background…but somehow I struggle to draw hands or at least fingers without looking at mine

  • I love your channel, I have a video suggestion I watched your hoe to draw eyes tutorialS, and I think you should do another one with out speeding the video up to so the views can see what you do better also I think you would do a how to draw eyes on a girl so we can see how you draw them smaller on a character not saying the other tutorials are bad I LOVE YOUR CHANNEL

  • Thank you for tip about finishing what is started! I am that kind of person, who rarely get something done completely. And also I draw and write and this is not easy to balance both talents and hobbies at the same time. So, thank you for these tips!

  • Great to see you alive and well! But why do you inc0rporate 2 mistakes in your pictures ⁉Pr0porti0n 0f neck, maskuine… and the left arm and shoulderarea ❗the charisma is very delicate and innocent. what happened? ¿? Like for the almost FAST,FAST sketcH…..stay heathy…

  • I don’t know how u managed to do it. But I was lying in bed watching YouTube one sec. And the next…..I was dancing around with music, cleaning up my room.
Edit: i came back to say this one thing: I haven’t gotten bed out of in days. Nothing, literally NOTHING HAS GOTTEN ME OUT.
Also, thanks for making me realize that I waste my days watching tv, and that I should be more productive and creative. You have changed my life ☺️

  • Haha that first one about keeping your desk clean! I’ve been going crazy the past month cause it is a really big mess! I wanted to go to the ikea for extra storage but it closed but it reopens tomorrow!! Going to be the first one there

  • Tip from retired Chef, clean as you go, some times my art supplies gang up on me,lol.
I do jam when I am doing needle point work. Makes it go so much faster. Great tips‍♀️

  • The first tip, cleaning your desk!

Like you, my desk gets really messy really quickly (whether it be random scraps of watercolor paper or random pens/pencils). It can be annoying to clean it everyday, but having the satisfaction of an empty desk with lots of space is worth the struggle!

  • The add didn’t visually come through but it came through with the sound, and I was very confused with Bad Guy playing super loud alongside her voice lol

  • I just searched your channel the other day to see if you had posted! So glad you guys are ok.

How do you juggle creative writing with art? I seem to be giving a lot of energy to one or the other but not doing great at doing both at once. Of course it could have something to do with what’s going on in the world currently but still.

  • Love the pic for this video, looks super professional! Quality of the video is awesome. And finally, I love the content….sketchy supplement sponsor…..you are exactly right. Keep it up Caty. Great job!

  • hey! I love your channel and it has helped a lot with my drawing skills! thank you very much!
I never used to come out of my comfort zone and start drawing people but you have helped me a lot to be a better artist. thank you again!

  • What I’ve noticed for me personally I like fasted cardio in the morning, that way I’m not fasted to many hours. At night do weights after dinner. The women’s gym I was using went out of business. I’ve since then been able to acquire some of my own gym equipment. It’s all second hand, but it’s better than nothing.

I’m so looking forward to having my own gym to wake up to every morning!

  • I usually don’t have enough time in my morning routine to complete these workouts (I usually just give myself 8-10 minutes to workout in the morning, then I’ll squeeze in my larger workout that evening), however this has been EXTREMELY enjoyable. I always feel loosened up afterwards, even if I only worked out for ten minutes. Thanks, Headspace!!

  • i really had very bad scar on my face due to an accident and i want to recover soon and also i dont wana see any scar on my face plz help

  • The word motivation is a demotivation. Same with saying “your own will power” because you’re putting the focus on that single person. They themself are already messed up by not being in that routine already. and putting the focus on them is only going to make them shy away. You need to make them believe in a certain action. if you can’t do it, those words are just hollow shells ready to crumble.

Don’t focus on a motivation. Just realize what you’re doing is damaging. And if you can’t see that then you need to work on yourself. Be happy with yourself, because you can lose any kind of weight and then gain it back in the next month.

Work on yourself emotionally, fuck those words “inspiration” “motivation” “will power”. Focus on you and stop trying to hype yourself up. You’re not a dog about to go on a damn walk or car ride. If you can’t think about doing some thing, and then just do it bcus it’s a good idea. Then you need to cut everything out. And focus on yourself. This is a serious attitude you need to have. Find the problem, understand it, work on it and then solve it. Kinda like the cluttered home. That’s some true shit man. When you wake up and make your bed, it sets a precedent for the day. Find what’s binding you up. And take it down.

  • You motivated me to run once (30 mins) per week, now also workout twice (30 mins) per week! I am slim and I easily get tired doing my job (I’m a violin student). I realized I need more and stronger arm muscles to be able to bear the 3-hour daily practicing without getting injured, so I watch your video to motivate myself, like previously with running.

  • @Caty I’m new to watching you and getting good pointers. Just got my DOT physical today and I’m down 30 pounds in 2 months from just walking & watching my diet.

Suggestion… lose the earbuds & get AIRPODS!!! Omg great sound, long battery life & no FN wire getting in your way!

  • Hey I recently found your channel as a young kid and teen I loved running I’ve won medals in competitions in first place and used go be faster running in school as growing up and leaving school early I don’t do it often unless I’m chasing after my nephew or an emergency I’m a husky owner so I’m always on walks and even do urban mushing but my girl got out the other night an a ran to get the dig whistle and I acatully sprinted for the first time in ages and it felt good I’m a been a smoker for about 3 years bit surprising don’t really effect me as much as you would think. But most times I find it easy to run in the dark I don’t know why I’m not tired etc but sometimes during the day I just feel like crap and can’t run so it’s confusing. Also the thing is I’m have anxiety and few other things and I find it awkward if I pass someone while running but I don’t want to:). Also do you have a dog? If you can make a video of you runing with your dog and tips etc or just anything I think it may help I don’t see any new videos or really any at all with running with there dogs etc:(

  • this is exactly what I’m looking for❤ I love to watch videos like this because it keeps me motivated but then, I found and I feel like I should really start over again and try not to fail as possibly as I can thank you for making this videos, I LOVE YOU❤

  • What really helped being motivated is trying to get fitter for the sports I play so I could become better and also because of that it helped with my weight which gave me a self sense of achievement

  • I have tried jogging multiple times in the past but I never continued doing it. After watching this video (and installing the Couch to 5K app (which is absolutely brilliant) about two hours ago I now find myself feeling energetic after my first run in ages. Each time I have started jogging earlier I have been motivated, but I never felt the motivation this strong. Thank you!

  • Great motivational video again, Caty! I loved your summary words that motivated me the most and the music fits top notch. But whom am I telling this: You know your craft. 😉
    Greetings from Germany!

  • Personal trainer was my biggest positive pro active step, they sat down and did and entire 12 months challenge. I joined a 24/7 gym so I could get a workout in when things got crazy

  • Great video…again.:) These are great tips. Keeping motivational signs or prompts all around me really helps me. I have to change them out often but that keeps me on my toes as well. I also have to have it on paper and physically put a check mark on each workout I complete.

  • I really love the advice, it is so true! I do think art is such a “work in progress” it reminded me I should sketch more:) Thank you for always making useful video’s <3

  • What inspired me to get out there and walk almost every day was getting the news that my blood sugar was high and my cholesterol was high and I have pre-diabetes. If I don’t do something I’ll have diabetes soon. I don’t want to have to do insulin shots if I don’t have to. So, the next morning I started out with a short 10 min walk around the little block near my house. Did that again that afternoon. Did that for a week, twice a day. Went a bit farther the next week, twice a day. Got MyFitnessPal on my phone. Got a Garmin activity monitor as a gift from my brother who was worried about my health. I’m now doing at least 30 mins walks a few times a week with some 1 to 2 hour walks in the large natural park nearby to our area. I have walking poles to help myself over the roots, rocks and gravel that I might trip on. Music helps on the shorter, neighbourhood walks. My husband helps on some walks to give somebody to talk to and share things with. But it’s a case of, if I don’t do it, I will pay for it with my long term health consequences. That’s motivation enough. Sometimes you just need a huge wake up call like that. I’m 249 lbs now, down from 265 lbs 8 weeks ago. So, it’s coming off. Eating well, feeling healthy and happy. I sleep better, my eczema on my back has cleared up, my numbness in my feet and toes has gone away, I can walk up the stairs without huffing and puffing and I know I’m doing the right thing. Good on you for helping show us it can be fun to get out there and get motivated. Keep up the good work!! Maybe a video about medical conditions that may necessitate exercise or that exercise would really help? And why it’d help.

  • As a tip I would recommend a gps watch. That way you can track your pace in real time. I would recommend the Amazfit Pace($100). You’ll get more value from your money… As far as increasing your running speed 60&120 and hill sprints will help you alot.

  • I watch youtube instead of regular tv…..believe me I’ve seen a lot of great videos and a lot of bad ones. You have great talent for this! I love your style of editing and I think you should really pursue being a YouTuber! I wish you had more videos

  • caty  you are awesome! been watching you videos for a while! my husband just left for basic training, and i want to look good for his graduation. Your videos are always so motivating!

  • My number one tips is also to treat it as a job! And on top of that, having healthy meals already planned out and ingredients bought (so that way I don’t resort to just eating something quick and unhealthy)

  • Hi Caty! I’ve been enjoying your videos for awhile now and it has kept me motivated not only physically but also mentally✨.

I got to admit, it has been difficult for me to start a new healthy lifestyle and staying fit in general. But after watching your videos, I am more determined and inspired to continue being healthy despite the obstacles I will have to face.

I loveee your videos & I hope you continue making more of them to be a role model to people like me ☺️

And as a video suggestion, could you please do a beginner workout routine or a beginner workout guide for us beginners? I’ve always wanted to start working out but whenever I do, I am lost and do not know what I am doing nor whether it’s right or wrong. Therefore, you could be a big help to me and others who are in the same position as me.

    Thank you!

  • I love the google planning idea! I always write it down somewhere but seem to lose track and that is such a more organized method haha. Also I have started going to yoga classes they offer on base and I absolutely love it! (Not naked though) My tip is probably an obvious one but it is just to be persistent. Back home I was going to college, working a job, and still found time to go to the gym. Starting working out is always the hardest part; those first couple of weeks. After I got into the routine of it though it started to become something I really enjoyed and it was a way I was able to release stress from work or school.

  • An addition to your habit step. I always have a “backup plan” so if I plan to run at like 9 am on a certain day and for some reason I can’t sore knees, pouring rain, or I am just not into it, have a backup plan so you do you don’t just skip it, like a quick kettle bell workout or something….

  • I cannot emphasize enough how important breaks are! Whether it’s 10 minutes or a few hours, they are important! It helps you get a fresh eye, allows you to develop ideas away from the art finding new points of inspiration and to think through some problems or just refresh. Oh and obviously time to stretch because if you’re sitting for hours on end daily that’s gonna do some damage in the long run.

  • One way i keep myself most motivated is a motivation board, i hung a cork board in my kitchen and wrote my goals out as well as my before and after pictures to date. That keeps me on track almost always. Another i stay motivated is with reward, like if i can workout x amount of days and maintain my healthy eating i can treat myself. (normally a message or pedicure, there my favorite). Those two things have helped immensely.
So excited to see what is ahead for this channel, thank you for sharing with us!!:)

  • I have a growing list of video ideas all written out and ready to be filmed! If you have anything you’d like to see, feel free to comment with your favorite ideas, and I can add them to the list! You guys are awesome! ❤️

  • Lol i was just debating if i should workout or not today. Guess i have my answer I love the video! The footage and editing is
