  • Abs are about diet. The guy in the video is under 10% body fat. By the way, being under 10% body fat isn’t sustainable long term. Sure it’s good to have a strong core but if you are wanting to look like the guy in the video, be prepared to be miserable for a long time!

  • So true ive been running in the vegas heat all summer to slim up. Now im putting abs workouts in my routine. Im finally seeing my abs again like i did when i was 18.

  • 1:24 Kinda right. A trick to having better abs is by building thicker abs. If you have a higher bodyfat percentage you’ll still be able to see them but, yes. Lose weight, reveal the abs (if you have any to reveal).

  • After watching some of these sessions I actually signed into the site (free membership for now) and started some of his workouts instead of just watching them. So far great! I currently do resistance band workouts and looking to combine calisthenics with Bands in my sessions. To the THENX team: Are there THENX Resistance Bands workout sessions or Master Plans vids available? That would make my decision on whether to buy into the membership or not?

  • I’m 43 now and weigh 60 kg with a beer belly, started to follow all of Chris’s workouts for the beginner. This abs workout was impossible for me to complete even the reps, forget about completing one round. Today almost 3 months later, I can do this abs workout for 5 rounds with complete reps and in form. My beer belly had shrunk and could see the definition of my abs. Thanks, Chris.

  • Sixpackshortcuts got criticized a lot, perhaps rightfully so. However, it started a lot of us on the path of fitness. I started working out because of that channel. Now, I learned more and follow Jeff at AthleanX. However, it was Sixpackshortcuts that got me hooked on fitness. Thank you, man.

  • Big Brain = watch until the very end of the video and then restart the workout for those extra two minutes of rest
    Bigger Brain = watch until the very end of the video then restart the workout and re-watch the entire intro for the extra 4:30 of rest.

  • I love his videos. I just started up my workout plan again on my 5th day of my smoothie detox. And am starting my working out trying, I was laying here in bed looking up his videos an seen this. Watched it for about 3 mins, got pump got up out of bed got dressed and started the workout. Great 10min workout. My first go at it I did 70 sqauts (without weights) an 70 burpies. Thank you!

  • I think there was more rest break time than actual workout. Something tells me this guy doesn’t actually rest in real life. During rest breaks I did Russian twists, windshield wipers, rotating planks, and knee to elbow planks.

  • I’ll save you the cardio crap, twice a week 30 to 40 minutes. As for getting abs is all about putting on muscle because that is what burns body fat when you are sitting around doing nothing. So put on some muscle and do abs 3 times a week at most.

  • I’m doing this after 1 week of 30 minutes full body work out. For only just a week of doing it I’m able to gain strength but of course the result is not visible yet but I’m making a big progress Thanks man:)

    It was in a retreat at the mountains
    I’m Catholic,I need to some documents in order to get married.
    So my last document had to go to the retreat.
    Before of that my was mees up
    Drinking, parting,here and there if you know what I mean.
