  • any tips for the last move? I kept trying to keep myself up but my legs are still so weak. its so frustrating…. how do your legs get that strong?:(

  • Do you think you can do a video about how your mother helped walk you through and raise you with femininity? How she helped teach you these principles and tap into your femininity. I didn’t have that growing up much but would love to get ideas when it comes time to raise our kids (if God permits)

  • Thank you
That’s the reason why I gained weight. Last year my weight was 40kg now I’m 50kg. And I’m 4’11… What’s the ideal BMR for that height and BTW, I’m 24 yrs old.

  • This channel makes me want to cry. As a man, it makes my heart smile that there is content contrary to the hairy obnoxious feminist content

  • but is this really, for all petite woman. I do cardio and lift some weights but not like relly heavy and im toned and have abs, so cardio works for me, plus im checking my calories daily, what you are saying is not identified for all petite woman, every body is dirffrent, you should mention that, before given theese advice

  • What I do when I fall of the wagon? I don’t. Cause I’m usually stuck in the phase when I’m just running behind the train trying to hop on. I don’t even reach the wagon

  • beginner’s calendar, day 23, part 2/3: check!
When I try any side plank stuff, I pretty much only feel it in my shoulders instead of my core. Any advice?

  • Weird question and I dont mean to be rude. But do you stay home all day everyday? Because you never show yourself meeting up with a friend. Or do your friends not want to be filmed?

  • Hey guys, what i benefitted from is quitting gluten(wheat, rye, barley). Am down by 50 mcg within 5 month. Also lost some weight effortlessly. Hope this helps

  • So great to have you back!!! Congrats on the pregnancy!!! You and husbear are going to make such great parents!! Please don’t leave us again take time off but please always come back:)

  • Thank you for information because I have that problem but I have been taking coffee and tea every day thank you boy may God bless your work

  • The last move looks really hard but it is more doable than i thought!!! I used to be so weak at plank but throughout the years working out with cassey, my strength really built up thanks cassey!!!

  • I knew I was completely justified in being mad at my former gym instructor for trying to put me under a VERY straining cardio program. I did perfectly fine when my workouts consisted of plenty of strength training and some cardio afterwards, but then I had to start going to this other gym, and I assume the instructor thought I was “too fat” and all I did was horrendously heavy cardio. I didn’t do well at all I only half-assed everything, was extremely tired and breathless all along; all the work I got done on my knees (with proper weight training) went downhill and they started to get weak and sore all over again.
Dieting has always been a very hard thing to maintain. I lack energy, become grumpy, and just get tired of not eating things I like.

In my first 3 weeks of weight training and I kid you not! my love handles were completely gone. I wasn’t under a diet. I literally would, sometimes, drink soda as pre-workout; I would eat cake often, and a bunch of other delicious foods that I love, and STILL lost a significant amount of weight. Not to mention my quality of sleep increased by a lot.

I am currently not doing any training at all due to work, plus this pandemic, but I miss strength/weight training so badly and can’t wait to get back to it. It changed my life.

  • My siblings and I love to watch films that are so bad they’re terrific. We love to hoot over terrible old photos and play with our dog. Sadly, we live in different countries at the minute, but the connection is still there. My nana and I always loved to watch old musicals together, and eat and eat and eat…:)

    Side-note: you have beautiful hands!

  • You cant just tell people to stop their thyroid meds. A “thyroid problem” is not the same as autoimmune hashimoto (slow physical destruction of the gland) or those with no thyroid gland at all.

  • Oh my goodness you look more gorgeous than ever! So happy for you. Love your sweet, encouraging videos. Everyone with young daughters should get them to listen. You are wise beyond your years.

  • I had started medication 2 months back but my TSH increased even though increasing my levothyroxinenatrium dose from 25 to 50.. doctor has increased the dosage to 75 mcg and asked me to have it for 1 more month.. can these remedies be useful with medication? please assist..

  • I am not perfect when I do Cassey’s workouts, not yet, but the last couple of days seem much easier than the days before that. I remember last Saturday and Sunday I was very sore! XD

  • It’s really the opposite with the accusers.. they attack the traditional woman’s life and have been for decades! But you are absolutely correct.

  • You are wiser than your years. As a well seasoned woman, I appreciate you and applaud your strength. Your life is a picture of your faith. Well done. You needn’t apologize or explain to those who hate. Simply proceed with your life and continue to pray for your enemies quietly and humbly before our Lord. May God continue to bless you and your family.

  • When I fall off the wagon, I’d love to read something inspirational to tune in myself a bit before bed. I feel better when I go to bed with positive energy because that will set the tone for the day after. And I’d love to go to sleep early to get a good night’s sleep. Going to bed too late, let’s say after midnight, doesn’t serve my body and I would feel groggy the next day which affects my mood and energy level. That’s how I start to reset myself when I feel down or off the track. Thank you for sharing your tips. They are very helpful!

  • Sir…pls….make a video to cure cervical spondylitis from root…..i have tried almost everything….but nothing worked…..it’s been a year….and it’s so unbearable….

  • https://www.opposingviews.com/health/worlds-happiest-countries-take-most-antidepressants A OECD report suggests the moods of Scandinavian nations may be more closely linked to medicine than anything else. The chart depicts the relative amounts of antidepressant consumption across several different European nations. Iceland — not technically in Scandinavia but nearby — leads with 101 daily doses per 1,000 people. Denmark, Sweden and Finland are all close behind, with Portugal the only outlier. Norway ranks ninth. LOL… ironic huh? https://www.opposingviews.com/health/worlds-happiest-countries-take-most-antidepressants

  • Gluten may make antibodies to the thyroid. Gluten is wheat/barley/rye..oats/corn/rice. Rice is low in gluten. Wild rice has no gluten…is a grass. Low sunlight may trigger gluten issues.

  • I loved your disclaimer it was so elegant! I’m not traditional at all (work full time, not in traditional relationship, not religious) BUT there are aspects of femininity that I love and want to grow.

  • Why is HIIT bad for petite women? In the past I noticed that HIIT workouts work effective for me to build muscle, lose fat, and gain agility. Is there a long term disadvantage?

  • So when I “fall off the wagon,” I seek inspiration. I have a pinterest board of sheoric, fitspiring women. I follow people on Insta that inspire me to continue working out so I can be fit, and flexible, and hopefully inspiring to others one day.

  • Thank you for such a relaxing video. I found it one day when I was feeling a bit under the weather, and it was just what I needed. I love Hygge, and it was good to see you saying it could be lived anywhere. I hygge with my 3 kids and 7 guinea pigs. Being happy is important to me, and time with people I love. Hyggering in Liverpool, with love x

  • When I get off track (with exercise), I just try to motivate myself to do at least do one more workout in the week. The way I see it, motivation comes before a schedule because motivation is the most important. And I put a lot of importance in schedules I beat myself up a lot if I don’t follow through with what I meant to, and that can take away some of my motivation.

  • Hi thank you for the video. Brought Meik Weikings Hygge book for Christmas as I have time to read then x It makes me realise I already have much Hygge sorted in life.Life is constant pressure and expectations; so enjoying the moment, reading, laughter, good people and friends etc is essential, Planning for Hygge is also important x Good luck finding your Hygge. ♥️so what’s your Hygge?

  • Any advice for purchasing gym outfits? I prefer high waist or ultra high pants and it’s so hard to find gym outfits when thy are all too long for me sadly.

  • i love this! i also love that you highlighted your trip to SF! I’m from there!:-D I love the Hygge lifestyle even as a half-Swede!:-)

  • I just discovered hygge today and I can’t believe I was already doing this for a long time. It’s almost been 5 months and I did that without even knowing that it existed. I have to learn more about it now! I’ve always been a huge fan of taking time to savor my cup of coffee in a well chosen mug every morning. I love to lit candles in every room each night to enter in a cosy mode. I cherish every family moment and organise dinner with everyone each time I can. I love going to the cottage during fall season to enjoy the cold weather and the colorful scheme. Of course, I absolutely love going through old photos to remember all those beautiful memories. Also loved this video ;):D XXX

  • Hi! My thyroid level is 7.82 and its really higher side. It was not there even few months back suddenly its become high. Will try your video and let you know after few months.

  • Way to go indeed, lived for 2 and a half years in Stockholm, Sweden, some decades ago and I know of the wellbeing you folks have in Denmark and most of Scandinavia too, a whole lot better than in Mexico…but we’re working on it and that’s the spirit of things, to improve your like and satisfaction and not consider the money side only…Thanks for such a great video, most timely and well done. Congrats. Saludos

  • U recommended to drink black coffee for weight loss and i m suffering from thyroid since 7 years and my age is 27 years…so can u plz tell me whether i should drink black coffee in the morning or not…my weight is 67.6 kg

  • This is my second day of workouts on my new vegan swede mat and LOVE IT!!! I didn’t really want the ladies on the mat I would have rathered the rainbow one, but I love the ladies now they are REALLY motivational for me so I am so glad that one came with the pack I just purchased LOVE looking at them when the workouts get hard!!!!

    Thankyou CASSIE

  • I’m not religious or heterosexual, but I present really feminine cottagecore and I like your tips. It’s more about getting my life together and being happy tbh

  • Casey, I don’t know what it’s but these type of obliques and muffin top exercises never work for me. I don’t feel like my muscles are working and also have a very hard time doing these exercises that require putting my weight into my shoulders and arms. It is really frustrating. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you!

  • W/all the twerking and ridiculousness that goes on online today, this video is a breath of fresh air! I have a big fat girl crush on Mrs. Midwest ❤❤❤

  • Even before your video, I became free from thyrotoxicosis by drinking 2Tablespoon coriander seeds cooked in water on empty stomach.
Now with your comprehensive video tips, I can maintain good function. Thanks a lot.
As a Muslim, I plan not to say Om during yoga, but just focus on its purpose as a long exhalation exercise.
Thanks again. Your videos are great.

  • Hey Mrs. Midwest!!! I absolutely love your channel, your like the big sister I’ve never had! Your absolutely a beautiful elegant lady I have a question though I wanna pursue being a homemaker full time one day when I get married but the only thing stopping me it’s the anxiety of my future husband passing away… I probably sound really crazy but I just wouldn’t know what to do in that situation. If me and him worked full time jobs it wouldn’t be a problem cause I could support myself if he passed:( I hope this doesn’t sound mean at all I’m generally curious and anxious. What should a homemaker do if her husband passed away? What should a homemaker do incase of an emergency? Thankyou, and God bless you!!✝️

  • 5:20 so true, i can’t even use a basic bike machine without over exerting my legs since i have to really stretch my legs to use the machine even on the shortest setting

  • I’m a teenager and keeping up with studies and balancing life has been a crazy task lately. This year I’m going to let “hygge” help me.

  • Love your channel! I have been a minimalist for some months now and this is truly an eye opener. Thank you! ❤️Support from the Philippines! ☺️

  • I’m American I want to add this into my lifestyle! Thanks for sharing.:) I just got a hygge book from my local library. It was on the summer book list display.

  • I’ve been on a No-shit November challenge this month. No processed sugar for me.

It started out really well, and the combination of no processed foods and drinking lemon water and green tea every day has paid off. I started losing weight. But last night, I caved and bought chocolate. I had no idea how often I bought something full of sugar on my way out of the grocery store, but I must have done that a lot this whole month, walking past sales on biscuits and chocolate has been really hard.

I was also suicidal about a month ago. When I recovered, I realised just how bad beating yourself up is in the long-run. I thought beating myself up for everything I ever did badly or wrong was how I stayed motivated. But it’s been holding me back this whole time. How am I supposed to succeed when I’m telling myself I’m an idiot and “I can’t” all the time? It’ll be far easier to get somewhere if I’m thinking more like my own cheerleader instead.

  • Yay!! Today I did five of the side plank leg lift front crunches on my right side without the modification! I could only do one on the left side, but I’ll keep working on getting that side stronger!

  • Guys HELP! I had to stop during the wiggling ankle reaches because the middle of my spine was rubbing against the mat and hurt a lot! Any tips?

  • Great tips! Am amazed at how some Danes speak English as well as Americans and sound like Americans as well with no trace of a Danish accent! Thanks for sharing

  • I don’t think stopping thyroid medication is good idea. Medication should be followed otherwise in hypothyroidism weight gain will be increased if we stopped taking the pills. Consult with your doctor and take their advise.

  • So I just can’t get the hang of those kneeling side leg lifts. My butt hurts, my shoulder hurts and I just can’t feel it in my obliques at all. Ugh..

  • Oh your pregnant that is what is different… your glow looks beautiful and the weigh gain in your face is so pretty… it has literally changed the the shape of your face even your eyes look different

  • Love you Cassey, been here since 2012./ 2013.I was thinking of buying the scale, gained some wight recently. You just talked me out of it:D

  • I think it’s good to learn about faith so
    https://youtu.be/5NXtIUv5i2w
Since most off you here are Christian this would be good for you to know about

  • M following all these steps except tha apricot oil massage coz I didn’t get it any where……m in second month….. After 15 more days I ll recheck up…… My thyroid was 8…. Let’s c next report

  • Any tips on how TF to do that last move?! Or anything in side plank. I can get into side plank, but if I’m stacking my feet, my bottom calf touches the floor the whole time and my knee locks out. Forget trying to lift the top leg. If I try, I can only get it a couple inches up and my bottom leg instantly gives out. Help!

  • Apke method se thyroid thk ho jata hai 2 to 3 months m phir kya is method ko always continue rkhna h ya thk hone k bd walnut, onion and coriander seeds ka band kr skte h plz tell me I am hypothyroid patient last 3 year I want to solve my problem permanently. • I’m short but skinny so my metabolism is fast? I just want to be fit and gain weight but I don’t know what’s the right exercise for me. If I do the random exercise I notice that I lose weight quickly and I don’t want that.

  • Honestly, I really love your dresses. You could list some stores where purchasing such classy clothes!!! That would be awesome!!!

  • So so so Sad that you have to explain yourself on your “own” YT channel (at the beginning of the video) I say this as there TONS of videos on YT that one could go & watch if your channel is “not” -“their” cup of Tea…

You are a Sweet Gal who is a Class Act Rest assured, many of the negative or nay sayer comments will have been posted by people who are Jealous of You! That being said, carry on, ignore them (in a graceful way of course) & continue to BE YOU!!: )

  • I’m not sure if you’ve already mentioned her before, but if notI think you would truly enjoy the Homemaking Foundations podcast. The host is a Christian mama and she shares so much great information for young mother’s and homemakers!

  • Hello, amazing amazing video! I’ve recently read Helle Helle’s “This Should be Written in the Present Tense”, and i was amazed by the simplicity, can you make a video about Danish author’s books recommendation if you are interested of course?:)

  • Very helpful video. Thank you so much. I started doing the daily yoga and having the tea in the morning. Slowly transitioning to everything else.

  • I love the Meraki oil, Greeks are everywhere (I also believe I saw tzatziki sauce when you were eating at your vacation, I might be wrong tho)

  • If people think you are attacking them they can just not watch you they are being petty I really need to create a better cleaner space thank you. I would like how to be elegant with confrontation thank you

  • For the young women or nay-sayers on this video or in these comments, remember that the world needs both masculinity and femininity, they balance each other out like two scales, a picture of the judgment scales? Men are generally the warriors in the world. They focus on forging ahead and expanding the boundaries of the territory while women generally take care of that which the man has provided. What I think has happened is that too many women have chosen to go the way of masculinity and have become “warrior women” and we have a society that is out of balance (remember the scales). Feminine, soft, gentle, gracious women are needed in the world to counter balance the masculinity and warlike behavior of men. What we have is women behaving like men and being warriors, and men becoming more femininized, weak, and unable to protect their family let alone their home, they are just men who are easily walked over. This is why I feel we have so many problems in the world. People are purposefully going against their original nature and are becoming something they are not. It’s like trying to squeeze a square into a circle, it won’t work. If you are a man, be a man; if you are a woman, be a woman, and be content with that. Use those gifts to the betterment of yourself, your family, and your society. Thank you for letting me share. Good luck and best wishes in whatever you decide to do. Christine

  • I became obsessed with hygge last year. After caring for my mother and then losing her in December 2017, I then having to clear out her home and move. I got rid of so many things that I kept just because. I was able to make my home a cozy and warm place that was clean and uncluttered. I come home and love what I see. I have cozy little books where I can grab a cup of tea and read a book, visit with my family, play a game with my granddaughter. I love this way of life and have felt more peace and happiness in my soul!

  • hygge for me, hot chocolate with marshmallows on top, a blanket, a good book,, my dogs snuggled roundme, candles burning etc I found hygge last year and have been doing it ever since along with my daughter. it is wonderful!

  • Day 23 of the beginner’s calendar is complete! Today’s workout was difficult and painful. For this video, I had to do the all modifications for the exercises, especially since the past 2 videos of the day were very ab heavy exercises. I hope I can one day do this video without the modifications.

  • I am all about tip#2 this year! Each month I’m trying a new workout channel/site/app! And I definitely needed to hear #5, since I totally screwed up the last few weeks, but I am back at it!

  • Great video! I can’t believe you still need to say a disclaimer at the start of your videos. Surely if you are not looking to become more feminine and elegant, you wouldn’t click on your videos! Haha xx

  • What websites can I watch/use to improve my vocabulary, you mentioned this in this video. English is my second language, I do speak ok, but I’m thriving for being better in it, like in my own language. Please and thank you

  • BTW,
That was my first ever public coment or posting!
Even my Husband likes what you have to say…. and he is a retired Electrical Engineer!

Btw, I own an apartment building all by myself, and that alone gives me all the more reason to like and enjoy your channel!

You just keep on charging forward in your own direction! You are Fresh and Clean to watch. THANK YOU sweetheart

  • Thank you so much. I had hyperthyroidism. I believe I no longer have it. The doctor initially prescribed quite a high dosage of pills but withing a few weeks I slowly reduced it. I have started eating better and exercising regularly.

My most recent visit, he said I look like I’m going into remission. I believe I am cured but will definitely always try be healthy from now on. Our bodies are wonderful machines. So amazing We need to take care of them

Also, I quit my job and relationships that were stressing me. I believe that also made a big difference. I love my body. Guys. Love yourself.

  • I am a huge tomboy but I also know how to be elegant. I cuss and swear like no one’s business. However, when in front ofI a certain group of people I mind my manners. I like to think that I can switch it up whenever the occasion is needed. I enjoy these videos. I don’t ever feel like it’s an attack on my tomboyish self.

Example: Two days ago I was out at a protest where I record ANTIFA and BLM. They started getting into my face and then somebody started playing Under the Sea from Ariel. So I just decided to start dancing to defuse the situation. It’s a very Tom girl thing for me to do for being out at these stressful contentious thing to do, but I defused it in a gracious manner I believe.

  • I really appreciate the previews on these videos! Often I waste time trying to figure out how to copy what you are doing, but seeing the moves ahead of time really helps.

  • I really appreciate your comments on diversity. I have a pretty different lifestyle and views on certain things than you, and I think that’s great! It takes all types to create our beautiful world. That said, I still love cultivating elegance and femininity in my home and life. I don’t think that those things are inherently incompatible with my feminism. I love my career, but I also love cooking for my man (and myself!) and home making and antiquing and fashion! I so adore having both in my life ❤️ sending happy thoughts for you during your pregnancy, you are beautiful! Love your dress!

  • I think very masculine, which makes it difficult to relate to other women and attract men, it is helpful to receive your tips. I think with working mothers, many soft social skills have been lost within our society.

  • When I fall off it’s typically due to nutrition and basically food addictions. So I completely abstain as much as I can by doing some sort of fast. I am currently doing a celery juice fast! This always helps me get over those food cravings and completely resets my body as well as my mind!

  • Dear Caitlin, thank you for your content, your joy and wisdom. I’m working on regulating my mental health and your content is truly brightening things for me. God bless you (and the little one)!!!!

  • I’m sure you will like the following helpling at home. It’s very hygge to me! https://www.bosch-home.com/de/produktliste/staubsauger/kabellose-handstaubsauger/BBS1114?cid=sear_58099669436_dsa-407116370825&&gclid=CjwKCAiA7vTiBRAqEiwA4NTO62vRAs8xL5QwdpS3467NhVxi3pUaQMAV_v47HVjQ0XaEIS9m2imKiRoClGUQAvD_BwE

  • Oh my god i did NOT watch your recent videos so i did not know you were pregnant until i heard it now with the coffee thing! I am so happy for you, i’ve always told myself how an amazing mom you would make.

  • I’m feeling so down and in bad mood today and just wanna reconnect with a fkboy, so I watch your videos again it feels like going to a wise sister I’ve never had.

  • I am finding it so difficult looking and feeling elegant, because of a disability/chronic illness. So much time goes into my full-time job (which I love), taking care of my medical needs and keeping my apartment clean that there is no time or energy left for elegance. I am always clean and dressed professionally of course, but most days I am lucky if I manage to pin my hair up in a bun and put a bit of mascara and lipgloss on. I always have to take shortcuts and it frustrates me. Are any other ladies here in a similar situation and could share some tips?

  • i believe in remaining ‘unapologetically feminine’ Cait…w/o explanation.
besides, there’s content where one listens to the sounds of food being chewed sooo…
i shall remain ‘strange’ in wanting to level up my elegant, feminine journey.
congratz on your pregnancy! you look beautiful…enjoy!

  • I came to this while checking for scandinavian…At starting I thought its just another one…But after a while I found you had a good content. So I finished with excitement.Well done…Wishing both a great life together ….:)

  • I’ve always wanted a traditional marriage. I didn’t want a career I have always wanted to have kids and stay home with them. I still work because unfortunately I haven’t been able to conceive yet and suffered several miscarriages already. I know God will give me the baby I am suppose to have. It’s so nice you’re also unapologetic about what you want! I feel like some of my girlfriends look down on me for wanting to be a homemaker/stay at home mom but I’ve always wanted to be a mother I never wanted a big career and my husband does and supports me and wants me to be able to stay home. Love this video and admire you to much.

  • I’m still working on my hygge. What kind of vacuum cleaner is that? It made it look like cleaning was a lot easier than my current set up.

  • When i heard about it the first time i thought what a fake s..it!!!! Am an air hostess and i do fly to denmark in the l’asta 15 years…denish people are cold not polite They arte always drank(also woman and also older age)!!! Their skin looks old They age old and They have i style like my grandmother!!! So it s a big bullshit

  • Cassey I also love eating lmao and about getting back on track, I’m just working on it! I injured myself a while ago and after that I just seemed to lose track, it feels so good to be trying again, thank you!!!

  • My tsh was 11.28 i did everything mentioned in this video for one and a half months and I tested my tsh today and it increased to 27.30!!!! WTF happened i don’t know. Fittuber please respond to this comment and tell me if I did anything wrong.

  • I respect you for the fact that you still tell us tips, while I barely complete each set for fully 2 min, and not able to breath right!

  • #2 currently we’ve been doing massive decluttering that was overdue. Feels so good to get those closets cleaned out and things donated.
Plus I plan on some minor “remodeling” projects during the fall/winter

  • Living with the genital herpes was really hectic for me till i got in contact with Dr.ademiso on youtube who got me the permanent cure

  • There’s no such thing as a calorie to your body according to articles from gnolls.org and diet doctor. Unfortunately it’s more complicated.

  • Oh I need this so bad, I use to do ALL your workout routines back in 2013 and it helped so much with my asthma and I actually lost weight, I was so proud of myself and I really want to get back on track with my workout routine now that life settled down (I got married, moved, went back to school and got a demanding job). I think it’s time since my asthma is back and raging, thank you Cassey for all you do and for still making these videos free for we popsters who are on a budget <3

  • A OECD report suggests the moods of Scandinavian nations may be more closely linked to medicine than anything else.

  • I am a new subbie. Your channel looks wonderful. I am purging my life of unnecessary items. Hygge is sounds wonderful way to bring meaning back into my life and to create time for myself to reconnect with family and friends and by myself as well. Have a beautiful day. Xx

  • Hey April, I know you said that dieting is bad for petite women. However, what calorie count is too low? I’m 5’0” and am trying to consistently control my portions and workout 3-5 days per week (I do CrossFit, circuit boot camps, lifting and running) so that I can get my body fat down to a comfortable level for me (18-20% I’m at about 27%) and build muscle. I’m consuming 1,200-1,500 calories per day, the lower calorie days are when I’m not working out. Am I eating enough?

  • Hello I’m a new subscriber I am by no means a minimalist though eventually I believe my hubby and I will be once we’ve done up the house and made it our own. We kind of inherited the house from my husbands parents ( his dad is in a home dementiahubby brought the house a long time ago before his dad got dementia), so the hose not only has a lot of my hubby’s old old stuff but also his parents things too. So we r in a bit of a limbo situation. Can not completely get rid of his dads stuff. But once we can get there and completely renovate the house we will b in more of a position to start from scratch almost. However, I could never be a minimalist with books. But minimalism is different for everyone.. I’m probably going to be a cozy minimalist when I begin the journey properly x

  • Love your videos, theyre soooo satisfaying! Also, I am So in love with your ideology about life. I experience hygge when I spend Time with my boyfriend doing Just really nothing. Laying together under warm blanket with something good to eat and watching movies or really Just hugging each other. Most beautiful moments!

  • Yeah but after watching a few Ingmar Bergman films my long walks in nature are filled with internal musing the point in existence and dialogues with a silent, unanswering God….

  • Hii, thank you for putting out content even though you are going through changes in life. Actually, I wanted to ask a question. Currently I am working and have a boyfriend, but I want to transform my life into staying home and taking care of the family and doing something on the side that I enjoy and that enriches mine and others lives. Do you have any tips on achieving that? Thank you very much for your care. Blessings

  • For me it’s really hard to try to explain this to people who don’t understand. My Dad is from Fjn but we live in Australia, Hygge is something that my Farmor and Farfar excelled at, I’m trying to incorporate more Hygge into my life ❤

  • Folkhøjskole is where I found the most hygge, it’s a shame you can’t stay there forever but everyone should try it at least once to learn how to bring more hygge to life

  • When i fall offs the wagon I usually exercise a lot, 5 times a week..but eat rubbish so it doesnt work. And then i get down..but i just have to remind myself by writing it down what im eaing. I live in small town thailand and there isnt the amazing stuff u get in the west. Snacks are my worst nightmare. Wholesome grains and foods are tricky to get or exxxxpensive.

  • Felt a bit low today but after watching your video, i felt more empowered. Thanks for your wonderful content. Have a blessed week ahead

  • I’m subscribed to you but we cannot be more different. I’m single, 31, not interested in having kids, and I have a huge distaste for the idea of marriage and family life due to my upbringing. I don’t even see myself with a ‘forever’ partner, but I am open to the idea of it. I find you beautiful and interesting regardless. I’m so interested by how much you enjoy and take pride in being a homemaker. And that’s why I listen to you! I take in little tidbits of your advice to incorporate into my life, like being more elegant and feminine, but respectfully leave the rest that does not apply to me!

  • This is the most wonderful concept and I hope we all do more hygge throughout 2019! Those simply everyday activities that make you “feel good” is the best experience in the world. I learned the “word” that describes more how I want my life! Thank you!

  • what do i do if I love doing all these things but my husband is the opposite and would rather stand up eating fast food while looking at his phone each meal?:(

  • A tip that helps me with losing weight and remaining confident: try to stay optimistic. It’s not the end if you gained a little or if you fell off the wagon. Just get back up and keep going!! Today’s mistakes are tomorrow’s lessons. Keep your head up high and keep looking for the best in life, no matter what.

  • My answer to your question in this blog post on hygge and prayer that I wrote: https://experimentsinchristianspirituality.blogspot.com/2018/11/hygge-and-prayer.html

  • i finished the pyramid abs and britney spears workouts without any difficulty but can’t seem to do a single move of this…

EDIT: i can do the last two but not the first few

  • I have to buy the books… Off late have been binge watching your vids… Knocked a lot of sense into my head of what I need to change in my life…. Much love from India…. Thanks tons.

  • Thank you for sharing such helpful tips, Caitlin! ❤️ I love your take on femininity and elegance and all the things you talk about. I always get such quality content from your channel. Also, congratulations on your new wonderful blessing Praying for and with you in this new journey of pregnancy and motherhood. Sending you all my love God bless your family ☺️

  • Okay for everything else but not yoga for everyone. They ignore the origins of yoga when they sold it to the west as an exercise. The purpose of yoga is to unite with the Hindu god Brahman the force of the universe they believe. Thus yoga is more than an aerobic workout. It is a Hindu ritual! All of the yoga movements postures, breathing techniques and meditations are designed to release the Kundalini serpent energy. This serpent power does not connect you with God as Christian but invites demons. And so the Christian beware, not everything is for you and you should have nothing to do with yoga as you don’t need Hinduism and their gods to get rid of problems nor get in shape. And as a Christian when you meditate you should not empty your mind you meditate on the holy scriptures. Emptying your mind invite demons and you will not have control of what goes in your mind and who or what controls you. Very dangerous practice for Christians.

  • Sir!! I got thyroid problem at tym of my second pregnancy.. Now I went througha caesarean.. I lost my natural voice nd hair loss.. My child is in 5th month.. Nd mother feeding.. Plz tell me wht can I do to cure my thyroid problem..

  • I’ve been a little scared to comment because I know I’m not your target audience but, as a trans woman, I really love watching your videos because you remind me of the women in my family and it feels like you’re a big sister talking to me and teaching me the stuff I missed out on.

  • Remove vulgarities. Omg that’s huge. I just saw a brief commentary from a MAN who was speaking about this female hip hop/ rapper artist and the new song she just released. He said the song was so nasty he won’t link it on the description box because if you need to see and hear it, go find it yourself. Apparently it’s that bad. Being crude, rude, vulgar and utterly disrespectful of everything and everyone is the norm. You must avoid that. It reminds me of 1 Corinthians chapter 15 verse 33 where the passage states in part that bad association spoil useful habits. So its crucial to rid all this trashy business from our lives. Excellent point. Congrats on the new little one on the way

  • Thank you always for making lots of wonderful video! I’m learning lots of things from your video. Congratulations on your pregnancy

  • Thankyou for this sir… I’m suffering from hyperthyroid since last 9 years and my weight is decreasing there is no gain till date…after these remedies will I be able to put on some weight?

  • Your videos are always so interesting, guiding and loaded with real health benefits. However they are mostly longish on duration. Is there any way pls to keep them bite sized so it becomes easier to watch these. Just a suggestion. Regards
