  • My doctor kept telling me that I’m severely dehydrated and really need to drink water. But I for some reason didn’t feel thirsty or realize that I’m dehydrated. I have realized that I should drink water and stop my excessive soda drinking habit.

  • I love these tips Kristina! Thank you
I am all about living a hydrated life!! Water is life after all
It was so enjoyable to watch content that’s all about hydration.

I would love to share with you an entire category that I think of regularly when considering hydration. There’s hydrating from the INSIDE out as well as hydrating from the OUTSIDE in.
I loved that you spoke of breath and meditation. Our skin can breath and soak up water thru our pours.
    • Steam Rooms / Humid Climates
    • Hot Springs / Baths / Rivers / Fresh Water
    • Lotion / Oils / Skin Care
of course with some of these ideas there is heat which leads to perspiration.. so there’s that to consider but over all when I’m in or surrounded by water I feel more alive and hydrated.

  • You should open up a raw food chain of restaurants, starting your first one, in downtown Petersburg Virginia, lol that’s because that’s where I live.

  • I’ve been thinking I had some kind of serious issue but I’m just super dehydrated most of the time and vaping/cold brew is def not helping the case, thanks

  • Here there’s warning labels on the coconuts saying not to drink the liquid inside idk why, because their’s not liquid inside them anyway, the coconuts are dehydrated

  • I have vertigo which makes u dizzy like the room is spinning and then the eyes can’t focus right it’s icky feeling all u can do is lay down and wait for it to pass to lift

  • Do you have any diet advice for people on a very tight budget, the working poor? I really wish I could afford this diet but its so expensive sadly. I can only afford to have food like this maybe 4 or 5 days out of the month x.x

  • Is the bottle of alkaline water recyclable? I hope so. Also, vegan, who flies so often. Hmm, interesting. Thank you for the video, though—it’s sweet.

  • There is fresh water straight out of the kitchen sink in my country. There is only fresh water there, just don’t drink out of random dirty lakes or oceans.

  • So I guess when my eyes are blurry and I feel dizzy or light headed that means I am dehydrated. Funny thing is I mostly only drink water but I guess my body really hates the heat when it’s really hot out. Even if I am drinking a lot of water I’ll still feel dizzy or light headed. Good tips. I am not a big with drinking alcohol but I do drink on special occasions or when I am out at a place that is servicing alcohol but I have a limit. I only drink one glass and that’s it.

  • I got heat stroke in September and I it took 2 months to recover. I am having dehydration problems again, bad headaches, leg cramps, severe fatigue and extreme exhaustion plus strong pee and nausea. I drink more water that 10+ people don’t know how to recover???

  • As a pregnant woman who is very sick, I drink sports drinks partly for the calories and partly because I can’t drink water fast enough without puking. It’s like, Powerade. I drink about 1 over the course of 2 days along with real ginger tea. As they are the only things my body wont immediately reject.

  • No Red Bull or Monster energy anymore? You’e raising my stress levels!! No more alcohol!? Mass Hysteria!!!!!!!!! Unable to comply. But liked.

  • How can I stay hydrated with coconut water? I need my electrolytes but I don’t like the taste of coconut water. How can I fit coconut water into my diet? Is it ok to put into my smoothies? I have been having a lot of headaches, fatigue & bad sleep. I have been this way since I was sick with sinus congestion with a fever a week ago.

  • They also tried to kill me with blood pressure meds. My bp went back tp normal after first infusion treatment. But they scared me into taking them which nearly killed me. And after 2 months of bp meds my presure was 211/ 123 it never went down at all on meds. She wouldn’t listen to me or just tuned me out. Saying my simtoms were a fcking panic attack. Wrote me off as emotional amd added more meds till i thought i was having a stroke. Be careful trusting doctors with 300 thou in student loans. They’re like currup political people doing anything to get paid. Big pharma needs everyone on meds. Even if not needed doctors will try pushing all kinds of meds on you cause your insurance pays for it. Your a cash cow especially if your on social security. Or disability. Its a criminal syndicate hiding in white coats in corner office.

  • White on the tongue……also means you have a dirty mouth. Scrape that tongue.
So many of these are also things someone with anemia experiences…..signed, an anemic chick.

  • You are so adorable beautiful healthy and smart. And wise. Love all the vibrant colors. This was an A+ video in every way. Im relieved to know my headache is from dehydration and not an amoeba naeralgia fowleri from drs orders of using a neti pot which i used with tap water instead of distilled water has caused me mega problems on top of my problems.

  • Whatever YouTuber’s say about her, and say that she is malnourished because she mostly only eats fruits, I just want to say that she looks beautiful and so they should maybe shut up. You can just drink water and Spirulina every single day for your whole life and still live. Spirulina has everything that you need except B12, so you should also get a B12 supplement. B12 is a bacteria that the animals get when they eat the soul, it’s not FROM animals. It’s in their stomach bacteria or whatever. I just read…. maybe I’m wrong, but probably not because I’m a woman. O, also, most of the animals in the farms now, don’t even EAT the souls anymore, so I seriously don’t know where meat eaters get their B12.
