  • I think the dangers start when you combine fatty and starchy foods, and eating like a poor crop farmer isn’t something anyone is willing to do freely unless they like the taste of carbboard. Easier alternative would be to lower carbohydrates and eat healthy fatty foods, avoid all the processed dairy products.

    Eat your folates (from broccoli, spinach avocadoes peas whole grains bread carbohydrates tomatoes pasta) antioxidants (green tea, black tea, herbal teas, berries, dark chocolate, oatmeal, spinach, nuts)

    Fibre (bananas, fruits, vegetables, whole grains wheat)

    Omega 3 ( fish, nuts, sea vegetables, spinach, eggs);
    And a little omega 6 is good for you heart

    Go for walks more often and avoid stress. Or excess stress (bad stress) and be social.
