  • I would step away from a woman who needs her man to have money. I am grown enough to know that beauty is only skin deep. Do i want the sexiest girl in a bar, why? Only reason would be to play to thoughts of lusr and not love that is what some guys want.   • Great content and pictures. Building self confidence: take on something new like: a new language or go to a nice restaurant by yourself you’ve never been before. Or, take a class on a subject that interests you. Or, develop a new hobby like gardening or cooking.

    Venture out in a new area and go to the open houses there. Learn how to make a good mixed drink. Or, join the Speakers Bureau in your area for public speaking. Have lunch in a Tea Room

  • My self-esteem gets lowered when someone says something to me that hurts my feelings. It makes me think that what they were saying is true. For six months, I actually had a pretty high self-esteem.

Insecure and toxic people are most threatened by the confidence of others more so than any single other factor like attractiveness etc. Never allow anyone to break your confidence with their criticism and negative comments. Get away from such people, they will reduce you to a shell of what you were before. Stick to people who make you feel good about yourself, and if you don’t know people like that, then be alone and learn to enjoy your own company.

  • I have such low self esteem and I can’t go to school or in the public without getting social anxiety… I never post selfies of me and I don’t let anyone take pictures of me, of course when i have to take a picture of me for a new passport or so and I hate it because I look so ugly… I’ve never told anyone about how I feel, except I told a close friend of mine that I have social anxiety, I hate talking about feelings yet I want someone to talk to…
