  • Deliberate discomfort means nothing because it’s voluntary. You know that you can end it at any time if you choose. For example not eating and making yourself uncomfortable when you have food, is completely different than not eating because you have no food.

  • Be smart. Don’t overdo and injure yourself but push yourself and gradually increase. Consistency is the key so please don’t get injured by Overtraining. I cri everitiem.

Change is inevitable, so for me a dedicated daily practice of insight meditation is important to balance the mind so it doesn’t become tangled up in either the so called good” or “bad experience.
