  • I love that you believe in God and that you pray BUT prayer doesn’t work without conviction and releasing it to God knowing it will be made manifested.
20 years of studying the science of prayer has taught me that there IS a science to getting your prayers answered. God bless you

  • Shivani Didi,
    Ram Ram.
You are transforming the lives of common people.
God bless all for moving in the direction you are showing us.

  • Deliberate discomfort means nothing because it’s voluntary. You know that you can end it at any time if you choose. For example not eating and making yourself uncomfortable when you have food, is completely different than not eating because you have no food.

  • Be smart. Don’t overdo and injure yourself but push yourself and gradually increase. Consistency is the key so please don’t get injured by Overtraining. I cri everitiem.

  • Marcus Aurelis is one great mind but depressed. Julius Ceaser man of action and eternal optimist. Augustus laid back and relaxed. Hadrian great manager and analytical. Trajan opportunist. Maximilian Thrax one tall dude. Emperor Constantine great politician and General but a mommas boy. Nero and Commodus dumbasses that landed on top that made sure that a government needed a strong legislative body.

  • I agree on not checking email, phones, social media etc. Ty Sean! When I had cancer I found the Lord healee me by focusing on HIS purpose for my life. So I finished Seminary with MA in writing and continued to get published! Praise God! Now I’m here kicking,it on You Tube tryin to be as good as you! Ty Sean!

  • We often label events as good or bad but forget it is all part of one experience. Change is inevitable, so for me a dedicated daily practice of insight meditation is important to balance the mind so it doesn’t become tangled up in either the so called good” or “bad experience. Being mindful of change is a vital in achieving a better quality of mind. Also keeping to what is essential, not getting caught up in too many worldly distractions is important in developing a more resilient mind

  • REALLY..? putting the pandemic in that list.. to compare to a time were medicine was practically not INVENTED yet.. and you could die from a cut..

  • I’ve been trying to implement an early morning routine for the day week & I’ve been failing miserably… well mostly at the waking up early part….but I’m going to keep giving it a try

  • Best part of this video (@ 4:30): “The people I deal with today will be meddling, ungrateful, arrogant, dishonest, jealous and surly.”…so true, everyday.

  • If you don’t do anything else in this vid, stay dark to start your morning. Don’t let texts/tweets start your day. You know it’s not going to be 100% positive.
Great stuff, Sean. I appreciate the amount of time you devote.

  • I m an angel ❤️ I m a peaceful soul I have a healthy body I don’t want return from anyone ✨ I love all I give to all the delight but don’t want any return Thank you so much God

  • …Can you hear that?
    …Well?
    Can you hear it?
…Please, tell me you can hear it.
    …it’s the Hum!
Do you know what that Hum is?
    …It’s your courage to come.
Know that there is no challenge that we cannot overcome.
We shall win…and we shall do it with courage.
    every crum.
The Hum hums ahead of our hearts, shielding all precious to soul.
The Hum of our hearts…that song,
    the hymn of courage,
    of strength,
    confidence,
    has come,
and doubters of courage and discouragers are dumb,
and if you doubt what you have,
if you do doubt each starry crumb of your courage beating,
singing, burning and humming within you,
    then you will remain glum.
A courageless heart is a soul numb.
Now let this world be our fearless drum,
    for courage and its rise;
it’s time for us to remove our conformity-disguise.
From courageous fire rising over our hearts — we —
    the matchless —
    shall beat the ordinary enemy,
for fear is no competition to the Hum to drum the world.
and all threats, great…small, past, present and future —
    we have, we can…we will overcome;
    we will overcome all fear,
    every enemy,
    each obstacle,
    every and each challenge,
and we will do it with courage.
    We are the hum…
the only hum to drum this world.
    So everybody listen.
listen to your hum…hear the hum of others.
It’s there…always there, and it never goes, can never die…the hum is always passed on.
