  • Deliberate discomfort means nothing because it’s voluntary. You know that you can end it at any time if you choose. For example not eating and making yourself uncomfortable when you have food, is completely different than not eating because you have no food.

  • Anyone who doubts the routine just has to look at the energy your bring on every video. The proof in the pudding! Need to start incorporating some of these suggestions.

  • I start my day at 3 am breakfast then wait until 7.30 to cycle to work, arrive at 8.15 am.I would like to start a lot earlier,but I am only a volunteer, plus it is not my buisness if it was i would be their at 6 am,oh well never mind I’m probably only their until Christmas then I’ll move on to another charity shop,I normally stay around about a year, sometimes two,I’ve worked within the charity sector for 5 years now,I like being able to choose what hours or days I do,I would rather work 6 days a week for nothing working with decent people,then getting paid and working with arseholes.

  • Marcus, your credibility is suspect at best, I don’t care HOW well read your pontifications are. A man being “grateful for the day” in the morning before raiding pillaging murdering and subjugating another culture while taking other human’s “opportunity to see the next sunrise” is the height of hypocrisy and NOT a man I’d ever take seriously much less follow into violence. By all definition and action he is, albeit educated, a fraud, a hypocrite and a violent deluded soul, no more.

  • Great video, only one thing missing… I saw the athletes and people who work hard to be physically fit. What about the couple who’s 70 and has been married to only each other for 50 some odd years with out divorce and raised there kids up to be powerhouses and now get to spend time living in their dream? I get wanting to be a chiseled physical specimen, but often times those same people are broken emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. What about the well rounded individual who fought to be healthy in every way and lived their life knowing that their purpose was WAY more than to just be a chiseled specimen? But instead their purpose was to simply be healthy physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally, and in turn help as many as they can live the same dream.
