  • I am 15 an weigh 13 stone I have tutoring on most days an I go gym on 3 days for about 3 hours I haven’t been losing weight I’ve been doing this for 2 months should I ass cardio to my exercise?

  • This is my honest opinion: If I got in need of hospital care I would feel very secure and well taken care of having you as “my” nurse! Me living in Sweden that would of course never happen…but in theory! Me also being a nurse but in the field of Ophthalmology and Orthoptics.
    Thanks for sharing your knowledge!
    Take care 😉

  • The FITNERDY18 code doesn’t work:( comes up as invalid. The 15% code works though (and 3% isn’t a huge difference if all you’re ordering is a mug).

  • What the hell happened to this Chanel it used to be two guys now it’s this bullshit old fuckers doing it but it’s good but what happens to the old guys

  • I’m a mom of two and I am finishing my perquisites for nursing I work in a hospital as a pharmacy technician it can be hectic thanks for this video I try to stay fit as well thanks for the tips

  • I’m not particularly busy these days (Winter Break just started at my university), but all this cold weather just makes me want to curl up in a ball and not exercise at all. My activity levels drop way down during the winter.:/

  • wow you are really pretty like you look so young and youthfull btw my parents were both doing the fasting thing you were doing and my father lost 50 pounds in 2 months so just saying it works

  • I love you and your videos, you’ve been a huge influence for me since I found your channel and I always look forward to your videos. However, I’m disappointed in your recommendation of the biometric scale. At first, your discount code looks to be a great deal, but Vanity Planet seems to have just jacked up the price a ton to make a $50 scale look more expensive. Everywhere else I can find this scale sells it for $50 (or shows a higher price “on sale” for $50). I’m glad you’re seeing more success, but as a YouTuber that values integrity, I think offering a discount code for a website that inflates their prices like that seems a bit disingenuous.

  • I took your recommendation for that scale from a previous video and bought it. I absolutely love it! Thank you for bringing it to my attention!

  • getting in the gym without havig eaten anything?…worst advice ever

and the thing with the focus?..absolute garbage….sorry but i never heard something this dumb…your brain needs glucoese…you body NEEDS food

  • Haven’t seen all of the Harry Potter movies. This video reminded me that HBO is supposed to be streaming them on demand now. Also want to try some of those teas. Thanks and happy new year!

  • **Just thought of something since you said you don’t do hair videos b/c it has nothing to do with you Channel… You should do like hairstyles you goto when you’re in a rush like go to easy products:) just a thought lol.

  • I just love your videos and you as a nurse so inspirational and not to mention your beautiful keep it up your great work I’m on my last semester and I live for these videos!!

  • Could you tell us more about the movie you’re shooting? Are you a producer? What’s it about? Oh and I’ve never tried kombucha tea but love tea

  • You need to start practicing good breathing during working out in through the nose out through the mouth if you keep restricting air you can faint

  • Hi I had a question, i am 14 years old and I’m about 90-100kg which is a lot but I’ve been on a strict diet and going to the gym 7 days a week for the past two months, so I wanted to know what’s the best way to lose weight for someone my age.

  • Kombucha from where I live is usually around $5 on average…. safe to say I don’t drink it very often… kinda want to learn how to make it!

  • Green tea gets bitter if you steep it too long or in too hot of water. The last one is hard to control when are microwaving your water lol. But correct temp and time will make a big difference.

  • I totally agree with you, it’s about priorities, I used to be 200 pounds and I had a crazy working schedule but I even talked it out with my boss that I was going to workout and then come back to work cause this was important for me. Still is, I’m 125 pounds now and on my merry way to look fit (those are my expectations but my body is on a plateau and I’m planing to donate the 15 pounds I need to lose lol), it’s about being creative with the time you have. Some days it’s going to go according to the schedule and others won’t, thing is to be consistent and have the goal in mind.

As always, love your videos, you’re a human being I’d like to meet to talk about fitness.

  • I’ve been looking for a way to workout without going to the gym for a long time, I think I’ll try what you’re doing here. Thank you for being so helpful

  • I have PCOS and NOTHING works to help me lose weight and I lost 42 lbs on 310! Their lemonades are to die for as well!! So glad you got on the 310 wagon! #310forlife

  • No shade but you stopped going to Dunkin’ Donuts every morning? Because I can see you have thickened up. As a night RN it’s so hard to keep a good meal schedule the days I work. I need the real a lot of these tips I read are unrealistic for me unless I want to eat carrots and hummus all night. You look great I’m going to try your workout plan. Thank you.

  • I wouldn’t mind a quick tip. I have always wondered what people would say to my regular day schedule and how to get in shape. Monday-friday I wake up at 5:30 am for work, leave the house at 6:20 am and get home from work at about 7pm. Usually in bed for 10pm. Thats my regular day, wondering if anyone had any tips. I’m always interested in trying different things.

  • I found that the only way I get to the gym is to go before work, before everything. Sometimes it means I’m at the gym at 430am but by making it a non-negotiable I always get it in. It’s rough some days when I get there at 330am but I’m always happy that I do

  • What is your Instagram or Facebook? I’m doing pre nursing right now and all your videos have me so excited. But recently I have been doubting it, I know this will be a challenge because I have 3 kids. I’m super scared.. I have a few questions for you. Please get back to me. Thanks girl

  • Everyone love the sugar.:) you could def drink a boat load of cals. I should drink green tea for a week and switch back to coffee to see if there is any diff.

  • Really great video. Gonna try this tommorow. Although I’m not a businessman but rather a college student with a job as well that makes my day very busy!

  • I like how you mentioned fasting and its importance. That’s why Islam makes so much sense. Muslims are obligated to fast a month every year during the month of Ramadan. And they break their fast with a couple of dates and water.

  • How about if I’m busy monday, Wednesday, and Friday? Would it be safe to follow this plan 3 days a week? Someone please let me know and thanks for your reply!

  • Really good tips and I’m glad you keep mentioning sleep quality as being a key factor health and fitness. I forgot you have a tea obsession and yes I’ve had to microwave water before just to heat it up lol.

  • Girl I was the opposite. During nursing school I maintained a job and went to the gym to weightlift 5x a week, no less. When I graduated and started working I’ve gotten sooooo lazy and bored with lifting. And I eat like crap. This job killed my fitness motivation

  • Loved the video and yes I agree that at home work outs does work. Another inexpensive way to work out is to take the stairs at work whenever possible, especially as a nurse in a hospital I find that this is a great way to exercise.

  • My problem is i work construction.. so my legs and feet are hurting after work… any advice?? Should i do workouts in the morning before work?

  • OMG! Everything you said completely connects with me. I’m lactose intolerant too, I have horrible bloating and I always say it’s undiagnosed IBS. Like I needed this video so bad. Totally gonna try the protein shake, green tea and apple cider vinegar shot, and the rest of your tips. Thanks for your content.

  • Starting to look into what nursing programs I want to apply to, and getting my grades and gpa up but throughout all that watching your videos always keep me inspired and motivated to keep going ❤️

  • I have sensitive stomach as well! I am also lactose intolerant so no dairy products for me especially cheese and milk so this is the best advice ever!!!

  • I tried the 310 shakes but i used water and didn’t care for the taste, gonna give it another shot and use almond milk this time TFS

  • If i do 1 group per day and about 3-4 exercises its good for progress.Because 2 groups per day it takes me just under 2 hours and that is kinda too long.

  • If you make time to work out and you work 12 hours I know I can do it working only 8 motivation thank you. by the way you look so beautiful and I just love your body.

  • I love your channel!!!! I’m only 13 but I reallllly want to be a nurse when I grow up! You are such a inspiration to me!! I love this

  • Hey, I’d like your advice on something. I’m a bit overweight, and I eat well often and I try to do 20 ish minutes of hiit everyday. It’s been well over a month and I’ve noticed no results. No change in tone or weight. Could you please help me, how could I start loosing weight/ fat.

  • Thank you chika!!! I have gained so much weight since I started nursing school. I realized it once I began this block and my scrubs fit extra snuggly after summer break love ya!!!

  • If its a busy day how are you gonna get an hour or more in the gym and then use the juicer? Do you know how long it takes to clean the juicer?

  • I’m lactose intolerant and the only milk I can drink is almond milk. Coconut milk breaks me out. I want to try these different workout exercises one of these days.

  • Hey Guys, I liked this video a lot but wondering your advice on someone like me who is a chef. I work 10-16 hours a day 6-7 days a week. i try and work out every morning and am pretty good about it but i still dont have a lot of time. as far as diet goes its extremely hard for me to stick to a meal plan of any sort cause i am constantly eating/tasting all day (pasta specifically cause that’s what my restaurant is all about) i also don’t think i eat enough foods that help me get in better shape. id love to know some tips for me to stay in shape and keep getting better with this hectic and hard schedule.

  • It’s almost as if you know exactly when we need these videos… I’m going through a really really tough time trying to reschedule and re-program my workouts with university just starting for me and most of my free time being gone. This video had some really important tips like knowing the difference between training within what is realistic for us vs how often we would like to train, I need to internalise that. Thanks a ton man keep up the good work!
