  • I definitely trust my body! After a lifestyle change with food, I feel amazing! Low to no carb, high fat meat proteins, while primarily OMAD (One meal a day)! No calorie counting! I eat as much as I want. No food deprivation! I control what I eat and when I eat, no matter where I go or what I’m doing!
    I recommend a meats and fats! The lower the carb diet the better! I still enjoy vegetables and fruits! But the less I consume, the better I feel! I’m satiated longer with meats and fats. No calorie counting, I just eat until I’m full!
    I don’t voluntarily speak about my successes with health unless someone asks! There is always skepticism! They still are grainwashed as I was for 45 1/2 years! Now I’m 47 and feel better than when I was 17. The information for a healthy lifestyle change is free. All you really have to do is watch free videos, experiment and see results for themselves! But the problem is too, that so many excuse themselves out of a start and usually fail to commit!
    Can’t believe I found the fountain of youth simply by changing my relationship with food!
    I’m fueled by meats and fats! Change your relationship with food! Grains are for birds and used to fatten livestock!

  • Communication does not always work when dealing with someone opposing you. Here is an Example that is about to affect everyone in this nation; Any commander in chief dealing with Iraq or any of these nations over oil and i do think Trump is treading on dangerous negotiations right now by pulling the troops out of Iraq. These communication techniques are not going to work under all circumstances. Trump criticized obama for the same thing he is doing, and using the same inaccurate reports from the same source obama used when he announced he was pulling the troops out of Iraq on October 21, 2010. As a result there had been a lot more shootings, Las Vegas being the biggest one. That resulted from the reports made that Obama used on that day he announced he was pulling troops out. You cannot compromise with someone who wants 100% control. Pull the troops out and the terrorists will start attacking over here.

    What I want every legislation who funds the medical, education and all these womens groups, these family and childrens groups or who passes laws in their favor, to have these sassy arrogant civil service annoying women go tamper with their marriage. Have one of these feminists go meet their wife while their wife is in a gym or where ever, and have that sarcastic woman go tell her she is being mistreated when she is being treated wonderful and having a great life because of her husband. And it does not pay anyone to come change their communication with me, there is one way I am working toward this. to get these groups defunded. Medical profession does not want the majority of people being strong and healthy and i got 1000 personal life examples to prove it. Right now, it looks like someone went to a bunch of medical clinics and put down my information, i found out when these clinics started calling me. It will not do anyone any good to come communicate with me unless it is about the defunding and shutting down these medical clinics. About these womens groups, Hopefully the woman would have enough sense to tell that womens group woman to get lost and go away. And how they really work get exposed in the media.

  • Great moves, but they are too complex (you’ll need really simple things as your brain would be in a state of shock and can’t process/do the necessary cognitive work)

  • I call bs. My wife tried this on me three times, my wrists are too thick for her hands to get a good grip. And her grip strength is not enough, your opponent is not just gonna stand there are let you twist them around.   • you’re overweight, then I suggest starting with a keto diet first. Basically fatty meat with veges, as much as you want to get your body habituated to burning fat as a fuel source. If you want to lose excess weight (fat), then you have to train your metabolism to get used to burning fat. No sugar, no bread, no noodles, no carbs AT ALL. Carbs have an interesting metabolic effect since if it’s not used soon, then it get stored as fat.

    Make sure you’re eating enough salt, potassium and magnesium in the diet: critical. All available as supplements. After 2 weeks on the keto diet, you’ll notice that your appetite has diminished and your cravings for random food goes down to zero. Next step is intermittent fasting so have your last meal at 6 pm. Don’t eat until the next day @ 10 am.

    Keep on doing this for a week, then have your first meal at 12 noon (so 18 hours with no food). Just a regular keto meal, enough to make you feel full. 1 week (or 2 weeks) later, have your first meal @ 2 pm. Only eat at 6 if you’re hungry.

    When you’re ready, eat only 1 meal @ 1 pm. Now you’re on the OMAD (one-meal-a-day) fasting routine.
    Record how you feel, energy levels, cravings, sleep quality.

    Then attempt a 48 hour fast, and finally a 5 day fast. BUT! You MUST drink lots of water with potassium, magnesium and salt throughout the fast. Usually the first day is easy but day 2 and day 3 can be really tough. If you don’t feel good at any stage, then go back to OMAD fasting. Fasting is not unhealthy if you do it right think about it: our ancestors didn’t have access to supermarkets/refrigeration and going without food for days was not unusual.

  • Practice, practice Tony”s strategy to get out of emotional suffering. I am experiencing more emotional strength and stability that I’ve experienced. I listen almost daily, to make new thought pathways. I know I years of inappropriate pain, suffering, inadequacy “feelings” and thoughts.   • Ok I’m no martial arts expert but based on what I do know, if you seriously want to learn to defend yourself I highly recommend investing time and money on actual martial arts classes, books on self defense strategies, and strength exercises. Or if you do want to try using these techniques to defend yourself, please try them against a fully resisting training partner to actually see if they will work if you’re attacked. That’s the only way to really learn them, if they’re worth learning at all. Simply knowing about them and trying out the movements a few times is not helpful at all

I’ve seen that rejected kiss repeatedly over the years in couples that I’ve been around, and at a nearly 100% rate, one of them (sometimes both) was already cheating or had left the relationship emotionally. Don’t have people trying to create confidence in a situation that has no future. That’s a slippery slope.

  • Hmmmm… 6:35… if the opponent is big and heavy, I don’t think it’s easy to pull off for the average woman who doesn’t practice this everyday… I think the classical elbow-to-stomach and heels-to-groin is better.

    1. Try to study in the morning or as early in the day as possible, before decision fatigue has set in

  • I must agree to disagree. I have a thyroid problem. I gained 50 lbs. in 2 months while exercising at Athlete Level; HIIT, cardio, weights etc. I had the perfect body for me. then I wake up and look in the mirror, and I am fat!!!!! trying Keto diet now, but its sooo expensive.

  • MY COMMENT is mainly for other men (but women need some testosterone too)….anyway, I’m in early 50’s very disciplined in diet and exercise but had the stubborn weight that wouldn’t budge knowing low testosterone has direct impact on weight / metabolism and comes with age I started adding shrimp to my diet very high in Vit D and Zinc both critical for testosterone production changed EVERYTHING overnight for me….finally stubborn weight dropped very quickly and my muscles underneath some skin/minor fat were almost instantly visible after just a week. GIVE IT A SHOT! and FYI supplements do NOT have the same affect as NATURAL food source intake this change didn’t happen taking vit-D supplements and zinc. Also, I noticed probiotic yogurt really helps lean out stomach/ get things moving along…..but don’t eat too much as it causes irritability and tension. Don’t over do on shrimp as it is high in cholesterol dark chocolate is good for fighting cholesterol and actually helps with weight loss too…..lower in sugar than regular choco…… google it…

  • Here we go. “Will power and self-control” is why we are fat. Sure, keep telling yourself that lady. We can “choose” to eat one slice of pizza or 3 slices of pizza right? Wrong. Our bodies have hormones that make us hungry or full and if you don’t eat a large portion for a meal, you will be hungry an hour later and you will be ravenous causing you to fail. REMEMBER, this lady makes a living LYING to people. “Fitness trainer” is a oxymoron. They claim exercise makes you lose weight. It doesn’t. They claim eating less makes you lose weight. It doesn’t. We know this because of long term studies on both caloric intake and activity level. She is from the same industry that started with their unscientific bullshit in the 1970’s and it has never gone away.

  • Thank Heavens I found keto. If you tried to follow this advice from this show or any other show you would be twisted in knots, on the brink of insanity. I would love for doctors and scientist to just tell the truth of what they KNOW will help the body. For me, High Fat, moderate protein, less than 20 grams of carbs a day. Down 127 pounds!

  • Summary tips for studying:
    1. Study first thing in the morning. It is when your mind at the most calm and full of ATP rather than later in the day, when your brain full of adenosine due to mental exhausted from other activities (full of adenosine = out of mana)
    2. Circarhythmsstudy first thing in the morning because human mind is engineered to be excited at sunrise and sunset. This way when you go to class you can review the material too. Optimal time for adults is 5am and teens around 8:30 to 9am.
    3. Get into the right environment, meditate, avoid emotional spikes to calm your mind.

    How to plan the thoughts for studying:
    1. We usually go through life with thoughts that we dont know where it came from. It comes from the unconscious mind. Learning is the process putting the things in conscious to the unconscious mind.
    2. Once the thoughts in your unconscious mind it will bubble up and steer you in the right direction
    3. So how you can control what goes to your unconscious mind? Repetition and reinforcement is the normal answer BUT
    4. Its actually what you think most about throughout the day. These thoughts will steer you to that direction. What you thoughts become who you are!
    5. Negative thoughts will cost you more energy (mana) to do productive tasks
    => having positive thoughts is a superpower. It will give you more mana to do everything easier.
    => Control what types of thoughts you spend your time with and your life will take care of the direction its heading.
    => what you planted in the unconscious mind will reduce or increase the expenditure of your self-control.
    How to generate the right kind of thoughts:
    1. Spend time with positive people/ people who have what you want
    2. If you can find them physically, online mentors like this channel helps too.

    Personal recommendation: atomic habits by James Clear will be a game changer to change your habits and thoughts by engineering your environment

  • Personally I’ve notice that the first thing I do in the morning usually sticks in my head for the rest of the day. When I study first thing in the morning, that stays in my head and I can’t stop thinking about it. So some might say it could be a good thing, but for me, I’ve felt it kills my motivation when you’re thinking about the boring stuff you’re studying for the whole day until you go to sleep. So I prefer to start the day with something fun, that won’t make me anxious. So when I study, and I’m taking pauses, I can think about that stuff and it makes my pauses more fun. Real pause.
    I think studying techniques are different for everyone, and you need to find your own.

  • Finding this video after a long time of procastrination I am grateful to have seen this. Even though it is time I could have spent on studying, this video is insightful on the structural processes of studying but also how I will reflect on my life. It was a really interesting hour and I want to thank you for that. I have made a small summary for anyone else out there to give a sneak peek of the lessons here but I would recommend watching it in whole!

    Studying is the process of moving information from your conscious thoughts to your unconsciousness. This works best when your mind is in a calm state, therefore, it is recommended to study early in the day as sleep restarts your brain to a calm state and replenishes your energy levels. However, there is an interesting feedback loop going on between your conscious and unconsciousness: if you think about X a lot, e.g. negative emotions for not studying, your unconscience will keep feeding you these thoughts back. If you suffer from this you will have to spend a lot of mana/willpower to convert these thoughts back to more positive to start studying and by then not have the energy anymore to study. You can get ‘stuck’ in this phase if you do not actively reflect on what goes into your conscience. To study more you need to save your mana and you do that by training your unconscience to feed you more productive thoughts: reflection and reframing of negative thoughts into positive ones look at situations from a different angle, change your environment to surround yourself with positivity, and set up different environments for play and work so your brain can actively change conscious thoughts without them crossing over.

    c) Find a role model – get coaching from them.

    9. Overload Or Overwhelm

    This emotion is about grief, depression and helplessness. There is no empowering meaning for something that has happened.

    Message: This emotion might be telling you that you need to reevaluate what’s most important to you in this situation and you are dealing with too many things at once.

    Solution:

    a) Decide what the most important thing to focus on is.

    b) Write down all the important things and put them in a list of priority.

    c) Tackle the first thing on your list, continue to take action until mastered it.

    d) Start focusing on what you can control.

    10. Loneliness

    This emotion is about feeling alone, apart, or separate from others.

    Message: This emotion might be telling you that there is a need for connection with people.

    Solution:

    a) Realize you can reach out and make a connection immediately and end the loneliness.

    b) Identify what kind of connection you need.
