  • The real optimal way to start running: 1. Start by walking 45 min. in the morning or evening for two weeks with 2 days per wk off. Then for the next two weeks continue walking for 45 min. but incorporate 5 minutes of jogging 3 times (so jogging for 15/45). Then add one more block of 5 minutes out of the 45 for the next 6 weeks and violá! You are now running for 45min straight! Combine this with roughly 3,5 liters (or 1 gallon) of water daily. Don’t eat more than normal and make sure 2 out of 3 meals are healthy per day minimum (an unhealthy meal/snack/entire cheat day per week won’t kill you) and you’ll be in great shape within 10 weeks!

BTW, do you believe in eating based on your blood type? I personally have a highly sensitive body and I am allergic to several things (like soy, peanut, dairy, cinnamon..) and so many veggies like cabbage broccoli cauliflower, they just mess up with my digestion. Interestingly, when I ate based on my blood type I found that I am doing better. But it was a bit restrictive and I had to think carefully about my meals and with my busy lifestyle, it was hard to continue like that. I would really like to hear your idea about the blood type diet.

    Snack:1 Apple
    Lunch: 2 bread pieces+ boiled chicken
    Snack:Milk without cream
    Dinner: Bread + lentils (boiled)
    10-20 min of walk
    5-10 min of workout
    This plan is very hard to follow but results are awesome

  • I must say its a very useful video, n I’m just starting to take diet. I found ur tip genuinely useful n practical. But I contradict ur suggestions for more than 2eggs per day because it’s very unhealthy n could lead to problems like stomach n intestinal ulcer even liver, intestinal n stomach can also occur because of that. I putting forward this suggestion because I am medical student n I don’t want u to make qny mistake while helping others
