  • I really needed this! I’ve been very on and off with my fitness goals Bc there’s always something that comes up In my life and I have to take a break from workouts and then forget to get back to it. I’ve also realized I kinda had all these goals like losing weight and building muscle and being more toned that I kinda got lost in them. So now I’ve decided I’m first gonna gradually lose the extra quarantine weight lol and then move on to building muscle. It does really help to break down your goals, I feel way less pressured and overwhelmed. Loved this video xx you’re super pretty btw

  • going back and watching your videos in order, you are a born natural for speaking in front of the camera, your personality is great.

  • Going through all your vids. At the beginning of this one you say “welcome back” but this is the oldest one in your list? Did you remove some?

  • Y’all already know who it is. Brethem Dron reppin the south SIDE of the Chi. Would like to thank you brethems and brethettes for tuning in to channel Celly. • I just discovered you and you are a queen. Love that you are empowering women instead of turning them again each other. Slay girl slayyyyy

  • That’s what I lack, planning and setting a goal. First time hearing about performance goals and aesthetic goals in fitness and that’s really helpful. I usually just want to see a flatter stomach after a few days lol. I like the micro goals tip so I can go for longer. Wow! You’re so strong!! Amazing. Gosh I need to start working out again.

  • Look how far you have come? I have loved watching you grow and seem more confident. I am also loving that you are finally getting the subscribers you deserve. Keep up the great job

  • This popped up on my recommended, you seem much bubblier, more confident and happier than you did at the start of 2016, and THE SHOULDER BOULDERS HAVE GROWN! What a difference!!!

  • Gave up dairy for lent earlier this year and I stuck with it, it’s helped me feel so much healthier and I’m honestly so happy I did it, pizza was ruining my fitness goals

  • So I decided to do a marathon on all your videos, and OMG I cant believe how come you’ve come ❤️❤️❤️ This is giving me motivation to get out and work for my goals

  • well I love cheese is cheese really bad I cut bread and pasta it really kill me but I did I don’t drink I do good but I get scared too like I want to stop being scared

  • Cut out Dr. Pepper for 21 days is going to be hard. But the tips you gave made since and seem not so hard to achieve. I just turned 45 & went through a break up that for the 7 years I was with him gained more than 55 pounds. I feel this is time for me to get my life back. So I will try these tips & pray I can stick with them. Thanks from a new subbie

  • Hey Whit these are great tips, thank you for sharing… also can you do other videos like what workout clothes you have…. like the kind you put in your favorites…. Please

  • This is so cute and different to watch your first video Whit! I can’t believe it’s been a year. It feels like forever!

  • Hey Whitney, Can I ask you couple questions?
1.I’m hitting gym 3 days a week for weight lifting and 3 days for yoga, is it ok to arrange like that?
    2. Do you hit gym when you are in period?

Thank you! you have amazing bodyshape!

  • A very underrated fitness influencer. You deserve more subs bro, much love and will start doing your intermediate fullbody program!!

  • I have a question. Would you prefer to work upper body portion first and then work your way down? My body shape is an upside down triangle, and I need help.:)

  • You’re right about wanting to do everything and having that all or nothing mentality, how that doesn’t work because I have done it sooo many times and I just end up getting turned off because I get overwhelmed loved the vid!

  • love your videos!! I found your channel last night and I can’t stop watching videos. I decided to officially change my lifestyle to a more healthy one last week after gaining some weight and feeling unhappy with how I look. I love that you keep it simple, easy and you’re super honest! I’m lazy when it comes to making food too. and you seem like a makeup junkie like me!

  • Always love your content since you first started! I definitely wish your channel was there when I first started haha seriously, I tell every beginner, just get started. Your goals may change throughout your journey, but your passion and habits built is what will get you through any goal you set out. Keep these videos coming, you are definitely making an a positive impact!

  • I’m guessing this is the angriest/frustrated you get? all good points, not many care about you, so care about your self (diet sleep rest water etc).

    can’t sell the basics right?

  • Your transformation and journey over the past two years is so inspiring!! Gives me faith it’s possible to be happy in your life and career goals, thank you for sharing!

  • I’ve been the worst at working on my fitness goals during the pandemic. I definitely need to get back on track. Thanks for the great advice!

  • Such a helpful video dear, thank you for sharing tips! I always need to start with a good plan and write it all done, once it’s on my to do list, it has to be done:)

  • A touch on this topic is truly valuable. I’m in a young age (21) but I really know which sports are created for me. The mix of fitness (specifically hypertrophy training a.k.a. bodybuilding) & calisthenics are awesome. Some running here and there (once a week) makes it a valuable formula FOR ME.
And yes, I’m tracking my food each day of the week. Set goals, no excuses and you will reach them.

  • Awesome video, I liked the three topics touching everything this channel is about it made the video, whole. Lol and I like the point made that people starting off and watching you are already in a better spot for the rest of their journey in fitness it’s so true. Most of us say oh yea we all made beginner mistakes it’s part of the process. But it doesn’t have to be, and it must be nice for it not to be

  • Hey Whitney all your shoulder workouts are paying off! You can definitely see a difference in your shoulders from the beginning of the year til now.:)

  • Is this your first ever YouTube video? I want to start a channel but I’m so stumped on what to make for my first video.. Thanks for the tips, love your channel x

  • Exactly the ONLY difference between a vegan diet and a omnivore diet is primarly MEAT and Milk from animal, some vegans make it seems like omnivore don’t eat fruits, vegetable, good carbs and they use biased study on meat to dicredit the all diet lmao.

  • Ur a godang good man sir, keep up the good work. I recently broke a rip, cant do much but my legs are getting beat up tho. Do you have any tips on excersizing while carrying an injury?

  • Great tips man! I can certainly relate to the second one. My worst periods of training were when I tried focusing on too much at once. It wasn’t until I took a step back that I started progressing again and feeling less fatigued.

  • Thanks for posting! I also shared something on this subject if you’re interested… check it out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TtLnrNs2tTw

  • My tip is find a good workout partner you click really good with. Someone who will help push you forward towards your goals in a good positive way. Sometimes you need that extra boost. Great Video!!!!!

  • I,m subbed to alot of tubers, over 15…..But to be honest there,s literally only 5 or so that actually cover real worthwhile content, info and the stuff you need to know. Some are slightly better, while slot are just for entertainment. Personally the best I find are so underated and deserve way more subs than they have. Your boy Brendan, Jeff Nippard possibly, Omar and there are others who are the rarity and yourself are the only guys anyone could ever need, wether you want hypertrophy or strength with good programming….lol, I could quite literally unsubscribe four fifths of my subscripts and I wouldn’t miss much. ANYWAYS, enough of the rant and I thank you for your channel. “_”

  • girl youre a BEAST! thats huge weights youre lifting. impressive strenght ma fitfam! i absolutely love this advices towards fitness goal. SMART! Love the fantastic GAME FACE, ahehehe

  • Just subbed to your channel a week ago. You encouraged me to hit the gym when I wan’t feeling up to it and I had the best workout andI was full of energy. You are great keep up the vids. peace and blessings

  • Focusing on 1 goal at a time is good advice. I was one trying to do it all at once which caused me to burn out & quit. I still haven’t started back, but needs to. I will definitely use this piece of advice when I get back into the gym life.

  • Okay, I get the no eyeliner thing now haha. You should do a video on this first youtube video. Nikki B did it and its so fun and cringe but I know you’d make it hilarious.

  • Your success with that opening lift, i think, never would have been had you not been so motivated by the crowd cheering you on, lol. Had you wanted you could have squeezed out 3 more reps bro. (I’m just thinking out loud, lol).

  • Hey Whit! LOVE your channel very informative! What do you use to plan the exercises you do? Do you have a coach? Do you use google? Thanks!

  • I know that you don’t like the word ‘motivation’, but I really did find this video motivating! I like what you said about the need to be flexible with your routine this is especially useful if something unexpected happens that may affect your routine! Love your energy. Can’t wait to see more inspiring fitness content from you!
