  • arnie give me motivation and inspiration. im 29 and i feel a motivation to get serious about weightlifting. I had tried it somewhat all throughout my 20s but only got through a few months before i lost motivation cause i wasnt getting results and gave up and either stayed with cardio or just skipped the gym all together.   • You need a vision, but it’s not enough. You have to set yourself specific goals and then you have to translate those goals into specific things you need to do. And then you have to set up a system with which you record whether you did those things. If you do that last thing, you will confront yourself with whether you are making progress on your goals or not. And that feedback will quickly make you do those important things more and more.
    If you just have a vision, just a dream, you will never reach it.
