  • 6:27 and 6:48 You can’t say two different things and expect people to be dumb enough to believe it. This is just one example of you doing that. You already lie about everything in your channel because none of your hacks work but if you really wanted to help and give sports tips, you wouldn’t make lies that can affect people’s health. I know this is going overboard for this just one small thing but think about if every tip they give us is a lie and people listen to it. What would happen then?

  • I can ride dang-near whatever I want. But skinwall tires? No. Just no. Why would I want structurally-inferior tires that get mucky? Just give me a set of GatorSkins and call it a day.

As an aside, though. I just completed a build on a higher-end steel bike (sorry; not fixed). I have never been a steel guy, but I kinda had to build this one. I must say, this bike is amazing. Smooth, quick. Steel is not unreal.

  • My home gym is a pair of saw horses, metal rods from a scalfolding kit, and some scrap boards I’ve fished out of the trash pile at the last job site I worked at. I’ve got some scrap metal laying around here some where, maybe I can lift that for fun. Also got some 5 gallon plastic buckets I can fill with sand or dirt.

  • You’re a boomer if you’ve ever corrected somebody for having a spelling mistake in their sentence.

To show that you’re mature, that doesn’t really work, you are truly showing that you’re immature, because you’re correcting a person while they didn’t mean it to show that you’re mature, remember when you were like 7-9 years old and kept saying “IM TALLER THAN U” you’re basically doing the same thing but in a different sentence, grow up.

I learned a lot about fixed gear from your videos. Thank you

  • Awesome video!! I have a bar across my loft hatch for pull ups atm and have to home made handles hanging from them. I also bought a pulley the other day so I can do tricep extensions etc. Single legs wise I’m doing single leg box squats, curtesy lunges and the weighted backpack is a must! I luckily had dumbbells and other basics at home so have managed to keep up a half decent gym set. Although I miss my bar at work for deadlifts and bench press but hey ho, adapt and overcome!

  • I’ve found that bullhorns work even better for me than risers. I get a bit more leverage while climbing and in a headwind, I can rest my arms on the horns and get out of the wind. Drops definitely suck on the street, I only ever use them in the track

  • I started riding fixed gear after watching your channel for a few weeks. I found a barely used 2017 fuji feather my size for $360. It changed my life. I rode 100 miles in June and I havent felt this healthy in years. I lost 5lbs already. Thank you so much your channel really inspired me.
