Concluding our list of 10 gym bag essentials is a pair of massage instruments (which work great in tandem) – a foam roller and a lacrosse ball. Foam rollers come in many varieties. Some are smooth and actually made of high density foam throughout, some have rigid hollow PVC core with a thinner layer of foam around and are ribbed.

Be it your first day at the gym or just your regular day at gym. 1. Staple Gym Bag. When we saw this bag, we flipped. We are a sucker for banana palm leaves (just look at our Pinterest), so this bag was a must-have. However, what we did not realize was. Fitting it all in to stay fit, sometimes literally — schlepping your day-to-day necessities to the gym, work and beyond — can translate to an over-stuffed, messy, accident-waiting-to-happen.

A cluttered gym bag is typically a heavy and unwieldy gym bag. Try to reduce the amount of stuff you lug to the gym by finding combination products like 2-in-1 hair and body wash. Sports Gym Bag, Travel Duffel bag with Wet Pocket & Shoes Compartment for men women, 45L, Lightweight $ 26 99.

For someone without diabetes, packing all personal items into 30liters (including a sleeping bag, sleeping pad, rain gear, cold-weather gear, water bottle, headlamp, camp shoes, clothing, etc.) is a stretch, but I typically use half of my 30-liter personal space for diabetes and emergency supplies.

PLEASE make another What I Eat In A Day video like you mentioned! I think it’d be cool if you added the Calories/Macro totals alongside your meals if you do. Those kinds of vids are just really interesting to watch. Keep being amazing, and can’t wait till next weeks vid!

  • Sir your videos are amazing.. I’ve lost 3kgs in 1 month thru your hiit home workout routine..

  • I opened my gym bag….found a pair of smelly worn out sneakers, half eaten protein bar and a shaker that hasn’t been cleaned in weeks.

  • Great tip for using the resistance bands for warming up! Those outdoor cardio exercises look interesting. Are you planning on making a video with a few of those?

  • Hey Merijn, found a new way to watch your videos. In my new car radio with YouTube. Excellent way to spend my time in a Dutch traffic jam

  • M and M review half way through so random and funny haha you’re a humble geezer also mate I’m glad as hell I found your channel I have learnt a lot mate ta for your time. ✌

  • I noticed that you are wearing a Fitbit! Can you make a video on how you incorporate that into your lifestyle? Do you actually use it to track calories/ cardio etc? Would know what you think about the accuracy of the device etc.

  • What bag do you recommend, eBag? Could it double up for school? I’m looking for a gym bag that isn’t a duffle. Could you can do a review on the bag for those who don’t listen the podcast? Thanks!

  • I’m also part of the home gym master race, but when I did have one it was squat shoes, 4 inch lever belt, knee sleeves, liquid chalk (because my gym didn’t allow chalk) and micro plates.

  • Thanks mate, I really liked the basic part which we ignore before hitting in gym. Perfect shoe is one of the important stuff we ignore.

  • By doing the bike conditioning pieces of an arvo what does this help with? Why do you do these sessions so often? Love your content!

  • First of all I hope you and yours are well. I first seen you when you did a video on front squat, thank you for that. You look beautiful and your traps are incredible. Will you think about baking your cookies on camera? I’m new to your channel, forgive if you have a video on them. Keep smiling even when the world makes it obvious you shouldn’t. • Love your videos, it has inspired me a lot and honestly the content here are great and very enlightning.. didn’t think twice to press the subscribe button..

By the way, i got a question for you:
If i were to make a weekly schedule for weight/fat loss training with dumbbells at home and by following your workout videos that focuses on diffrent body parts, how exactly do i do it without overexerting and avoid any negative impact on the body?

Sorry if the question is kind of repetitive or out of context due to it to not relate to this video.. i just want to know how..

Thanks, lots of love and support for you from Malaysia..

  • Hello tony. Folk you can do a video about the other tools in your training. For example the size and weight of the tires. The velts. The circuits. I really love your workouts.

  • I ain’t trying to sound cliche but you are one of my inspirations. “You got to finish what you started. Doesn’t matter how long it takes you finish it.” I keep that in mind not just when I am working out but also when it comes to other aspects in my life. God Bless you.

  • BAG gloves, straps, fat grips, dip belt, band thingy, log book. fitbit on my wrist. headphones on my nut. just finished my oats and whey. training at 6am

  • You can get the exact same wraps here for 2$ https://nl.aliexpress.com/item/Weight-Lifting-Strap-Fitness-Gym-Sport-Wrist-Wrap-Bandage-Hand-Support-Wristband/32765676769.html?spm=a2g0z.search0104.3.1.63e35b67yH5h0o&ws_ab_test=searchweb0_0,searchweb201602_8_10065_10068_10843_319_10059_10884_317_10887_10696_321_322_453_10084_454_10083_10103_10618_10304_10307_10820_10301_10821_537_536,searchweb201603_52,ppcSwitch_0&algo_expid=a6f0803c-b1cc-40a7-816b-f5ad41fd56b6-0&algo_pvid=a6f0803c-b1cc-40a7-816b-f5ad41fd56b6&transAbTest=ae803_5

  • Wierded out by buying underwear at the store.
Doesnt mind modeling them for thousands on YouTube one bit haha.
This is the world we live in haha.

  • I live for these vlogs each week. Thank you for being so transparent with each obstacle you overcome. It’s helped to keep me motivated on my journey, as I face a lot of similar thoughts. Quite simply, you’re a badass. All the love and support.:)

  • Honestly, it bothers me quite a lot, that you promote straps as a “must have” and as an “essential” item. Both you and I know, it’s not.
Yes, it can help if your grip strength is too weak, but if you just don’t use straps in the first place, grip strength will increase as well. Using straps won’t allow that.
The way these products are presented and marketed can seem a bit dishonest, which I highly doubt is your intention. I know you gotta do your thing, it’s a business, and you want people to buy the product. But don’t lie man…

  • What series is your IPhone watch? Also, i am interested in what camera you use to VLOG. Any information would be greatly appreciated. #Bigfan

  • He Im 15 years old and 5:11 and I’m 75kg iv bean working out for a while witch has helped me a lot but I’m still at the same weight and I haven’t gained more anymore muscle and I work out three times a week I’ve been trying to loose weight because I’m not happy with my stomach so I’m afraid to eat more to gain more muscle could you give me some tips or can anyone help me out thank you very much

  • Tony, super! But the topic with the vest-weighting is not disclosed…

And you can add a list of your gadgets to the description. Thanks!

    Respect from Russia!

  • Bro plz make a video on fully vegetarian diet…..and i want to loose my belly fat quickly……tell me about daily routine exercise for belly fat which i can do it daily….

  • You might like the SBD belt since its essentially a lever belt with the ability to change the tightness like a prong belt. SBD has their hand around ipf though so I try not to support them but their belt is the only one like this on the market besides pioneers buckle that allows for a.5 inch adjustment but sadly its not ipf approved.

  • I squat in vans because they’re so flat, I would feel awk not wearing shoes at the gym but yeah wearing elevated like, running shoes is supposedly not as effective or good for you
