Join us for this hands-on workshop to learn how to make single serving gluten-free desserts that stay fresh all week using mason jars.
We walk you step-by-step through making three desserts to take home with you! You will receive the recipes so you can re-create these desserts at home. We will explain what makes these desserts a more nutrition-rich option that still satisfies your sweet tooth and we will talk about what is really going on with sugar and your health.
You will go home with:
1 chocolate chia pudding
1 peanut butter pecan dream
2 peach cheesecakes

BRING (OPTIONAL): a small cooler with ice packs to keep your desserts cold on the way home and 2 packets of alternative sweetener if you prefer not to use Splenda.
