Want to start doing meal prep for the week but not sure where to start? Join us for this TWO-PART WORKSHOP to learn how to make Mason Jar Salads that stay fresh ALL week! This hands-on workshop will teach you how easy, healthy, and inexpensive meal prepping a nutrition-rich, hunger-crushing salad can be!
PART 1: We walk you step-by-step through making THREE salads to take home with you for the week. You will receive the recipes so you can re-create these salads at home. Finally, a nutritionist will explain what makes these salads such a nutritious and filling choice for lunch or a light dinner and give you tips to make your own versions of mason jar salads.
PART 2: We will look at the information on the food packages for salad dressings so you know what to look for (and what those food manufacturers are trying to hide!) when you purchase your next dressing and we will review a few easy and healthy protein options for topping your beautiful salads.
LIMITED to 6 attendees (minimum of 3 required to hold workshop).

BRING (OPTIONAL): a small cooler with ice packs to keep your salads fresh on the way home and your favorite salad dressing (empty bottle) to review nutrition quality.
