This is the plan for you if you have been wanting to try a plant-based diet but are concerned about missing out on vital nutrition. This vegan meal plan is 100% plant-based and gluten-free. This plan is higher in carbohydrates than the others as plant-based proteins typically have carbohydrates too.
This is a family-friendly, easy meal prep plan that follows the Harvard School of Public Health’s Healthy Eating Plate model. This plan is focused on plant-based foods and high-quality animal proteins. It includes whole grains, legumes, and dairy foods.
Nutrition is the cornerstone of managing blood sugar. This plan pairs appropriate carbohydrates with fiber in delicious low glycemic index recipes and food combinations.
