Your Feet are the Foundation for Total Body Wellness. by Galina and Roland Denzel. January 27, 2017. 7 Comments.

Taking care of your feet has the potential to improve how your entire body moves, yet most of us hide our feet in shoes where they’re so far out of sight that they’re literally out of mind. You’re probably familiar with the way your car works: Tires contact the ground, translating. Healthy Feet the Foundation for Total Body Wellness. Having healthy feet has the potential to improve how your entire body moves, but most of us hide our feet in shoes where they’re out of sight and out of mind. You’re probably familiar with the way your car works: Tires contact the ground, translating the force up through the wheels and transmission to propel the car forward. Our feet were designed to be versatile with an infinite number of movements due to the number of joints and intrinsic foot muscles, yet most of us hardly spend time thinking about our feet.

They are the foundation of our body, however, the care and maintenance of our feet is almost unheard of. The feet alone make up a quarter of all the bones in the human body. They have 56 bones, 60 joints, and over 200 muscles, ligaments and tendons. Your feet must not only support your body as you stand, walk, run and jump, but also absorb damaging shock that enters your body every time your heel hits the ground.

Healthy feet are vital to mobility, and prevention is better than cure. If your heart, liver or kidneys aren’t working properly, you’ll have excess fluid in the body that leaks into your tissues and drains down into the feet. If the swelling is painful, seek medical help immediately: It could mean that you have deep vein thrombosis, or a clot that’s blocking the flow of blood. Your feet are the foundation of your body. Total body wellness begins with supporting good posture and Orthotics correct poor posture.

As we travel through life our body’s structural framework very often gets out of balance due to various types of accidents, stress and deteriorating body function simply due to the aging process. The feet are the foundation of the body. They support you when you stand, walk, or run. Feet also help protect your spine, bones, and soft tissues from stress as you move.

By stabilizing and balancing your feet, Foot Levelers orthotics enhance your body’s performance and efficiency, reduce pain, and contribute to your total body wellness. Our Feet Are The Foundation For The Entire Body! While I am not a ‘foot doctor’, I am extremely interested in how the foot/ankle area relates to the spine and the rest of the body.

I check everyone for common functional foot/anle problems which can contribute to problems in knees, hips, pelvis, low back and elswhere.

Our orthotics complement your healthcare professional’s. Foot problems can affect the overall well-being of the human body. Many health issues which affect the foot can result in poor posture, low back pain, and sciatica.

These imbalances can ultimately result in a variety of other health issues. Custom-made foot orthotics can help promote and support overall well-being by relieving foot problems.

I am so thankful to have found a home practice I can actually fall in love with bc its challenging its authentic its healing and i feel it comes from a true place. keep shining your wonderful light and playing this beautiful yoga music we feel it all the way in pincourt quebec canadaxo

  • Thank you Travis! You are a sage who has lived many lifetimes. I’m teaching my first Yin class tonight after teaching Ashtanga and Power Yoga for many years. Thank you for your wisdom and generosity. Namaste

  • Thanks for doing something that can make a difference in peoples lives. You are appreciated! Love the videos, There is only one studio in my area but I work a lot of midnights so my days are used for sleeping. It’s really nice to have quality instructors online so that I can grow in my practice. The force is strong with you young Jedi.

  • I have always loved your classes, my favourite is prana one power yoga, and others too.. thanks, for all the classes and your positivity.
Thanks again you are an inspiration to me

  • Whatever dimension one visit during yin yoga, I was there. I’ve done longer practices that I used bandha breathing to go deeper. However, this class took me deeper and somewhere else. It was a beautiful experience. Thank you

  • Go gluten free to fix digestion. Gluten causes absorption problems in many people. Therefore, not getting all your nutrients to help body heal.

  • Hello Travis, from Barcelona, Spain.

  • I absolutely love your videos, Tim:) you describe what to do so clearly that I never have to look up at the screen like “wait, do what?!” You are very refreshing and much appreciated!

  • question? is the knee suppose to be at 90 degrees in the swan position? front knee. or at an acute angle. i see both. maybe it does not matter.. Anybody?

  • Hi Travis. I follow your classes in YouTube from Thailand. My friends and I love them to so much and keep practicing everyday. We used to have back, shoulder pain from office syndrome. Now those pains are gone. SO MUCH THANKS to your online classes. Definitely, we will be your forever fans…:D

  • You are amazing Travis….. Thank you so much for sharing this valuable knowledge with us..i am jus greatful for this yon foundation class from my inner self I prey for you god always bless you brother

  • A great stretch and much needed meditative exercise. As close to a Yoga studio from home! Thank you Travis! On day 3 going for the 8 weeks!

  • The Sphinx in Yin should and must be different between Yin and Yang. The melting of the heart so that one hangs in between shoulder needs to be addressed. This is significant otherwise people still used musculature energy to push, Also, correct me if I’m wrong but i think backbends are spinal flexion not extension as you mentioned.

  • Thank you so much!! I love the longer practices and your cueing is on point! Your voice is soothing and calming. I appreciate you sharing your gift with us.

  • Shifu i am from India and i am really interested in learning kung fu but i dont know from were to start please shifu help me out i really love your style and passion towards kung fu i wanted to be your shisya

  • Hey mister when I’m watching this I’m inspired please teach me live in poor guy please reply this I’m in the Philippines and I love your style

  • Smooth gentle transitioning and nice sequencing. I like that you give variations for each pose to suit individuals physical needs.

  • this week had been so monotonous for me.. i didnt quite understand what to do to break this boring cycle.. there was so much to dotake classes, submit tasks within deadlines, complete pending stuff WAY past the deadline, chores,… but today i decided to stop rushing for once, and did this yoga session.. and honestly, while connecting to the breath, i had forgotten about everything.. right now i feel better than i’ve felt this entire week, and it seems like my head is processing things more clearly, more practically.. this is my favourite YWA video.. thank you so much Adriene..!!!

  • Returned to this class today as I was looking for something strong but not too fast-paced, and it made me feel amazing! The core work with the block and those side bends did wonders for my achy back. And for the first time I felt so lengthened in paschimottanasana I could actually keep my legs straight with minimal effort. Thanks, Tim!

  • My 5 kids in quarantine are loving your videos and it’s a great way to positively expose them to other cultures. Thanks all the way from Telzstone Israel!

  • Thank you Adriene & crew! Thank you to everyone practicing together & making connections, there were 556 of us! (574,290 to 574,846)

  • I love your classes Travis, am so grateful they are made accessible for everyone. I particularly appreciate the variety of students filmed: so often it is only the flexible strong impressive looking students on screen but here we have options for all levels of flexibility. The music is always a treat, as is your strong, steady voice and clear instructions with some really helpful quotes and pieces of philosophy thrown in for good measure. I am intrigued. What is your personal practice? You seem like you must be a true practicing yogi! Also where do you teach…would love to come to one of your classes some day. Thank you!

  • Re.: Thirty Day Challenge Dear Tim, Yes, I am still in it! I like your choice of the sequences. Surprisingly, or probably not surprising at all, I always did the same kind of six day programme, before you came up with the Challenge series. I had missed this sequence. It’s great, I like the contemplative style about it. Yes, please keep the Challenge, it is a great motivator.

  • I don’t know how you do it, Adriene, but this was exactly the practice I needed today. Today it’s dreary and raining, my body feels meh, I missed yoga yesterday a mixture of wonderful family time and a yoga/playroom ever filled with toys which I don’t regret, but left my body feeling crunchy. And then this a low and slow practice, working out some kinks, connection to myself and the 3,000 others practicing at the same time. It left me with a smile on my face and a matching one in my heart. Namaste

  • To everyone practicing this practice today, its rainy August day for me, my spirit and I send you so much love and light. Thank you for showing up for yourself

  • The most amazing and intense yoga class ( intense and easy on the same time) because I practiced a lot with you so I knew how to do the poses proberly without injuring my body I am grateful to you, to your camera, to your passion, to my yoga journey, to the the props that we have to do yoga, to yoga moves and experts, to my first confident fourarms stand(thanks for the tricks you showed) grateful to my phone, to youtube, to the Wi-Fi and to god❤️ that gives us all these beautiful things

  • I started doing these videos to help with some serious depression. I’m truly grateful for how much they’ve helped me. I had done yoga MAYBE 5 other times in my whole life. On a particularly rough day I found this on the most impulsive whim. I’ve been doing these every day for about 3 weeks and I can’t even tell you how hugely beneficial they’ve been. I also started some Prozac, but your videos have been super healing for me. Thank you very much.

  • Yes, it is the best 1 hour TBYW, at least the best I know, so far. I like the dedication to the alignment and the speed is impressive too. It looks slow and easy, but done properly this flow is also a rewarding physical challenge..

  • Really great class! Slow, with a smart progression of the asanas and with the use of the props.:) Oh! and I did my first crow (2 sec but still!!):):):) Thank you, Tim!

  • Hey Tim. I have been watching your videos the past 6 months. You have inspired me to really take my yoga practice seriously, and since then I have used your videos to build my practice every day. I can’t thank you enough for this, and I have noticed a change in my mindset and new positive results in other parts of my life. My posture performing as a musician has improved greatly, and many of the stretches you helped me work on have improved a knee injury I had. I overall feel better everyday thanks to your teaching. I hope to meet you someday or even go to your retreat! Take care-Jon

  • I did this practice with 886 yoga lovers! Cannot believe that. Feeling so connected with myself and others after this practice. Thank you Adriene <3 Namaste

  • I do this almost every day and love it. The walk with your family is so wonderful, and sometimes I can’t help but cry a little at the end seeing your family and nature and the lamb and the moon. Thank you, Shifu!!

  • Some amazing dress you are wearing…..sorry for late reply, was out of town….happy belated new year…looking forward once again to lots of kung fu this year.

  • I have been doing yoga with you for a year now and its so exciting to do classes like this one and really see/feel the results of my body starting to release and grow in the postures. Thank you for all your teaching and guidance in every video you do. Keep up the fantastic work! P.s. I recommend you to everyone I know interested in practicing yoga!

  • Best class I have taken online thus far! Thank you Tim, you are great at verbal instruction, I dont even have to look at the screen for minutes at a time. Namaste….

  • Thank you to those who practiced with me. Finished a few minutes ago ❤❤❤ And thank you Adriene for great guidance, and your wisdom

  • Just what I needed today Adriene! Thank you for always “getting” us. It’s one of the most meaningful parts of participating with you!

  • At first that he talks I feel the pain he is talking about…………..I also feel the guilt he tries to hide by laughing from having chronic pain…It is much easier to come with an acute injury.. It is so stressful to explain something chronic and internal again and again to people… Sometimes you feel you have to forget about self pain and focus on smiling so that we are not too much of inconvenience to others.. I relate entirely:(

  • Your channel is most valuable to me as I may move to a neighborhood much further from my current yoga studio. I want to come back to this practice several more times!

  • Just finishing my first week of the 30 day challenge and feeling so much stronger, energised and sleeping better. Also very challenging:)
Your instructions have stregthened my practise and I can feel myself being more aware of my core and breathing. Most of all your way of instructing the alignment in the asanas is brilliant! My posture and asanas have dramatically improved.
I also have a wrist injury that is slowly healing ( Ligament damage:( and I have still been able to do the challenge with a little bit of modification.
    Thank you so much!!!!
    Namaste

  • That was an amazing video. I moved cities recently and had to leave my beloved yoga studio in Montreal. Haven’t yet managed to find a replacement. Your videos have brought me out of my funk!! I love the detailed instructions its the small nuances that make all the differences. I feel like i am improving and strengthening my practice like i did with the amazing teachers i had at my previous studio. Quite an accomplishment given that this is online! Your pacing is incredible and i am looking forward to continuing with this 30 day challenge:) Thank you!! Merci! Shukriya! Dhanyavad!

  • Connecting to the breath no matter what is going on inside or outside is my tool for sanity. Thank you, Adriene. But also a big thank you to this community. Just knowing we are on our mats, together in spirit, helps me. ❤️

  • Today I felt so disconnect because of a fight with my partner and I find it hard to drop my pride and talk instead of being just angry. After this session I picked my phone and I said sorry. Now I’m back to a state of calmness and serenity, thank you Adriene!

  • It hasn’t been a long week amongst a heap going on, grieving the death of my stepmom….This helped a lot to reconnect with self. Thank you

  • The sequence is great, the guidance is great, the messages tu bring are so helpful and deep. The only thing that was not helpful was that there is tension in the music because it creates a suspense atmosphere, and there is also some tension in your voice. Shifting that a bit and the whole thing would be really awesome.

  • I love these videos. However, when trying to do the class, I’ll hear you explain something, then look to the screen to see it, but by that point you are already either halfway through or totally finished the motion. So I have to rewind. Perhaps you could explain what you’re doing a second before the video rather than after.

  • What an awesome practice today was, since I felt alittle hypochondria today. These come and go so reconnecting with myself was just the magic. Also I did True 13 before, so I’m really chill now

  • Tim what an awesome class. I’m so surprised I’ve been practicing down dog on the forearm a lot because you suggested it. It wasn’t till I just tried this lesson that I realized I can actually do forearm hand stands. Wow. You are a wonderful instructor. This really made my morning. Thank you again.

  • I really enjoyed this class.  I hurt my back a few months ago and your guidance throughout the video really helped to keep my core engaged.  Thanks:)

  • perfect timing.. with the current world problems these videos are allowing us to redirect our frustruation into some useful self improvement.

  • Parker University is in Dallas! I will be attending there in January to pursue my Doctor of Chiropractic and specialize in Gonstead thanks to you Dr. Rahim! blessings from Texas!

  • Travis.really enjoyed this program but the pose at the 35 minuet mark I found very difficult. I find it hard to even sit straight with the legs out front let alone try to bend or reach any. Is there a easier pose or something I should work on to help me with this pose. Thanks in advance for any advice you can give me.

  • Yin Yoga is really very soothing, just like regular Yoga taught in India, where they always advice not to force your body, into a particular posture, and get there slowly. However, I cannot understand why all the students should be so crowded and close together without being able to stretch themselves freely, although, there seems to be enough room for everybody to leave some reasonable gap between each other. That was a little irritating, and also the Instructor walking in the narrow space.
And I wonder whether, the instructor would always be saying the same things in all the Foundation classes.
But, i think it is ok, for I have all the space to stretch to my heart’s content while I follow his instruction right here from my home.
Thank you Travis for this wonderful video and very good instructions.

  • I am learning so much from your videos! Do you have any tips for increasing flexibility in a recently broken ankle area (fibula and tibia break with related tendon tears), much appreciated. Namaste

  • I feel I need to work on this session more than a few. I think my sides and the outside of my knee are very tight. Pleasure to come. Thank you.

  • Shifu Yanxin, I want to thank you. I’m doing this warm up followed by the leg stretching you filmed for the shaolin kick tournament and after both videos I’m kicking, learning how to do cartweels, stretching for the splits and doing ABS workout (I started barely being able to do 3×10 and I’m doing 3×20 now). A week and some days passed by and I did not take any day off. I have the flexibility of a hard plank but I’m noticing that my body is giving in inch by inch and I’m sure that if I keep with this, I’ll be able to throw some tornado kicks and do all crazy of stunts. I turned 30 recently and decided that I wanna to have a better body for the next 30 years of my life. I know words can be empty and do not easy the hard work I have ahead of me, but I sincerely wanted to thank you for the exercises and the inspiration. Oh, and as you say, keep the smile up”

Have a great year and life, Shifu Yanxin.

  • Hi. A great practice today. Was tired and enjoyed staying on the floor. Am in the UK and was interested to see how many others around the world were doing this the same time as me….I had to use the calculator on my mobile….well folks it was an amazing 639 other connecting yogis. Namaste to you all and my continuing thanks Adriene. Sue x

  • Very beautiful place! I wish you and your family enjoy it much have a nice time and enjoy the simple things in life, they are so important

  • What is your diet Sifu? I would love to know your nutrition as I’m currently trying to learn shaolin wu shu. If you can tell me your average meals that might help to inspire me to eat similarly. Thank you!!

  • It took me a minute to really settle into my practice today but when I did it was relieving so thank u Adriene much love Namaste and good night ❤

  • Sifu, you bring genuine happiness, fitness and love with every video. Your selfless efforts to spread Kung Fu, Fitness and Nutrition is dazzling, with the amount of knowledge you share for free, I cannot even imagine how dazzling it is for paying members. I am a student of Shotokan, and your Kung Fu lessons are incredibly effective for my art. I cannot wait to see what the next few months, years brings with getting to know you even more through these online trainings.

  • Hi I’m here from another video IN WHICH POWER IS BEST TO USED. And u said horse power instead of bull power. Could u tell me y horse power is more effective

I also see u were in Wicklow. I’m from monaghan about a 2 hours from there

  • Today I was feeling super disconnected and disassociated after some intensive and continued trauma healing. I was just lying on my mat, and remembered Adriene’s email from the week. This is not the first or the last time the weekly practice has come at the perfect time. I am so damn grateful to have found this space. Thank you all for holding me with love as I came back into my body today. To anyone that practiced with me today at the same time, I love you too.

  • The skill level required to do this flow is way above my capability but I Favorited this lesson and I will be back. Great teacher, Tim’s yoga is a little tougher than what I have been doing this past year. Reaching higher for better health! Thanks Tim.

  • Well that was a nice practice. 595075 views now, 594895 when I started. I can feel the connection to the other 180 that were practicing with me.

  • This is the first meditation type thing I’ve done where I’m not focused on other things or worrying about whether I’m doing it right. This was so refreshing and so needed today. Namaste. (I refreshed the page after and saw that over 1,000 people did this practice with me! So cool!)

  • Same views as I finish as when I started but I know that many people all over the world will do this practice today and feel as good as I do that I came to the mat and connected with myself and others. Namaste

  • Practising this on Monday morning as Sunday was so busy with packing for moving house. As everything is changing around me, this practice was a real gift and I feel calmer entering my working week. Namaste Adriene and fellow yogis and may we all have a connected day xx

  • Hello INQUIRE teammates! Today was a scorching hot day in Seattle, and this practice was a perfect way to move in spite of the heat, keeping it “slow and low.” Thank you, Adriene! This was well timed. XO

  • Loving the connection today. Felt great afterwards. I get up all sleepy, do my yoga and it sets me up for the day. I feel I’m learning so much with INQUIRE. Than you Adriene.

  • This is exactly what I needed today. Oftentimes the slow practices seem hard to get through when I want to move my body and focus more in physical exercise. Today I found myself in such a rough emotional state, just trying to get through any way I can. This practice really helped me reconnect to myself and my breath. Loved it. Thanks Adriene:)

  • Namaste to the 146 people around the world who practised this with me on Monday…a day late but worth the wait. And Namaste to you Adriene, thank you for your inspiration and love.

  • I just had to make a very difficult decision and I’ve been incredibly sad and crying over the past 24 hours. This slow, breathing focused practiced helped me so much. It reminded me that, even though things are bad right now, everything will be okay eventually. ❤️

  • I absolutely loved this. I didn’t realize how badly I needed a reconnect to my breath and the earth. I also noticed the video view count before and after practice, and I just practiced with 675 people around the globe!! HOW FREAKING AWESOME!! I have goosebumps. Thank you Adriene, for creating such a wonderful platform where anybody, anywhere can practice. I’m so glad I found you. <3

  • Thank you, Adriene. This practice was exactly what my body, mind, and spirit needed to move through my anxious spiral. I feel more centered and connected and capable. Endless gratitude and love ♥️

  • An amazing practice that truly resonated with me. There were chunks of Zen and Calm while only moments of a busy minds interrupted my thoughts. This practice was a joy for me today, Namaste.

  • After my Parkinson diagnosis, I was introduced to HERBAL HEALTH POINT and their effective PD treatment protocol in February last year. I immediately started on the herbal treatment, it relieved my symptoms significantly. Go to ww w. herbalhealthpoint. c om. First month on the treatment, my tremors and muscle spasm mysterious stopped. Since treatment, I have been symptom free and life is really good

  • I feel so ZEN! Was looking for a rich class for this lovely Sunday, and I am happy to say this was a phenomenal way to ring in a new week. Loved the longer guided meditation followed by juicy hip openers. Excellent class. Thank you, Adriene!

  • Again the practice for today is exactly what I needed. Right now in these chaotic times, Yoga with Adriene is keeping me sane day by day. Whenever I find myself out of sorts I know I can come to the mat and at the very least, find my center and release my worries. Thank you for being you Adriene, and providing this community with such loving and amazing practices that are so beneficial to the mind, body and spirit!

  • The past couple days a loneliness and frustration was building inside of me cloaked as frustrations in the people around me or small nuisances. I dug deep with my journaling recognizing this to be an intense need for me to connect with myself, create, move, breathe. A small break from yoga makes me crave the love of my body and soul. This helped reconnect me back to myself and feel nurtured…without needing to ask for it from somewhere else: I am my own healer

  • Hi Travis.. just took the Short and Sweet Yin Practice…thanks so much for an amazing sequence
..it took me by surprise that hidden emotions just weeped out. Great release of stuff I didn’t know I was carrying

  • Adrienne, you help so many people. I hope you feel the love everyday that you’re sending out, coming back to you. Thank you. This was just what I needed today.

  • Dear Tim,
on your 30-day-challenge site you asked whether anyone is still doing this: yes, absolutely. Massively enjoying it! Please keep posting at least until the end of the month. Probably the challenge keeps people so busy they lack the time to post comments 😉
btw: the 1h-side flow class is excellent, but to me it’s one of your most challenging flows (besides the 1h-video that Francesca did for you).
    Looking forward to more stuff.
    Best, Roland

  • August 2020: I started this video with 582,255 views and ended with 583,085. While it seemed like I was doing yoga on my own in my room, it turned out I shared this practice with 830 other beautiful souls. Have a great week ahead of you everyone. Thank you Adriene for this practice and for this community ❤️

  • Really wanting (especially) your yin videos to make space for more than just a physical experience, which would minimize commentary during times when mindfulness would be ideal. Thank you.

  • Woah, this practice was good. Not as a workout, but as a self-love moment. I almost skipped it today, turns out to be just what I needed…

  • Once again you bring to the mat exactly what I didn’t know I needed with today’s practice. You are a true blessing to so many lost and lonely souls Adriene.

  • I remember this practice from when it was originally released. It was great to revisit a practice I know I had done a while ago to see how far I’ve come in my body, how the poses land differently, how I can comfortably go deeper both physically and mentally. It may be a gradual process but yoga is truly transformational.

  • I often tear up at the end of each video knowing that there are so many other beautiful souls across the globe breathing in love with me❤️❤️❤️ today was no exception, feeling very connected to this community that Adriene has cultivated❤️❤️❤️

  • After receiving your weekly email this morning I did take a note of how many views at the beginning and again at the end…813 fellow yogis joined me in this practice. This year I have achieved more than I ever thought I could fitness wise and I try to show up on the mat every day. If I miss any then I make sure I catch up before the end of the monthly calendar. Thanks Adriene for your incredible talent and thanks to everyone else who joined in with yoga for connection.

  • Hello sweet friends! Today I invite you to look at how many views there are when you begin, and then look at the number at the end. Take a moment to feel the connection we cultivate just by recognizing that we are all here, and in this together.

    All practicing, as one.

So do the math after class to see just how many people were practicing with you, across the globe!

  • I’m so glad he got someone to listen and, more importantly, believe what he’s saying. Hopefully he’ll be able to figure out the other issues and improve his quality of life. Hugs to you, man, you’ve got this.

  • What a great idea to see how many people were connecting with me with this awesome practice today! I will do that tomorrow too! I loved today’s practice, just what I needed after a morning at a farm museum with the grandchildren

  • I connected with 543 people, all doing this together across the globe! Great idea in this morning’s love letter to note the views before and after. Might start doing this every time I get on the mat!

  • I love it! Feel very well just after. Day after day my body becomes stronger and I feel calm and peaceful. Thank you Tim for all your videos, from the south of France

  • Another great video Tim. I’m addicted now. I’ve been practicing yoga for a little while now so I got rid of my block that I use to use. Was that essential to really getting the full benefit of the postures or was I okay without it?

  • Tim, can you recommend any instructors in the DC metropolitan area? I’ve been doing yoga seriously for a couple years but mainly just with videos (more recently your videos, which I LOVE) and free classes at my school.  I’m looking to get some instruction so that I can get on your level. If you can’t recommend anyone specific could you let me know what qualities to look for in a good teacher? Thanks!

  • I’m getting my 200 hr yoga training right now and my goal is to be as amazing as you are! Your communication and knowledge is so graceful! I struggle trying to put anything into words.. so finding a nice graceful clear communication when teachers is the biggest obstacle right now. Again.. this class was amazing thank you

  • I hate seeing myself on video especially while trying to control my twitch hahaha But dayum I love Dr Rahim. I’ve wanted to go meet him whether I was able to be taken of or not because I’ve watched him for a long time. They say not to meet your heroes because they’ll only disappoint…..but I’m still buzzing from that day. Much love Doc. You’ll achieve your goals and have a school on a waterfront cliff one day.

  • Yes it was a peaceful journey and this course is inviting me to get back to the beautiful yin yoga practice. What a bliss! Thank You Travis.

  • Fantastic class! I love this channel. This class helped me with a lot of lower back pain the block exercises at the beginning really made me focus on my core and hips.

  • You are a nice, normal Superman. With #stayathome I also discovered kung fu. I tried to do this first easy, short practice and of breathing. Thanks you so much.

  • I have been doing qi gong and shaolin workouts every day for a long time now.I am so happy to find you. Your way of teaching is so smart and carefully
designed, yet so free and natural. You are a great Master.Thank you.

  • Today I really struggled with losing my parents, I felt very lost. This practice made me realize that I might not have an physical (family) home anymore, but I will always have a home within me I can return to. Thank you so much Adriene <3 xxx

  • Hands down fantastic class!!! Really helped work some tight areas I’ve been feeling in my lower side back. Whew I gotta do this one again soon!

  • As a person that has been doing taichi for a while I really like your videos! I have a small request though, if you can repost your videos without talking and put some nice background music that goes with the amount of energy you are displaying on screen.

  • Very challenging but great class! I like the pace of your classes and the clear explanations of correct alignment. So thanks for that!

  • Thank you! That was equally challenging and relaxing. I didn’t realize how much I needed to stretch my sides. Feel awesome now! Namaste. You are a wonderful teacher!

  • We did yoga together: 111 people, what a nice number!:)
And what a great practice, it helped me to release some emotions, I cant even name them properly. Thank you Adriene for helping us all

  • The sequencing was good in this class and I enjoyed that, but this dude talks way too much. Most of what he says is completely unnecessary. Who wants to listen to all that blabbing when they practice yoga?

  • Wow…another awesome and well instructed session. I’ve never used the yoga block in such various ways. Also, how you showed to out stretch the arms first, roll back a bit, and brace the upper arms (triceps area) against the inner thighs (and applying tension) to set up for crow was amazing. I did it! Thanks Tim.

  • I am a night yogi so sometimes i fall a sleep on my mat in shavasana at the end or my practice. So today when the music started playing for a second i thought that i had fallen a sleep (cuz i was so relaxed) and the next video had started playing.

  • Damn i feel bad for this kid:'( Rough time. Not having money or means is one thing but just straight up being gaslighted by your parents is shit:( Kudos to you man for getting your life together despite difficulties <3

  • Bless his heart! Having been raised with similar disregard and ignorance, I think I totally get how the patient compensates for his dysfunctional thyroid, gut, etc. And it is so thrilling that at this early age he found his way to such exceptional help. Heartfelt appreciation to both patient and doctor!

  • I used to have RA & Psoriatic Arthritis. No medication helped. Just used Raw honey, Red garlic & raw Apple cider vinegar in a mixture. No more pain or stiffness.

  • 谢谢师父,新年快乐:)

i really enjoy this workout at home, combinate with last year one its amazing ^^
really good one, thank you so much and following you this year of course:)

  • What a great class! I loved the sequence, the pace, and the constant encouragement for awareness in the body. Makes me start experiencing a pose I’ve done a million times from a different perspective. Thank you Tim!!

  • Wow, I loved this practice! Really great pacing, sequencing, and focus on alignment. I especially appreciated the integration of the props. I’m so grateful for these hour-long classes. It would be awesome if the savasana be slightly longer in the recordings since it’s a little wonky to get up and press pause after snuggling into the pose. Otherwise, all great things. This class was an especially good mix of my favorite and least favorite/need more practice with poses. Thank you so much!!

  • Hi master.. please tell about four step combo.. ha.. haii.. haii.. huuu..
    Like that…
That’s monks do in Shaolin Temple… A room where foot prints are there on stone floor….
    Please.. please… please..

  • love, love, all these classes they have helped me so much I cant put into words had surgery on my neck and lost lots of mobility and thanks to your classes I am able to do most of the poses again keep up with the great work …….namaste thank you

  • Absolutely awesome session Grand master Travis. I could perform all the poses upto maximum extent and full time suggested by you. You are absolutely outstanding my GURU. GOD BLESS YOU. THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH.

  • I wish I can find a professional chiropractor bcuz Im suffering from pain in my right thigh bone..my right butt bone is goes in and right butt check is flat while my left butt check is fuller and rounder..I feel pain in my right side.I cant lift my right leg longer when I do exerciss even when I sleep,I feel the pain

  • Your channel opens up a world of healing to us all, I imagine most of us have pain that watch you and with every video comes hope.
One day hopefully we will all be pain free thanks to people like you. Take care my friend x

  • I know how you feel, I have arthritis since I have 9 years and later when I have 18 the disease developed in a very fast way, I am currently with enbler and prednisone.

  • My heart goes out to this young man so much. I’ve had RA since I was a teenager and was diagnosed with Lupus 10 years ago. The pain is excruciating. I really hope he continues to improve.

  • One thing I really like in this video is how you encouraged him to go to a specialist. Many chiropractors come across as egotistical but it seems like you really have an understanding of how these professions should be connected. Especially as RA in somebody this young is extremely strange.

  • My heart hurts for this young man. I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis disease 5 years ago & the pain can be unbearable. There’s hope though & what Dr. Rahim told him is true; he needs to fix his digestion & possible leaky gut. Then move to control inflammation in the body by radically changing his diet. Wishing my best to this courageous guy. He’s too young to have been suffering for so long!

  • Congratulation master Yan Xin. Very good video and nice program of warming up. I’ve been and had trained twice in Shao Lin with master 释延俊. It was a nice experience. I’ve gone to Shao Lin to learn how to cook Shao Lin food, hahaha it was a misundertood. 我叫王明星, 阿根廷人 but I live in 马德里西班牙。

  • I have been dreading this one, but I did it! Thank you for not having 45 minutes of sun salutations (my fear). I am hoping to get stronger, but I love your form and alignment tips. My vinyasa today felt different.

  • Travis, I feel blessed to have found you during this quarantine, the power yoga movement strengthens me physically, and your wisdom definitely made my mind stronger. It becomes my daily visit spot! Thank you!

  • Stickers on your hip? What does that mean doc’s smiling
    BTW the guy is cute
Felt bad for the guy though.. He went through a lot..
It’s a relief that he’s in good hands..

  • For around 3 month I have had a constant tingling going from by backhead down to my upper body. At times when it has been worst I´ve felt a warmth uncomfortable sensation going through my whole body. When I do things I feel a lot more physical tired than usual, and sometimes it feels painful or nausea. I have been checked for almost everything and doctors can´t find any answer. They have now send me to a Neurologist. Have any of you tried this or know what it can be?:(
