Studies show that being part of a couple can be good for your health. Being in a functional romantic relationship has been shown to lower your risk of heart disease and maybe even increase your lifespan. One notable finding is that teaming up with your significant other can help you to achieve health goals such as losing weight. Alert your partner when you feel a binge coming on. If possible, take a short walk or a bike ride together to take the focus away from food.

Make a list of non-food related activities to do. By setting weight loss goals as a couple, you get to put things into the right perspective. You become more attuned to what the other wants or needs because you are experiencing something together. You can do exercises that you both enjoy doing like walking or swimming, which translates into instant quality time. How to Use Being a Couple to Your Weight-Loss Advantage Studies show that being part of a couple can be good for your health.

Being in a functional romantic relationship has been shown to lower your risk of heart disease and maybe even increase your lifespan. The A Life Advantage Weight Loss Coach can use personal coaching techniques to bring about long term weight loss. When both of you begin setting your weight loss goals, make sure they’re realistic for you.

The weight loss industry itself is a billion dollar market. Diet pills, supplements, and gimmicky tools are being pushed to promote weight loss. People lose and gain weight for different reasons.

There are those who lose weight to gain confidence, some have no choice but to maintain normal weight. • I been doing 18-21 hours fast for over 1.5 years, average it 25 fasts per month, being a Muslim that does Ramadan fasting also, I found my energy and living functions has been much better compared to when I not fasted in the past, in the gym I’m training much better, getting better muscle form and tone, sleep is deeper, I can go on n on but I feel I eat more ‘ethically’(less gluttonous) we forget that all fast food and junk food industries want you to eat excessive amount of sugar and junk everyday so destroy your body and mind and further more be fed into the pharmaceutical industry that’ll give poisonous ointment to make you ‘better’, eat healthy! Live healthy! just remember one old thing, YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT!

  • It’s disrespectful to the people that are doing KETO and have seen changes and results and have change their life and loss the weight that they’ve tried with so many different plans to have that lady with the green shirt just laugh and make expressions that just implies that KETO is stupid and dangerous.

  • I know a guy who is on diálisis because he ate anything he wanted and drank a lot.I m sure if he knew about this diet his life would not be in danger

  • I have 14 months on keto, reduced carb, or whatever they want to call it, I was 270 pounds with 42% body fat, today and over 6 months I’m 180 with 24% body fat. I limit myself to under 40 grams of carbs. And cheat the body with diet drinks, I know they are not healthy but help with the sugar craving. I Went down from 40 pants to 36 and very comfortable. Keto or low carb, works. Also, my blood pressure, colesterol and glucose levels are way under control.

  • mayo clinic is a load of crap… high fat low carb is the healthiest way of eating and its totoally sustainable, you train your body to become fat adapted and live off fat, its cutting out sugar which is the root to all illnesses including candidia and cancer, its not just about losing weight there are many health benefits. you guys get paid to lie from the pharma industry, just like that dr who says from mayo clinic coconut oil is bad for you. lies lies lies…

  • the interesting thing now is, how is this knowledge transferable into a ketogenic diet? or do the ketones an additional job protecting muscle so that a higher protein intake does not add anything to a ketogenic diet, or maybe it adds some advantages but not that much?
for me milk is not helping with weight loss. it is quite the opposite. the high insulin response of milk messes with my ketogenic diet. when i cut out milk but still have at least 70g of animal protein i have a good success with weightloss. so now i get my protein from eggs, beef and pork and sometimes from chicken and salmon.
thank you for that presentation. one of the coolest dudes of all scientists:-)

  • Been doing OMAD since January 1, 2020. Dropped 80lbs, got a light six pack. Started with keto, then IF, then did 3 prolonged 7 day fasts! There is no such thing as a breakfast, lunch and dinner! That’s just something made up so clinics and hospitals can make money! Doctors are all full of shit! The medical field is a business and they need to keep there lights up!

  • Bahut achi video bnayi apne. Mai daily chia seed leta hu morning me. Mera 3 months me 11 kg reduce ho gya. With normal diet control and evening walk

  • mostly in the video they are using organic acv Bragg but what if u used other brand like American garden acv there will be no problem on that?

  • These ebooks are very important…Search for “Food for weight loss” on google groups, Click “Food for weight loss” group, Click on “join group” button, Click “25 ebooks”, Then click “Download Now”

  • I started omad a week ago after seeing your video. It is quite tough but I am more happier bcoz I lost 4 kgs in a week surprisingly. I must say I followed 1 hour workout along with omad. It did great magic on my weight loss. Gonna put forward forever. Can’t thank you enough. All the way from India.

  • The bodybuilders of the 50 60s and 70s they would do a high protein fat very low carb diet and they were phenomenally healthy and a lot of them are still alive into their 80s and 90s healthy to…. I wonder if someone couldn’t reach out to some of them and do research on there body and their history what they’ve done since if they’ve left the diet Etc stayed on it I know some that are in their late 70s who continue to heat that way in their extremely healthy

  • “We DO NOT KNOW what the perfect diet is, or even if one exists.” 10:20
Good Book says, “Agree with thy adversary quickly. ” VEGAN _ KETO
Low carb, organic, whole, ripe, raw, local

  • you really won’t notice weight loss for about 3 months. Weight loss is not permanent if you do not change your eating habits. Always rinse your mouth out after you finish drinking acv. It will discolor your teeth. The plan I am doing is 3 tbls of raw, organic acv. it has “mother” in it. I started 1 t spoon 3 x’s a day for 3 days, then just gradually increased acv. The drink I now make is 2 Tbls of acv, 1 t spoon raw cinnamon, a couple shakes of cayenne pepper, 1 t spoon of ground ginger. I make this concoction 3 times a day.

  • While it’s true your brain needs glucose, it does NOT need to get them from carbs. Your liver can breakdown fats & proteins into glucose, so there is absolutely no need to eat carbs. I’ve been on the Keto diet for a week & the benefits were profound. Firstly, I noticed my weight dropping quite rapidly. Secondly, my energy levels were much better throughout the day which felt amazing as normally on a “high carb” diet I would be tired all day. Finally, and probably the best was motivation. I felt motivated to do things, whereas normally I wouldn’t it was great. Of course, there are more benefits but these are the main ones I experienced. One of the downsides to the Keto diet is maintaining it, at least for me, I will be starting again tomorrow though.

  • “Body Opus” is the original Ketogenic diet (Bodybuilding Science Tested & researched ) with 2 days of RECOMPOSITION.
Even daily Allowance OF carbs on Keto should be pushed into evenings for the Essential Neurotransmitters release & transport to the CNS.
Like Serotonin, Melatonin for sleep but there are many more like next very important one DOPAMINE imbalance is the problem not just Serotonin.
Prolonged Keto can create imbalance or deficiency of Neurotransmitters.
Literally it is depression inducing diet.
It must be done with glucose/ketone meter in hand.
Scientific research data is not following since “Body Opus” by keto fanatics.

  • I don’t know how people can be so happy with keto i tried with for more than month and last 2 kilo, But it ruined my whole digestive system, i was for sure enjoying eating cream, cheese, butter and all yummy food but I definitely missed having orange, lemon, watermelon.
I lost more than 10 kilo just with reducing carb and sugar over a one year. i think people want fast result in the short time, if they can jeep it for rest of their life it’s good for them but i lover fruits and won’t give them up for a diet that I won’t keep for ever.

  • Wow. These three ladies are so far behind on the this keto diet. There is tons of research out the now. Lots of data. Look up Dr Ken Berry. DrJason Fung, Dr Stephen Phinny. Dr Eric Westman. I was at the mayo clinic two years ago and they were pushing this American standard diet on me. They had me go watch a video and I couldn’t believe all the bad information they’re pushing. They need to get up to speed especially their nutritionist and these women doctors on the left. Do your research people these people that are speaking now are giving you false information. I went on the keto diet and my health improved 100%. My numbers were stellar and my husbands were too. Cleveland Clinic is on board with Keto. Don’t listen to these uninformed people. Sugar is poison and it’s hidden in everything. Read your labels. Process oils are too

  • So I guess Dr. Mark Hyman at the Cleveland Clinic is a quack? lol Look at the science and not opinion OMG There is long term data, I know of Doctors who have done this for 10 years and uses Keto in their Clinics because it reverses Metabolic Syndrome and I think we all need to do that considering the obvious pandemic going on! Very disappointed in this presentation, no research obviously just typical negativity. Ketones are not toxic and Ketones are a cleaner fuel than glucose, glucose is dirty compared to Ketones. The key driver to the Keto Diet or lifestyle is that it stabilizes high insulin levels and tames inflammation in the body it is not all about weight loss.

  • thank you! I was only taking it in the mornings but not in the evenings were I have been struggling with my food cravings I’m going to drink it in the afternoon hopefully now I can see if it helps me fight the late night munchies

  • 16:15: Brought to you by the DAIRY association. I’m all for eating (higher percentage of diet) protein but the slant here towards milk is disturbing. Anyone can cherry pick studies for their SPONSORS to get the results they desire. Good speaker, wish he didn’t have a dog in the fight.

  • Of course she is going to demonise keto diet, she doesn’t want her business going down, for me keto is the only way to reverse diabetes 2 and insulin resistance, and losing weight. I will do this keto diet for life, a lots of people are doing the same.

  • Again and again, when it comes to diet and nutrition, myths (dogma not supported by evidence) get established that become impossible to dislodge. How can this be?

  • I am doing omad from 10 days but no change many diets are very difficult on my body I really want to loose 6kgs for my job pls help me out

  • I guess if keto really makes me feel and look better, I should probably take it upon myself to have basic blood tests at least once a year. Cause even skinny people can have dangerously occluded arteries.

  • The person sitting in the middle who is against keto is so ignorant lol to the benefits of keto and speaks so negatively of it… kinda hard to watch.

  • Great input.. Never thought that eating, which keeps us fueled and alive can possibly shorten your lifetime.
On the other hand.. we became a weak and sick society and that has to do lots with eating. Some monk once said that the control over your mind starts with the control over your eating habits. Therefore it is the beginning of motivating yourself to actually do the things you want to do in life, because we stop keeping our minds satisfied by eating all the time.

  • So very frustrated with 2 years 20 pounds overweight. Started omad about 6 days ago and have lost 9 pounds…so pure and simple! Feel better and healthier… Im going for my ideal weight…im 68 if i stop then it will all come back so this is long-term. One caveat i have more discipline with food than alcohol….one dragon at a time but im very happy…i find it easier than IF approach.

  • Does it mean no snacking absolutely one meal a day and what is the best time for that meal. I would like to know the how not all the reasons why please!

  • Kudos for the Video! Apologies for chiming in, I would appreciate your initial thoughts. Have you heard about Dinanlinson Amazing Look Approach (should be on google have a look)? It is an awesome one off guide for learning how to quickly lose weight minus the hard work. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my best friend Jordan got great success with it.

  • The absolute biggest myth of the keto diet is that it’s all fatty meat and no veggies. Actually you eat mostly veggies and about a hand size of meat per day.

  • There is one woman on YouTube that says she’s been keto over 10 years and started it after her mom was diagnosed with a glioblastoma brain tumor. She is Stephanie Ketoperson.
Another though is I’ve seen keto and vegan can go together. Avacodo & nuts are keto and vegan foods.

  • So sad to see such negative non objective attitudes from the beginning. I was diagnosed diabetic two years ago and went on the keto diet. It controls your blood sugar and my bloods went back to those of a healthy person within 2 months and I lost 75lbs in about 4 months. My diabetes is totally controlled without meds ever, and all my deranged bloods went back to normal, within weeks.) To quote the host, sounds dangerous!!! One website particularly helped me called the diet doctor supported by qualified medical practitioners it has half a million hits per day it provides education support testimonials and guides for healthy eating. This is not a fad it really works and helps with many health problems. It actually saved my life and this piece really angered me. Some medical practitioners are beginning to catch up with recent research unfortunately the medical system all over the world is bogged down by doctors like the ones we see here today a very misleading representation of what the keto diet is

  • You’re getting most things wrong.

OMAD increases your every levels and gives you a lot less depending in sleep. I sleep for only 3 hours and am super energetic when I am awake.
But you need yo plan your diet meticulously.

  • very hard to believe anyone who has not tried the diet themselves. worthless information. they even admit people on the keto diet are loosing a LOT of weight. would they be happier if those people gained it all back? would that somehow be more healthy?

  • I wake up at 4 a.m. work till about 3:30 and then go to gym should I be working out/lifting fasted or eat something small then eat full meal after?

  • You know i have used apple cider vinegar and it really work work work… Love to keep watching, but i have to go make a recipe..i am goign to cook with apple cider vinegar.

  • Can anyone tell me which site in India can you get an original acv from braggs
so far everyone is saying one thing or the other about amazon and health kart

  • How can you be an expert and not know the difference between Ketosis and Ketoacidosis? Also, how can you be an “expert” and forget to mention that the primary utilization for ketogenesis is energy production, not excretion? Quit your jobs. I mean it.

  • Before any one does this remember it has no real benefit to your diet doctors state that it will not really help you lose weight ( this is a friendly reminder to check your facts!)

  • I fast almost everyday like 20-23 hours. And when I eat, I try to eat healthy. But there are (sometimes) cravings for burger. Keto and fasting makes it easier to go back to eating healthy every time though.

  • I was dealing with alot of flatulence eating regularly. Milk was becoming a problem. So I would get gassy and always had bloating problems. Started OMAD, second week. I realized my Bloating is gone my flatulence is gone, to test it I’ve eaten some stuff to guarantee I’m going to blow up the room….. and nothing. Is it just me? My stomach seems at peace no matter what I put in it.

  • I don’t cut out vegetable foods, just the unhealthy ones. No roots, no fruits, no grains and no sugar or sugar alcohol. As a type 1 diabetic, this diet changed my life. I have control now. Real control, not the crap shoot ada doctors prescribe. Also, there are doctors who have lived this life for DECADES, suck as Dr Richard Bernstein, and are healthier than a lot of their younger counterparts. If it comes down to a bet, I’m being in the man that taught me how to take care of myself.

  • Dr. Donald Layman may have addressed the whey and other questions in a presentation posted a year before this presentation along with giving perimeters for the amount of protein and carbs needed per meal to stimulate protein synthesis.

  • I can’t believe u r d same guy in the pic in which u had chubby cheeks… U like amazing n none would believe u r d guy in d pic.. u r super ripped n m ur fan

  • I’ve also lost weight using Dr Dean Ornish’s low fat diet (<10% of calories) and also felt great and lost weight. Seems like a placebo effect could be in play. Any diet that cause people to become conscious about eating probably helps a significant proportion of the population lose weight. I can see Keto works but at what possible long term costs? Why this and not that?

  • Hello Very Nice video… I jst wanna ask That I m 70 kgs and not losing Last stubborn fat…I need to lose 5-6 kgs more so can I use it…Will it remove my last left stubborn fat… plzzz tell

  • Muslims fast every year for one whole moth in Islamic month of Ramadan. It started today April 24/20. It is not difficult to do if u r doing it to please the creator on his command. It’s the way of life for Muslims across the globe.

  • it really works i have been using apple cider vinegar for 3 weeks i mix it with lemon and water now i have lost 8 pounds, i only take it in the morning 30mins before i eat

  • with all due respect…I think that the latest science on muscle loss while fasting or just dieting to lose weight is that it is much less than previously thought and that is being suggested here by Dr Philips who is an admirable man and a good scientist.

  • Hi mam kya chia seeds sone se pahele,2 ghante pahele bhigoye hua chia seeds with dalchini pawder or hot water and few lemon juice ke sath le sakte he?

  • In 3 months the Keto diet helped me: Lose 52lb, cleared my brain fog, cured my depression and extreme sugar addiction, increased my sex lust, gained lean muscle mass without exercising (no idea why), stabilized my blood sugar, removed all joint aches in the morning, changed my relationship with food and a massive boost of energy even when I haven’t eaten for a while. I am satiated for a long time after eating, also my bowel movements are more consistent and I’m not constipated any longer.

I should add that I am kind of doing an almost carnivore diet, I don’t eat plant oils and fruit because I don’t feel optimal when consuming them. I eat maybe 5-10g of carbs per day on average. I don’t consume much diary but when I do it’s only unpasteurized. I drink unpasteurized milk once every few weeks because my stomach and digestive system loves it (I guess it’s because of the bacteria but I’m no nutritionist so idk lol), I just eat whatever makes me feel optimal. Ate a lot of broccoli and green leaves, olive oil etc first month but cut that out last 2 months and I felt even better. Also I eat organ meats every other week like veal heart, liver etc I’m currently trying to find more good fresh sources for organ meats because they don’t last as long in the fridge as meats. Also I’m a typical Swede so I eat fatty fish every morning which gives me a nice boost lol.

I guess I’m every dietitians worst nightmare but I feel so amazing and strong every day now with crystal clear mind. Will probably never go back to carbs, haven’t had any cheat days/meals yet because I no longer crave sugar and low nutrient dense food.

  • Why does fat and protein have to be the alternative fuel. Bread and pasta aren’t natural sources of energy, they just taste great. How did we survive in the winters when there were no carbs to harvest? The fats and protein help control my hunger. Carbs I find are less effective at doing this. This is why many people lose so much weight and keep it off when they control their carb intake. Carbs are not going to kill you, its how much of them you consume. I find I am always hungry when I have my carb days and I feel bad at the end of the day.
There is no one diet for every person. See what works for you and stick to that. See what gives you the best results.

  • As I understand, the keto diet is good for a short period of time. On the other hand, it would be hard to live a life without other nutrients found in carbohydrates. So the principle would be to find the equilibrium in our bodies (because all our bodies are different) where we consume and enjoy nutritious foods in a responsible way. I don’t think following a keto diet for all my life is realistic. But we must be careful on how to approach our individual nutritional needs. If you can go to a real specialist and follow a long term, balanced life style, do it!!

  • Take all the unprocessed food out and eat clean, eliminate sugar, eat moderate meat fish (omega 3), lots of vegetables (super low carbs), and good fats, fruits from time to time. if this way of eating is called keto. then, sign me in. There is the right way to do keto and the wrong way (cheese, bacon, and eggs 24/7) she is talking about “dirty keto”. I eat lots ( 8-9 cups) of vegetables a day, grass-fed, cage-free meat and lots of healthy fATS (olive oil, avocado oil, nuts) do not try to tell me, I am eating unhealthy, she wants us to eat heavily-processed food like bread and pasta? no, thank you. I will stick with keto.

  • Can’t believe that pink blonde representing Mayo Clinic!!
Of the other two i am not surprised. Plaine phd crab..its time to widen your horizons Misses!!!!!!!!

  • Just started OMAD and I love it. I’ve tried so many diets and nothing seemed to work, even keto. Takes some adjustment but after 3 days it feels effortless. There are so many benefits, physical and mental. It’s worth a try!

  • I lost over 70 pounds with Keto in my first year. Bounce-free, it’s sustainable I feel great! Always satisfied. Today is my day 480.

  • i do not like to wait an hour after i drink apple cider, i eat right afterwards, because it takes too long. is it possible to not wait an hour.

  • For six months I was on an high protein and fat diet with no sugar at all and low carbohydrate, most of them vegetables, salad and legumes. Meanwhile I was training on high resistance and weighlifting. I’m 181 cm and went to 80 kg from 87, I lose 7 kg in six months but my triglycerides tripled from 90 to 270. How is it possible?

  • The trial where skimmed milk was compared to the same caloric value of sugared water is the worst, most biased, study I have ever come across. Why was the skimmed milk not compared with another protein source instead of with a source of simple carbohydrate? The main protein in milk is caesin which in some studies has been shown to be a carcinogen. PS: I have references.

  • this lady a doc?? if your can think better with ketons i would say your brain preffers ketons. your body pees out lots of minerals everyday. is that stressful too? com on now lady

  • My close friend was the one who told me about the diet when she informed me how she lost her weight. She was able to reduce 17 lbs. Check out “sowo hope site” on google.

  • There in nothing wrong with Ketosis, but long term trying to stay in ketosis is not healthy, cause chronic disease. Cycling in and out of Ketosis, is they way to go. And great for health. make sure you add in resistant starches and prebiotic fibers, or you risk developing colon cancer, diverticulitis.
    Drawbacks of Long-Term Ketosis
In my book I also discuss the “dark side” of nutritional ketosis, and why it may be inadvisable to stay in unbroken ketosis long-term. Long-term ketosis means you’re doing significant and chronic calorie restriction, and the problem with that, especially for women, is that it can cause thyroid impairment. In some cases, you can develop a resistance to your thyroid hormones.
Essentially, it appears your body was not designed for long-term calorie restriction but rather intermittent or cyclical calorie restriction. A significant part of this is because continuous calorie restriction fails to activate and optimize your rejuvenation processes. Fasting primes your body for improvement, and it does this by removing the damaged parts through autophagy.
The rejuvenation, however, occurs during refeeding. That’s when your body can rebuild and restore cells and tissues. It’s largely the stem cell activation and giving yourself the nutrients and the metabolic activation through strength training that causes this repair, regeneration and anabolic growth.

  • The Keto diet and Intermittent Fasting has changed my life, I have lost 27lbs. in 30 days. The best part for me is that my back pain is gone, I was just told 3 months ago that I needed surgery on my lower back. Guess what Not happening!!!

(35 ml/KG) and stop finding shortcuts like that…

  • I am 45 years old and I have been fasting since I was a kid. I fast all night and break the fast in the morning thats why I have been calling my first meal breakfast…

  • Yes l started OMAD because of health reasons and l do workout… I have an intense Wieght training program and l was not loosing Wieght and Fat as l should… So now l doing OMAD… 1 week now

  • Intermittent fasting when you are not in ketosis would be a disaster – it would set off sugar cravings and intense hunger. Running your body/self on glucose requires many refills all day long. Running on ketones? When you don’t eat for 16-20 hours out of 24, you access stored fat instead of dietary fat, and you don’t get hungry nor have sugar cravings.

  • I started last year and it has completely changed my life. Even if I didn’t lose weight on it, all the health benefits I have gotten is more than enough for me. I fast everyday and it’s so easy for me and is part of my life.

  • I’ve been doing a 16 to 19 hour daily fast since September, 2019. In addition to positive results mentioned in the video I experience a dramatic uptick in energy during morning hours that continues until I eat (usually between 11 am and 2 pm). This may be due to caffeine (I drink black coffee half-caff in the morning, switch to full-caff after I eat then decaf around 3-4 pm). It is a very good feeling feeling. Interestingly, my body now interprets hunger in a not unpleasant way it is something I look forward to. I think you have to experience it directly to understand. I encourage anyone who wants to try this out to do so and see if it works for you!

  • I’m 66 yo male and been omad 22/2 for 18 months. HFLC and zero alcohol. My only exercise is a brisk walk 4km daily. I spent 15 years weight training decades ago and was pleasantly surprised to see some muscular definition reappear but the health benefits and energy were the best.

  • these are doctors btw. really shows you how corrupt the system is. I don’t think i’ve ever heard a podcast with more ‘i thinks’ in them w/o a single study reference.

  • Muslims fast like this. And like they mentioned young children, the elderly, the sick and the the pregnant/breastfeeding mothers are exempted from fasting. ❤️

  • Have been doing OMAD for about 4 months now and lost about 30 pounds(of fat). The beggining process was tough. But my body has now become accustomed to one meal a day. I will sometimes eat a second meal if I need the extra protien for building muscle but most of the time its just one meal a day. Recommended to anyone trying to loose weight. Building muscle is another story, not that you can’t as John has said. But in terms of loosing weight, this diet(or lifestyle change) is recommended.

  • braggs works great. i take it 3 xs a day. a teaspoon n i feel great and am losing weight easily for the first time ever. this stuff is amzing.

  • ahhh i really want to add to to working out and eating better like ive been doing but i tried it once in a drink mix and i COULDN’T drink it lol yuck!

  • Hey, the changes won’t be permanent! you have to maintain that healthy lifestyle. You’re almost implying once you lose the weight, job done, no no!

  • I drink a cup of green tea with honey & lemon in the morning and night and I drink AVC in the afternoon before my lunch. Doing this, dieting, and exercising WILL work to help you lose weight. Over the past 6 weeks I’ve lost 30lbs. I went from 170lbs to 140lbs. I feel much better about myself and much healthier. It’s takes dedication and discipline!

  • I’m a very slim dude, find it hard to gain weight/ mass, desperately want to gain muscle mass, is this likely to work for someone like me?

  • I’ve limped around all summer with plantar fasciitis. I have tried
fasting 24 hours, and it did not help. I fasted 48 hours, and it feels
70% better. If I had only tried that months ago!! I’m going to fast 48
hours again in a week or so. If you are in pain, give a longer fast a

  • I am doing omad for a week and even worked in a 33 hour fast and 2 days after I was up on the scale which I am so sad about because I’m trying so hard but I also have PCOS and I’m still not losing in a deficit… Frustrating

  • Anyone else use that one for man can you tell me please exectly diet plan, consulate in the morning and then we can wait until I get to see

  • no keto is NOT cutting out veg, some fruits yes because of the sugar content, but keto is always adding dark leafy green veg certain fruits are allowed that arent so sweet. theyre promoting doritos (foods that make diabetes) but saying keto is unsustainable and unhealthy lol thats how you know theyre promoting lies…

  • I’m 20 hours into my fast right now and I love this way of eating! It helps me maintain my big weight loss, I enjoy eating larger meals, but not going over in my calories and I feel amazing. So happy to see IF going mainstream.

  • I did and my stamina level raised super high and combined with semen retention. And i didnt have hunger problems and i apreciated my food verry much. And my sleep was also good.

  • I really like the keto diet, it’s not about only losing weight. They are so much other health benefits. I feel so energetic on the keto diet. I’m moving around and not getting tired

  • I know for sure that you can reverse type 2 diabetes because I did it and I was eating 3 meals a day…but I cut out completely all refined sugar and in one year I was off of all meds and never have been back. It can be done but you have to be committed.

  • im on omad. 1 12 inchsubway sandwich = 2 pounds weight loss every day. starting at 227, 6’0 man. ive done this before from 227 before got to 206 then went back to junk. then to 205 then back to junk. now im going all the way to my goal 175!

  • The keto diet helped me so much, my acne started clearing, I lost a few kgs and I finally am able to get out without being ashamed of my body and face. I still get breakouts but I have learned to accept my own face. My face was so horrible few months back,I couldn’t even smile. Really glad I found keto

  • Have it helped you in your weight loss with average excerise. If yes then can you give rough idea how much weight you lost in one month

  • DO. NOT. DO. THIS!!!!! I cannot stress this enough. My mum used this for a few months and it went alright, but then the acidity from even just a teaspoon in a glass of water every day started to make her teeth rot and now she has serious problems with anything too hot, too cold, or to sweet. I recommend finding apple cider vinegar tablets or something that has a safe dosage. Stay safe!

  • aap log jarur visit kare #Hairfall or health k liye

  • It’s not omad that is giving you the results it’s the TRT or whatever other steroids or drugs you are on! Not trolling i just see through your bullshit mate!

  • Following this diet is so very easy and We are so satisfied I have landed onto it. Shortly, I will certainly lose 6 more pounds with “sowo hope site” (make sure to google it! ).

  • Wow! I’ll bet she also still believes in the food pyramid. There is so much research out there supporting a ketogenic diet, this lady needs to upskill. Keto works, not only for weightloss but general wellness. I’m on it and feel better than I have for years.

  • “I know you dont belive me, and their is studys”. Yea, of cause. But OMAD does not learn you to eat more healthy. OMAD does not support healty eating. You can eat pizza and burger on OMAD. Of cause you can gain weigt on OMAD.

  • If you doubt that the keto diet works, check out my transformation by searching YT using the phrase ” Low Carb Keto Diet Saved My Life rixcandoit ” and you can see before and after pictures of what happened to me in 12 weeks. It literally saved my life. Seriously, you all can do this.

  • I’m doing OMAD along with working out (lifting and walking a mile) 6 days a week. I’ve lost 16 pounds in 6 weeks but I can’t really see it yet because I’m still at 218 pounds and most of it is fat.

  • i never suggest to drink chia seeds, i had a dangerous allergy when i had it, they say u get omega 3 from chia seeds but doctor says its not good omege 3 u get it

  • Why do so many video bloggers go on pointless preambles telling us what they ”intend” to talk about? Just do it.
I’ve already switched off to make this comment and now I’m going to post this message and then I’m going to award a thumbs down, but before I do that, I’m just gonna write some more bullshit you don’t need to read just to annoy the fuck out of you and ram my point home….SEE WHAT I MEAN? JUST FUCKING GET TO THE POINT IMMEDIATELY. No frills no bullshit no hot fucking air JUST FUCKING DO IT.

  • I’ve never been a breakfast person, I can’t eat just after waking up that’s hurt my body.
I’ve been doing OMAD for 1 year now and I see so much effect about, less starving and lose belly fat, doing sport with is the right choice I’ve made!
My first meal is about 16 pm and this is fine for me, I don’t need to eat before going to a run. This routine suits to me very good!

  • 15:47 with the mention of calcium and D, I highly recommend doing more research concerning the VAST importance of vitamin K2, which is probably the most important of all the fat soluble vitamins. Without this super vitamin (as well as D3), calcium cannot even be metabolized properly. This science is something that has not become widely known but needs to be made known worldwide because the majority of people are highly deficient in the critical vitamin. Some of the best info out there is through Kate Rheaume Bleue who has also written a book called “Vitamin K2 and the Calcium Paradox.
