20 Minutes With Mother Nature Lowers Stress “Study nature, love nature, stay close to nature. It will never fail you.” These words were uttered by Frank Lloyd Wright, considered by many to be one of the finest architects in history. The data showed that 20-30 minutes in nature was the sweet spot for reducing cortisol levels. After 30 minutes, cortisol levels still dropped, but at a slower rate.

  • After the pose at 18:50 I bursted out in a giggle. I felt so much release in an area where has been tension for as long as I can remember. Laughing always felt uncomfortable for me, I always had to force it, even if I found somehing funny laughing just felt ankward for me. When I exploded in a sincere giggle directly after this stretch so much tension released. I am 18 years old right now, and the last time I sincerely giggled like this I was like 7. It is a small thing, but the small things accumulated are the beauty and joy of life. Thank you for guiding me into experiencing this one small thing of which I forgot that I loved it.

  • Great videos. How does the man your with do some of the legs together poses? Some I have trouble with and others I have to self adjust properly. Is there certain poses where your testicles go behind the leg or in front of the legs, or certain routines where one pose to the other will keep them right instead of having to adjust because the one pose to the other is not right?   • I have been doing her other lower body flexibility (cause I was to learn how to do a split) but needed something for my back. I just did this once and I never felt my shoulders to be this relaxed.

  • We live in a depressing world, where people constantly want more and more and nothing is enough. Stress is coming to younger and younger people where they are told they have to pass exams because they think life is based on a paper or two.

    Why don’t schools teach kids how to be happy and how to live your life stress-free? Media constantly bombard and manipulate people on our differences yet ignore the common similars that all humans share, I yet have not come across anyone who wanted a war and wanted bloodshed, yet the media makes it out, it is a common thought.

    Stopping and reflecting while listening to this beauty, is a good consideration that there is some good left on this earth.

    Surely the measures of success in a society are, how happy people are, not how much wealth they have.

  • 18:40 this pose, I cannot reach the arm to the sky and my lower body is not like your alignment, and I do not know why, there is such strong feelings of anger that makes me beat myself many times because I can’t do like that, and I cry.   • So my girlfriend wanted to do some yoga this morning and asked me to join. I went into the session thinking this might be boring or feel alright. MY GOD! What kind of sorcery or witchcraft do you practice?! After ONE SESSION. The pain in my neck and the tightness in my shoulder blades was gone! I had been dealing with neck and back pain for weeks and was honestly thinking about going to a chiropractor but NO MORE. ONLY BOHO BEAUTIFUL YIN YOGA FOR ME. I’m going to try your lower body ones next and continue using the upper body to further relieve future pain in my upper body!
