  • I begun reading every single day last month. I do this every morning or afternoon because usually at that time, I got nothing to do. I usually read self-health books or spiritual books. Reading made me calm and relax. And everytime I read an inspiring book, I feel motivated to work and just get things done. Check out all the tasks I wrote in my to-do list the night before.

  • The most important thing you can do in any situation, especially involving an animal, is to STAY CALM. Take a few deep breaths and proceed to read the room.
    Nervous, jumpy dogs will be whining, barking, wagging its tail, running around and might jump on you. Ears may be back.
    Excited, playful dogs will be barking, wagging its tail HARD, be running around, and may jump on you. Ears will be bouncy.
    Aggressive dogs who may mean harm may be low to the ground, glaring, teeth baring, but the most important thing is it will be wagging its tail slowly.

    Difference between playfighting and attacking is a thin line, easily crossed, but the big difference is playing will be panting, sneezes, smiles, and hard tail wagging. Crossing the line means a change in expression and the vibe in the room. Sounds stupid but you know when a person gets quiet, they get serious? Its the same for animals.

    Sneezing dogs during or before a playfight signifies that it is only a playfight, and no harm is intended. Think of it as like in martial arts when both ppl bow and then go at it. Its almost the same thing. If u wanna roughhouse w ur dog for example, u should sneeze to signify its play. Otherwise theyll think you just like tackling them sometimes.

    Sometimes even if people have the best intentions and discipline they fall beneath the roadside.
    Once the dammage is done,it is hard to
    to pick yourself up from the ground to start all over again.
    You have to start early in your life to take care of these things and then keep goin.
    Most people which are succsessful having a good time management
    and a masterplan of discipline what they like to do and how do it right.To do so over a long time is a challenge.

  • I got caught out on the snacking I had osteoporosis and a scare. I’m never eating like that again and keeping my weight down. So what if im skinny I needed muscle not fat. I had 1 bad year and it cost me. Sometimes you know yourself best. I was slower and puffer. I’m not stating that this happens everyone depends on many factors. Next year I want to find someone nice and be able to live my life better. No one wants to be where I am but I’ve got myself to blame. It’s all about self improvement but I do enjoy the odd indulgence once in a while.

  • About the coffee: in the Netherlands we have chewing gum with the caffeine of two cups of coffee. Costs less than 60 cents and lasts about five hours. So if you talk about ‘having to drink coffee when you’re not at home’ that’s a great solution in my opinion.

  • 20:00 When we were in the military, we were fishing on base when we saw smoke rising in the distance. “Wonder whose house is burning down?” Turned out it was the next-door neighbor’s house. He was a divorced dad with custody of his kid and absolutely no clue about cleaning the lint out of the dryer trap. His place was a mobile home and he and his kid just happened to be down at the corner market to pick up some milk when the dryer caught fire. The firefighters said the place would have been a deathtrap in a minute’s time. Don’t let Hollywood lies lull you into a false sense of security. Home fires are quickly lethal.

  • My favorite life habit would be Journal my thought and feelings, i discover it back when i was in my college On the Job training.. it was really hard for me to carry all day my feelings thats why, i tried to write down and enumerate my feelings. And by doing that, it gets me comfortable to do my task. ^_^ And also, i loved reading Inspiration books like, Take a leap of Faith and make it happen. <3 In addition to that, I also loved to listen on my playlist whenever I get stress, anger or confused about something. it really helps me to calm my inner self. hehe ^_^

  • Actually, I have been pretty good about most all this stuff. The main mistake I made was not opposing my mother and school authorities more for fear of being removed from the house and/or expelled.

  • The gator one is wrong. A gator isn’t going to care if you run zig zag what your supposed to do is run straight and then turn fast and run straight since it’s harder for them to turn. If you run zig zag unless these are giant zig zags to the point you’re barely trending any ground it’s just going to still run straight at you

  • Big wags mean a dog is friendly. Short wags, just the tip moving, or keeping their tail close to their body means they’re nervous and/or aggressive.

  • If for some reason you drank methanol, there are 2 options: you did it accidentally or you’re dumb enough to manufature your own alcohol without any experience and die. But if you did it already, cause vomiting and drink a 100ml shot of vodka or other 40% alcohol (but from factory, not homemade). That’s what even doctors do when someone has methanol poisoning. Ethanol slows down a methanol methabolism and gives docs more time to save your dumb ass. Alternatively you can use up to 4g of baking soda every half an hour.

  • If you drop clothing or supplies behind you, you may be able to escape a polar bear because they get distracted easily and will probably stop to see what you dropped, giving you time to run away.

  • I’ve been to the artic and have seen polar bears in the wild, their is something you can do. Polar bears have extreme ADHD and extreme sense of smell, take off a piece of clothing and throw it down as u run away the bear will stop and smell it, keep doing this as you run away, but your better off carrying stink bombs or small vials of perfume you can throw and break that’s what your told to do when in the artic for research, they give you small vials of some scent bears like tell u to throw and run and throw another each couple hundred feet or so, the downside is it will lead the bear to where you run too eventually so if your running back to camp get a gun loaded and ready cause that bear is on it’s way following that scent track.

  • so I have cut out soda and sugar drinks. and only drink black coffee. but Ive tried to quit coffee but I always feel like crap without coffee. thats my real struggle. it took me years to quit soda. but after starting the carnivore diet it helped me finally get out of my habit of soda drinking. I also quit drinking alcohol to. I noticed that doing carnivore diet u dont crave certain things anymore its really helped me a lot.

  • I agree with most of these points however caffeine is the one thing that keeps me going and I am more productive with it than without it. Get a keurig, never go to Starbucks. Also I am a huge credit card fan. Never carry a balance!

  • Here in Britain and completed Health and Nutrition certificate this year and can say the facts in this video are true. There are different lifestyle and it can be to do with busy people, that snack, or substitute meals without staying with a three meal planner. Good eating guide cuts out crisps (potato chips), fizzy drinks and chocolate/biscuits because people binge on those foods. The health risk are detriment. The idea is to know your own body BM score, not necessarily give up on foods, but eat more fresh fruit, vegetables and oily fish. A big section is about positive body image and eating disorders, some with labeling, manufacturing advertising and food preparation among everything else. It’s that obesity and diabetes, coronary disease and other conditions are on the rise and triggered by poor diet. It’s worth knowing. The thing with fast food, takeaways ect, they are not being honest with salt and sugar content. Some food manufacturers do the same. Anything advertised Fat free. It’s not actually fat free. Exposes a lot of taboos.

  • A former police officer/detective from the Miami area, now retired living in Tennessee, gave me very good solid advice about dating and meeting new people from the internet, blind dates, etc. He said to write your full name, address, phone number, make of car etc. On the inside of your thigh or bottom of your foot, bottom of your shoe etc. Then write the name, phone number, or any kind of information you have on the people/person your meeting on the other thigh, shoe etc. Write it with something that won’t smudge easy and write it small enough that it won’t be seen by your attacker. That way if your killed or unconscious the police will know your identity and the identity of your assailant.

  • Okay, one thing I will say you overlooked:
    With getting rid off caffeine, bulk buy caffeine tablets from a reputable source, will last you a year or more and costs about 2c per 100mg (slightly above a cup of coffee).
    If you are so desperate to save money you have to save the 2c a day, I think there are bigger things to worry about.
    This a GREAT option for people that really struggle to kick the habit or just enjoy caffeine too much, it practically cuts the cost to zero and cuts the time each day it takes to have the caffeine to zero.

I think the ability to watch this video and get inspired from it is a privilege. It just made me think back to a high school discussion I had. I was once very optimistic and argued that you can change your life in the worst scenarios but a student made me realize not everyone on this planet has this freedom of thinking or opportunity.   • Sugar is primarily glucose? No that’s not true. The “normal” sugar that we use to sweet our coffee is sucrose. sucrose is a disaccharide which consists of 1/2 glucose and 1/2 fructose. Consuming a lot of sweets and soft drinks lead to a fructose intake too
