  • I Quit smoking two weeks ago. I saw one doctor say there is evidence to suggest that smoking can take as much as 10 years off your life (maybe more). If you quit before 30 you can get back those 10 years and if you quit before 40 you can get as much as 9 years back. After that it goes down to 6 years and by 60 you may get back 4 years. I am 38. So if you are pushing 30 or 40, quit now and you may still have an average life expectancy as oppose to a much shorter one. If you are over 40 still do it, you may beat expectations. Either way it will mean a longer life no matter when you quit, and a better quality of life too.

  • Losing weight does not mean you are healthy. Proper nutrition is key to good health, not weight. Keto increases cholesterol, risk of kidney disease and digestive issues. Just because you lose weight does not mean it’s healthy. Thanks for sharing some truth.

  • I was 17 wen I started smoking. I used to smoke 18-20 cigarettes a day… For 8 months.. but then I stopped cause my parents came to know. Thanks to them I don’t smoke anymore. It’s been a year since I stopped…

  • Like there is a nugget of truth here. You may get the keto flue when you start. And there is bad breath. The rest seems just uneducated drivel.

  • I can’t believe it your video on further updates regarding hydroxychloroquine, zinc & azithromycin was removed for “violating YouTube’s community guidelines”!
They are taking it on themselves to censor actual science… I knew the censorship was getting bad, but this takes the cake!!!

  • This channel is missing covid updates 10, 43, 57, 60, and 71. Did YouTube take them all down? Did they all have reference to HCQ/Zinc? I hope the YouTube folks realize their actions may actually kill people, but they do it anyway? They should be held criminally liable for any excess deaths, based on their anti-curative intentions.

  • You dumbass. You actually said the BEST diet is balanced with fat, protein, and carbs. Bullshit. The best diet helps you lose weight and get healthy. Thats keto. Pure and simple

  • google, “lancet keto study” you will come across this…”However, results varied by the source of macronutrients: mortality increased when carbohydrates were exchanged for animal-derived fat or protein (1·18, 1·08–1·29) and mortality decreased when the substitutions were plant-based”

  • Keto might have some useful benefits at first, but for a long healthy life, a balanced diet high in whole foods is the only way to go.

  • Nutrition is the science. When it comes to accrediting weight (not necessarily fat) loss to a particular diet that’s simply bullshit.

If you simply burn more calories than you ingest, you’ll lose weight even sat on a sofa all day. Most of you are new and don’t know which is why you’re here. When you’re motivated and workout you’re probably doing this in addition to been in a calorie deficit “diet”. That means you’re already in a deficit AND training on top putting you in a drastic deficit hence the sudden and rapid loss of weight.

I lost a stone and my diet wasn’t considered “healthy” at all. Largely take away, KFC and McDonalds. I just controlled the calories.

  • Having measured glutathione and NAC in hundreds of patients. Lipoic Acid deficiency is present of about 80% of results. Great summary, now if you could just get ICUs to use Glutathione and lipoic acid IV.

  • Following these methods, I have already lost 34 pounds since January 7, 2020…

starting at 267 pounds. Keto is not just a diet, for me it is a lifestyle that saves li

ves! I’m going for the next 30 pounds.!

  • YouTube took updates 70 and 71 down. They are controlling what we are allowed to know. USA has become fascist. Tyrannical forces at work from the left, from pharmaceutical companies and from global socialists.

  • Sugar doesn’t cause obesity. Processed sugar is terrible for you because it feeds bad cells but whole sugars/carbs such as fruit, grains, and starches are wonderful fuel for your body which runs primarily on glucose and fat as a back up, resulting in better metabolism. Obesity is caused by the over consumption of bad fats and processed calorically dense and nutritionally void crap we eat. Bad fat is what causes our inability to metabolize sugar causing insulin resistance and eventually diabetes. Bad fat is what is clogging our arteries causing heart disease, (our #1 killer). It’s the rediculous amounts of lard and fat coming from our overconsumption of bad fats ( which are animal products and processed oils). Want to be healthy? Eat whole foods that the planet makes for you. A diet of fruits, veggies, whole grains, and beans is the optimal fuel for the human body. As long as you are eating enough calories you will have greater health. It’s the only diet proven to reverse heart disease. Check out nutritionfacts.org. it was a total life changer for me. Thanks to learning what is actually healthy I’m down 50 pounds and my cholesterol levels (heart attack indicator) are perfect. Hope this helps someone! ✌❤

  • People who move as they talk should use a Countryman Mic. generally educational institutions don’t have compétant audio engineers ( or budgets ) unless they record music which requires Expertise. He seems to be wearing the correct type of Mic. But unfortunately Architects DONT always Consult Acoustic Professionals when they design Buildings.A simple PA System subsequently produces a poor Result.

  • Friendly reminder that the fad diet is the standard american diet. People have been on carnivore/keto in historic times and only really consumed carbohydrates sparingly or as a starvation protocol.

  • lol its so funny cause i’ve been eating keto for a year now and my brain works, my breath isn’t bad at all, i’ve lost 35 kg (i was obese), my acne got better so now my skin looks flawless, less problem with my stomach, im feeling more energized, and i did not talk to my doctor before starting eating keto and i mean… i think we all can agree on that eating vegetables and meat is better than eating mcdonalds. Do not underestimate keto because it’ll change your life for the better before u know it and if ur interested in the keto diet then i suggest u look at ”dietdoctor.com”:)

  • just do low carbs diet (keto & atkins) and intermittent fasting 12/12 (eat only breakfast and dinner) on weekdays, and cheat day on weekends to eat whatever you want. you become slimmer and healthier, trust me it works.

  • Nattokinase prevents clotting (fibrolytic). Have you, or has anyone taken a look at it lately? https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30013308/ https://www.webmd.com/vitamins-and-supplements/nattokinase-uses-and-risks

  • This entire video is propaganda lmao. The fact that the USDA recommendations are mentioned really suggests that Science Insider does not, in fact, research real science. Just science purchased by Big Sugar.

  • I don’t trust as well, but I always experiment with my body, oh sounds awful right? So you know guys and girls, this keto diet really works. I tried myself and it’s been about 4 weeks. Results? Lost 6 inches in belly fat without any workouts! Just for lazy girl like me, hehe. Now trying to plan ahead everything, as it’s again my laziness =). Well, by the way, who is looking for keto-recipes and is lazy as me to search every time on youtube, I found one cookbook with illustrations, timing, portions. If you want I can give you the link where you can download it. And it’s for Free, while quality is pretty good enough. So just go yourself and check it out. Happy and delicious meals for everyone who is on keto diet! Ups, sorry forgot to give the link, here it is https://www.subscribepage.com/ketorecipe

  • Keto is really not good for you. You NEED carbs. It’s excess carbs that are the problem here. You’ll run into so many problems if you stick with the low carb diet long term. You need your macros!! To lose fat, don’t cut foods from your diet, figure out how to “eat more and weigh less” by consuming veggies and fruits and lean meats like chicken.

  • why bread? why not a sweet potato? Bread is just savory cake. Serious. If you’re gonna eat carbs, eat them in vegetable form. Any nutrients you get from bread, pasta, refined rice you can get in more nutritionally dense vegetables.
I for one am going to stick to keto. Not only has it kept my epilepsy in check for 3 years, it’s also helped me to lose almost 100lbs, my health has never been better(even lowered my bad cholesterol, raised the good. I feel better tha n I did when I was a teenager(i’m 40 now) No aches, no pains. I don’t have any problems with kidney stones. Your claims are bunk buddy.

  • If you are in keto plateau, reduce the intake of fats.
Again, your body will switch to burn it’s own fats after burning dietary fats.

  • I thought that it took some time for this product to begin to work. At 3pm, I began using this ED treatment solution referred to as. Spouse came home about 9pm from a school function where she been working. Well, that was effective. It has been since years since I attained this solid results. I do believe this isn`t by chance.. Take a look at this guidebook on Google, name of this tip is Kαylo Bacumlo
    thank you

  • Actually if you smoke cigarettes get a attorney and sue them,i Actually won my settlement for 3.6 million you don’t even have to be dying just lungs abused

  • The USDA (dept of Agriculture) also made the food pyramid recommending 6 to 10 servings of grains a day! “Buy our crap “
    Wake up!

  • Sorry but your “carb diets” that include carbs in meals make it harder to lose weight. it forces me to eat food that makes me keep craving more and more but because of the calories I force myself to stop and eventually quit. Keto helps me 1 be less hungry and 2 help me lose weight faster. I’ll stick with keto thx

  • Obviously a hit piece, but this video actually makes a strong argument on trying Keto.
BTW, high cholesterol is not a disease. It is a made up term to help sell statins.
Losing weight is a great thing, and keto type diets work better than low fat diet. The problem with low fat diets is that people will eventually quit and gain back all their lost weight and more. People who can stick to keto keep the weight off.
Also, the reason keto dieters stop losing weight is because they are reaching a healthy weight.
It’s well known that low fat diets don’t work because of constant hunger. Keto diets, on the other hand, can be maintained because hunger is basically eliminated. Also, there are no limits on how much food you can eat on a keto diet, unlike low fat diets. The low fat diet doesn’t work because restricting calories causes insatiable hunger, where the keto diet does not. If somebody quits the keto diet, it’s because they don’t have the discipline, not because of hunger. Low fat dieters almost always quit because hunger forces them to eat.
Keto works, and disciplined people can stay on the diet.

  • Your body’s main source of fuel is Carbohydrates. All calories are NOT equal. A balanced diet is the only reasonable and feasibly healthy diet that is sustainable long-term. Understand Macronutrients or “macro’s” as they’re called; Proteins, which are responsible for muscle growth and maintenance usually come by meat like Fish, Chicken, or Red-Meat. Carbs, which are once again your body’s primary source of fuel are found usually in food items like Rice, Beans, Breads & Pastas, and Fats are found in things like Avocados and Nuts as well as more common food ingredients like Oil’s, Butter & Fried Foods (avoid unhealthy fats)… A Healthy Diet that WORKS long term is a diet that isn’t so restricted, clean and simply balanced. Based on your weight and goals fat loss, muscle growth, toning or bulking set up your Macros in a pie chart and part to 100(%). This is the only way you’ll be truly successful, this is the only diet where you can eat whatever you want for the most part and still look and feel great, but more importantly enjoy life and implement healthy habits into your every day life forever.

  • The USDA . The best diet is a balanced one?? You’re clueless and probably a fat lazy tool. Mixing fat and carbs cause insulin spikes to dump fat on you’re fat body. The best diet should be a ratio similar to the dislike to like ratio on this video likes-fat / dislikes-carbs

  • Can you please repost your number 71? Looks like YouTube took it down. Possibly censoring anything that is related to hydroxychloroquine.

  • Thank you for sharing this information…factual information. It drives me crazy this information is not shared through wide spread news media. By sheer luck, I stumbled across your videos. Your reports are more informative then any other then I’ve heard!

  • i have signed the petition to stop the youtube censorship, (used a link that appeared in the update to a petition started by a reader), I trust this link is, or will be available, in every medcram post hereafter, so everyone may sign. after signing, there is a space where we can write our reasons. here is mine:

We cannot allow censorship in our country, in our lives. Most dangerously, we are now seeing censorship simply based upon a word or a phrase, such censorship automatically enacted by robotic means. How dystopian, the essence of oppression, In the particular, Med Cram is a fine site, filled with educated, erudite evaluation of scientific studies, combined with levelheaded, concerned, informative posted talks by Dr. Seheult. These posts are unsullied by an agenda, political or otherwise, and have been a godsend of an oasis in a desert filled with misinformation, and polarization. Shame be to Youtube, and any other entity that causes flow of information to cease, freedom of expression is sacred. We must not allow it to be taken away at all, and to have it taken away in such cavalier fashion is, simply, horrifying beyond belief to this writer.

  • KETO, INTERMITTENT FASTING AND FASTING helped me lose 50 pounds. Here’s exactly what I did:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NnmXsGvAZ7o&feature=youtu.be

  • I went on the Keto diet and cured my lifetime of horrible psoriasis after trying every. single. diet and medicine intervention. • I’m just fascinated by the masks from 8xygenmask.com! they really are great! even jessica alba said their masks are the best in america!

  • I was 2-pack-a-day smoker a month ago, now it’s been 16 day i’m clean from smoke, without nicotine replacement therapy. wish me luck

  • Quickest, most direct way to absorb Glutathione is via suppository.

Ground Clove is huge in anti-oxidants as well as an anti-inflammatory as well as is Turmeric (with black pepper for absorption)
Consuming Beets (Beet powder) increases nitrates in the Blood, resulting in better utilization of oxygen.

    {Nicotine & Famatidine (antacid) have both been observed in China and France “Statistically” to reduce Covid’s impact.) involving regulation of receptors.}

NAC is thought to reduce and thin mucus and is suggested as treatment of COPD in any case.
(I would think all 4 types of copd meds would be of benifet in treating the Lung specific aspect of Covid19)

  • As Dr. Hyman says, there are essential fatty acids and essential amminoacids, but there is no such thing as an essential carbohydrate.

  • Can keto be a life style change, because i think what matters is the long term. You don’t just wanna temporarily be healthy I want something I know I can be trusted as a lifestyle. I kind of agree with the idea of balanced diet because it’s less of a restriction then keto. Idk opinions?

  • Update # 71 deleted I read this PooTube censors discussion of medical research when it is political and controversial. The video is available on MedCRAM’s web site. The original paper https://www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/2020.05.02.20080036v1.full.pdf
My post got highlighted as important so I re-write for clarity and move boiler plate details down
ZINC recipe ZINC (Zn) + Hydropychlooquiene (HC) + Azithromycin (AZ)

No Zinc Only Hydropychlooquiene (HC) + Azithromycin (AZ)

ZINC 13% better patients exiting the EASY CARE LEVEL
NO ZINC OUTCOMES are SIGNIFICANTLY WORSE

    70% more PT needing ICU

    80% more need VENTILATORS

75% more overall death ( including Hospice )

    Broken down

No differences for PT that went to ICU

91% more death outcome for No Zinc PTS who did not get to ICU

The Hypothesis of discussion has been Hydropychlooquiene allows significant ZINC to enter CELL. Zinc should inhibit COVID-19 replication.

Hydropychlooquiene could be a KEY Drug in Covid-19 cases when combined with Zinc.

Many previous studies of HC lacked this KEY COMPONENT of ACTION and showed far less positive results.

Conclusions: The results are SIGNIFICANTLY in favor of Hydropychlooquiene (HC) being a KEY DRUG in our battle to Beat Covid-19. FURTHER STUDIES SHOULD Happen that Reduce the variables of that after that fact data analysis create.

RISK the data may never be clean as Doctors will not want to RISK Patients lives with PROCESSES with significantly worse outcomes. Value of clean data is far less than LIVES.

LETS BREAK DOWN the controversy of this story
ZINC 13% better early exit at Easier care level

    MATH
    (77.1% good outcome Zinc vs 68.3 % No-Zinc )

    [ precise math ( 77.1 / 68.3 0 ) 1 => 1.1288 1 = 0.1288:: 100x that for percent 12.88% Better outcome for Zinc ]

No Zinc case for Death 91% worse.
MATH 13.2% (no zinc) is 91% more than 6.9% (zinc)
    ( 13.2 / 6.6 ) 1 = 0.91 => 91% more bad outcomes no zinc.

My VERY POSITIVE interpretations would not stand up to PEER review or Litigation of false advertising in this form.
This is a Form that highlights the NEED FOR MORE research and LESS HATE Hydropychlooquiene for POLITICS of HATE TRUMP and other political agenda.
The source data has many unseen variables. The data was extracted from 32 days patient records from several NYC Hot Spot hospitals. 932 PT matched the inclusion criteria. 47.3% ZINC 52% No Zinc. ALL HC and AZ patients.

  • if anyone wants to know how to quit. it’s other drugs. although i don’t condone it, use of weed and ketamine made it a lot easier for me to quit smoking. and after stopping smoking weed and snorting ket, i can say i’m also free of smoking

  • I am an ex smoker and seeing those animations made me want to smoke like nothign ever did before. That cloud!
But truth be told, the most notable difference I have perceived is the sense of smell. I don’t feel better nor stronger nor more energetic. I do get less winded and pressure is indeed back to normal.
    I’ve smoked 2 packs a day for 24 years.
Reason for quitting: I was still healthy, and wanted to keep it that way.
The worst effect that it’ll have on you is social. You don’t care about anything or anyone anymore. Everything becomes a nuisance for being in the way to your next cigarette. That sucked big time.
If you still have a choice, DON’T start.

  • It’s good that videos like these exist when these kinds of drugs and alcohol are so nonchalantly promoted in media. It’s a reminder that there should be a separation from the digital and physical world. I wish this stuff was promoted more.

I’m not saying that kind of media is bad, but it can really make this stuff seem harmless, especially to those who are easily impressionable.

  • Kudos for the Video! Forgive me for chiming in, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you considered Qiyictoria Teyrooklyn Eradicator (do a search on google)? It is an awesome one off product for kissing goodbye to your smoking habit minus the hard work. Ive heard some decent things about it and my buddy after many years got great results with it.

  • If cigarette causes cancer then why it’s even being sold in the market it should be banned by the government. The government is not banning the cigarette and the smokers will not going to leave this habbit.

  • Wish this was more specific, as the worst diet would normally include the absolute worst foods, rather than the vague “processed meats”.

  • 2 years off the cigarettes now! Wish I never started to begin with, but thank God that horrible nightmare that I used to put myself through 20 times per day is over.

  • Thanks Dr. Seheult for looking into Glutathione in addition to NAC. And it’s interesting to find that you are not alone in tracking these potentially exciting ways to avoid the worst effects. I’m “breathing easier”.

  • I quit 2 yrs back..Dont plan to start ever again. Life expectancy of a smoker is very low, You may not even be able to cross your 60’s…….In my own life experience ive seen people who were chain smokers were the first to pass away while their elder siblings lived much longer…..most of them had cardiac arrest…..Smoking is not worth it guys, you will leave your family without a bread earner…..

  • I`ve consistently utilized this ED medication each night before going to bed and I seem like I`ve truly awakened my drive again. I simply need to make fun to my partner several times. Getting focused on my daily work as a plumber has also been boosted by this medication. Everything they put me through really works and I`m pleased this solution is all-natural.. Take a look at this guidebook on Google, name of this guide is Kαylo Bacumlo
    thank you

  • it’s ok you can smoke drink and all but “balance” one pack a month, one cig a day is fine just don’t overdo it, if you cannot control your self then quitting might be the best option

  • Showing this to my boyfriend it cost too much to smoke and is bad for his health. I’m hopping at least he can take up vamping nicotine to wean himself of

  • I drastically reduced cigarettes a month ago and quit a week ago, but I still smoke hookah with friends on weekends. Is it that bad? Considering even my non-cigarette-smoking friends also smoke hookah

  • The people at the cig company wants you to keep smoking, they don’t care about you ur Heath or life they just want the profits, 1 out of every 5 Americans that die die from tabacco, cigs kill more people then drugs guns car wrecks hiv a year please stop if you are trying to, I know it’s easier said then done but do not do this.

  • Man it really is hard to quit tho. I‘ve tried so many times and started again when I was going through a rough patch in my life. Breakups, stressful exams in uni ect. I don‘t really know how to quit for good. I smoked for 4 years and then stopped for half a year which was my longest attempt to stop. So mad that I started again:(

  • Here is a double-blind, placebo-controlled study showing a 74% increase in blood plasma Glutathione levels with a link to the study and the supplement used in the study. The supplement has 224mg of N-Acetyl L-Cysteine (NAC) and several other key nutrients like Milk Thistle and Alpha-Lipoic Acid that boost the liver’s production of Glutathione to these higher levels. The supplement is produced in an FDA registered facility. Here is the link to the study. https://askthescientists.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/CR_HepasilDTX_Poster.pdf This is the link to the supplement used in the study. https://www.usana.com/s/Z584u1 I have used this supplement intermittently since 2012.

  • I’ll make a PowerPoint about this to my grandma. she has smokes for many many years. Atleast for more than 40 years. she has already tried to stop smoking once, and it went really well. But then she began smoking again. I just want to show her why she should stop, and I’ll help her through the process.

  • There you go. Another sponsored LIE… I have been using KETO for many years now. Lost weight, got better health, I take no medicine, had no use of it. got more agile and Healthy…Keto is a tool and you guys need to understand it becomes a life style. along with intermittent fasting and cardio. This is a perfect match for me. I surely don’t trust my doc anymore who told me I was gone lose my muscles, face big issues and diseases…wonder why they all say that? Just look at the posters they all hang at their walls..All sponsored dudes… My advice, use common sense: yes occasionally you will face keto flu (there are plenty of solutions against these) yes sometimes you will have hair loss and it will grow stronger…I am 59 and I run my 2 10 ks a week: I have never been so sharp and healthy…. Bottom line is: the SYSTEM wants you to eat sugar and junk food…just look at the millions of people around you with systemic diseases..SUGAR is the ultimate DANGER my friends.

  • USDA recommenced intake is actually very unhealthy for human biology. It’s not a theory or anything. It’s a fact. I genuinely don’t know why they still have those recommendations.

  • Its been 2 yrs since i left smoking, i started smoking when i was 15 and left when i was 18, its the worst man made thing in the word #smokingkills

  • This is glorious, I’ve been looking for “lowest tar and nicotine cigarettes on the market” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of Peyogan Extraordinary Prepotence (just google it )? It is a good exclusive guide for discovering how to end your annoying smoking habit minus the hard work. Ive heard some decent things about it and my friend got excellent results with it.

  • I have also quite smoking with the help of nicotex 4mg a cigarette contain maximum 0.8mg of nicotine so it really stops the urge to smoke

  • A mild state of ketosis is the best place to be. We are biologically hunter gatherers and the ketogenic diet mimics what us as humans have evolved to eat. There’s a reason the keto diet “treats” so many illnesses and that’s because carbohydrate dense diets cause them. We are the only species on Earth that struggles to maintain our natural body weight.

  • This was great, thanks, been searching for “how long does anger last after quitting smoking?” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of Paybigailon Unimaginable Prestige (search on google )? It is a smashing exclusive product for discovering how to discovering how to quit smoking minus the hard work. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my colleague got cool success with it.

  • I CAN NOT BELIEVE YOUTUBE JUST TOOK DOWN #71!!!!!!!!!! All because it mentioned the H drug!!!!!!!!! What a bunch of a#####!!!!!!!

  • Quit smoking cold turkey November,24th 2019 after a heart attack at 54. So much nicer not to deal with that stink and people walking away from me for the smell. I have the energy do do so many things now that I couldnt do before because I get tierd fast. How I quit? After sufering the first 3 days. I didnt want to have to do them 3 days again. So not even a puff, nothing. Never again will a stink stick will touch my mouth.

  • After over 40 years of smoking, I decided to quit two weeks ago, I find it extremely hard but have decided now to quit because my chest hurts…..wish me luck!!

  • The problem is that I like smoking, I think it’s really nice when I’m holding it, I don’t want to quit the smoking that is the problem, I just can’t. Help, please help!!!!

  • First day I quit smoking cigarette. After 17 years smoking ( heavy smoker) I feel more courageous after reading the experiences of the people who done it

  • Thankyou for this beautiful video. Bed trying to quit and I always said when I was younger I wouldn’t get addicted but when you meet your love that doesn’t mind smoking. Everything gets worse!!!!

Now we are having a baby and it’s time to quit. Quit 20 mins ago and it’s weird how it becomes addicting at the age of 20 instead of 16-18 because I brought a few pouches back then and didn’t enjoy it greatly so I stopped. Super weird.

  • After watching this video and several others,
    I successfully quit on 9th August 2019 @10pm
    Today is 10th Aug 2020.
I have successfully completed 1 year.
In this 1 year I only took 1 puff
    Journey was great.
My life no longer revolves around smoking.
It is no longer a part of my personality.
If you can find my comment which was posted 12 months back, you’ll see my everyday struggle there.
Before this one year, I had tried atleast 20 times to quit. I was one pack a day.
It was very difficult in the beginning.
    Nicotine gums helped.
My experience after one year is:
I do not feel particularly happy,
but I am not sad/miserable anymore.
If you don’t find my 12 months back comment I’ll send you a screenshot.
My advice to other smokers would be,
Try to quit atleast 20 times before you give up.

Life is waiting for you to quit cigarette, so it can shoot you up with real problems

  • Excellent Video! Forgive me for chiming in, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you heard about Senarper Wordless Supremacy (Sure I saw it on Google)? It is a smashing exclusive product for stop aging and improve your life minus the headache. Ive heard some great things about it and my friend Sam at very last got astronomical success with it.

  • I tested positive for Covid 19 on March 30 after having symptoms for 2 weeks and I have had Rheumatoid Arthritis for 10 years for which I have been using Cimzia and MTX. I stopped these meds in the 3rd week of March and started HCQ on Day 24 of my Covid 19 symptoms (April 15th) along with the Z pack, Zinc sulfate 220 mg, and Vitamin C 1000. After the 2 week treatment, my low grade fever persisted and although I don’t have lung and or breathing problems in the lung x rays I had done at the E.R., I had a high D-Dimer on April 24. I tested negative for Covid 19 on May 5th (throat swab) and again with nose swab on May 20. I still worry about my risk of blood clots since my veins look angry and I have red dots that developed on my veins since late April. Even though I may not be infectious at this time, how long does the risk of blood clots persist after testing negative for Covid 19? I started taking Quercetin and N-Acetyl Cysteine last month when I learned from you the benefits of using them regarding Covid 19. Would I still need an antiviral treatment at this time?

  • I quit smoking 5 months ago, I promised my wife when she got pregnant that Ill quit. (I used to smoke half a pack a day since I was 18 years old now I am 39)
How I did it?, I just threw the pack of cigarettes, and that was it. it wasn’t easy though. it requires will power, the 1st week was so hard, and till now, when I see someone smoking, with coffee, or after lunch, I feel tempted to grab one, but I never do, and I will never do.
Healthwise I feel more energetic, my mornings are way better, no smell, no coughing, still a little bit of Mucus sometimes. I gained up to 6Kg after quitting, so I bought a bicycle, to help get my weight back to normal, and I am avoiding carbs and sugar.
Now I can go biking, up to 30 km in one trip.
    Wish me luck!

  • It’s been 18 hours since my last cigarette. I couldn’t sleep and my work starts in 3 hours ☹️

Edit: it’s my 4th day of being smoke free now. It’s been so tough, quitting after smoking heavily for 7 years.
    Keep going!

  • Whey is the most effective method of increasing GSH levels and offers various additional benefits not found with NAC. Take a look at the data on whey protein and GSH, immunity, etc. Obviously, whey is oral only, where as NAC ban be take orally or via NAC.

  • My parents didn’t like my smoking habit so I left for their pleasure and Allah ta’ala is happy when the parents are happy so it’s like two birds with one sword۔۔۔I don’t know how my health is۔۔۔but I am keen to know it’s almost 5 years that I have quit somking

  • In testing oxidative stress, Rebamipide used to inhibit H.Pylori induced cytokine production. Obviously a different bug (and easier to modify in the gut), but this is used to increase the effectiveness of the antibiotics. I don’t find research on covid19 yet, but there’s studies in modulating T-cell and B-cell. It seems the microbiome that effects immunity and outcomes, as well.

  • my dad use to smoke 2 packs of ciggarets a day he quit for my mom she said you quit smoking or ill leave you and he quit ive thought of start smoking myself to look cool and to see what its like because the first time i smoked it i only took one hit and thats it,can someone describe to me what it feels like so i dont have to smoke please

  • Cheers for this, I’ve been looking for “how to help a person quit smoking” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about Mackorny Smoking Escape Blueprint ( search on google )? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my neighbour got cool success with it.

  • I quit cold turkey but it took repeated efforts. I am so glad I quit. I might not have made my 60s if I had continued. To all of you who are trying, do not give up. It is your life.

  • Narrator: I’m going to publish a video supporting carbs

    Later

Narrator: I’ve been rushed into hospital with heart failure

Yep you go get that bread

  • Just saw that #71 update has been removed from YouTube. Darn those bots and automated stuff removing what you are doing. Hopefully it gets reinstated. PLEASE don’t give up! They took down perhaps due to your title? We depend on you, and thanks for all you do! Glad that you gave a shout out that this might happen, but you thought might still be online. Is there another site which it exists?

  • The information is really great but why does, he pause at, completely, random places in, the sentence?
Also why is the audio quality so bad? Did you record this using a potato?
And let’s not even talk about that disclaimer.

  • Why the disclaimer from Ted? There is nothing here that is controversial his message is supported by the overwhelming preponderance of the peer-reviewed evidence much of which he quotes.

  • This is very interesting! I appreciate all the evidence. I also appreciate that he doesn’t seem bias, and all of his statements are backed with good (non animal) research.

  • How is citing research “outside TEDx’s curatorial guidelines as it only represents the speaker’s personal experiences with the promise of a plant-based diet as a disease treatment”? Please explain.

  • Here is the real question why are doctors and even dietitians not on the same page half say its healthy and half say it’s dangerous so which is it safe or dangerous

  • This ED treatment solution is the most beneficial. From what exactly I`ve noticed, the result is wonderful. Before I had been lost but now I`ve found my drive once more, just like a young blood. My overall performance is a lot better this time. My health has build up and I am noticing that I`m getting bigger. My spouse and I both noticed the improvements. I would not ask for more than this.. Looking for this tip on Google, name of this tip is Kαylo Bacumlo
    thank you

  • Love the transparency of this. We can’t know for sure, but there’s plenty we have a really good idea about. Whether you like it or not, what you put in your body matters.

  • Dont forget about legumes/beans! They are super nutritious and when combined with whole grains, make complete plant based protein.

  • And you don’t just get anxiety and or depression from quitting it can also make you even more sick feeling temporarily because your body is not use to living without the nicotine

  • I just wrote Youtube a complaint letter about pulling some of these videos. Youtube has no clue how scientific research works when at the early stages of research and getting a handle on theories. they are artificially selecting scientific theories and results way too early and literally hiding the actual way science works from us. Thanks for these medcram videos!!!

  • I’m 23 years old.
Ive been smoking since 8 years
Like almost a pack each day
But I’ve not had a cigarette since 3 days and I don’t feel any of these symptoms
And I’m thinking to quit the habit

And hence if I don’t have any symptoms does it mean somethings wrong with me?

  • I smoked for 5 years, smoking somewhere between 10-15 on regular days and 2 packs on weekends/parties, on July of 2019 I stopped smoking and I have been feeling amazing, my lungs dont hurt anymore, I can properly breath and I can exercise without any problem! Guys, believe in yourselves and quit right now!

  • I’m from the Philippines and glutathione is very popular for skin whitening and fighting free radicals in the system. People who want to brighten their complexion take it by pills, IV or injections. My cousin does this for a living, everything glutathione. And she uses it regularly as well. However she got the COVID and she is not doing well right now.

  • Humans survived for hundreds of thousands of years eating Ketogenic. It is what your body really needs. Carbs are bad, causing many diseases, Vegetable oils are poison to you. Throw out the carbs and vegetable oil. Go Keto. Eat meat with a good fat content 15%. Eat cheese, whole-fat dairy, butter, and you will see the fat on your body start to go away. It works. It can reverse and cure diabetes in many cases. You will feel more energy, and feel much better when you are running on the primary fuel of fat. Try it!

  • Thanks very much sir… I’m from iraq. I wish to see you sir… i wached your vidios from the beginning of covid 19 you are the best

  • This is just superb, I’ve been looking for “alcohol and nicotine withdrawal symptoms” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across Paybigailon Unimaginable Prestige (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now )? It is a smashing exclusive product for discovering how to discovering how to quit smoking minus the hard work. • i quit smoking last week
at the same time i went on a diet

    Im 22 and 120kg
i used to smoke half a pack to 1 pack a day

  • For the re cord…NAC. Produce is by a study at very start of the fruit fresh food preserver. It was the activity reduction in Browning fruit while freezing. The basis of how certain substance effects stability and degeneration. I also think after seeing info on bergamot orange extract, it can help with polyphenolic flavonoids. As it may look…weight plays a role in morbidity. What then might cholesterol also do in addition?
I’d love to see study done. Body cleanse…
    Cholesterol heart check and
vitamin k reduction was mentioned from Dr.Been…vitamin k they should be considered

  • It actually makes you more diabetic (ironic I know!) Keto increases risk of artery disease and cancer If you want to stay diabetic Keto is a good idea. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CT8K6NcAigo

  • I started the keto diet a few weeks ago, was eating too much junk. I’m not adjusted to it yet though so it’s been tough with both insomnia and constipation for me, but I’m eating just once or twice a day and learning to cook.

  • Youtube removed the Update 71 showing that adding zinc to hydroxychloroquine makes it work better. No question that there is a conspiracy to suppress effective treatments. by the people in charge of the world media. They want an experimental vaccine and NOTHING else. Let’s hope that vaccine won’t be actually intended for depopulation.

  • This is so interesting. Stephanie Seneff believes that glyphosate substitutes for cysteine in our bodies creating all kinds of havoc. I have had three exposures to herbicides, probably roundup, where I either drove by while they were applying it or walking past lawns and areas with signs cautioning against entering sprayed area. The point is glyphosate is everywhere. If glutathione helps protect us from this virus and glutathione production has been altered by glyphosate…very interesting.

  • Why has Youtube removed certain Medcrams? Could it be that the political left does not want a scientific evaluation of hydroxychloroquine or UVC. Dr. Seheult is the most unbiased person in this space. We should all demand that Youtube put science over politics. How can we all protest this censorship of science?

  • Glutathion is decreased in older people. Your Redox system is compromised. In previous videos commenters that improving IL12 was important. Liposomal Glutathione does. • Is there any further study of IVERMECTIN as a CV treatment? It sounded promising, then nothing for the past few weeks.
Thank you for keeping us updated with the latest developments, and explaining everything so well. I’ve learned SO much from your videos!

  • There are formulations out there that raise glutathione levels. It delivers the rate limiting cysteine (and protected from the digestive system) to the body’s cells. Cysteine is then used to create more glutathione. http://theResearchExplained.com/cellgevity

  • I see that people are coming here, to #70, to comment on #71 or, specifically, it’s removal by YouTube. As was mentioned by Dr, Seheult at the beginning of the clip, there was a good chance it would be taken down because of the algorithms employed by YouTube and he offered an alternative access to the video should that happen. It would be interesting to know the exact process involved. I’m guessing the word, “Hydroxy**********”, triggers a warning and the video is then reviewed by someone who has no clue and he or she then take executive action. It will be interesting to see how they will proceed if this particular treatment gets promoted by the medical community should the ongoing trials prove it’s efficacy. Who will make the decision to release the “H” word for public consumption? Is YouTube taking orders from “above”? Is there really a “Deep State”?!? (Que the scary music)

  • Great talk! Lame disclaimer from TEDx, the presentation is about nutrition science, not the speaker opinions. Why are you so afraid of contradicting industry interests?

  • I was all ready to start taking NAC a few weeks ago until during my last bit of research I found material saying it was found to develop/make worse pulmonary arterial hypertension PAH? That didn’t sound like a desirable outcome. Like anything with science all you find are contradictions.

  • Its not black and white. Eating too much farm factory meat and cheese has its problems. People consume excessive salt with it. Eating 50% carbs however is too high and its what is causing our sugar issues. Refined flours, whitened rice and corn are the problem. The happy medium is consuming a lower amount. 30% is probably good and mainly whole carbs like beans, potatoes and legumes, or carrots or whole corn and peas. Then maybe 30% protein and 40 % good fats (nuts, olives, avocados, coconut, and maybe 5-10% animal based if you want but non processed and free range. It has to be balanced.

  • Dr Seheult, I can no longer find the “Coronavirus Pandemic Update 71” video from YouTube. Are you aware if has been pulled out from YouTube, or it’s priority has been pushed too low to show on the first page? Thanks.

I am an inventor of a technology that addresses the oxidative stress, the inflammation and the HEME issue caused by COVID-19.  It’s extremely simple to apply and has already proven effective in many countries.  I’m thinking the USA needs to catch up and I’m thinking YOU are the most appropriate to do it.

  • I think Judy Mikovits has a point in questioning the effects of ‘free-floating’ rna in the blood stream introduced by vaccines and the activation of xmrv’s present from previous vaccines. This she seems to suggest (and I admit I had trouble following her at times) is the reason COVID-19 affects so many different parts of the body. According to her xmrv’s in the body are activated by the COVID-19 virus. Does anyone have an answer to this pro/con, or can the research (if any) be pointed to that we can read ourselves?

  • Its a shame your update 71 was taken down byYouTube. Shows how biased youtube specially when all you were doing is showing studies that showed efficacy if HCQ with zinc.

  • The “Balanced Diet” aka SAD (Standard American Diet) is the worst diet you could ever eat, it is a diet for slaves to keep you sick all your life and spend your salary on medical bills. It is only promoted because big pharma owns everything and sponsors every study to favor this diet. Ketogenic or Carnivore diet are the only diets humans ate for 99% of its existence, carbs only came in the last 10.000 years with agriculture and it brought all the “modern diseases” with it, aka diabetes, alzheimers, dementia, cancer etc. Eating what you are made of is not dangerous, it is madness to think otherwise! Cholesterol, animal protein and saturated animal fats is what your body consists of, eating anything else is just a slave diet.

  • Glutathione (GSH) depletion is a key factor in poor COVID-19 health outcomes. Treatment with GSH or NAC has been attempted but is difficult because there is no fast way to increase cellular GSH. A new product called gamma-glutamylcysteine is now available that can do so and it needs to be studied. Please see https://www.glutathionereporter.com/glutathione-and-covid-19-infection/

  • Explains why we naturopaths do green bean coffee enemas. When I had the tickle in my throat and started getting dizzy after taking care of 5 Covid19 patients, I did an green bean coffee enema.
Anytime, I get a sick feeling or even eat something that make me feel uneasy I do green bean coffee enemas and it cures instantly. I mean my dizziness was gone after the first ounce went into my intestines. The tickle in my throat was gone after the first release of enema fluids .

“Coffee enemas dramatically increase production of glutathione S-transferase to lower inflammation, improve oxidative stress, and eliminate free radicals that cause aging, tissue damage, and cancer. One study from the University of Minnesota showed a 600% increase of glutathione in the liver 4 and a 700% increase in the small intestine of mice who ate green coffee beans.” -Dr. Gerson

  • Adverse effects for oral formulations of acetylcysteine have been reported to include nausea, vomiting, rash, and fever.[41]

Large doses in a mouse model showed that acetylcysteine could potentially cause damage to the heart and lungs.[42] They found that acetylcysteine was metabolized to S-nitroso-N-acetylcysteine (SNOAC), which increased blood pressure in the lungs and right ventricle of the heart (pulmonary artery hypertension) in mice treated with acetylcysteine. The effect was similar to that observed following a 3-week exposure to an oxygen-deprived environment (chronic hypoxia). The authors also found that SNOAC induced a hypoxia-like response in the expression of several important genes both in vitro and in vivo.

  • After a stroke, I began following a keto diet without realizing it. Now I am reversing my diabetic condition and my blood sugar and blood preasure is well under control. Keto saved my damned life!

  • Curious to know if anyone has looked at sulforaphane to mediate oxidative stress in Covid-19 patients? Would be very curious to hear Dr. Seheult discuss this if that’s the case. I have heard that sulforphane augments glutathione in some human studies (and at least in the form of broccoli sprouts it’s a very cheap supplement).

  • Well explained! Glutathione epigenomic differences have been linked to vitamin D receptor changes in diabetes leading to epithelial issues. Vitamin D studies show link to vWF, especially for patients with HD (we treat with calcitriol, which upregulates vitamin D receptors) https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5203994/
Vitamin D and L-cysteine combo potentially overcomes this GSH deficiency/epigenome differences, as well.

  • This diet can cause severe leg cramps, constipation etc. It’s amazing in terms of the cognitive benefits but the potential side effects just aren’t worth it for me.

  • IMPORTANT: if infected, will wearing a mask lead to an increase infection rate in respiratory system? Are patients in hospitals becoming more infected because they wear a mask?

  • Thank you for your important research empowering the public.Your vital information about NAC and glutathione can be a life changer.I only wish these research topics could be widely made public because they are doable.

  • Have you considered that coronavirus can be transmitted by mites?
Body dwelling mites are potential arthropod vectors responsible for viral pandemics.
