Positive Thinking is the Key for Health Happiness & Success With so much negativity and violence in the world let’s focus being a positive thinker and get 2020 off to a good start. The self-help book, The Power of Positive Thinking, was published in 1952 by Norman Vincent Peale. The researchers also point to the association between positive thinking and enhanced immune function.

Those who approached stressful situations with optimism and a sense of humor were shown to have a stronger immune system than those who didn’t. Positive Affect, Happiness, and Success. When you think more positively, you inevitably feel better. One study took this a step further, arguing that happiness can actually give rise to success.

Positive thinking is the belief that good things will happen and that our struggles will be crowned with best result. It is something absolutely opposite to negative thinking which is being afraid, alarmed and in doubt of success while in efforts or in struggling phase. How It Works: The ratio of positive to negative thoughts is a major factor in overall happiness. 1  Your brain is constantly monitoring the emotional tone of your thoughts—too many negative thoughts and your brain responds by creating stress and sadness in your body. Positive thinking can create Happiness while negative thinking creates unhappiness.

But how can our thoughts create our life and our happiness? The answer is very simple: our thoughts create our emotions and our emotions create our state of mind. I used to believe that positive thinking is the key to a happy life. We’ve all heard it before try to look at the glass half full and you’ll be happier that way. And who knows, maybe you can even “think (positively) and grow rich” or “attract what you want with (positive) thought wave,” as well-meaning motivational speakers want you to believe.

With this key – this state of mind, it is easier to achieve success, improve relationships, have better health, and enjoy happiness, satisfaction and inner peace. With a positive state of mind you can also handle more easily your daily affairs of life, and make everything flow more smoothly, and. Positive thinking has multiple benefits and one of them is peaceful living.

If you feel that something troubles you, possibly your life attitude is filled with negativism. It should be changed to reach peace, harmony, and happiness. There are many methods to start thinking positively. Positive thinking is an attitude that pushes you to expect good and desired results.

Power of positivity helps you in creating and transforming energy into reality. Positive mindset helps you to seek happiness, health and a happy ending regardless of the situation.

  • I got off methadone by reprogramming my Brian. I have made a video about it in my new channel. This is such a great. It’s videos like this that have inspired me to make my own channel after struggling with a lot of mental health issues from the things I’ve experienced. I have only just started so I don’t have any subscribers or views, but I know I will get there one day if I keep strong.     Of course im just here for you. If that time comes when we become together, you can gradually adapt a new way of dealing with life. I believe that life has many complexities that must be considered.
    You probably just overthink because you’re empty or bored there.
    Although words can help you find your own healthy and fixed identity, sometimes, it can also be achieved gradually…maybe by loving or being more in touch with reality/being more grounded while you’re with me.

    I just want you to feel somewhat relaxed because idk what you’re doing or undergoing everyday.

  • just to correct her on the water issue, while it is true that Africans get a long with less water than most other countries. The error is that 3l of water per day is the water supplied divided by the number of people. but many people stay along rivers and other water sources and have no formal infrastructure. In my experience it closer to 20 liters a day, still little but not 3. that would mean they never flush a toilet. well many dont have toilets so its a bit different than what you compare it to in first world countries. A great deal of Africans do not get their water through water supply infrastructure but either from communal taps or rivers

  • It’s been 7 years I’m struggling with depression and anxiety, it has left me to a point where I watch myself fall. My health and sleeping pattern is very terrible, and my thoughts can be very scary. I’ve gone through a lot, betrayed by my best friend cheated by someone I love, someone everyone just ends up using me for their time pass. I hope this will help me to think positive, because watching yourself fall isn’t something that you want to do. I hope I will be positive it’s been really a thought time.

  • i live in an area everyone around me very poor poor uneducated really down negative people n thats the only people around me thing is i hate being alone im a very social outgoing person n i try to be pausitive all the time i have goals and inspiring thoughts n i cant tell these people about it cuz they always find a way to take a pausitive vibe and turn it into a negative vibe n i keep trying yo stay pausitive n i just cant seem to find a decent job so i can work towards getting out of here n i know this aint it for me just i wish i knew how to be happy…
