  • We’ll after your comment about freelee and not enough protein… I am vegetarian and get plenty of protein..blood work every 3 months!
    As far as freelee’s vegan diet..
    Protein is found in all plant foods, including vegetables, grains, legumes (such as beans and lentils), soy foods, nuts and seeds.
    Vegetables on average, 1 cup = 4 grams of protein;
    Whole Grains on average, 1 cup = 6 grams of protein;
    Fruit on average, 1 cup = 1 gram of protein.
    Legumes top the list for great sources of plant-strong foods with protein. These include beans, lentils, and organic soy products such as tofu and tempeh.
    1 CUP OF MOST COOKED BEANS AND LENTILS contains right around 15 grams of protein.
    1 CUP OF COOKED ORGANIC SOYBEANS contains around 30 grams of protein.
    1 CUP OF FIRM ORGANIC TOFU contains about 40 grams of protein.
    1 CUP OF TEMPEH contains approximately 30 grams of protein.
    1 CUP OF SEITAN contains approximately 52 grams of protein. I like seitan but I consider this a “fun food” and don’t recommend you base your everyday diet on this protein source. That’s because it’s high in wheat gluten, and is difficult for most people to digest.
    1/4 CUP OF MOST NUTS can range anywhere from approximately 4 grams of protein to 8 or 9 grams.
    2-3 TABLESPOONS OF SEEDS provides around 8 grams of protein, with the exception of FLAX SEEDS which will provide you with around 4 grams.
    3 TABLESPOONS OF TAHINI provides you with 8 grams of protein.

  • I don’t believe in orthorexia unless if the person is deficient because they refuse to eat something. I think it’s just healthy eating and of course we should be conscious about this. Why is it an eating disorder to be a conscious eater?

    3. Eat everything in moderation ( even meat, milk and eggs), veganism caused me problem.
    4. Don’t compare your progress with anyone.

    6. Don’t be obsessed with calorie count.
    7. Carbs are not bad ( good carbs help in bowel movement).
    8. Eat local food.
    9. Never skip your cheat meal.
    10. Don’t try illogical diets from internet.

  • Thank you so much for this video. As a body compassion coach, I struggle to help people build a better relationship with food, one that isn’t based on fear and anxiety. This is especially important for people who are body builders (myself included) who can easily conflate appearance with health, and are very meticulous with what they put in their body, not necessarily for health but for a certain aesthetic. What I’m hearing in this video is not a recommendation of a free for all approach to food, but to have a more critical yet relaxed examination of food.

  • My boyfriend has this and I don’t know what to do? Hes a step further where hes fixated with fasting and coffee enimas and getting rid of toxins. He drank turpentine for two weeks to kill parasites, another online fad, He wont listen to me and hes obsessed with this health fads online and social media i.e Instagram. Constantly trying to convince me it’s normal with proof. Days he doesn’t eat at all or consumes an orange juice and considers its a meal. I love him but I’m drifting away from him due to his extreme way of life. I dont know what do �� hes so headstrong he wont listen to me, and it turns into a full blown argument. He was just drinking orange juice over xmas and got norovirus for 2 weeks lost a stone and was bed ridden. He needs help because hes addicted to the online research and using his body as a gunipig. His parents just think hes into health and shrug it off but it’s so much more than that. I want yo help him but I cant help him, it’s too deeply rooted and I dont know what to do. ��

  • This happened to me and I didn’t know it was a disorder. I was really obsessed with everything and working out. And my doctor kept encouraging me to continue to lose weight because of my BMI. I was so sick and miserable, started to effect my mental health. Now I just worry about being healthy and not being thin.

  • Eating disorders are psychological and these young people want to be healthy not just loose weight as some are vegan and paleo (or both at different times hence they are confused). YOU’RE NOT HELPING.
    NOW THE FOOD INDUSTRY WILL USE ORTHOREXIA TO PROMOTE UNHEALTHY EATING. It’s the fault so called nutritionists who have been taught by the food industry by lying to people for years putting things in food and animal products, actually telling people pasta, bread and grains are good. They tell peole fats are bad and the thing is young people see through the lies of food industry research but have very little to show them with ballance advice they’d rather go with peers who are in the same boat but advice from those educated are wrong.
    She is wrong when talking about sugars, sugars are in foods like bread fruit juice and certain veg. But the body produces 300g of carbs naturally so it doesn’t go into trying to survive the body it’s just craving carbs again. And intermittent fasting is about repairing cells that’s why we rest at night becsuse we fast hence the term breakfast, so all these individuals do extend the time to lunchtime giving the body time to burn stored body fat which gives more enery and clarity as the body is using fat gor energy and not glycogen from sugars. Its not the lack of sugars or carbs why these individuals get adrenal fatigue or loose their periods it’s a lack of nutrition from vitamins from cruciferous vegetables.

    Been dealing with health issues year before I cut that out
    Meds don’t help docs can’t find the answer

    So in 2016 a natural doc said remove dairy gluten eggs and meat nightshades
    Barely lasted without meat and eggs
    But did no gluten dairy nothing helped

    Then I read online cruciferous and histamine foods
    Now I’m scared I can’t function I hate these symptoms no answers and I feel I have to find right diet now

  • Uuuum, I actually like good high-quality food, making/prepping/getting said good highquality food, and I like knowing exactly what’s going into my body. I love whole, organic, colorful, hearty, natural, seasoned and rich foods full of seeds and nuts that don’t weigh me down, cause tooth rot, or make me feel queasy and greasy. So to recap, this “orthorexia” basically is translation for, “one who doesn’t stuff their faces with McDonald’s, McDonalds, Kentucky Fried Chicken and a Pizza Hut every day?’

  • I have a family member who has developed an unhealthy obsession with supposedly healthy eating. She has demonized certain foods while believing that others will magically ward off illness. (I’m sorry but eating three lemons daily won’t single handedly prevent cancer) We, her family who love her, find it unpleasant to spend time with her because food and it’s category (“good” or “bad”) is the only she talks about anymore. She has an almost religious-like belief good vs. bad foods but she has created a system without internal consistency. She has gone from being slender to skeletal and I am very worried about her. I don’t know how to help.

  • My sister has this, and it started with OCD. People with extreme OCD, like my sister, are constantly looking for new ways to control their existence into a level of perfection that is very difficult to maintain, and in turn it makes them irritable, cranky, impatient and hostile. On top of the Orthorexia, she has Hyopchondria, Germaphobia, and due to these conditions, has become paranoid. No one in my family wants to do anything about it because they are intimidated by her, and her husband is codependent, and he just goes along with it; “Anything to please her and make her happy.” I no longer have a relationship with her, and her and her husband moved out of state without telling anyone. This is a very serious condition, and I’m sure it’s tearing other families apart as well. The last I knew she was having health problems due to the restrictions she’s put on her diet. You can’t change evolution in your lifetime, and taking something out of your diet that humans have been consuming for thousands of years will have a backlash.

  • My problem is that when I eat in moderation and try to snack on other stuff like a cookie,I don’t feel like one or two cookies are enough I would like to eat just 4 but I’m scared it might be TOO MUCH for one day and the same goes on for other unhealthy foods,I just don’t know what’s the right amount to eat along with clean healthy food which makes me feel anxious

  • I’ve never heard of this before, but after losing 42kg in a year, I feel like I’ve bounced between this and bulimia for 7+ years… I now struggle with binge eating, but haven’t purged in approx 4-5 months. I am so proud of myself, and “allowing” more foods into my diet.. I recently ate my first steak I’ve had in years because it was too fatty previously, and started eating bread again. I have come a long way, I was 16 when this started. I am 23 next month and my hair and bald spots are growing back. I lost 1 tooth �� and my hair, I was tired, cold, insecure about my loose skin from going from 102kg to 60 in a year when I was 15. My lowest weight was 55 due to bulimia. Was not worth it at all..

  • If food companies weren’t producing so much awful, unhealthy food, people would be less inclined to get obsessive about trying to avoid eating it. Our relationship with food has gone badly wrong at some point. Social media has a lot to answer for too.

  • The title is misleading af. Eating clean will never get you unhealthy. Having a mental disorder fueled by “putting the weight back on” is about not knowing how this whole metabolism/nutrition etc works. You can eat pizza/burghers and frech fries if you know how to stack your days and diet for a purpose. Educate yourself. No one else than you is responsible for your health.

  • 165cm height and 50kg weight I lost 8.5kg in half year and keep that weight for 2 months. What i do now is control calories and drink a glass of water before having meals

  • Isn’t the problem that she was eating raw or “clean” AND not eating enough because of the obsession to be thinner and thinner? Clean and/or raw eating is healthy and has tremendous health benefits as long as you’re eating enough and not starving your body! You will grow more hair and have better skin and feel great!

  • Some people clean eat without psychological issues and they are healing by doing so. For instance, look up THE CHINA STUDY for evidence of a Vegan diet generating a reduction in disease over Vegetarians and Omnivores. I have been Raw and Plant based for 4 years and for the simple fact that my body is fine tuned now, I can not get away with eating much of any cooked plant foods anymore without getting ill. We are the only species who puts fire to our food, no matter what food group. “Moderation,” being key is so last century and it only justifies keeping people in bad habits. As for dining out, chefs are pretty good in shipping up plant based meals for me when I’m socially dining, so long as I call and make a request in advance. #eatinglikemonkeys

  • This comment section makes me sad, a big part of it is basically a demonstration of the sort of mentality that puts you at risk. People think she’s talking about what foods are healthy or not, but she’s actually talking about what type of mindset is healthy.

    She’s not claiming that you need cow’s milk, but that cutting it out might have many effects that you don’t anticipate and that are ignored a lot when it’s promoted. I use plant based milk myself, and I think she’s not being entirely fair since plant based milk is often fortified with things like calcium and B12. However, that’s not really the point she’s trying to make either. It’s about how the mentality where you cut foods out like this can cause more harm than good. You’re thinking in absolutes, and that’s just never good.

    It can make you obsess over what you eat, and cause anxiety if you feel like you ate something “wrong”. It can make you feel extremely bad about yourself because you equate healthy or “clean” eating with being a morally righteous person. It can consume so much time and energy that it impairs your work, school or social life, or you might stop doing things that you usually enjoy. You might start to cut out anything that is even suspected of being a bit unhealthy. And if you keep spiraling, you’re going to start restricting your intake to the point where it’s physically dangerous.

    So please, please be mindful about how you think and talk about food.

  • I think of orthorexia more as a form of OCD than an ED, lines are blurry as people with ocd often got an ed or vice versa, but the behaviours are more ocd.

  • we SHOULD glorify healthy eating, and we should care about where our food comes from and how it is made, this is such a strange video going in the opposite direction of health. what is the point of telling people to not care about their food? what good will that bring? will this benefit the super duper tiny percentage of people who ACTUALLY experience negative life change from their clean eating habits, or the millions of people who die every day from lifestyle diseases like diabetes, heart disease, cancer and need to know that food isn’t something to be taken lightly?

  • The food group with the highest content of “Roundup/ glyphosate” is the grain group. Roundup is ruining gut bacteria and causing a lot of intestinal inflamation. Geneticists have also combined different varieties of wheat species for larger yield of product. Doing so has increased the load of gluten in a slice of bread. Until the wheat and grains are brought back to the wholesome grains our great grandparents used to eat, I recomend everyone avoid grain products, especially the the medicine specialist, Jessica Castonguay

  • This is a specific mental condition.
    But one cant eat to “clean” if “clean” means healthy.
    Its kinda of a contradiction, if what they are doing is unhealthy then its not healthy. This sounds like a mental condition.
    However its healthy to choose to not eat sugar, saturated fats, animal products.its all to do with indoctrination and habbits.

  • Processed food is indeed unnatural and bad. The ”disease” is not about thinking about what you are eating, the disease is what most people are doing with their diet, clearly eating out of nature’s laws. That’s the real madness.

  • The real risk and problem here is social media. It’s no coincidence that there has been a ten fold increase in this issue in the last ten years. The ‘thing’ to do is Instagram your journey. Share it on Facebook and Twitter. That becomes a pressure to continue and push for the sake of your social media image. Exercise and eating well is very important. I would venture a guess that this young woman would have fared better if it was more personal and less public. We’re left wondering what her solution was. Give up running? Stop eating healthy? It was left in a negative light. These are good things but we come away from this story as if they are bad. Maybe we need to look at the reasons why we focus so much on ourselves as an image and not a real person.

  • The golden mean. Each virtue carried with it two vices Excess and deficiency. Find your balance in your relationships with virtue and you will prosper.

  • There is no need to eat certain ‘foods groups’. There’s no nutritional need for grains for example. If eating a sugar and grain free diet makes you feel good, it’s not orthorexia.
    Gluten free convenience foods aren’t needed in my experience.
    Avoiding artificial food colouring and sweeteners…not a negative.
    Just keep a healthy perspective and find what works for you as opposed to following a trend is most important.

  • Didn’t know this was a thing, but now I realize that I suffered from this condition a few years ago. I spent several months counting my macros and calories. I was obsessed with hitting my goal numbers every day. Although I was in the best shape of my life, I had a terrible relationship with food. I would avoid eating out with friends and family just because I felt I wasn’t in controll of what I was eating. Even when we had home cooked meals I would cook for myself because I needed to hit my macros. After a few months it took a toll on my sanity and I crashed and burned. Eventually I gained weight because I stopped caring.

    Today, I have a much better relationship with food. I still don’t eat junk food or sweets, but it’s because I don’t want to. I’ve become an intuitive eater; I still eat clean and healthy. The difference is that I don’t obsess with what I’m eating. If my family wants to go out then I go with them. If I’m with my friends and we order pizza I eat the pizza. Have that cheat meal, eat that ice cream you want. At the end of the day, it’s all about having a balance.

  • You know sure.. being awake is hard and anything can go into obsession or addiction. However being mindful of healthy foods is smart and certainly connected to good health. We should care about our bodies and our health… but dealing with the internal process is also important. Balance ������❤

  • All of her symptoms line up exactly with low thyroid and she likely just didn’t get enough iodine, does she qualify for obsessive compulsive disorder, too? Sure, but orthorexia is just a symptom not a stand-alone disorder at that point.

  • I am 17 year-old guy. I intend to become a fully raw vegan. I am dependent on my parents, so I often cannot buy the food approved by my criteria; I sometimes prefer skip eating. I also want to buy from bulk, for whenever I open a package I do not only feel that I am accepting my huge failure but also putting myself and the planet in danger. For me skipping eating times is equivalent to opening a package for the purpose of fullfilling those eating times because of having no remedy. Is my behavior related to orthorexia or not?

  • I don´t agree with the title, because “eating clean” never becomes unheatly. There is no way in hell that you are going to become unheatly if you eat clean balanced diet with normal amount of caloies per day (2-2,5k kcal). The woman just wasn´t eating enough calories (look up the symptoms of eating too few calories every day and it almost exactly matches her symptoms). Clean eating is not about eating 1000kcal a day or less, it is about eating not processed food and healthy food. Obviously everything should be done in moderation. She became crazy obsessed and developed eating disorder but don´t try to blame it on “clean eating”:D.

  • Three problems with eating today. (1) The idea that some foods are “good” and others “bad”. It’s absurd. There is not moral value to food, simply differences in nutrition. (2) Trying to alter our evolutionary history. We are omnivores because that is how we evolved. Humans eat what they like because that is human. (3) A growing tendency to view each fad as the ultimate solution. Humans lifespans have expanded not because of our food but because of access to food (markets). abundance (industrialization) and cures of ancient diseases (medicine / science) Our grandkids will read about the revolving diet market and wonder what madness gripped our generation.

  • Unfortunately she is right, 80% of products at the supermarket are just full of sugar, and it’s addictive.
    At the same time we have been bombarded with health advise from differing sources, which makes it hard for a consumer to ascertain what is actually healthy.
    I have started a Ketogenic diet. It dies mean reading the labels on food packaging for unnatural sugars, but I don’t find myself looking for 45 minutes.
    I am just wanting to be healthy, by not eating crap.

  • I’m dealing with body image too from a very young age. I’ve been jumping from one diet to another. some really did work and made me feel good and healthy, but somehow nothing ever last.

    and with the current pandemic situation where I really, really never go out of my house and properly interact with people, all I see every day is myself. I’ve never been this conscious about how I look ever.

    in the month of June I got so obsessed with clean eating which eventually puts me in a spot where I was proud of myself for keeping it up (my skin’s condition improved at the time), but also unhappy as hell because I felt this craving all the time.

    and after that I kind of ‘relapsed’. eating whatever I could get my hands on, whenever I wanted to, how much I wanted. everything to my heart’s content.

    for now how I feel about myself really differs one day to another. and I’ve learned to just listen to whatever my body tells me. some days I got hungry all the time, and I ate, and I was happy. some days I ate one meal and that felt adequate without being tempted to continue to ‘starve’ for the next days.

  • Her story very much resonate with me. I always been considered as an obese eversince i was a kid. And when i was in high school i got to my heaviest weight and i started to frickin hate my body, and everyone around me always encourage me to loose weight. All the boys i was closed with telling me that im gonna look pretty if i loose my weight. So i started to do the diet and exercise, i would eat like a very low kals mostly 700 -1300 kals a day bcs i want the process to be fast and i would exercise an hour a day mostly hiit. And in 3 months i started to lose 20 kgs and everyone complimented me they started to tell me that i look pretty which i never heard before i lost my weight. And for a while, i felt good, confident more than ever. i started to exercise more, and starve my body even more, i scale the foods eveytime to count the calories and i always feel anxious if i eat out bcs i dont know exactly how many calories that i just ate, i would hate myself if i ate a sausage or a piece of bread and i would be so obsessed with the scale ( i weight myself 2 times a day), and i freaked out whenever i gain some even for like 0.5 kgs. I started to cut carbs, no oil, and little salt. Until, i started to feel lethargic, i would woke up every morning with sore muscle, i get dizzy easily, my hair started to fall,my body gets cold all the time, everytime i exercise i feel like i would faint, i feel jittery, and i feel hangry all the time, i get irritated easily, it was just not a good feeling. Finally i realized that that was not right. So i started to loose a bit. It was scary at first to start eating more calories, but i did it bcs i literally have no energy at all. And now, 2 yrs later i gained almost half of the weight back ��. I was just started to diet and exercise again, but this time, i would let myself having a piece of cake or cookies if i want to. And i let myself having a rest day for like a day or two from HIIT.
    And tbh, i feel amazing, i started to see some changes evenrho its not as fast as when i was doing tne crash diet, but i reckon this is much more sustainable

    Then the lady described what was going through her mind, how she’d think, and the running…going from 5k to 10k etc, and I thought, “Oh my gosh if she gets to ultras she’ll be describing me exactly.” It was a bit of a shock. How she stood looking at the meat, unable to decide…holy toledo. BTDT.
    Then I suffered a running injury. All of a sudden I couldn’t run anymore, and while that has done horrid things to my head and self-esteem, after watching this I’m wondering if it wasn’t a gift rather than a heart-rending tragedy.
    I’m certainly not healthy now…definitely need to put down the chocolate…but maybe I wasn’t healthy then either.

    I’m sorry, but it doesn’t sound like there is anything actually wrong with her diet, it’s wrong with her mindset. She literally dropped a grocery basket down and stared at food for 40 minutes. The solution is not to change the food, but to treat whatever mental illness she has if, indeed, the food habits don’t incur any harm. The problem with changing the food away from cleaner eating is the detriments in health that come along with it. Eating progressively cleaner over time is not a disorder, in fact, it is necessary to improve physiology, longevity, reducing all-cause mortality, and reducing the chance for chronic disease.

    If one used their personal judgment to distance themselves from a progressively cleaner lifestyle to advocate for something like “moderation” then they are also progressively removing the mechanism that allows them to distinguish between things that are harmful and not. You wouldn’t say it would be acceptable or respectful of one’s body to drink alcohol, smoke cigarettes, and take cocaine, correct? Then why would you allow your personal bias to make a choice away from cleaner eating if such eating is actually good for your body?

    Let’s try an example:
    Say you get seven hours of sleep per night and you feel anxiety because you think you are getting too much. You decide to engage in getting four hours of sleep because of that anxiety and, over time, suffer the problems that come with having too little sleep. You consult a doctor to see what your optimal sleep level is, how to reach that level, and how to reduce any personal anxiety towards that level. It would then be logical to get seven hours if, indeed, the medical professional establishes that as optimal for your physiology.

    Counterexample:
    Say you get twelve hours of sleep per night and feel anxiety because you think you are getting too much. At twelve hours, you notice greater amounts of stiffness in the body upon waking due to longer periods of inactivity. You consult a doctor to see what your optimal sleep level is, how to reach that level, and how to reduce any personal anxiety towards that level. It is established that it is seven hours as generally prescribed by most medical associations.

    In both situations, it is not up to you to exhibit a personal bias in deciding what is best since you don’t know any better. This is the problem with the new “Feelings-Over-Fact” culture that allows personal bias to dominate over objective facts.

  • So much superficial information and a strange desire to place a set of erroneous and incomplete data under one term of orthorexia. First and foremost, a normal healthy and unprocessed diet, and exercise cannot cause negative physical symptoms. This was also stated by the doctors mentioned. The fault of this person is in poor education and probably some other conditions (which was not dealt with here), and the mistake of journalists is in insufficient research of the topic, subjectivity and giving only those data that support the topic itself. For example, the physical symptoms mentioned by the girl (tingling in the arms and legs) may be due to excessive intake of vitamin B6 which is often abundant in supplements (which are not usually needed if we eat healthy), also hair loss, menstrual disorders, fatigue are typical symptoms of overtraining, so it has absolutely nothing to do with “overeating in a healthy diet”. I will not get into the psychological problems of this girl.

  • I’m a bodybuilder and I do compete and i really get pissed offff when people starts to compare themselves to these Instagram “fitness models “. These “shredded “ bodies that you see on Ig is only for competitions, having a very low body fat percentage all year is unhealthy.
    I always eat healthy no matter what,but eating healthy doesn’t mean starving yourself. Eating healthy means that you should just stop eating junk processed food that is full with unhealthy fat, sugar, sodium etc…. and start eating nutritious food, That’s all!

    you can basically eat everything else in moderation. Never starve yourself, eat when you’re hungry, eat until you’re full and it’s OKAY to have some cheat meals every once in a while.

    Also learn how to turn the unhealthy food that we all like into healthy nutritious food. I still eat burgers,pizza and pasta! I learned how to cook them in a healthy way.

  • Haha that happened to me so many times when buying food, I just stare at the choices and many times I am embarrassed because I take so long to chose and people just stare at me walking back and forth in the same isle trying to make a decision. Nowadays decisions are much easier but I am not longer afraid of making the wrong choice, I realized no matter how hard I try as soon as I go out of the super market my lungs will be filled with toxic exhaust poison gas from cars so whatever!

    Documentaries like this are incomplete. They are neglecting to state that people may be born with tendancies toward eating disorders, completely disproving the idea that seeing skinny people on tv makes you have one. Overeating is also considered an eating disorder by the National institute of mental health.

    You may also be traumatized as a child, you may be raised poor and therefore feel guilt when eating. Perhaps you had a parent who criticized you for undereating. Perhaps a preacher or coach shamed you for eating too much or too little.

    There are so many possibilities. Dont demonize fitness or being overweight. Realize there is a happy medium. Stop watching tv to find facts. These are the same people who star in movies. Read books about neurology and realize some things are beyond your control and you may need medicine for a lifetime. Then finally you will be happy.

  • My sister has this, and it started with OCD. People with extreme OCD, like my sister, are constantly looking for new ways to control their existence into a level of perfection that is very difficult to maintain, and in turn it makes them irritable, cranky, impatient and hostile. On top of the Orthorexia, she has Hyopchondria, Germaphobia, and due to these conditions, has become paranoid. No one in my family wants to do anything about it because they are intimidated by her, and her husband is codependent, and he just goes along with it; “Anything to please her and make her happy.” I no longer have a relationship with her, and her and her husband moved out of state without telling anyone. This is a very serious condition, and I’m sure it’s tearing other families apart as well. The last I knew she was having health problems due to the restrictions she’s put on her diet. You can’t change evolution in your lifetime, and taking something out of your diet that humans have been consuming for thousands of years will have a backlash.

  • In some sense being overly obsessive over food choices can be a problem. At the same time the problem is how we have created the misconception that we have a relationship with food. Food is not a person therefore we cannot have a relationship with it. Food is meant to be fuel for our bodies and nothing more, it is time to stop giving it so much power.   • The root cause of addictions is angst or anxiety. And where does the angst come from? Drug addiction, alcohol addiction, food addiction are all the result of a neurotic conflict which gives rise to angst which in turn makes one run to drugs, alcohol and food. Freelee is a severely underweight woman with large breast implants to deflect from her skeletal body. She is not “lean” in the way she likes to claim on her channel, she is malnourished and underweight. She has a history of self-reported mental health disorders including BN and drug dependency. IMO she’s in an abusive relationship and she self-reports past work in an abusive environment as a stripper. She self-reports past abusive relationships with “drug dealers”. Her limited education and financial dependence upon her contrived social media persona and controlling, abusive partner put her at high risk of further psychopathologies. I always laugh at the way she denigrates the educated, as she and her partner have zero formal education. Freelee is an aggressive, abusive and insecure woman whose followers are predominantly minors complaining that their parents won’t allow them to follow Freelee’s regime. Freelee mandates “doing no harm” and saving the planet but contradicts this propaganda by admitting she aborted her own child. The only positive message she and her abusive partner have ever shared on social media is that neither of them intend on reproducing and raising children in such a dysfunctional relationship.

  • This can be a natural reaction when being aware of the amount of processed and toxic foods (GMO, hormones, pesticides..) we get exposed to. In the past we didn’t have to worry about diets but today we classify everything as a disorder and forget about the root cause in our modern lifestyle.

  • I went from anorexia to trying to recover to veganism (for animals, i didnt know about the health benefits) and then as i had much shorter lapses into anorexia i started getting into fitness as an alternative to my negative behavior but after that first time that i started restricting, I don’t eat anything unhealthy. I’m still trying to get into bodybuilding/fitness and I eat a lot of protein and half an avocado a day for healthy fat. It’s always a mental battle of what I eat but even with the obsessive orthorexia I’m still getting enough calories and nutrition And a strong body that I’m learning to appreciate rather than destroy.
