20 Minute Mindfulness Meditation for Being Present / Mindful Movement

Video taken from the channel: The Mindful Movement

Try beginning your week with this simple mindful breathing exercise that will help you develop a sense of calm and focus. The beauty of mindful breathing is that you can practice it anywhere and anytime, without special equipment or advanced knowledge. All you need is the air in your lungs, a little intention and you’re good to go.

This Monday, try fitting mindfulness into your schedule with these simple suggestions. As far as time is concerned, you can spend as little as one or two minutes at a time practicing mindfulness. If you have 15 to 20 minutes to spare, that’s great!

But you can also take a minute or so to close your eyes and clear your head. Now that you know you don’t have to devote an. Sometimes, especially when trying to calm yourself in a stressful moment, it might help to start by taking an exaggerated breath: a deep inhale through your nostrils (3 seconds), hold your breath (2 seconds), and a long exhale through your mouth (4 seconds).

Check out your Mindfulness Monday Quick Hit below. Step outside and feel your feet firmly on the ground. Close your eyes and take in a deep breath filling your lungs completely. Exhale gently and slowly open your eyes. Try this simple mindfulness practice: Start with some deep, simple breaths.

This will naturally prepare you to relax by lowering your heart rate and blood pressure. Place your awareness on your breath, inhaling and exhaling normally through your nose. When thoughts arise, simply label them, “thinking” or “wandering” to yourself, and return your awareness to your breath. By practicing mindfulness, you can ease your stress by focusing on the positive things in your setting. Try this simple practice next time you’re stuck in line: Give yourself space.

Find a comfortable distance between yourself and others. Respecting people’s personal space can help everyone feel calmer and less anxious. Breathe. Take some deep breaths while focusing on the sights and sounds of your. You try to remember your meetings and commitments (both inside and outside the office), maybe even wonder how you can possibly squeeze it all into one week.

Kicking off your week with this mental whirlwind is a surefire path to a bad day. Stop the stress-spiral before it begins with just 10 minutes of mindfulness meditation. Camille shares her tips on how to handle different types of stress through the practice of mindfulness: Enjoy learning by linking your study to your goals Camille has found that one of the biggest struggles students have when dealing with stress is forgetting that study can lead to opportunity. Mindful recently published great tips on mindful things to do to start your day. Keep yourself as stress-free as possible when starting your day so that nothing negative spreads to your.

Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth, letting your breath flow effortlessly in and out of your body. Let go of your thoughts. Let go of things you have to do later today or pending projects that need your attention.

Simply let thoughts rise and fall of their own accord and be at one with your breath.

    Start here:

  • Am grateful to you Sara. Your voice is so soothing. Thank you so much for being here for those who are seeking for help. It has tremendous impact on my mind. Thank you

    Lots of love from India

  • Thanks Sara…. for this amazing meditation and you know…one that it’s really working.i feel a dramatic change on first even can’t believe thanks alott

  • I was super relaxed at first but something started feeling really off… At first it felt like there were needles poking me, my bakc started to hurt and I just got this really bad feeling

  • Meditation begins to work, you’ll know. That dude who takes your parking spot? The kid who flips you off? The flight attendant who refuses to bring you a beer. The store is closed. You sleep in and rush to your appointment. Waking in the morning on a Tuesday for the commute to work vs waking on a Saturday or Sunday morning at home. Your wife and kids fight with you? The dog or the cat is gone? Your boyfriend /girlfriend leaves you. Your boss yells at you? You can sleep at night like a human being.

  • I just finished the meditation and I had to tell you that when you were guided to make this meditation, it was absolutley from spirit. I didnt look for any specific type of meditation other than, morning guided meditation, and every word in this meditation spoke to me. It was like it was my guides speaking audiably. Last night for the first time I started foing little things on purpose that I was doing to start showing myself self love and care again, after years of not doing so. I started getting that message a couple weeks ago and I know I got them because this is a stepping stool to achieve greater goals I’ve been asking them help with. But I got their message that this was important to start the snowball effect. And in the mediattion you mentioned this specifically. My eyes got watery. Besides this, this mediation was the first to really help me get in that super relaxed state in a WHILE. Thank you!

  • Mental health is as important as our physical well-being and especially during these times where we have so much uncertainty brought about by this virus outbreak. Often time our focus is only on physical health and no wonder despite how healthy we appear outside, we might be going through hell inside. Sooner or later, the hardships we are going through in our minds will turn into physical ailments.

Mindfulness/meditation practices can help us counter the underlying unknown mental issues that we might even not aware. There are tons of resources that are available freely on the internet that once can follow through and start practicing mindfulness. Here’s a sample of it if anyone is interested:

  • 11:52 AM on a Thursday.
    April 16, 2020 <3

Today, my upper right back is a little sore.
Whenever I breathe deeply, the right side of my back body is in pain. I have always had trouble breathing in deeply when I was younger. I feel a bit down today.

  • Those twenty minutes went by fast! Maybe cause I was so into it. Around the time she mentions “allow yourself to feel gratitude” I felt tingles?goosebumps? electricity? Idk what it was but I felt something and it woke me up!

  • i seriously loved it… it’s the first time i am taking time to try to meditate.. i had to cry.. really weird experience.. how all my emotions just went crazy.

  • Wow, this video was amazing i was going through a hard time with overthinking but this helped me so much when i closed my eyes my body felt numb and went to sleep but my mind felt awake and open nothing distracted me only her voice is all I heard then when I opened my eyes I felt awake and realized the present, thank you so much for this video i hope others who are overthinking find this video it helps relax your mind

  • I was doing well until she started counting down. I got distracted by noise from outside and my mind drifted towards sleep. My head dropped and I smacked the wall behind me

  • To whoever reads this: You are beautiful. You are smart. You are worthy. You are incredible. You matter. You rock✨ Ps. small youtuber here

  • Wow that was really deep. I initially found it hard to sink into it… I was fighting it out of fear. But when I did it was fantastic. I feel so good!!

  • You may also read a short text called the Present which is available for free on the website called Global Truth Project.Thrle book is about the truth of life and it shows the full picture of life for the first time so that you may stop being deceived by the world and be able to see the reality for the first time.A lifechanger!

  • I wasn’t sure if this type of thing was for me but it was great, you are direct and knowledgeable. I felt completely grounded and I found your voice really soothing to listen too. Thank you and best wishes x

  • This seems to work, she has a terrific voice, but the MUSIC IS WAY TO LOUD! With good quality headphones in my ears I have trouble understanding the instructions because of the loud background music. It’s great music Just please turn it down a bit. It’s like this music these days What’s the point singing as you cannot hear the words anyway, but back in the day when they made DECENT music you could clearly u sees tabs the words with no issue.

  • A wonderful voice and perfectly planned session thank you so much for this. Coming to this after a very very long break away from meditation, this makes me feel that I can do it, I am good enough to go through with this regularly. Thank you again so very much

  • I did not believe I can make it to 20min, but your soft voice and words of comfort made it possible and made wonderfully relaxed for today.

  • This meditation always surprises me. This always brings me into the total relaxation of hovering between asleep and awake. My mind usually fights “count downs” but for some reason, this one works. Everything after she gets to “one” is kind of a blur until we start counting back up to awareness. Love this meditation.

  • I like this meditation. There was a YouTube ad right at the end of it. I don’t have autoply selected. Is this anything you can do about?

  • While the wording of the meditation implies this as a midday or evening meditation, this is also great for in the morning if you still feel the chains of the previous day holding you down!

  • In a couple of hours I go celebrate my birthday I was stressed about it so I listened to this and I was calm and not stressed anymore Thank you

  • I love this reset meditation. It’s so relaxing and helps me “reset” my body. I used to do this as home. But I find it more convenient to do it while sending my kids to school. I’ve mastered it SO MUCH, that I found a way to relax during the screams of my kids and others! THANKS Headspace.

  • Tried it and didn’t enjoy the sound of the voice at all. I like gentle voices that are encouraging. Hers sounds scripted and detached.

  • Ok, here is a thought if headspace wants it’s users to not be stressful then it would be a great idea to not make them PAY FOR IT ‍♂️

  • i am really happy for being a normal human being again after taking the herbal medicine of @dr_Omobhude the herbalist. i never believe that my HERPES can be cured until i contact @dr_Omobhude for help, he gave me his herbal medicine that cure me just 1 month and 3 days of usage, i am really happy and i am short of words, please you all should help me thank him for what he has done for me, i am now a normal human being and i am getting married next month. please you all should contact him through his whatsapp if you are a patient of HERPES, contact him via Whatsapp +2348059831931 or email him [email protected] he told me he also cure diseases like
And he also bring back your Ex lover back within 1week

  • Thank you Headspace for sharing this beautiful journey to mindfulness.

I have benefited from your videos and app sessions many times, mentally and spiritually.

I know with enough practice everyone can get to make impossible sound easy.

The most exciting lesson for me was realizing the power of mindful breathing.
A simple act of observing my inhale and exhale. I know it sounds too easy!
In reality, It’s way harder than it looks for people like me, who has a grasshopper mind.

We need more of these. There are millions of people who can enjoy becoming a better version of themselves with practices such as what you guys post at Headspace.

It must be lovely to be a part of Headspace.

  • A bit silly to have an ad in the middle of a meditation video… can this be removed? It really is ruining the quality of the video.

  • I 100% recommended this app and this YouTube channel this relaxed me so much because I was angry and overwhelmed and this just relaxed me

  • This was so perfect and beautiful! It made me motivated to get my to-do list done and what I need to change in my life. Everything was perfect and definitely going to listen to this tomorrow again.

  • Stay at home… isolation is goooood…hmm. No.Not for long, upon overall logical predictive societal simulation analysis..really. The W,H.O. was defunded for a reason..wanted to unilaterally pull people OUT OF PRIVATE HOMES, ABSENT PRECEDENCE..umm slippery slope, much?

  • Thank you, Governor Cuomo for reaching out to Headspace to help us New Yorkers with our mental health. I had no idea that this site existed. And, thank you Headspace for your cooperation.

  • What a lifesaver! Thanks for the excellent meditation experience Headspace. As a programmer, we face many challenges, and it’s easy to lose control of our mental health mostly when overwhelming problems and stress at work comes into play. Headspace has been a real lifesaver. I enjoyed meditation and with you and mostly taking control of my thoughts back again.

Be able to control thoughts during stressful days has no price. Meditation brought me clearness of thinking, and improved my ability to learn and work on complex solutions.

Now, if I feel overwhelmed or stressed, I sit aside, close my eyes, and meditate for as long as i need and until I feel better.

    Thanks Headspace! ♥

  • I invite everyone reading this to join a global spiritual experiment. The final choice is obviously yours. I’m just sharing the invitation.

  • I really needed this. I know we’d all appreciate more of these videos by Andy during this time. Coronavirus has got us all stressed out and guided meditation is a powerful of coping with this stress.

    Thank you headspace

  • The day will come when everyone around you no longer judges and speaks but rather are silent and understanding. That day isn’t happening until everyone stops being selfish and starts caring about others before themselves. Once everyone realizes we are all born on the same planet, we are all born the same species and all these labels and classifications are just distractions, concealing the truth and the reality of life itself. ☮✌️☯

  • This was lovely until the ads started and panicked me with the sudden change of music/tempo. Totally ruined me trying relax my anxiety.

  • You are talking so much! This is not mediation. Yogic️ culture teaches us to reduce our words to 50% less. And during meditation i refer silence.

  • im a teacher at preschool and my kids love doing mindfulness with me and our student teacher, we always turn on this channel when they get angry or too energetic. thank you for putting music like this on youtube

  • My go-to track to help me focus and feel calm. It’s really amazing. I’ve been going back to it for 1 year and a half now… I wanted to say thank you!

  • Nice music. Mindfulness takes me back to when I was a kid. I would sit in a room just listening to the clock ticking, or the rain on my window.

  • I tend to get a lot in my mind and overthink, I can’t control it. Something about this song though calms me down and makes me feel at peace, the energy that comes out of it is so intense that is nearly tangible. That’s exactly what I needed. Gratitude

  • So helpful! Thank you so much! I’ve just started with mindfulness meditation and find something like this makes me feel so focused on it.

I find Sri Avinash’s words so beautiful and helpful in my life.

  • WOW!!! This is the first guided meditation I’ve experienced that made me feel a very powerful emotion of happiness. I had to stop halfway cause the feeling was so intense I opened my eyes laughing with tears of joy! Thank you so much! ❤️

  • ARCHANGEL MICHAELMeditation For Love and Higher Understanding 17/2/19:

  • So amazing….i tried so many…this has been the best. Thank you. I happy and grateful for the amazing abundance of money great health happiness financial freedom that come to me through multiple sources on a continues basis.

  • I was feeling like my body was floating in space, and my mind was wondering far away, but then I heard a noise and that woke me up xD

  • hi Kate (*\0/*) first time I’ve tuned in with your meditations and Thank you. Certainly aware during this Delightful experience of feeling Calm Energized and the Golden sphere cleared my energy system as it softly travelled South to North and return! Gorgeous xxx love love

  • Every time I exceed the 5 min of meditation or get deep into meditation I get like am awful sudden headache and I cant continue the excercise.
What shall I do? Why does it happen?

  • I had to do this in a yoga class every so often. The way the teacher was playing the audio made the voice get really glitchy and robotic which i thought was hilarious

  • This was amazingggggggg!!
And I never do meditation because my mind moves all over the place but this woman’s voice kept me focused

  • Namaste

Gayatri mantra awakens the dharana power concentrated in the

simhini grandhi positioned in the place where the side

ribs join in the upper portion of stomach, thus leading to deep concentration.

We can chant Gayatri mantra 108 or 21 times daily for deeper meditation.

  • I keep trying to listen to this and follow instruction but the voice is too sharp and not soothing at all so it keeps me on edge rather than relaxed:/

  • Greetings. Please, excuse this interruption.
IDK how to tell you this, but we are in serious need of meditation in order to raise our vibrations. And, the meditations will also help us to relinquish the past, and welcome the new future. The reason why it’s so urgent is because we had the 36 year window, 18 years before, and 18 years after December 21, 2012. And, it is not clear how much longer Kryon will be our guide through this human evolution. The energies of the earth, and of humanity are changing, and we must help them to change into the mysterious beautiful future we want to experience. We are told by channeler Alcazar of the Kryon Group that we should incorporate meditations of gratitude, of deep gratitude that fills the heart. Think of something or someone that you are thankful for, and hold that feeling. And then feel it deep in your heart. And hold it there.

Let’s meditate to vibrate higher, and to ring in our mysterious, beautiful, new future, together.

  • I was feeling it until I was trying to do the visualization and you were speaking throughout all of it. I was very difficult to get back in the present moment and kinda ruined the rest of the mediation for me

  • The frequent lip-smacking ruined it for me. I get cringey hearing someone’s mouth noises all the way up my earbuds, loud & emphasized. Eeek. Couldn’t finish listening to this

  • There are some nice things in this meditation, and I know everyone has their own preferences but I agree with some others on here that the many of the spaces to repeat the affirmations is too short. In a calm state, and to really feel the words, we repeat at a slower pace than what is allowed. So sometimes the feeling in this is the opposite of calm and turns to a bit of hurry and anxiety in order to finish by the time of the next affirmation. The speed in the beats of the music create this as well. That is why most meditation videos have slower, more soothing and softer music.

  • I really like my 5 am calm before the world wakes up morning meditations, but felt a little whipped with this Emotionless, Matter of fact, Bullet point presentation. Good diction and clarity of voice does not equal calm and relaxing.

  • This was really nice, I laughed though in the ball of golden light part because my synesthesia was giving me a thousand shades of purple with the background music, I still saw the ball of light, but purple.

  • I absolutely love this meditation, just the way it is. The ball of light did not move fast for me at first so I breathed through where it got stuck without stressing and soon is was whizzing up and down Np. Hope that might help others who have trouble at that point to move through it effortlessly. Great meditation for setting daily intention!

  • Thank you so much for this in the morning I always feel very scattered and have a bit of anxiety suffer with hearing voices intrusive thoughts etc but doing this meditation in the morning shuts all that internal chatter up and makes me feel good for the day and in myself:) thanks

  • Can’t believe this was only 10 minutes! Fealt eternal and peaceful, namaste to all of you, wishing you fulfillment and abundance

  • Outstanding! As a newbie, I wanted only 10 minutes. Her instructions are precise & easy to follow. I visualized the golden light as my spiritual presence which calmed & encouraged my capabilities. Her voice was clear, welcoming & nurturing. I have finally found a 1st step that will lead me into the desired meditated manifestation. Perfect for me. Thank you!

  • She speaks so fast telling me what to do without taking a break so that I can hear myself… this made me irritated and more anxious

  • I thank you so much for this instruction. I have recently started meditation and as a Christian, I enjoyed your direction of placing my hands together in gratitude at the end of the 10 minutes and I’m ready to start my day, recognizing the light and energy inside of me!

  • This is a very bad meditation practice. I normally appreciate visualisation practices, but here they invite you to imagine a magical ball of light moving through your body, and then make some prayers. I like my meditation without mysticism, so I highly recommend doing a full body scan instead.

  • Ok I thought I would be the only one who was not a fan of this meditation until I looked at the comments. Her voice is very disconnected and louder than the music, I felt more unsettled during the meditation than before! Too rushed

  • Don’t like this at all! First few minutes are just fine but the voice isn’t relaxing at all and the “instructions” didn’t help, it was all too rushed

  • Thanks for this, I was able to focus on my breathing more than other guided meditations.
I appreciated the simplicity of it, just what I needed today.

  • I feel like it’s our responsibility to get grounded and centered and focused before beginning. I had the same reaction as most on here about the quality then soon realized that’s my responsibility. I can only speak for myself of course but felt like sharing this might help open up some eyes. I’ve learned, personally, if I center and ground before attempting a guided meditation I’m able to do exactly as instructed when I’m instructed.

  • Remember what meditation means:
A technique that aims to achieve spiritual progress, in which the practitioner, in a comfortable position, focuses his attention on a thing, or an image, to then gradually empty his mind of thoughts.
Apparently it’s great that you can empty your thoughts, the question is what do we fill this inner void. Because there are serious people who have reached a performance and I confess that this gap must be filled with something. Or we strive for fullness, we seek to fulfill ourselves and this can only be in a relationship with another person. Or meditation involves an impersonal relationship, and it is very dangerous because exposing myself to the unknown empties me to become the abode of demons.
How do I check if this meditation is beneficial for me? Also in relation to the other, if the other one bothers me, if I put myself in the center and I don’t put the other one in the center, selfishness works. I despise the other, it bothers me that he doesn’t thank me when I help him, I didn’t get rid of pride.
If I truly love, I am willing to suffer for the other.
Or all Protestant and neo-Protestant beliefs bypass the cross, flee from suffering. So it is clear that although by their sincere desire to reach the target, which is close, they can never reach it. They can never reach fullness, but they are deceived.
Our target must be a person in order to be able to fulfill ourselves in the relationship. This person is Christ Jesus, He is the living God, who responds to my love for Him. It can’t be otherwise. The Eastern beliefs propose to us an impersonal God of great deception, gradually you let yourself be possessed by spirits foreign to the True God, who will reveal themselves when we are sincere and willing to verify whose spirit we are.
Behind any energy, or state is a spirit. And if we are not tried enough and do not have an experienced person, or clergyman, to help us recognize the spirits very easily we can be deceived. Demons can appear as light, as angels, as heat, as cute humans or animals, and so on. The demonic work disappears at the call to prayer of the name of Jesus, Lord Jesus Christ have mercy on me, or at the making of the sign of the Holy Cross.

  • Thank you very much for this meditation. It made me feel much better mentally and took all the stress off of my chest. I feel sore after sitting the way I did, but I hear that can be normal after meditation.

  • simply amazing is almaust as if you could connect to the univers far a sec and pay attention to the sounds that surroaund us………appriciate them

  • How are you? Comment below to tell us how you feel after watching this video! Find more meditations on Youtube now ➜

  • Recently starting taking SSRIs to treat my PTSD and OCD. They really help me as is, but with meditation sprinkled in between it really helps me feel like a happy, functional person for the first time ever! Thank you.

  • So calming, just lovely………..Buddha spent six years meditating on the essence, causes, and cures for human anguish. In the end, he came to the realization that suffering is not caused by ill fortune, by social injustice, or by divine whims. Rather, suffering is caused by the behaviour patterns of one’s minds. Yuval Noah Harari (Sapiens)

  • As opposed to some people here I loved this. It’s a bit more down to earth than other mediations yes, but not rushed at all. The instructions are clear and thee exercies is great. Helped me a lot. Thanks <3

  • HOLY SMOKES! I just meditated for the first time, I felt as if all the worries were lifted off the shoulders. I will continue to meditate as a daily routine.

  • That time my head is pain too much when i start doing this madetasion my head has stopped paning this so good to do every one if your head paned than do this madetasion ok and its good to do at morning 6 a clock ok and one thing dont stop the making madetasion ok and i hade liked shair and subscribe ok

  • Wonderful video thank you!! Our minds are so open, vulnerable, sensitive and open to the gift of mindfulness and meditation. We can give ourselves this gift with the simplest of experiences. Thanks for posting

  • These short meditations on this channel are my favorite out of all the guided meditations I’ve tried on different youtube channels. I think I just love the simplicity of them.

  • Honestly I have a science test tomorrow and I really struggle with science and I can’t get the thought out of my head I tried this and now I feel a lot more calmer Im going to do this everyday for my mental health thank you x

  • im going though some money problems. plus being lonely doing this just one had made me feel i can face any challenge i will be using this a lot through my days..

  • Dude, waaaaaaay too much talking. And the music was really distracting (plucky guitar and then a pulsing, plucky synthesizer). I don’t recommend this one

  • It’s kinda gross, I did this on the can. Have a lot to do for the next couple days, and this helped a lot to just regather myself.

  • I’ve been suffering through severe anxiety and depression for a really long time. For a while, I was cutting myself to relieve everything I was holding inside, but now I’m trying to fight my depression with meditation and finding love in myself, and so far I think it’s working. Thank you for this video

  • I am doing a covid duty as a doctor….away from family n my little girl fr days….
Thank u so much….ds is beautiful…….heartfelt….may god bless u all

  • It would be nice to get 10 minutes of affirmations instead of 5 minutes of get ready for affirmations and 5 minutes of affirmations…

  • Hi Sara, it was a good motivational meditation, but would have been better if it would have been a bit slow, as it was not possible to resonate with each affirmations.

  • Somedays you need a quick meditation that is straight to point. And that was it for me! Thank you I feel so energized and motivated!!!

  • I listen to your meditations nearly every day. I love your recordings and your voice, and I love this one for its beautiful statements of positivity. Would you consider re-recording it with your voice at a slower pace, maybe repeating each affirmation, and with different, more calming music (like in your other videos)?

  • I know others said they didn’t like the music etc. but personally this is one of my favourite meditations on youtube. I really struggle to feel comfortable in silence and this was a great meditation with music, I couldn’t hear anyone breathing, it was perfect.

  • I wake up motivated and full of energy
I am excited to experience this beautiful life that I am creating
I easily find the positive in everything
I am grateful for my health
    I love and accept myself
I make choices that align with my values and will lead me to the life I desire
I respect myself and my body
    I am comfortable with myself
    I practice self-care with love
I feel my confidence growing daily
I know I am a beautiful person inside and out
    I am full of joy
I commit to replacing bad habits with good positive habits
I am not my past; I am creating my own future
I am living a life of my own design
I have unlimited, creativity, drive and motivation
I follow my dreams with passion and certainty
I am successful and abundant in all areas of my life
My life is fulled with purpose
I am motivated and driven and always follow through on my goals and plans
I let go of the past and focus on the present moment
I have amazing strength within me
I am worthy of love and success
    I am enough
    I am grateful for today

  • This has been so wonderfully helpful to me thank you sincerely for sharing this. To say to someone ‘I hope you have a beautiful day filled with love and light’ is such a deeply kind thing to say and I wish that for you, too, every day.:)

  • Body is like the wick of the candle and mind is like the glow, Rest are details., if you go into the meditation with the thought of I am nothing, i want nothing and i will do nothing, result is pure Bliss.

  • Music is a no go for this meditation. It’s not very peaceful. It’s very distracting and I couldn’t really concentrate with the knocking of the music

  • Thank you for such a wonderful meditation! I see a few people gave it a thumbs down. I think it’s because it’s short. I knew how long it was when I started. I got deep into it and wish it had of been longer. Thank you and keep up the amazing work! You’re helping guide, build and support the world! Love, Georgia

  • It is a good meditation but too fast paced to really go deep with the words, and the drums at the begging where distracting. And I kept losing the voice, and didn’t understand somethings and had to open the eyes and follow with the captions.

  • Well needed.
Andy, your meditations really help me with dealing with stress of this virus outbreak. This really helps me get over that stress. So thank you

  • Beautiful, awesome, simple and amazing. I listen to this meditation daily and Im so happy again. THANK YOU SO MUCH! God bless you for sharing.

  • HI. I think the music was a bad choice. For meditation should be an ambience calm sound. And I think this kind of rythm stresses more and distracts of the real practice is.

  • I do so love the sound of your comforting voice. I listened to this at work, played and paused when clients came in. I just wanted a timeout and some motivation and it helped me. Thank you for sharing.

  • The music should be more calm. It didn’t help to get to a place of complete relaxation. I love your other meditations, this one was just to much beat

  • Beautiful! Loved the part when he asks you to imagine the sun shining upon you. I teleported myself to a really happy place that I find hard to describe in words.:)

  • I love this meditation site! Your meditations have not only changed my life but saved it as well. Sarah’s voice is so soothing but firm. This site is my safe place in an ever changing world. Thank you.

  • I am 14 and have DEEP regret and bad past experiences/decisions and tend to think about the past a lot, so hopefully this will help! Thank you so much!

  • I don’t wake up that fast!!
The music throughout was very distracting and the words to fast for someone who prefers not to hear anything at all until I say so!

  • I listen to this video almost everyday day now, and it helps me to stay positive and see the good in me! Thank you ♥️♥️♥️

  • I find that the tempo of these videos is too fast (relative to the speech). I now play them at 0.75 playback speed. At this setting, they are more relaxing and allow me to concentrate more on the message.

  • Thanks! this was great but just as a point of improvement, I felt the music was a little too fast and when you were saying the affirmations it also could’ve been slightly slower.
Thanks you so much, though. it got both my husband and I into a better headspace, and we needed it.
Wishing you and yours only goodness.

  • Thank you! These are beautiful. I am really enjoying your videos. One of the best meditation channels I’ve found on YouTube. You are making a big difference ❤️

  • Love your voice and have enjoyed your meditations with soft, gentle music. But could not relax to this one. Music too loud and repetitive. Just my two cents!
Do you have any that are just your voice with no music?

  • Thank you so much for this I love listening to Sarah’s calming voice and have been starting and finishing my day with your meditations for the past couple of weeks and I’m noticing a real shift in my ability to stay positive and present. Thank you for being you xxx
