  • As a fight attendant you feel like you on vacation all the time so it’s a little challenging trying to keep to a routine here is two of my tips

    1. Pre squeeze the lemon and bring it along with you in small 100ml containers
    2. Listen to podcasts or pray or reflect when driving or in a taxi or bus

    These help me maintain some sort of routine along with my other daily habit practices
