For example, if I wake up at 6 am (heaven knows I don’t) then I can have about 45 minutes to workout. Researchers have found that one of the most common components of a successful morning routine is its ability to be simple and straightforward. You can create a morning routine that suits your needs and wishes. And you can tweak it to serve your goals.
For example, if you want to improve fitness you can include exercise in your morning routine. If a full-fledged exercise routine doesn’t appeal to you or if you don’t have time you can include a 10-minute stretch routine to wake up your body. Here are some ideas to include when you create your morning.
Someone who needs to have a plan, then try the three Post-it strategy or create your plan for the day. Someone who needs to physically exert yourself, go for that morning run or hike. Someone who needs to think, find time for your reading, strategizing and journaling. Someone whose mind races, try. Morning routine implies morning— what I mean is, it shouldn’t consume your entire day.
One hour is perfect, two is the maximum. My (current) morning routine in a nutshell—. Wake up between 5-6AM.
Drink a glass of water, first thing. Write 1 Journal Entry, 10 Ideas, and 250-1000 Words. Go through (or write down now) your to-do list for the day; Include a quick workout. Just imagine the difference in your health, relationships, mood, focus and career if your daily routine begins this way. Next, the daily habits that will turn your day into a routine success.
The ideal daily routine. Most people overcomplicate morning routines – they either make them too complicated or too long. Not the one I’m sharing with you. This daily morning routine takes less than a half hour and only involves five steps. Most importantly, it takes advantage of all the highest-leverage routines that will lead to exponential growth over time.
Here are seven things that you must do in order to create a killer morning routine. 1. Stop telling yourself you aren’t a morning person. Just because you’re not a morning person now doesn’t mean you can’t become one.
