How To Create A Morning Routine (You’ll Actually Stick To)

Video taken from the channel: Amy Landino

START SMALL. “Don’t try to create the perfect routine out of the gate,” says Bandes, who recommends changing or adding one or two things at at time. And give those things a legit chance — commit to doing them and actually do them for 2–3 weeks. 5. It could have basics like “take a shower” or “pack lunches,” and it might have some extra things like “start the laundry” or “water plants.”. Your perfect Morning Routine will contain whatever YOU want and need, and it will be as unique as you are!

add an ideal time frame to each task. This is where you get to decide what time you want to wake up. And then what time you wake up (and get up) will determine how much time you’ll dedicate to everything else. For example, if I wake up at 6 am (heaven knows I don’t) then I can have about 45 minutes to workout. While your morning routine needs to be personalized to your life and goals, there are some things that all morning routines should have in common.

Researchers have found that one of the most common components of a successful morning routine is its ability to be simple and straightforward. You can create a morning routine that suits your needs and wishes. And you can tweak it to serve your goals.

For example, if you want to improve fitness you can include exercise in your morning routine. If a full-fledged exercise routine doesn’t appeal to you or if you don’t have time you can include a 10-minute stretch routine to wake up your body. Here are some ideas to include when you create your morning.

Someone who needs to have a plan, then try the three Post-it strategy or create your plan for the day. Someone who needs to physically exert yourself, go for that morning run or hike. Someone who needs to think, find time for your reading, strategizing and journaling. Someone whose mind races, try. Morning routine implies morning— what I mean is, it shouldn’t consume your entire day.

One hour is perfect, two is the maximum. My (current) morning routine in a nutshell—. Wake up between 5-6AM.

Drink a glass of water, first thing. Write 1 Journal Entry, 10 Ideas, and 250-1000 Words. Go through (or write down now) your to-do list for the day; Include a quick workout. Just imagine the difference in your health, relationships, mood, focus and career if your daily routine begins this way. Next, the daily habits that will turn your day into a routine success.

The ideal daily routine. Most people overcomplicate morning routines – they either make them too complicated or too long. Not the one I’m sharing with you. This daily morning routine takes less than a half hour and only involves five steps. Most importantly, it takes advantage of all the highest-leverage routines that will lead to exponential growth over time.

Here are seven things that you must do in order to create a killer morning routine. 1. Stop telling yourself you aren’t a morning person. Just because you’re not a morning person now doesn’t mean you can’t become one.

You can change your mindset and make your killer morning routine a daily habit.

  • Great video! I started a BRAND NEW lifestyle since the pandemic and I was feeling awful…very unbalanced and so stuck HOWEVER I had to turn it around and I am a brand new woman! Every morning at daybreak I walk 1 to 2 miles and pray, do yoga & meditate and journal.. Give your self the extra hour or extra 15 mins…the point is…just do it. Get in a daily routine and watch amazing things start to happen. ❤

  • A couple things i’d personally like to add. First is that what you do when you first wake up sets a tone for the day, which is part of why it’s so important. Second, please don’t make only coffee and then start working…. You need a healthy and hearty breakfast to give you energy and keep your metabolism in good condition.

Appreciate the videos Matt, as always. Thank you and please keep up the good work:)

  • I have 7 children. Ages 1 to 16.my 1yr old and two year old are home during the week and others are in school. My time is based on them but I’m hoping i can create a morning routine involving them while also having my own routine. I take care of them first of course but what would you suggest that may help my morning routine??

  • I’m new here and plan to stay!!! LOVE your channel! I struggle with my mornings and am always rushing for work! Makes for a bad start to my day! Thank you so much!!!! xoxo

  • Hi! I really love your videos, they inspire me so much:)
As for the morning routine, I have this:
    1. mindfulness meditation, review goals (I still think it’s sorta mindfulness for me because I use my photo album with goals as a picture I would have in my head during meditation), morning pages
    2. movement stretching in bed, drinking water, taking a shower… not pretty much I guess:D but I do some cleaning in the kitchen as well and dry my hair for a long time… I just should resume my exercises
    3. mastery my favourite! I read books, set daily goals and get ready to have a productive day:)

  • I needed this message badly, I have the B.B Fit app and love it, but I did let my life get in the way for a couple weeks and feel yuky, it’s amazing how much better I felt in a short period of time the results were manifesting. That journal I need to start for sure. This routine is what I needed.

  • Hi Amy!
My morning routine that I am looking forward to changing are:
Mindfulness: listening to an anxious persons panicked rant.

Movement: getting away from the anxiety by skincare & teeth. Then coffee, lots of coffee. With cresm & a lot of sugar. Lol

Mastery: mentally fighting the negativity I’m bombarded with.

    Thanx for the great video.

  • I deeply appreciate your support and love and nurturing… you share your wisdom with us with such grace and tenderness and tough love as needed.
3Ms are perfect keys for finding a good way to pin point our/my mornings the other key is sticking with them.
Thank you very much for Amy and AmyTv.

  • I really enjoyed how to create a Morning routine. I really enjoyed your enthusiasm!!!!!!! I now would be subscribed to your channel. You make me feel up and a great way to start my day. Keep up the great work!!! Jim

  • When you rewrite your goals every morning, are you just writing your goals for that day? How do you prioritize which you write out each day to avoid the overwhelm of a really long list?

  • Amy, I get the idea of starting the day with a buffer of time to have time to spend as I choose. Getting a full night’s rest does mean trading night hours for that morning time. Maybe I am more effective in the morning and may feel better at 8 after doing a few other things before working. I am likely to simply take longer to get ready after waking up early.
I would organize my closet, try on several pieces, use more time for hair nails etc. Two hours between 5 and 7 could be work out time, daily planning time or journal time. I’m more likely to do house keeping. Yet, it is a target or goal for when the nights are spent setting the stage for taking back the morning.

  • Great subject and congratulations re your new book. Gonna be a good one. My three: Mindful brushing teeth, movement, yoga and morning walk and mastery, journalling and using Duolingo to learn French

  • Hi Amy, I have a challenge for you.
I’m the head nurse of N.I.C.U in one of the hospitals in Israel. I’m getting up every morning at 03:45, going out with the dog and then, coffee, bath, makeup… And going out to work at 05:40.
I’m back at home around 17:00 and that’s it. Don’t have the energy to do something fun or healthy for myself…
    Do you have any suggestions?

  • Hey Bailey, do you take a protein shake after cardio and resistance training? Also what alternatives do the same job as shakes? ❤️

  • Good evening, good life Amy! Thank you for this video, I feel like these three recommendations are a great way to start working on a better, healthier, more productive morning rootine. I think I’ll with movement by stretching in bed for several minutes, then I aim to be mindful during my skincare, and I want (need) to spend at least five minutes reading material dedicated to my thesis. Looking forward to trying it out! Lots of love, admiration and gratitude from France

  • Your mornings are waaay more productive than mine lol
I’m going to try the morning music, need something upbeat to get me out of bed.
I notice I need more than 1 alarm to wake up at time I need to in mornings

  • My 3: Meditation, belly-dancing video, and mastery is 2 things I do everyday, practice my ukulele playing and doing a couple Spanish lessons on Duolingo.

  • I HATE mornings. I’m such an owl. But, I’d like to be more productive. I’m so groggy in the mornings I need to do some kind of movement first or I’ll just fall back asleep. I tried working out in the morning, but it doesn’t motivate me to get up. I think I like the stretching idea. I also like the morning pages. I’ll have to think of something I want to master. I do get up every morning to give my daughter a kiss good-bye (she’s in middle school) but I usually go back to sleep. I’ll make myself stay up to stretch & drink water, and then I’ll journal, eat breakfast (something I absolutely need to do close to when I wake up) and then do some sort of mastery thing. Then I’ll exercise. Let’s see if this works for me. Thank you for the tips!

  • I need to work on being simpler in my routine, focusing one single tasks!! I typically get up hit the bathroom, then put on an audio book to listen while making my bed, getting coffee and setting up my desk for work. Then I take my coffee outside into the garden, turn off my book and do a rosary while watering. When done, I sit in the garden and reflect on what my day will contain. Then go back inside for water and get started on work.

  • I get its a requirement for your career but that was a LONG ad. I was certainly mindful whilst I was watching the ad. I was watching an ad whilst I was watching an ad. I love your videos (I know, a guy.. Right) but this was incredibly distracting and I’ve been writing this whilst missing the next point.

  • Sometimes I wish you would make content that also included people with kids or new parents etc. Maybe you dont because you dont have kids but alot of your advice is aimed at people without children and this is not super inclusive.

  • Hii Ashlynne
I have seen many videos on morning routines, but this is first to teach #how to make a great morning routine. Thanks dear!!!
    You are very cute

  • I love these tips because they allow for so much flexibility along with consistency! Maybe mindfulness, for example, looks different for me on different days (prayer on one day, morning pages on another), but the fact that I’m incorporating the same “buckets” every day gives my mornings a sense of ritual or sameness which I find very comforting.

  • Oh dear god. The second I heard “take your vitamins” as a morning routine I knew this was going to go into a 5 minute vitamin commercial. Painful.

  • I found out that even if I wake up at 4 or 5 AM and do some stuff to be more productive then my main problem is not mornings but actually afternoons. I tend to crash very easily after my work. I come back home, I eat dinner then I just have to take a nap. Not always but a lot of times. That’s when I actually sleep for 8 hours bc I like to stay with that particular routine.

  • Thanks Amy! As helpful as these videos are to all of us, Amy benefits the most. Talking things through always helps me get my thoughts organized.

  • So my issue isalarm goes off at 5am; then too scared to get out of bed because it’s so warm and cosy and actually leaving the bed is an awful movement. BUT, 10 mins being out and away from my bed I’m fine! It’s the initial rising is my biggest let down, it can take me up to 40 mins later to get out and then the self loathing happens!

  • Bailey every single time I watch your videos I just like wanna yell out the question “who are you wearing?” I love all your pastel wear it’s so cute and bubbly I really want some for myself

  • One important factor to mindfulness too, is to be non-judgmental while being mindful…so like if you’re washing your face, and you notice you’re having an anxious thought, don’t judge it, just let it go.

  • If you Really want a Real answer Yoga for All three. But here they are
    Mindfulness: Meditation
    Movement: Yoga
    Mastery: Editing Videos

  • Ngl I had always thought “pilates” was pronounced like “pirates” til I heard you say it in one of your videos great video though, I’ll definitely be trying some of these strategies to stay motivated when the semester starts!!

  • Thank You soo much… I was putting off my priorities just to follow “the perfect morning routine”… but then the morning routine has to change… according to our priorities and lifestyle changes… thank you!!

  • Bailey, thank you!! ☺ for sharing your smoothie recipe again! I recently asked you for that on ig. BTW, pink looks beautiful on you with your hair!! missing wo due to medical issues, be back soon.☺♡karlaxo

  • Literally, I wake up 15 mins before I have to leave, through on clothing, brush teeth, wash face, through lunch in backpack, grab backpack, walk out the door. I stopped hitting snooze because I just set my alarm for when I 100% need to get up. I’d much rather have an extra 30 mins of sleep than have a proper morning routine…

  • Tomorrow is my 40th Birthday (no it doesn’t get easier)… 1. Already a C/O customer but I’ve slacked at taking them and have oh, two spare boxes or so… 2. Downloaded an app that has short 10 min stretching and warm ups and 3. Just put the book “Never Get Angry Again” on the back of the toilet

  • Mindful write gratitude and journal
    Movement walk!!
Mastery use elevate and duo lingo to get my brain going

Also watched this video while walking on the scioto trail. Which you might think is not mindful but I like to think of it more like pairing a la Gretchen Rubin better than before. How do you balance the two?

  • Thank you for sharing, Amy:)
    Mindfulness: journaling and/or meditation
Movement: a little dance at home, then (medium pace) walk to uni
Mastery: a course I am currently doing and/or writing

  • *Mindfulness*: Meditation and journaling
*Movement*: Taking the bird feeders outside and greeting the new day. I love this ritual, even though it came about from a pesky raccoon. (Thank you, pesky raccoon!)
*Mastery*: This is the missing piece in my morning routine. I don’t know when I came to equate reading with luxury. I notice a huge difference in myself when I take the time to read. Even if I “allow” myself 15 minutes in the morning, I feel that would be great. I also love the idea of learning a language with that time. I’ve been wanting to learn Italian for almost a decade. I mean…

  • Because I’m someone with compulsive skin picking (dermatillomania), even though I’ve tried this (jumping into the project I’m so eager to continue first thing), I’ve found that I simply HAVE to do some self-care basics in the morning before anything else. Otherwise I start cracking soon into the work. It’s work I love, but it still takes something out of me. Still, I understand the message. Great vid. Thanks!

Btw, I’m writing an ebook on how to stop compulsive picking and pulling: http://www.healyourBFRB.com

PS: Right after watching this, I spotted “The Miracle Morning” at a friend’s and borrowed it!

  • My favourite part of my morning routine is nursing my daughter and just soaking her little snuggles in because they don’t last forever.

  • I love the way how she smiles and enjoys every single word she is saying indicates that she actually does these things and enjoys them

  • Hi everyone reading this I just went through some comments and they’re all welcoming and make me happy so I was wondering if at least someone can help me improve my routine

my routine starts with me going to the kitchen and eat breakfast (smoothie and eggo waffles) they n if my brother isn’t up I wake him up so he can get ready then I brush my teeth and tiny skincare next I make my bed and get dressed take 2 mins because I lay out my clothes the night before then I do my hair, makeup and jewelry then I put on my shoes and jacket and I’m out

  • listen to podcast
    Got it
listens to ashlynnee Eaton videos so motivational
No seriously though I love waking up and starting my morning by stretching, light cleaning, journaling and just listening to you as I make breakfast or sit outside drinking fruit teas before work

  • Hi, you are really cute! I am happy to find your channel I also have morning routine. I think i want to add some meditation or smth

  • Of all the morning routine videos I’ve watched, this is by far, the BEST and MOST NON-STRESSING video! Thank you for these tips You really deserve a and a ‘subscribe’

I love your videos already. I’ve watched two vids already More power and wisdom!!!

  • Hi Ashlynne, I enjoyed this video, thank you! But your ring really catched my eyes, may I ask for the model number or maybe a link where one can find it? It’s looks like a dream

  • I love starting my day with (1) 20 60 minutes Meditation; then (2) listen to ‘Kadie Rose | Afformations for Happiness, Abundance, Health & Wealth https://youtu.be/rogaFszt9f8?list=PLRtQSio9kk0A5Q3PCZII7abDtva6ZBnH5; (3) perform ‘Hatha Yoga Sun Salutation’. However, I am still working on (actually wrestling with!) establishing my evening routine, as this, obviously, impacts on my morning routine. Thank you for sharing such thoughtful content.

  • Hi! Jerry from Dom. Republic. Wow making the bed really caught my attention. I would rather do all kinds of chores and even cleaning the whole house rather than to make my bed. Now I see how important it is. Thanks from the caribbean.
I can honestly say you are the first channel that I can fully recommend specially after I saw the firt video talking about James Bond on how he doesn’t not get angry and just works around it. Thank you for that I have started using it in my relationship and it has worked.
Also, you are doing videos on the alpha male for every tv characte except Bruce Wayne the big B. for real. GIve B.W. some love.

  • I’d love to start having some tea at the start of the morning and sticking with some exercise as well as organizing my top 3 priorities. Great video!

  • Mornings and I are not friends, but the things that get me most ready to face the day are when I make my bed as soon as I get up, take my vitamins, and drink a full glass of room temp water.

  • My favourite part of the morning routine is meditation) I find it crucial for my life because it makes me feel connected to this world and centered as you say:) Now my number one goal is to get to maintain this feeling throughout the whole day

  • i have recently settled in earlier. For me it is about 11pm due to studies live on line. However, I do like the expansion of mind with Podcasts to audio books that I am now hooked on. Care of my skin at night is intentional even when tired taking makeup off. Mornings begin in prayer, open the shades, make tea and sit a few minutes before getting ready for the day. With the recent isolations I am getting dress in the morning and leaving the “comfy” clothes for the evening when winding down. This is such a great video with the listing of priorities and actually looking at it. I love the paper method yet. I do put things on my iPhone calendar but a simple no nonsense planner on my desk to use for details of projects and a personal calendar just to highlight. Great….great video…You really knocked it out of the park!

  • I wake up at 6am, pray, tidy bed, run, drink water, take a shower, get dressed, then get started on the day’s To-Do list. I usually have a late breakfast by 10am.

  • Great list of things to do for morning routine. I wrote them all down! I do at least almost half of them.

My top one, I already do the; drinking water. As, I have always loved water. I definitely get plenty of it.

I love making my bed straight away. I’ve heard also though; we should air out our bed. Stopping any bed critters…

    Definitely a morning coffee drinker!

On another one of your videos, I commented; that I didn’t know my hobbies. But, I think it would be mostly cooking (specifically baking). And I’ve been wanting to get into weaving baskets/other and sewing… Using natural materials.

  • My skincare routine, both morning and night, has really helped my mental health recently. I want to incorporate saying affirmations like “you deserve this self care” and others while doing my skincare:) also hi, relatively new fellow Canadian subscriber here x

  • Ok since june this has been my productive morning routine
    Wake up
    Read a book
    Meditate
    Make bed
    Opening windows
    Brush my teeth
    Wash my face
    Change clothes
Breakfast:3 almonds and walnuts and cereals
Oh yea before brushing my teeth I drink warm water not cold not hot

  • hi! white sage is endangered and should be for indigenous peoples only. it has been commercialised and appropriated, but it cannot be produced on that scale. a lot of people don’t know this, and although u probably didn’t have any intention of appropriating sacred practices, it needs to be said. i’m not indigenous myself so if anybody knows more abt this pls correct/add to my comment.:)))

  • I love how this video makes me feel positive and inspired rather than down on myself as some other morning habit/routine videos can do. I’ve never journaled in the morning either so am intrigued to find out more about morning pages

  • 4:38 “Head space app […], we get no money for this…”
    makes micro movement
Hey man, don’t worry. There is no crime in paid product placement.

  • I love the idea of writing everything that you have to do for the day, and then picking the 3 that are the most important! This was a lot of help! A lot of the times I try to get my morning routines to match everyone else’s! This was so eye opening!

  • Have you guys ever tried ordering both Artist of Life and Create Today and shipped to the Philippines? How much does it cost you in peso? I’m trying to save up for the 2020!:)

  • Making my bed, opening the windows, having my morning tea, showering and skincare, and drinking about 80 oz of water per day does make my days better and more organized. Versus not having a routine! Learned a few new tips as well! Thanks! ☺️

  • Making someone you love feel special every morning is something ive never thought of before… I definitely want to try this out and stick to doing it…
    Loved this video❤

  • It is more about vitamins, the thinks you have said are from the book “Power Of Now”. Please suggest or advice people not about advertising and people are taking their time to watch this video.

  • My morning routine is waking up at 4 or 4:15 and offer prayers(namaz) that’s actually equivalent to stretching amd then going to roof to get some air and remaining there till sunrise in order to. Absorb more vitD. After all coz of lockdown we all are staying at homes with no sun. It can reduce our vit d. Reading and journaling is something i do at night.

  • Most green tea also has a bunch of fluoride which is very harmful for you (which is probably why the governnent puts in our water) idk if there is green tea without fluoride but I’d suggest look for it

  • Great ideas Ashlynne:) I recently realised how I incoprporated some of these in the last year of so. I always imagined change is big but it actually consists of tiny things we do. At first I just started drinking lemon water after waking up, then opening windows, taking magnesium, sitting in silence, exercising etc. Now I have all these little rituals. However, when I work, I don’t push myself to do anything. I just enjoy getting ready for work, drinking water, getting in my car, turning on my favorite music and coming to my little students:)

  • For me, lately, I’ve been tying the effects of having a nighttime routine to those of a morning routine. Like, for example, if I have my Bluetooth headphones charged overnight then I’d be able to use them for listening to guided meditations or podcasts. Also, I’m trying to incorporate drinking water first thing in the morning.

  • I get up at 5:20, sneak out of the room to not wake up hubby, brush teeth, dress, be on my phone for 15min, wake hubby up and go to work at 6:00.

  • Hi there.
As for opening the window: I’ve always been told that it’s better to do it before making your bed, in order to freshen up your bed and sheets…
    Nice video. Thanks!

  • I wake up early, drink water, meditate (not every morning ), read, put on workout clothes, have breakfast, make my bed and go for a walk (or a run every other day) then shower and work

  • Beautiful! The fav part of my mornings are; a workout with my husband after a green drink, then a lovely hot drink while I watch a YouTube video or two, and get started on my to do list that I put together from the night before. I love doing my list before bed so my brain isn’t swirling with what needs to be done the next day

  • It’s all because of the youtubers who’s sharing their fake morning routines and they do alot of stuff that they didn’t even have time to do all of it like they literally spend all the day preparing for the day! and they made alot of people feel bad of them selfs that they didn’t do all of these things first thing in the morning

  • My favorite mornings are the ones in which I wake up so early (4/5) and have enough me time for breakfast, journal, music and workout. I used to find it hard to have these “me” times since I’ve been living with my parents for months now, but it made my sleep schedule better haha so I get to start the day sooner.

  • I love your content. I just recently subscribed to you and Simply Christine since you guys have good content as well as a commonality in faith like me. It’s awesome! Christine has done a few videos on her spiritual journey as well. I’m 30 and single but meeting someone at the same level or faith is difficult. Seeing you and Christine being saved and each happily married to your husbands is beautiful. Could you do a video like that and maybe give some tips on a successful marriage?

  • I love this video and I love your simplicity, the kindness that is reflected on your face and your sweet smile. So glad to have found you on Youtube!

  • I me name s Nikki Thomson I like your YouTube video ht s good to watching your YouTube video I me new friends in your YouTube video from Nikki Thomson xxxx

  • Thank you for this video!! After working 13+ years of night shift I recently took a job working daylight. And even tho my body has now adjusted, I cannot seem to get myself into a good routine. I feel rushed and never put together before starting my day. These are some great ideas, a few of which I will definitely incorporate into my morning.

  • Loved this! I’m trying to adjust my morning routine right now! Mine works but I want to incorporate exercise so that by the time I’m ‘ready for the day’ I’ve done this. Right now it’s squeezed in whenever I can and it feels like I don’t prioritise it, time runs our or I feel too tired by evening waaaay to often…it has to change. Thanks for the motivation! Today is going to be a ‘break the habit’ day. It’s 7am here and I’m about to go out to walk for an hour. I’m going to enjoying getting my body moving and soak up some sunshine and every ounce of nature I can. ☺️

  • I dont agree. You need to have some routine because that means you have discipline. There are things you need to do every or almost every day like for example meditation. Without a routine you will not do it regulary.

  • •The story of pink fish•
The weather was lightly windy. As if the sky had-been-painted gray. I always believe that such atmosphere creates a special calm and gloom. At midnight it may rain but not yet. The wind made high green trees wave.
Pink fish felt cold in his body. İt opened his eyes in  slowly manner and looked at gray sky. He looked at sky for several minutes without feeling anything and his whole soul filled with nothingness. His eyes filled with tears unwilingly. He turned his head  right and left. After that he looked at sky again. The different   thoughts were attacking  his mind. Most of them were questions. The questions without answer… He didn’t have any opinion about why he was here. I wondered how many years  I have been here. How old am I? He didn’t remember… He wondered How old I am. I can suppose it. After some minutes he decided that he is twenty-five. As if he had lived three hundred sixty five days in twenty-five times. Yes yes I am twenty-five. He felt exhausted. Exhausted and alone.  He turned his head to right in tired manner again and he was looking at the same place again. Suddenly the dance of waves had become clear in his eyes. He started looking at the sea. As if the waves with pearls was dancing. He paid attention to the waves. The waves hurried themselves to shore in rapidly manner and when they feel calm then turned back again step by step. He didn’t know what wave to look at. He was confused. He couldn’t see any mistake in the sea. He fixed his eyes on a point again. As if the waves wanna take him with themselves. He stoped watching sea and decided to die himself. I wonder how I can do it without pain in the easiest  way. He was afraid of dying even he will die himself. And the sea become clear anymore. Yes yes the sea is beautiful. It won’t resent from him. After thinking a few minutes.  He liked this way of dying among other ways for himself. I wonder the sea will resent me because of polluting it? No, no the sea will forgive me. It walked to the sea with slowly steps. He couldn’t think anything. the thoughts that a few moments ago didn’t leave its neackband  and now had hid in the corner. He was already the shore of sea. He thought  Maybe I should turn back. Now it was already very late. Now or never. He wanted to think that if he reject how to be. Perhaps the god will kill him tomorrow. Infact The God is also murder. No, no the god had forgotten him. Think once is equal to die yourself. They are same think. He should hurry up. Otherwise he can change his desicion. That’s why he started to walk to the sea. In actually he won’t change his choice. But thinking about such things can cause decreasing respect forward himself. Yes this is choise not chance or command. This can be last day, last minute, last second.  But he won’t betray to himself. Because who there was near to him? Imidiatelly he threw to the sea without thinking and planing. The knock of his heart increased. He felt heavy on his body. as if his skin caused extra heavy for his body. He felt coldness with his all body. He closed his eyes slowly. He opened his eyes slowly. He was still alive. what happened. He had heartache. He guessed maybe I had dyed. No I am still  suffering it means I am still alive. Why? Why didn’t die. Is the purpose main. His purpose was to die himself. Who dared to stop him. He wanted to cry loudly. He couldn’t cry. What happen. He just wanna cry. But he can’t. Who did it. Who controls this world. Who prevents to cry to him. Who takes this opportunity from him? And why? He wanna cry as all the people. He looked at all sides. Finally he looked up at and bent his head to down. There were many dyed fish with different ways. Anymore he felt that coldness on his body. He closed his eyes and slept… Umarova Nurlana

  • Thank you for always sharing your routines. The part where you mentioned that not all of your mornings look like this was key. I think that morning routines are great and need to happen in order to keep our mental sanity but to obsess about them is counterproductive. Thank you for always communicating a message of love and acceptance.

  • If you read these words and you are facing bad times in your life, I want to tell you that you are not alone.

No one knows the day and time of the return of the Lord Jesus. Only God knows. At the same time there are many indications that we are near the end of this humanity as we know it.

The main signal is not pandemics or hurricanes or earthquakes. The main sign of the end times is apostasy, which means the abandonment of FAITH.

That means that Jesus will soon come to rescue those who have believed in Him by Faith.

We are in a spiritual war for our souls and the final battles are being fought.

    SAVE YOUR SOUL

You don’t have to go to church or follow a pastor or keep the sabbath or pay tithing or being water baptized or speaking in tonges or do anything else.
JUST  confess yourself a sinner and accept Jesus by Faith as your only Saviour and express your Faith.

We are saved by GRACE not because we worked for it. It is a gift of God to those that accept.

    It’s just that easy.

We christians are not better than anyone else but we simply chose to live for Him in our daily lives trusting in His words.

Start talking to God and studying the Bible.

    Romans 3: 23-26

    23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:

    25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;

26 To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.

    Ephesians 6:12

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

    Romans 10: 9-11

9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.

    Ephesians   2:8-9

8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

    GOD BLESS YOU

  • I’ve worked out that I shouldn’t beat myself up for not having The Perfect Morning Routine TM if I did everything I wanted to before work id have to wake up at 5.30am, no thanks.

I’d rather be well rested and able to function for the whole day and do those extra curriculas after my work day, and hey funnily enough I have nothing to journal about at 6am bc I’ve been asleep, I get much more out of my work outs bc I can release my anger/crappy moods there and I’m so much more likely to stretch before bed after said angry work out bc my god I cannot walk up the stairs.

Thanks for not making it weird Matt ❤

  • I think everyone who wants to “sell” there morning routine is a bit of a liar. There might be a view people who are really starting there days with a routine of exercises, meditation, showers, journaling etc. but in the end we all wake up, going to pee, making a coffee and start working (mostly). I have tried those rountines and they feel really good but as Matt mentioned they sometimes work not always.

  • I struggle a lot with a morning routine, or any routine, because of my husband’s crazy work schedule but I would like to start making priority lists, drink water while I wait on my coffee, and go on morning walks on the weekend or slow work mornings (work from home so totally doable for me).

  • this is so nice bc today i was not feeling motivated to workout but after watching this made me feel like working out!! thanks <3

EDIT: AHHHH BAILEY RESPONDED AND LIKED M COMMENT

  • Wow what an exceptional personality you have. I am new to YouTube with my own painting channel but somehow I stumbled upon you!…..Great Video Content ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOUR CHANNEL.

  • I’m a morning person. I enjoy waking up early, but i don’t do all this non sense stuff, i would love to.
I don’t really like eating in the morning. All I do is make myself a cup of coffee and sit on my sofa for at least 20 minutes. Thats my morning routine, when I get into work, I need another 20 minutes just to write on my agenda and plan my day. Yeah I do listen to podcast or audio book on my way to work.

  • Hi! Well I’m 15. I have some problems like using technology or social media more than i should, i know that it doesn’t make me feel good so I also want to try what you do. I really am impressed how positive you look. (Btw just found your channel and I’m so happy and glad). I want to be productive and l really want to love myself. I want to feel good and be a good human being. Thank you, have a really nice day❤

  • Guys i suggest u watch dr mike routine its way better than this and its healthy… i just unsubscribed this guy cuz his morning routine is heath demolishing and worse he is sharing it to people to follow

  • Thanks for this video Matt. I really needed this right now. I had a perfect morning routine and since I haven’t been able to perfectly follow it from the past 2 months, I have been feeling super anxious. Thanks you’re making a difference

  • If you start a family, reclaiming that morning for yourself almost becomes essential. But this pandemic has messed with everyone’s sleep cycle.

  • Thank you for the useful tips and info. Mornings are my most sacred time of the day before the chaos of the day catches on. However, shouldn’t we be showering at least twice a day..? Once in the morning to wash away the toxins that our body excrete while we sleep. And again in the evening to wash away the grime, dirt and perspiration of the day so that we are clean when we get into bed..?

  • EVERYONE SHOULD READ OR LISTEN ON AUDIBLE TO THE 5 SECOND RULE BY MEL ROBBINS!!! IT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!! SERIOUSLY! OF COURSE AS ALL THINGS GREAT YOU ACTUALLY HAVE TO DO IT BUT IT IS SOO WORTH IT! YOU WILL THANK YOURSELF (& ME) YOU DID.

  • The BB fit app has helped me start a routine that’s realistic and fun! It motivates me a lot and I love that the workouts are quick, but effective. Loved the 5 day fat burn! It was a great way to get on track!

  • Welcome to the Gold Coast gorgeous! I moved here 3.5 years ago and lived in Broadbeach my first year, such a good spot to start out here, as it’s in the middle of everything! My favourite cafes restaurants are Hot Shottz in Main Beach for the best coffee/breakfast (plus Tedder Avenue in such a cute spot on the coast to walk down. There is also an amazing walk you can do from there down towards the Spit (think palm trees and great inst pics) Just head straight down to the beach from Hot Shottz and walk down to the left Bonita Bonita for Mexican and good Cocktails in Mermaid Beach, also Hail Mary for Mexican is super cute in Burleigh Heads. There is also this super random place called the Brickworks Centre in Southport. It has a gorgeous whole foods market, Source bulk foods, Pearl and Ash cafe, plus another Cardamom Pod, Soul Centre Pilates and Yoga etc. It’s fun to just wander around for a morning (however this spot is not at the beach but good to just change things up) Highly recommend you check out Essence of Living yoga and Pilates studio in Mermaid Beach, it’s such a gorgeous studio. Anyway, I hope this helps honey. Moving here is the best decision I ever made. Love the people, the lifestyle, the little pockets of cute cafes etc.

  • Today was my last day of doing 4 of your different 7 day challenge workouts. Really enjoyed the week break from my usual weight routines. Noticed such a difference in a short space of time especially in my abs and inner thighs

  • Is gaming considered a mindful action? Thinking of the suitable strategy and trying to be smart and avoid being hit by enemy attacks.. Doesn’t work every time but when it did, it’s the only thing that got me up the time I wanted..!! And then I would say “now you’ve played, time for your chores and studying”. Good girl.

You are very sweet and keep me motivated,. I just haven’t found my real motives just yet.:/

  • Thank youuu! It’s like you’re really with us, not just helping us to get fit, but also when we’re feeling down and tired you’re also there pushing us to move forward!!!

  • First thing I do every morning: gently stretches IN bed.

Right after I brush my teeth, wash my face, have a glass of water, and say good morning to my dogs.

Have tried different routines in the past involving meditation, reading, writing, exercising, visualization, affirmations, and much more, but really struggle sticking to them.

  • I literally have no motivation to even want to be motivated. No reason, no purpose, no job, no need to work. Nothing that fulfills me at the moment. Stuck in a Grand Canyon sized rut and I hate it.

  • I want more new short workouts, pls. I just love them and yours are simply the best ❤️ Maybe you could do a cardio workout with pilates moves to loose belly fat

  • Bailey I love you and your endless positivity and can do anything attitude. You have amazing skin also. May I ask if you’re a vegetarian or vegan? Thanks

  • 1. mindfulness Taking thyroid meds, showering and getting snuggle time in with my dog.
    2. movement cooking breakfast, taking my dog out, light stretching.
    3. mastery listening to podcasts on topics of interest.

I didn’t really realize that I had already created a morning routine that worked for me until your last couple of videos. I thought I was failing at a successful morning routine because reading and writing morning pages made me feel too rushed. But I’ve actually had a successful morning routine for years. I’d just never thought of it in those terms. Thanks for delving deeper into the topic and really explaining in a broader sense.

  • It’s definitely harder as girl because I have to do my makeup and hair which takes the most time. Then I have to leave early because I walk uphill to school. I would need to wake up super early, but maybe that’s not a bad thing.

  • I needed to get back into a routine and just didn’t know where to start. I was going to do the challenge this week and was so ready to do it then LIFE. Life got super difficult and its hard to see working out as just as importance over other things thats going on in my life. BUT, i just have to do workouts that fit my lifestyle right now and be okay with that. Thanks for this Bails! Also, I’m not a huge smoothie eater but I may try this!!

  • Amazing as always, Amy, helping us to get that life with doable steps. If I may add, writing down more than one action for each category may help us keep this routine, since we can do the easy options when we’re not feeling like doing anything at all.

  • The past two weeks have been though for me, I really had a hard time being productive, work out etc. So this was just on point thank you Bailey, as always you are such an inspiration!

  • All of your family and friends must be so proud of having you be so influential and positive and beautiful!!! Thanks for sharing your routine!!!

  • Hello everyone my name is Patrick from USA,am here to testify of the good help that Dr ebharigbe have render to me, I was married for a year, Me and my wife was happy together, until she started complaining that my penis is too small and that i don’t perform well on bed, a week later she started going out with other men which really affected me, and this made me to conclude in giving up with the marriage, one day I was browsing the Internet and i saw a post on how Dr ebhariagbe have helped people to enlarge their penis, and i contacted him and he told me that he will revive my family happiness again,at first I taught he was joking but I gave him a try,and he made herbal medicine and send it to me and told me within one week of using the product that my penis will be big,to my greatest surprise a week after using the product my penis was big and the happiness that was lost in my family was revived with the help of Dr ebhariagbe. If you have a similar case, you can contact him on his WhatsApp number +2349064310416 or visit his Instagram page via @dr_ebhariagbe…,

  • Yes, this is key! The book by Hal Elrod ‘The Miracle Morning’ is amazing, and I’ve been practising doing an hour (sometimes longer if I’m not in a hurry, or shorter/just a few habits if in a rush) a day since the beginning of 2017!
Headspace is amazing ^^ Nearly got my 365 daily streak badge now:D
Keep up the awesome work Ben:)

  • I like to mediate for an hour when i wake up,
Then use my moisturizer made from minerals from Mars,
I eat a banana and one grain of oats from an a island in the Caribbean for breakfast
Then i am ready to do nothing all day

  • Dudes you NEED to do a video on musician/artist MAC DEMARCO! He’s an incredible guy, his charisma flows like a hot radiant caramel

  • His video goes 5.28 min. He spend over a minute just talking about his nokia scale. Morning routine my ass. At least be so honest and tell youre viewers that this clip is just an big ad

  • أنا سلام عليكم شكون كيحس براحة نفسية عند سماع القرآن الكريم أدير ليكوتفرحوني بالشتر ك يفرحكوم فدنيا والاخيرة

  • Mindfulness Meditation or morning pages
    Movement Skincare, getting dressed
Mastery Watching a self-improvement video on YouTube (especially Amy’s )

  • OMG! I stopped after we got to the eye cream, . Only a single guy without children could possibly be this self centered and focused on every little aspect of their lives.

  • It looks like you have a great Google Home ecosystem around your apartment. I’d love to watch a Smart Home setup video of yours! I recently bought a handful of Google Homes and Nest Minis to place around my house, but find myself having a hard time looking for the best options for hue lighting and appliances with so many to choose from. Amazing routine by the way!

  • this reflection about what you really want to do X what you’re “supposed to be doing” in the morning is so important! with social media in our lives we see a lot of people with this crazy concept of productivity doing amazing things before the sun even comes up… it might be good for them, but it’s not good at all for everyone. when i decided to respect myself and do things that make me feel productive in my own way, i started to see mornings so differently!

  • Excellent. I preform the following daily: pray meditate (brief), self-accupressure, scent (anti-insect), breathing (diaphramic), diet (plant based), laugh, exercise, learn (whatever & science), read a belief system (positive), music (uplifting), fast (after 6 pm), supplement (selective), find beauty (anywhere), sleep, work (as worship), help / teach someone:-) Most concepts from Abdul-Baha of the Baha’i Faith

  • I lv all ur videos nd i m following u from a long time.. can u plz share a video for students healthy routine to be away from negative thoughts staying positive nd do studies..

  • I really needed this! Was pretty hard on myself for not being able to follow a consistent morning routine before work.

Didn’t realize how much it was taking time away from things I actually wanted to do. I like that you brought up intentions and constantly questioning why you’re doing things.

  • Hi Aileen. Not sure if you’re going to see this but i just want to tell how much of an inspiration you are to me. Your videos always give me some sort of boost to be better and I might have watched them more than once. You know, whenever I’m feeling under the weather, off my tracks, or even just bored, I’ll come back to your channel to watch your videos just to get inspired again. Isn’t that crazy? Haha. Thank you for all the contents that you have put up throughout the years and you are honestly the sweetest and most pleasant youtuber I have ever watched. Your routine videos are one of a kind (well at least to me:) haha) and never seem scripted. You, yourself is an aesthetic being and I am glad that you share your beauty with the world.:D

  • When i wake up, the first thing i do is step on my yoga mat and do 10 minutes of yoga, then i make my bed, tidy up my desk, go to the bathroom to wash my teeth and face, then i do my skincare routine, i fill up my bottle of water, i prepare breakfast, then i take it to my bedroom and eat while i read harry potter and then i get to study:)

  • Arabic, Indonesian, Portuguese, Vietnamese & Spanish subtitles are available! Click “CC” and check the video settings. Thank you to the contributors listed in the description

  • This was such a helpful video! Thank you so much for creating this. Viewing my morning routine as a recipe and something that I get to craft and create for myself is so helpful. Thanks a bunch!

  • My mindful would be my morning pages, that is something I really want to get into, my movement would probably be some stretching, I am noticing my tend to get very tense and locked up so I think it would help. That could also be a form of mindfulness. My mastery is actually where I am a little stumped but I think listening to one of my motivational videos or figuring out my plans for the books I want to write and seeing what I need to do to get that done from both a writing and business perspective. I have also been wanting to start a book themed Instagram account as I am so passionate about reading and want to share that with everyone, finding a way to put myself out there.

  • It’s good to take bath in the morning to have more freshness feeling to mind and body…also to cleanse whole body instead of face alone

    A qute for Tony Robbins:
“Just like with physical training, the more you repeat something, the better you get. Think of it as building dedication muscles. Since you’ve done this before, you know you can do it again – especially with the help of a great coach for inspiration to keep going when things get tough. As you overcome each setback, your confidence grows, and you begin to trust yourself with the continual improvement process.”

  • I think that meditating, eating healthy fresh vegetables, having some sports in moderation, going out to nature, sleeping and rising early are all ways for relieving stress and healing depression…
Sure, I am talking about normal cases that do not require a psychiatrist…
Plus good karma and unconditional spiritual love transform and transmute lower frequency emotions into higher ones of peace, unconditional love and blissful ecstacy…

  • I would love to see a video about how you do your grocery shopping and tips for buying healthier ingredients, weather it’s organic, vegan or anything else! I need a bit of inspiration in that area! Love your channel!!! ❤

  • Routines are bullshit trends.
You require only organization, discipline and motivation to function in life.
I absolutely hate repeating each day the same way, it’s the best way to drive yourself nuts and burn out.
Knock off the important things as early as possible then live your f life for yourself.

  • You are so soothing and I appreciate you. It’s Monday morning where I am and you gave a lovely and gentle start to my day. Thank you

  • Meditation simply gives me the feeling of I am in control of my brain and thoughts. Which as a teenager I feel like I do not have the control that I once had with my own head.

  • Mindfulness: meditation, tarot/Journaling, cuddling my puppy
Movement: yoga, water, walking my dog
Mastery: reading / watching YouTube videos / listening to podcasts

  • great tips! I always try to say positive affirmations to myself in the morning (ex: i am grateful for today) to start out the morning on a positive note:)

  • Thank you for this!! <3 these habits is what I needed to spark some motivation into my daily routine! It's very vital to be kind and loving to yourself and its evident that you practice what you preach! Thank you!! <3

  • Hi Ashlynne, Iong time I’m in need to create my own morning routine and this video is exactly what I needed! I didn’t have any idea how to start, this was sooo helpful Love your channel, I’m your faithful follower Sending hugs from Czech Republic☺️Thank you

  • Great video! My favorite part of my morning routine is walking though the apartment and opening all the blinds. Something shifts in my body and soul when I let the light flood in. It awakens and revives the senses and makes me feel fully alive and grateful!

  • First day of implementing these tips into my morning and I continuously felt energized and productive! Instead of jump rope for exercise, I did some yoga with my kids and it brightened up our morning with some fun bonding time. It’s difficult to muster some positive energy in the chaos of trying to get everyone ready for school, but today seemed to go smoother and I was less stressed. I’ve tried different tactics to help with my mornings and I feel like these are going to work for me. Thank you so much for sharing!

  • Such a perfect plan hydrate, drink green tea for energy, tidy your bedroom, wake up your body, wake up your mind/soul, set your plan for the day and GO!

  • I love this video man. I’m HUGE into self development and personal growth. I’m a fan of Tim Ferris AND Admiral McRaven. He turned that speech into an amazingly readable and anecdotal book. You can accomplish anything if you start by making your bed. Your an inspiration to me man and your videos are helping me build an brand of my own.

  • I only wished I had normal working hours. Currently, I either get up at 4am to work from 6am to 3pm, or I get up between 9 and 11am, when I had the late shift from 3pm to midnight. Normal working hours would make it much easier to incorporate stuff like morning routines, intermittent fasting, a healthy sleep cycle…

Then again, I haven’t ever worked normal hours (or weekends) in my life, and I rather like that there’s some diversity. Still, most of the time, the advice only seems to target people in office jobs, no matter were you look.

  • I’ve always been taught that you need to air your bed, that you shouldn’t make it in the morning for hygiene reasons. Now I’m conflicted XD

  • Thank you guys for you videos. I realy liked your tips. And the most that I liked the tip to make your morning exercices fun and not long.

  • I take a cold shower! The best way to be fully and rapidly woken up! Furthermore it is great for blood circulation and skin, and it makes me happy.

  • You get little to zero vitamin D from morning and evening sunlight. The angle that the light hits you needs to be more direct. The closer to mid day the better. A good rule of thumb is once your shadow is about as long as your body the sunlight angle is too low in the sky to cause the production of vitamin D on your skin. This is why vitamin D levels are lower and depression levels are higher in the winter months at United States latitudes.

  • “Go out rope jumping in the sun”… man I’d love to do that every morning. Only problem is, that in Denmarknow its springtime… yet it is minus degrees during night and no more than 5 during day:’XD Well I could go out rope jumping in the heavy rain or stormy winds, pretending it to be sunny. Ah yes! Anyways, yet another great video from you guys! always enjoy watching them

  • I have been doing ur YouTube exercises since mid of June on different parts of my body and believe me I have noticed a huge difference. I have also tried other people workouts but they never proved me this much effective as yours does. Seriously I’m so much thankful to u honey keep it up. Love u from Pakistan. I also have a request that do give a workout for calves reduction too❤️

  • Really nice!
I’m also using headspace and habit bull myself right now! Haha
And my morning routine is going for 1 whole hour. I’m doing the “miracle morning”. Check it out.:D

  • Thanks, your video helped a lot. I’m currently reinventing my morning routine trying out different things. Only doing 4-5min of light sport to wake your body up works so much better for me than working out until fatigue hits you.

  • is it true about the beauty water. does it actually cleanse, exfoliates, tones, and moisturizes skin all at once and is all in one? and is it for all skin types?? ps i love ur channel so much!!✨

  • These are awesome habits! How long does all this take you though? I feel like just changing into workout clothes and going outside sucks up 5 minutes

  • hi bailey!! i was wondering if u could make maybe and upper belly fat workout to lose upper belly fat or is there a workout on ur channel that i could do to help lose upper belly fat? btw love your workouts! your amazing!

  • I love this channel so much. I would be so much more confused about things in life without it. It’s so nice to have a team of people who have experienced a lot of life and are sound people to learn from.

  • After you said we get no money from this, 4:36 you touched your nose very fast, I’m not saying you’re being dishonest but you should do your best to not touch your nose at all when speaking. It’s probably the basis behind the Pinocchio story.

  • Just the fact that ashylynne goes round hearting all of the comments shows what a great youtuber she is. Ashlynne if u see this I love your videos they help soooo much thanks for your advice

  • but i have to get up at 6 am go wash up and fast walk to work so im not late and work 12 hours so i should get up at 4 just to have a morning routine and go to bed when i get home from work doesnt sound good to me

  • Hello from France Aileen! Thank you for this peaceful video! I love your videos and especially this kind of video! The best way for me to start my day!

  • I know that problem of not managing to pull off my morning ritual. I tried to develop a stretching routine, but with warm up it ended up being 30min long and I’m really bad at getting up early, making it really hard for me save myself some additional 30min. Could anyone give me a tip on how to select stretching excises? Or how to avoid getting woken up by that blinking alarm during deep-sleep phase?
Regarding the exercises, I’m particularly interested in those that work on the parts that become stiff from sitting too much.

  • What if there are winters and we just can’t make our bed, even though we get energised in the morning because it’s just so cold, that we go sit in the warm blankets?

  • Woke up at 5 am tried rope jumping to my fav music. 4 Neighbors ringed my bell because I woke them up. What a great start into the day!

  • This video is great thank you. excited to try this meditation and get a jump rope. Sam Harris also has a nice guided meditation on youtube and is making an app soon:}

  • Brilliant! I never thought about exercising just enough to feel energized. I always thought there was something wrong with me for feeling fatigued for hours after a 20 minute morning run

  • When I first started working out, it would tire me out and I have it up after a month, it made a strong positive effect on my physical appearance but it made me so exhausted. I just started again and I realized one thing that really helps is to supplement exercise with a proper clean diet. Exercise in the morning and eat A LOT of good healthy food and this changed so much and it allowed exercise to give me so much energy

  • Thank you for this. After I make my bed every morning, I seem to somehow accomplish my tasks and goals for the day, and I subconsciously just do it. No excuses. Thank you for that. Please read this comment. Im very grateful for this tip

  • Hhhhhh really, I thought only women take long in in the shoshower know man too, what’s happen to the world, and oo even the way u walk is scripted

  • I am so excited to try these!! These sound like so much fun!! Please, please keep these videos up you guys. Your advice seem well sourced and you remind us that we don’t have to be perfect. Good shit.

  • A couple of questions:
    1. when do you eat your breakfast? After morning routine?
    2. What do you do during eating breakfast?
    3. What do you eat?
    Thanks
