Brilliant video. I certainly do agree with mediation. I meditate after reading the Bible every day. It helps with my faith. I also believe that by applying the principles contained within the Bible it helps reduce stress. I don’t agree with the fasting because a lot of ex-vegans have done it while vegan and it has led to health problems or existing health problems getting worse and them giving up being vegan.
A 16-18 hour fast would just be too much like binge eating for me. Wolfing down 2000 calories in the space of six hours is putting so much strain on my digestion that it would probably offset the digestive benefits of the fast! I think there must be a more balanced approach.

I would love to know what I should eat for my psoriasis. I would follow it religiously. 37 years old now. Had Psoriasis since I was 7 years old. My psoriasis is moderate, but through diet and sunshine reduced it around 50% in 2007. I have tried all kinds of diets, vegan, raw foods, probiotics, food combining etcetera. I reduced dairy and rarely eat meat. Definitely pondering trying meat and veg diets low carb to see if that makes a difference. I intermittent fast usually when not working. I noticed a big difference reducing meat consumption to once every few months and also reducing nightshades. Potato starch and tahini are big triggers for me along with chili peppers and nightshades. I tried the lemon water thing but it didn’t agree with my stomach. I drink 2 litres of pure water per day. I am 6feet 3inches tall and around 11stone on a light week to 11.11 on a heavy week, so not overweight, but not muscular. First thing I eat on a morning is 1 banana and handful of raw pumpkin seeds every day. I limit my exercise to low impact as my psoriasis breaks out with running jogging etc. I can surf for hours on end and cycling swimming yoga, body weight exercises no problem. Yes I would love a diet programme to follow. I do get quite a lot of fatigue because I consume foods that don’t agree with me, but then again I have auto immune so that is a malfunctioning immune system. I don’t stress about getting better, but it would obviously be life changing if I could figure out how to eat and heal my gut if that’s even possible.

Brilliant video. I certainly do agree with mediation. I meditate after reading the Bible every day. It helps with my faith. I also believe that by applying the principles contained within the Bible it helps reduce stress. I don’t agree with the fasting because a lot of ex-vegans have done it while vegan and it has led to health problems or existing health problems getting worse and them giving up being vegan.

A 16-18 hour fast would just be too much like binge eating for me. Wolfing down 2000 calories in the space of six hours is putting so much strain on my digestion that it would probably offset the digestive benefits of the fast! I think there must be a more balanced approach.
Could fasting begin from early evening, sleeping during the night, then not eat until 9 am? Your body would also be in a restful stage. What then do you mean about a 6 hour span?

Irritable bowel, acid reflux? Had them for 70 years. Hay fever 70 years. Have esophagitis more than 5 yrs now. I would love to know what I should eat for my psoriasis. I would follow it religiously. 37 years old now. Had Psoriasis since I was 7 years old. My psoriasis is moderate, but through diet and sunshine reduced it around 50% in 2007. I have tried all kinds of diets, vegan, raw foods, probiotics, food combining etcetera. I reduced dairy and rarely eat meat. Definitely pondering trying meat and veg diets low carb to see if that makes a difference. I intermittent fast usually when not working. I noticed a big difference reducing meat consumption to once every few months and also reducing nightshades. Potato starch and tahini are big triggers for me along with chili peppers and nightshades. I tried the lemon water thing but it didn’t agree with my stomach. I drink 2 litres of pure water per day. I am 6feet 3inches tall and around 11stone on a light week to 11.11 on a heavy week, so not overweight, but not muscular. First thing I eat on a morning is 1 banana and handful of raw pumpkin seeds every day. I limit my exercise to low impact as my psoriasis breaks out with running jogging etc. I can surf for hours on end and cycling swimming yoga, body weight exercises no problem. Yes I would love a diet programme to follow. I do get quite a lot of fatigue because I consume foods that don’t agree with me, but then again I have auto immune so that is a malfunctioning immune system. I don’t stress about getting better, but it would obviously be life changing if I could figure out how to eat and heal my gut if that’s even possible.
