Yoga is known for helping decrease stress, and yin yoga is no exception. Five weeks of yin yoga and psychoeducation reduced stress and anxiety while increasing participants’ ability to be less judgmental and reactive to everyday situations, researchers reported in the journal Anxiety, Stress and Coping. It may also support your physical health.

Yin Yoga brings more oxygen to our blood, it keeps the heart healthy. Yin Yoga Benefits: Increases Concentration. If your brain is calm, you will be able to concentrate on things better.

This will increase your reputation as well. Yin Yoga and meditation reduce your reactionary time. You get to focus on things better and for a long time. Yin yoga is the perfect balance to those intense exercises, providing a slower, more meditative counterpart to help you round out your workouts. Yin yoga is also for anyone who is dealing with injuries or a chronic condition like arthritis or osteoporosis as this style in particular is a more restorative practice than other forms of exercise. Yin can also be a great starting point for anyone.

Yin Yoga workouts help you reduce stress and muscle tension within your body. Yin is the more passive side of yoga, where you look to release energy in those problem areas of your body. The yin yoga workout involves exploring any areas within your body that may have injuries, or are all knotted up. The key is to find the tension within your body, and actively focus on releasing that energy.

These tissues, including tendons, cartilage, and the full-body subcutaneous casing known as fascia, are most concentrated in and around the joints, where they can stiffen and shorten with age or inactivity. Mobilizing the tissueslubricates them and makes them more supple. Yin yoga is one way to achieve this. Yoga nidra, as well as other more relaxing types of yoga, like yin yoga and restorative yoga, are gaining popularity, says Fleming.

They give people. I suspect few of us are perfect human beings with smooth flowing chi through all our meridian channels. Another thing to consider is that yin yoga is a practice in mindfulness or a gateway to meditation. The long holds are a style of meditation in and of themselves that allow you to be present with what is arising.

Different Yin yoga poses stimulate and remove blockages in the myofascial meridians in the body, which in turn balances the body’s internal organs and systems. Yin yoga requires the muscles to relax around the connective tissue in order to get a stretch, so not every yoga pose can be done safely or effectively when practising Yin style yoga. Practicing yoga changes your mind: It changes the way you approach life, your body, and eating.

Yoga shows you how to appreciate your body for all of the amazing things that it can do for you and points you in the direction of wanting to fill your body with the best possible fuel rather than processed junk food.

  • I have been loving the Transform program and think these stretches are great, but am still super sore even when I stretch after toning. Any way you could share a foam rolling video in the future?

  • You’re going wayyy too fast for me and the stacked stretch was wayy too complicated for me. I’m glad this works for others though, just wasn’t right for me.

  • I know I am 5 years late but I would love a bit more stretch for the back, arms and maybe hold a bit longer in some of the poses xx

  • I love your background musci in the videos! where did oyu get your musci from or especially this song? whats the name of it? THank you. I love your videos hope you never stop. Whenever you do a workshop. I am totally in:)

  • My favourite yoga channel . Missing the short morning yoga class in the Sandbanks. It was perfect to start a busy day. Where can I find it? Thanks

  • I’ve been doing this workout and seeing great results. Thank you! My question is: the challenge is 14 days. What workout should I do next in order to keep the results?

  • I love your yin yoga! It was hard for me, it pulled all of the upper body nerves for me and it was difficult to surrender. I discovered I didn’t follow instructions very well! I guess that it pointed out that what I really need to work is the tension on that area. Thank you thank you thank you.

  • I’ve been looking for a video like this for a long time! Thank you!!!! My body felt so relaxed after this I’ll be sure to use this every post-workout!

  • Your emanating positive Energy helped start my day out right so I am noticing more of birds I hear chirping Sun shining an fresh air even in the city! Thanks

  • be careful if you are not flexible. this hurt my toe really bad and i don’t know what to do. wouldn’t recommend for people starting out yoga or stretching.

  • Have been doing your workouts for a week now & was struggling on the Vermont snowy one haha. Decided to take a break with my muscles today. This was a much needed stretch/easier flow yoga thank you!!!!

  • I follow your yoga practice from the Netherlands and find that you give me some extra’s in the things that jou say during the class.

  • Omg..thank you for this. My boyfriend took me to the gym, did weights and legs but he didnt stretch me at the end of the workout…i couldnt walk properly for a whole week‍♀️

  • I have been following your channel for a couple weeks now and I am so happy. I love your yin videos in the afternoons and evenings to wind myself down. So thankful for your time and intention.

  • Lovely video content! Apologies for chiming in, I would love your thoughts. Have you heard the talk about Chireetler Stubborn Fat Rule (just google it)? It is a good one of a kind product for discovering what to eat to balance hormones and eliminating trouble fat spots without the normal expense. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my friend finally got cool results with it.

  • You learned me so much the last 2 month’s. You opened my eyes already so much since I work on the pelvic floor muscle. In my case you have definitely gave me the ‘ManFusion’ I needed and I am willing to do a LOT more now. You are so awesome! You even made me excited to go on yoga very soon!! I always went to the gym before, but sadly since I am sick I can’t do it anymore. Yoga seems to be the perfect thing for me now I need more awareness and need to be able to relax more.

I am so extremely thankful for the journey you have brought me these months. I pee so different now and I really really feel some certain clarity after doing my exercises, my back pain is way less from IBS, and beside this all I also really got in to herbs and mixtures with really do help tremendously well for my IBS! I had no day without pain and now with all the herbs I studied and tried out I find major relieve! My stool gets better, no constant diarea anymore, pain is better controllable ( for people with IBS, use MINT thea without caffeine and biologic as possible. Put fresh mint in there for best results, with fennel. No sweeteners just drink it like that or with a little 100% honey if you need to, mint relieves pain and some mixtures promote the digestion)

I find it absolutely astonishing my docters have never mentioned any of this!! Really wow! There is some great results to be gained with an more aware lifestyle (I am not anywhere near there yet but made a good start) meaning herbs, exercises, breathing techniques and healthy foods. I am not anywhere near good or anything on my sickness part but there is relief! I am 25 and have been sick since 1.5 year. Pancreatitis hit me after I losed weight and got gallstones from losing weight. They where the culprit of my pancreatits and I never got better anymore after that. Being sick all the time sucks really much. Can’t work, can’t pee, cant do anything. What keeps me going is Dr Bri and her amazing skills and advises on how to life better. It works wonders against my depression as well that came along with being sick and not able to do anything anymore. After my last hospital visit 2 months ago I told myself, we are going to give all of this a try! Docters couldn’t do much for me. There is no cure for IBS and there is not any for pancreatitis. Luckily I got hit only once (knock on wood) with pancreatitis but has caused my body to be overall sick since that day. I wish docters would have learned me some things about herbs and how it can help with IBS and that it relaxes the muscles with also makes it easier for me to urinate from my extreme tensed pelfic floor with has caused me great problems too in my life for years on end now.

I initially only went to dr. Bri her channel for pelvic floor tension but found so much more! Awareness with made me look into other things as well, like I said above, herbs, more and better understanding of overall stress and it’s devastating effects on body and soul and better food.

People believe me, this amazing woman is a God send for some of us. I am living proof of this. I am a male so man who have similar problems, get to work with all of this and see what it can mean to you! We also got a pelfic floor we need to take care of with great care, it is a very complex muscle and deserves precious care. Also your mind and body are worth the effort to take care of, YOU are worth the effort to take care of!

Best to you Dr Bri and everyone else!

P.S. I am from the Netherlands, does someone have by ANY chance some info for a good pelfiv floor physiotherapist? I got some names but if some people have first hand experiences, that only would be better:).

  • Love and light to you.. Thank you very much fpr this amazing video.. It really helped to release all the tension in the body as well as mind.. Music was very calming and your voice as well.. You are beautiful ❤️

  • I’ve been working out with weights (1kg) but I’m afraid my body will start to become bulky will this excercise make my body toned and slim??

  • VERY BORING!..VERY!! I think I’ll stick to Paul Grilley the founder of Yin Yoga who is also far more interesting to listen to.

  • Hope you enjoyed this video…Get FREE ACCESS to 3 Transformative Classes with Travis Eliot…Click HERE!

  • I just restarted the ultimate yogi, which is just excellent! It’s like an old friend! Now I’m trying to decide if I can take on the 8 week yin yoga at the same time. It sounds really great! Thanks for all your teaching!

  • This is such a great explanation. Especially the science part. I started envisioning little ‘ghost busters’ as the fibroblasters and the streams from their power packs as the hylauronic acid. Hey, whatever works to remember this stuff, right

  • Wonderful podacast! I learned a lot even though I’ve been practicing yin yoga for at leats 2 years now…Thank you for this and I look forward to your program May 8th!

  • Absolutely wonderful class.
I’ve never done yoga until I started your superb 30 day morning yoga challenge about 3 months ago. I just loved it. Can’t believe I’ve never got into it before. It’s made such a difference to my well being; plus my top back pains are so much better.
Kassandra you are a fantastic instructor. Every day I look forward to doing a class.
    Thank you so much

  • Fantastic video, Travis. I’ve been doing yoga every day this year since I got hooked after ‘Yoga With Adriene’s’ 30 day new year program. Only discovered yin recently and can’t get enough. Discovered you through a practice of yours I followed last night. Really like your approach to yin. Will definitely have a look at your program coming in May. Thanks mate!

  • This is great for the night, awful for the morning. I read somewhenre that yin is supposed to be practiced first thing in the morning before the muscles warm up but i feel sleepier, and also sitted forward falls make my upper back HURT in the morning, i can’t even reach the blocks… weird since later i’m way more flexible. Love this sequence though, it was just bad timing today haha

  • Found this super useful for post ballet class wind down. Releaved any stress about what did and din’t go well in class today as well as allowed me time to properly stretch out and relax:)

  • I love u travis u changed my life I got into yin yoga cause of u u inspire me ❤❤❤❤❤❤ thanks u inspire to be a yoga teacher yoga is my life

  • Great class! Really appreciate your message that you are not advertising yoga as a cure. I love your restorative classes at the end of a long day.

  • Thank you Kassandra this is a lovely restful and relaxing practice… I enjoy many of your U Tube classes usually do the one hour Yin every day I really do appreciate them and your calming voice

  • Thank you great session Kassandra. I hav thryroid issue and tried this immediately once I saw. That went well and planning to do constantly. Thank you!

  • I LOVE yin yoga!! Thanks so much for all your free classes. Also loving your 30 day yoga challenge and daily affirmations. All of this is especially meaningful during the pandemic when we cannot get to our yoga studios.

  • My family and I visited Venice Beach last year from Texas and had the privilege of experiencing one of your yoga classes live, rather than on DVD or YouTube. My youngest som chose not to participate that day.
He rarely showed any interest in it, even when he witnessed me on the mat 108 days in the Ultimate yogi challenge.
The other night he says: Hey mom, how do you work this DVD thing so I can do some yoga?
Blew my mind. He chose the Yin yoga, and my husband and I laughed so hard at his reaction the first time you said: we’re gonna hold this pose for 3 minutes.
He made it through the entire DVD and then the Hardcore.
Thank you, thank you, thank you

  • Thank you for this video, it was amazing and I felt really relaxed and stress free when I finished and 4 inches taller the blocks helped a lot. The child pose was awesome

  • Ever since I did one of your full chakra yin practices, I now always feel the OM chant at the end starting in the root chakra and travelling all the way up to the crown chakra and it is quite wonderful!

  • Best practice before bed!!! I really like your relaxing voice and I sleep wonderful after the practice:) Thank you so much for that!

  • Travis thank you so much for sharing this extraordinary topic, I would like to become a Yoga Instructor, but for some reason Yin Yoga would be the type of Yoga I would love to teach because since I found your classes in You Tube I have been doing Yoga for almost 9 years, You have inspired me!!! I have been waiting for you to teach a Yoga Teaching Retreat local in California so I can go and certify as a Yoga instructor. I just took your 7 days Yin Yoga training and I loved it!!! Thank you so much Travis you are so kind. I love the topics you bring every week to us. God bless you!!! NAMASTE!

  • This is a great restorative yoga session! I actually felt the relaxation and lightness I feel after going to a studio. Great practice! Thank you!

  • Thank you for your wonderful practice. Came across this a few days ago and finally got onto the yoga mat to use your routine. All I can say is Bless you, bless you. Even after a few sessions I have felt so much calmer, nourished within myself, a feeling I have been missing for a very long time. I just felt the long held stress melting away, and I was able to carry that feeling with me throughout the entire day. My hormones are all over the place and this was just what I needed. Thank you, I will be doing this daily, even as a nice evening routine to ease into my sleep. Namaste.

  • I have done this video before and it is just wonderful! Kassandra, your videos have helped grow my passion for Yin, it is such a wonderful addition to my practice. I do Yin almost ever night, My favourites are your meridian practices, your positive affirmations and your chakras. I pay for a yoga subscription through Gaia as all the Yoga studios are still closed, however, I still come back to your videos time and time again because they are amazing! Thank you for your generosity.

  • Yoga can definitely cure all illnesses. That’s why therapeutic yoga is on high demand. I think you should go through the millions of evidence based articles and research papers which proves the healing power of Yoga.

  • I think that I may get convinced to yin yoga. I come from a high intensity, ashtanha style, but I think that such slower practice can be really benefital. It felt really good. That you so much! <3

  • Loved it.. I do it when I am sore and the days i wont do yoga cz i want to relax and muscles are sore. Thank u for this boho beautiful.

  • I have to admit that I enjoy more Strala, but I took on your 30 Day challenge and it seems pretty insightful. Yoga can make me sleepy when I’m too tired, but I’ve just done your video coming from my night shift and I feel rejuvenated. Thank you!

  • Finding your edge requires you to be honest with yourself however certain people want to not be honest with themselves and they end up pushing themselves too hard.

  • I’ve had a twitching eye for some days now and while doing the forward fold I suddenly started crying and the twitching went away for the rest of the practise. Crying felt good and I feel more at ease now. I’m so happy that I found your channel!

  • Hi Kassandra,
    Thanks for explaining:-)
found your channel last month and have been doing a class every morning! I will look at Yin again
I’m loving all your help and instructions.

  • This is truly helping me! I’ve done it almost every morning for 2 weeks in between doctor appointments. Also pushing water & eating lots of fruits & veggies. Waiting for bloodwork results to find out if having thyroid &/or peri-menopause. Thanks for posting these great poses!

  • First time doing this session. I have an under active thryoid. I feel nicely chilled. Positions 2 and 3 I couldn’t do (yet). Love you videos, thank you so much for sharing

  • That was a great episode. I learn a lot from your podcast every week. Thank you so much!
Except for the poses on the yin class in the Ultimate Yogi and the poses on the YouTube yin class from Inner Dimention, would you please recommend some poses addressing Plantar Fasciitis?
    Thank you so much!

  • Thanks for the Video! Sorry for chiming in, I would love your thoughts. Have you tried Chireetler Stubborn Fat Rule (do a google search)? It is a great one of a kind product for discovering what to eat to balance hormones and eliminating trouble fat spots minus the headache. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my work buddy at last got astronomical results with it.

  • This is perfect as a quick warm down after a long run. As it’s only 5 mins, I have no excuse not to do a proper warm down after an exhausting run, thank you

  • Does it really help in balancing harmones in females? When i should do this? Morning or evening? Should i do without eating or can eat before exercise? Please help.

  • Love that this video is so different from others. Starting with a massage is wonderful! Adding arm stretches really makes the poses full body. I feel differently, having done this only once. Thanks!

  • this is just amazing and has inspired me to get into yin yoga. i struggle with flexibility and also with patience. having something like yin yoga motivates me to want to find poses to just stay in for long periods of time, and this is so reassuring too to know that its focused on joints etc for flexibility. <3

  • Loved this practice. I usually gravitate towards ashtanga style yoga, but my body is asking for yin yoga while I’m stuck in lockdown. I’m so grateful I found you!!

  • Hi Kassandra, thank you much for this video!!!!! I’d love to hear some more about Yin Yoga, and the other styles as well!!!!!! Hugzzzzzzz Ollie

  • This class was perfect for all those tight little places in the feet and torso. I added it to my Yoga Favorites. Thank you. Namaste

  • Just tuned into your channel! Really like your videos and your energy. Immediately bought your book on amazon. As a hatha yoga practicionar with dance background as well I can relate very much to what you are saying in this video about always wanting to push it to far. Yesterday I did my first yin yoga class here on this channel and I must honestly say I felt a big relief. So thank you Kassandra. Keep up to good and inspirational work you are doing and sharing! Very curious about the book! <3

  • Just like to say thank you for this video and the 30 days introduction. I agree previously when doing other forms of yoga it was very focused on performance. I found your yin yoga lessons very mindful and more balanced and it makes even more sense after watching this video as to why I found that.

  • How am I just now finding this channel!? Just finished 30 days of yoga with Adriene and have done almost every Boho beautiful workout. So excited to add you in to my go to yoga girls

  • pls; this is not Yoga; if done properly Yoga can heal your organs, your hormone systems and rejuvenate your mind. Practice with regular fasting & you will be healed off most diseases and like the age old yogis. None of the poses (either the Asanas or mudras) depicted here are of proper form and provides no benefit from practising real yoga. Sorry..

  • Sorry but what ever you are describing it applies to all style of yoga.
I have been practicing and teaching yoga for over 30 years. This is money making scam.

  • I love yin yoga! It’s my favourite type of yoga, since the first time I practiced it, I felt so good, relaxed and calm.
My body is changing with it. I’m more flexible now and I know I owe it to yin, I feel different in my mind, too.
Yin is a special type of yoga, it’s my personal retreat and I’m grateful for the moment I found it.
I’m sure you understand all of this and much more. Thank you, Kassandra for your vídeos. I follow your channel a lot and feel a special conection with it because, like me, you practice a lot of yin and that’s just perfect!: )
Keep it up and thank you for all the goodness I feel when I practice you classes.

  • Thank you so much for explaining the principles of yin yoga. I’ve been doing yoga for 5 years now and I discovered yin yoga 3 years ago. I still do it every day and it’s definitely my favorite type of yoga. I love doing your sequences. ps. Do you have any recommendations of Yin Yoga teacher training in Asia?

  • Thank you for explaining the type of yoga to expect from this type of yoga it certainly helps find out if it’s fir one without having to do a session first. Am new to yoga and your channel, i did 2 if your other videos since about 1 1/2 ago or so. I have a bad back and neck thanks to a work abd a car related incidents so I can’t do some poses (such as seating in lotus or even with straight legs it really hurts my back same goes for the child’s pose, folding forward and let the tirso hanging which are all used a lot) with those limitations would you encourage to continue practicing, and I love it (practicing yoga) I think it’s helping me connect with myself and relax. Thanks again

  • Hi Kassandra
I love you yin yoga classes
As you mentioned about Iceland retreat
That was 3 yrs ago but please let me know if any forthcoming retreats and workshops or yin TTC which I can attend

  • I Found your description of the Yin Yoga principles really helpful to extend my understanding and to add to my Yoga practice. many thanks

  • I love your explanation and introduction on Yin! I have a dance background as well and can relate to trying to push further, but my yoga practice has totally helped me respect my body! Love the number scale! Thank you beautiful!

  • I needed my favorite yin for hormonal balance and adrenal fatigue after a grueling day of emptying students’ lockers into bags to arrange in order for pick up and pushing textbooks around all day as we close the school down. Always eases my endo-system.

  • An oldie but a goodie! Love this when I need to stretch after a workout but am tight on time. Thank you! Can’t believe this was almost 5 years ago!!

  • Thanks! I especially appreciate the advice to back out as I’m a beginner and have never been very flexible. I think yin yoga is what I need!

  • Thank you so much for this principles of yin yoga video! Understanding the basic principles and purpose enables me to perform the poses in a more effective & meaningful way, and one which is more “correct” for me and my body.

  • Thank you Kassandra! I love all of your classes! Sometimes the 60 minute ones are too long for me, I prefer the 20-40. You are a great instructor!

  • Paul Grilley”s DVD “yinyoga” took me out of job related lower back pain in one session that many months of physiotherapy, massage and a few sessions of chiropractics (a modality that does not make sense to me at all but tried at my physios suggestion) could not even temporarily relieve. I cried after my first tentative session with the RELIEF yin gave me. It is my go to practice now whenever I feel less energy or the body is just feeling more restricted than normal. It was an absolute blessing to find as was Sarah Powers, Bernie Clark and Biff Mithoefer.

hope Yin doesn’t become bastardized, as so many other forms of Yoga have, now that it is becoming more main stream. Just because one does doesn’t mean they should teach.

Thank you for this offering. It’s so rare and so extremely refreshing to find practitioners that practice what they preach. When a persons heart is truly into what they do they create avenues and allowances for those that don’t have money to burnout but have a need to experience.

  • Wow! I loved every pose. And especially the oil massage + socks in the beginning. Your personality is so calming <3 I will rest very well, for sure!

  • This originally Patanjali Yoga. Please read it second chapter of Yogasutra. Shtiram sukham Asanam and Prayatna saithily Anantasamapati.

  • Thank you for sharing this class with us; I loved this and definitely will do the exercise again! The pace and tune of your voice was perfect just before bed time

  • I had a hip replacement a year ago, my sister who teaches Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pilates etc in Australia she suggested that I do Yin Yoga. so I have been practising slowly and I know where I can take my hip to its edge! which is a relief and I love the length of the poses. I’ve done it about 5times now… I’ve noticed slight difference and some poses I can’t hold for long and others I can. I have also cried twice now. Thanks for clearing this up for me makes me now want to do more… Ka Pai e hoa!

  • Thank you Kassandra for the explanation and tips, I’ve been practicing Yin for few years without knowing these principles. Now, I’ll enjoy it more!

  • Hi Kassandra! I discovered your channel very recently because I was looking for Yin videos, and I really enjoyed this one, very clear and helpful to introduce someone to Yin.
I fell in love with Yin Yoga about 3 years ago but it’s only recently that I decided to incorporate at least 1 Yin sequence per week in my routine. I always was the kind of person who do super hardcore cardio classes or intense Vinyasa, or nothing!! Because I did not respect my body enough to give him the love and respect he deserved. But Vinyasa taught me to reconnect with my body, now I’m doing a Vinyasa YTT here in Paris but I really want to do a Yin YTT in the future, because it’s the most nurturing practice I know. I always feel like Yin is pure and unconditional love to my body, and my mind of course!
Anyway, I’m looking forward to do Yin with your videos:) Thank you for this beautiful channel!

  • Thank you, this was great and explained very well.I have been doing the one video you put out for Yoga for Cyclist, and have been enjoying it very much. as a competitive cyclist I find it very helpful for riding and racing because I get a very good stretch before riding. If you have any other for cycling please post more have been forwarding to other cycling friends, again thank you for all your helpful videos!

  • Hi Kassandra nice presentation. I would just like to say that although Sarah Powers is one of the leading figures in Yin Yoga, it was really Paulie Zink who founded it. His teacher was Cho Chat Ling. Namaste.

  • Laura, I really enjoyed your class. Thanks for sharing your beautiful gifts for teaching. Loved the foot massage, and your soft vibe and voice. I would love to do more classes with you. Do you teach or share in other youtube channels, IG or Fb? Thanks a lot ‍♀️

  • Hello! I was really eager to receive a yoga video from Rituals. I appreciated the Ayurvedic way to begin the practice. So, a big thank you and I hope to see you soon!!

  • Fabulous! Definitely felt detoxified both physically and emotionally. Great poses and the holding length perfect. Thank-you for the added benefit of the foot massage.

  • An excellent explanation. Just found your channel and practiced with your grounding (root chakra) video which was fantastic. Very happy to have found you. Cheers

  • I just came across your videos this morning, and I wish I would’ve found them a lot sooner. I’ve been doing yoga for a while now. Some of the other videos I’ve been following are good, but I just didn’t connect with them. I found one of your morning workouts and absolutely loved it. Yin Yoga is definitely the perfect fit for me. I’ll be following your videos from here on out.

  • Finished reading your book today, been doing your yin videos for a while. The book provides a good compliment to your videos with modifiers and purpose of poses. It also provides some sort of certainty in Yoga that has drawn me to Ashtanga and Bikram in the past. When I see your video titles now I can have an idea of what we are going to be doing.

  • OMG you are so beautiful, how could I forget? I’ve been looking for full yin classes so I looked away for half a year but you make me feel at home.

  • So i was doing the second pose without the arms because they were hurting my shoulders. I can barely lean forward without my feet tingling (cutting off blood flow) what am i doing wrong?

  • laura does my favorite night yin yoga practice. I really love that she added the pressure points/meridians and the self massage. I hope there’s more to come!

  • Ah! I love this channel the spirituality of it all helps me feel more motivated and happy to workout! Two words I never thought I’d see in the same sentence. Thank you

  • Like that practice so much. I wanted to try it so long, but I didn’t and pick more intensive. That one actually is something, Deep and emotional which made it perfect after stressful day. I’m feeling so good right now. Definitely one of the favorite from now on:) Thank you, Kassandra!

  • Doing this EVERY TIME after workout I can really see that my muscles are stretched out so much better right after I started to do this as my post-workout routine

  • I am really looking forward to the new videos that you have planned for early 2019 as well as the journey into yin yoga. I also wanted to recommend a book that I have found very helpful with natural hormonal support: Bio Young by Roxy Dillon. Can’t wait for the new content!

  • One of the things I have always appreciated about your workouts is the lack of yoga, which I personally avoid due to the connection with Hinduism. So I’m thankful you labeled this well so I know to pass on this particular one. You have been an immense help to me and I’m so grateful, thank you!

  • Excited that you’ll be adding Yin Yoga! I’ve tried it before and it’s surprisingly difficult for me. It’s definitely the stillness and focusing that makes it hard for me. But I’m thinking I need more yin than yang in my life lol
