  • I watch videos like this and get paranoid about having issues with my heart. But about 3 months ago, I quit caffeine, all energy drinks, most soda besides sprite and fanta (one or two cans a day max) and started working out/walking at least 6,000 steps a day. There are times where I cant FEEL my heart beating and I freak out only to get a reading on my phone that I have 45bpm. Highest I’ve ever seen my BP was 140/95 but that was years ago. Now I’m much more unhealthy but making strides to get better before something bad happens.

  • Hello Gentlemen thanks for the info. I have used flax seed meal and pineapple juice to get arthritis relief. Please understand, I am NOT a medical professional and am sharing from the perspective of being educational in scope and from my own experience. Everyone must see their own medical professional for correct diagnoses and follow-up medical care.

    I took daily doses of 2 Tbs. Flax seed MEAL (really important seeds don’t break down in the body grind the seeds, place in a glass jar in the refrigerator after opening) in 8 ozs. Pineapple juice. Mix well and drink. The arthritis manifested in my left hand, middle finger with pain and swelling in the knuckle closest to my palm. I was not able to fold my finger down to any degree without a significant pain attack. I did not want to take pain meds; I wanted the condition gone! I took this daily over a period of three months and have not suffered from this anymore for over 8 years. I stopped taking it when the pain and swelling stopped. Since that time I have been able to fold my fingers down at the top of my palm and every other naturally occurring functional finger positions with no discomfort at all. How does this work? Pineapple is a natural anti-inflammatory which washes out the inflamation in the knuckles and joiins while the Flax seed meal lubricates the joints with the Omega 3 oil that it contains. This is not recommended for those who are allergic to anything stated above or those who are pre-diabetics or diabetics (either 1 or 2).
