  • That is not Hijama, that is just cupping. Hijama is when you remove the cup, cut the skin few cuts where you put back the cup and suck blood out.

  • I do the air cupping at home and it brings relief to my back pain. However, I wish I could find someone in my area who did the cupping with fire because the results were far more noticeable and effective. I live in the Maryland area outside of DC, but haven’t been successful finding anyone who does the cupping with fire.   • This is the dumbest thing I have ever seen. This was a common practice in the middle ages when medicine was ultra primitive. So was drawing out blood from a sick patient. Which are both stupid. These people look like they were beaten with a rubber hose. Get a massage, go for an hour long walk, lift some weights and call it a day. But avoid all medieval medical techniques.
