  • Wait, wait, wait… so it’s up to me, as a man, to NOT make my wife emasculate me? That’s rather wacked. I would have thought my wife should be responsible for her dismissive, emasculating chimes on her own. SMH

  • Ashley! You are so loud i have head phones on it hurts my ears please be mindful when recording. I actually cant watch this with headphones it seems not being rude but pleaze keep this in mind

  • I just recently learned about the Queen’s Code. Wish I would have had this knowledge, it may have saved my dissolved relationship. But we learn from our mistakes and with her teaching tools, I hope to one day meet Mr. Right for me. Meanwhile, learning as much as I can to avoid my previous errors.

  • My ex wanted me to be perfect. He was constantly trying to change me to what he wanted me to be. He Critisized me almost our entire relationship. I wasn’t happy with myself when I was with him. I started reading your book & I realized that I was becoming someone I didn’t love because I felt I wasn’t enough for him. We decided to go our seperate ways & I’m much happier now. Thank you for being such an amazing person Marisa. You truely helped change my life for the better.

  • Thnx Marissa for another great reminder , this just brought me down to earth again. After 25 years of marriage our relationship has somehow grown “grey”… Maybe I need to rethink of how to reconnect and choose priorities in my marriage!

  • Without a doubt we have watched and read too many stories of the woman needing a man to save her. And how we have romanticized love and marriage. Marriage was made to be a business deal not someone to make you feel sure of yourself. Its sad how we all look at love and relationships. I watch men shows that talk about women and they are so sick and rude. The comment section will make you never want to talk to opposite sex again.

  • I’ve seen many times that synchronicities such as seeing 1111 everywhere etc. are huge signs that confirm us that we are on the right track. However, I have never seen such synchronicities. Does this mean something bad? Am I supposed to see them in order to be sure that things are going well?

  • Have you watched the Netflix show, “Indian Matchmaking”? I’d be interested in hearing your thoughts and analysis of the participants on it.

  • Amazing interview! Alison Armstrong’s work is groundbreaking. Love this! Thank you for the share. Isnpired me to create a video myself. Thank you:)

  • Smartness is important in marriage and in a relationship and I’m glad that cyberhackinggenius helped cloned my husband’s phone. I got access to all his dealings both on phone and social media without touching his phone. All I did was share my husband’s phone number with Cyberhackinggenius and I was able to read both his new and deleted messages from my phone without having to touch his phone. My husband was a cheating Narcissist and I’m glad to find out all his secrets and infidelity with the help of cyberhackinggenius. I’m here in UK and able to access my husband’s phone messages with a link on my phone even while he was away in Canada cheating on me. I got to discover that my husband who is legally married to me here in UK is also recently married to another woman in Canada and I’m finally going through a divorce with lots of evidence against him. I read all deleted and recent chats on his Whatsapp, Twitter,Facebook,Instagram messages and Skype. You can contact this great hacker “Gavin” via Gmail  (cyberhackinggenius) or text and speak to him directly on his phone and WhatsApp: +19256795146 and I hope you find peace with your heart after finding the truth.

  • Alison has opened my eyes to the causes of many misunderstandings between men and women. As the mother of three sons, it saddens me that our culture has denigrated men for not being women. Alison’s work and her gentle way of sharing her discoveries opens the door to greater understanding and respect between the sexes. Thank you, Alison, very much.

  • Hi Ashley I’ve been watching Jake’s videos for awhile now and just found yours…Namaste …
Question? These conversations in the car..are they by yourself?..I get hours alone driving to different job sites and would love to use this time to align my vibrations because I truly believe emotion is a great fuel for manifesting

  • Check out Harville Hendrix’s too! “getting the love you want” “keeping the love you find” and “making marriage simple”.. similar content and lots of amazing insight

  • Also, what about when you are in a relationship already and you’re in love with your significant other but you can’t seem to get on the same page with everyday living or choices in parenting, I know you guys aren’t parents yet but any advise?

  • Have you guys ever had even one moment where you struggled with each other or thought you might not make it as a couple? My husband and I hit that point last year and thankfully with patience, love and forgiveness, we’ve gotten so much better!

  • A man cannot meet all your needs. Listen ladies. You have to be confident in yourself and know who you are. Be able to take care of yourself on your own before you even consider being with a man.

  • Thanks Ashley! My silly husband makes me laugh everyday. He may not be perfect (no one is) but he is perfect for me!!! Just celebrated our 24th year together! Oh how I love him so!!!

  • Love your Teachings and it makes us understand that We are lovable And Enough as We are.thank you Marisa. Love you. Take Care and Be Safe. ‍♀️

Alguna sugerencia?
    Gracias gracias gracias bendiciones

  • I have a foreign friend who’s culture/parents spent 16-18 years shaming, guilting, gaslighling, controlling, punishing her persoanl female sexuality, over dominating her personal chastity with their “slut” paranioa justified as good parenting.
Then one special little random, culturally brainwashed programmed day… they suddenly shifted dramatically to the polar opposite end of that spectrum, when she “came of an age” that they believed she should be married and thus immediately obligated to serve her man his entitled twat, and start breeding a family and grandbabies for them. Guilt, shame, pressure, domination once again.
*sigh. They made her vagina a commodity and a war zone.

This energy is strongly within the collective consiousness of humanity. And other cultures that don’t raise their girls like this are still affected sub-consciously by this old neanderthal programming.

May we rise above this. There are better ways to BE

  • I’m bemused by this. Just recently watched a documentary that revealed neuroscienintific research that demonstrated no-one has got a purely masculine or feminine brain. Every individual has a varied combination that determines how a person thinks regarding problem solving, interpretating information and how they perceive the world, and how people feel. It has nothing to do with a person’s sexual orientation. This is solely about how the brain functions.
Years ago I had a psychological assessment to discover the “type” of brain I had. It turned out that I had what is considered a balanced brain, with more or less equal measures of male and female traits. Which in psychology is considered the ideal type of brain.
Everyone is unique, even genders can’t be put into boxes. And this is way before social conditioning and cultural pressures comes into the mix.

  • I just watched your intro on the “Shift Network”. I listened intently. My question is, Why can’t our Men listen and figure us out? I spent the first whole half of our life together (23y) wooing, loving, listening, seducing and got tired of it and he can’t to this day try to Woo,Love, and seduce me?

  • wow.. i kno this is supposed to make men and women make more sense to each other but as a guy, this actually makes women seem even more bonkers than before!

  • Hello Marisa, I don’t know how to explain this. I been following you on YouTube and on Mindvalley since around April. I keep a journey and decided to do two foundational programs. First to do the Be Extraordinary. Then your program to become a hypnotherapist. Since it been my desire back when I was a younger woman to become a therapist. You see I’m 64 but I don’t think age should stop me just because I’m 64 I still have a lot of good health and vitality. This is my challenge since I started the “Be Extraordinary” program I’m not sure what I’m feeling? I cannot identify the emotions. I know I’m challenging years of possible unresolved issues.Since I took on this program I want to stop. I want to scream, or yell but I can’t. I haven’t been able to acknowledge what it is I am feeling. The only way I can describe it my feelings is a feeling of resistance it’s very scary because I don’t want want to give up on my desire. I don’t know if it’s what it really is. Is there anything in your experience that you can possibly cover or give understanding what I may be experiencing? Thank you if you can acknowledge this post I feel like I’m on a crossroads.

  • Thank you so much Marisa for these important and useful informations Because of you
I realized and became aware of how much important it is to actually have self love and the belief that u are already enough. ❤ Iam so glad that I’ve discovered u on Youtube thanks to mindvalley

  • This was a great video subject. I couldn’t agree with you more. In fact I have been saying many of the things you have said and have said them to others for many years, and I can’t tell you how much your videos have helped me, but I really wish you would touch on the subject “How important is sex in a marriage?” I mean to us guys (ever guy I’ve ever talked to about sex) thinks sex is just as important as eating or drinking fluids. I can’t tell you what women really think about it, because I haven’t talked about this to very many women. But I have talked to elderly couples and they all tell me you need to work to have a good marriage, but I’m in my 70’s or 80’s and my wife and I have a healthy sex life. I’ve written countless times about the problem I feel I have, (Not getting sex of any kind from my wife) and watched many of your videos but the topic seems to evade you as it does my wife of 25 years. ( I must apologize if you did touch on this subject in a past video that I have not seen. You have so many videos) And yes I’ve seen your video talking about self gratification, but really how long can you go through life self gratifying yourself when you have a partner who knows how you feel and still feels there is no problem. Of course I have accepted her faults and she mine and for he most part we have been there for each other and helped each other for over 25 years but sometimes it gets so bad I feel like I have the world on my shoulders…

  • Help me Ashley my boyfriend and I broke up and we’ve been up and down the last years I always use the loa to get back together now we live in separate places and I just can’t detach from him we are still seeing each other I am still in love with him…

  • I tried so hard to be perfect for the wrong people, but you made me realized that me not being authentic and afraid of making mistakes, might have pushed them away.

  • We all get caught in the illusion that’s sold to us through media: magazines, movies, and social networks. It’s not real but get caught in the chase for feeling they that person looked in the photo which leads to disappointment. Even trying to obtain perfection with ourselves… its unrealistic and unhealthy. Be you, laugh, love, live on purpose

  • This is coming at the right time for me. I have decided that my toxic marriage needs to end soon. I’m going to work my way out now. Pray for me

  • Marisa, you’re the best! Thank you for all your meditations. They are wonderful gifts. They’ve changed my life.
I’d like to suggest another topic for guided meditation: Femininity… I think women in the Western world have a hard time connecting with it. We tend to be too yang instead yin. That can create problems in relationship too. Another topic is Sexual energy… Women are used to suppress it. Which leads to depression, overeating…

  • The ONLY unconditional Love is for between our Kids and our Pets. Love between man and woman is a CONDITIONAL love, as the wedding vows clearly demonstrate. If you don’t do this, we’re getting a divorce. The idea of this unconditional love between man and woman is an illusion. Just gain some weight or get sick or somethingmost spouses will be gone. That’s just fact.

  • I Love your videos and generally advice but I think you are wrong with age gap relationships. They do work. Huge age gaps are not reserved for celebs.

  • Please tell me about how to spend more time with our soulmate and what type of affirmations has follow to spend more time I love my husband so much and I really want to dedicate time mostly I can’t live without him please make a video about this please

  • Thank you Ashley! I’m using your oogling technique in my car at different times during the day with a special someone. I always think of you teaching me this and I just get wild with it! I’m like wow did I just say that I cant believe how much confidence I have in what I’m saying. It’s so much fun Thank you I will incorporate my gratitude time for this person now. I appreciate you sharing this with us it’s so special and valuable to care for them this way too. I wish for you and Jake to be perfectly happy perfectly healthy perfectly in love with each other forever you two are amazing and very special people!

  • I used to be a jet setter, confident, career orientated, charming and good looking till I met my narcissistic husband who was married before and ended up leaving the marriage because his ex wife apparently wasn’t a nice person. After being married for five years, I can’t eat properly due to globus sensation, have agoraphobia and severe dizziness and brain fog. I have a toddler and because of my health condition I find it hard to leave the marriage.I’ve literally lost my health, life and any joy in life. I am going to get help with someone this week and do RTT, however while I am in this marriage can I have some tips to survive in it whilst being in a toxic environmentI don’t want it to render my recovery. Thanks
