  • I just want to say I like the aesthetic of the stage set in this episode. These couches look so much more comfortable and conducive to conversation than the black chairs. Just sayin’…

  • fruit diet will cleanse out your lymphatic sysytem and UNwarp fucked up genes. fruit is Electrical and rebuilds nervous system. Proteins damage kidneys. kidneys cant filter. cant clean lymphatic system, must fix kidneys first. water fast/dry fast/fruit & berries for homo sapien human species.

  • Hi Tom. Dont cuss. Its tacky and unprofessional and ghetto ish. You’re in the presence of these incredible people that you’re interviewing and you don’t need to be cussing and nor does most of your audience want to hear the F-word I’m sure either like me. Also just a another little critique I think you talked a little too much in your interviews. You going to your story a little too much. I think you need to spend more time just listening and let them get on a roll with what they’re trying to say those are my favorite interviews for the interviewer doesn’t keep interjecting. with that being said I think you’re awesome I love your show keep up the great work!

  • Excellent Video! Forgive me for the intrusion, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you heard the talk about Dinanlinson Crazy Tactic Approach (erm, check it on google should be there)? It is a good exclusive product for discovering how to use short burst interval training to get that beach body without the hard work. Ive heard some great things about it and my m8 at very last got cool results with it.

  • Lots of Fish and shellfish concentrate mercury in their bodies, often in the form of methylmercury, a highly toxic organomercury compound. Fish products have been shown to contain varying amounts of heavy metals, particularly mercury and fat-soluble pollutants from water pollution. Go Plant base. Olive oil is highly processed.research and other data indicate that olive oil is not heart protective, Dr. Robert Vogel told Pritikin Perspective. • I was diagnosed with autoimmune disease before puberty. Decades into it, I navigate as best I can, though generally feel alone and unsupported by all our current systems (health, justice, insurance, education, food supply, etc.). I am so grateful for discussions like this.

  • Another misleading video. “Your genes and sugar are the culprits.” No, they are not. Regardless what genes we have they express themselves only in a specific environment. I never had a history of allergies or immune disorders in my family. It took me a few years living in USA and I developed autoimmune disorders while my daughter developed anxiety disorder and panic attacks. None of my relatives in Eastern Europe have anything like that. If you stop eating American food and resort only to eating water and sugar you probably will live longer… I took IGg test and found out what foods produce inflammation in my body and I excluded them, and oh miracle, all the brain fog went away (so don’t tell me about my genes o.k.?). I lost the pleasure to eat apples and oranges and 22 more foods for life just because some retarded scientist decided genetically modify them without any clue that human body will not produce enzymes to break down that foreign DNA and it will be attacked by immune system thus producing inflammation. Whoever that first scientist was I hope he will burn in hell as he destroyed health of at least two generations and we still don’t know what will happen in the future.

  • I’m giving up excuses like you mentioned, getting in my own way. I’m not going to say oops or oh well I’ll try again tomorrow. I’m in control, no excuses for myself from here on.

  • Right, great interview, but should be only the first. One interview is definitely not enough with this great doctor. Please do a part 2 and 3!!

  • It’s always the same thing with these functional medicine guys:
    Fix your gut
    Don’t eat gluten

You don’t need 50 different ppl, each claiming they have something to keep saying the same thing..

  • Speaking to my heart today Cristy! <3 I am owning my power, which can be scary, but soo worthwhile!! Thank you for this toolset, applied with the proper leverage (Determination and Holding myself Accountable) I am down 105# so far!

Thank you for the tools to help rebuild my Temple! I am sometimes guilty of telling others that you are like the Home Depot of weight loss. All the tools in one place, AND it is a DIY project no one else can undertake except themselves. <3

    Thanks again! You rock.

  • This is just superb, been searching for “what is fatty food” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about Meyaanit Fatty Escapeify (do a search on google )? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my mate got excellent success with it.

  • Do you mind telling me what it could be, when I press or rub on the underside of both upper arms and on my leg muscles it is very sore and tender. I have this regardless of whether I exercise or not.

  • >>BOOM <<
I feel like every episode of health theory has led up to this one. I love growing my knowledge as Tom and Lisa do. After watching a few episodes, i switched over to keto to help with some auto immune issues in my body. I feel great and dropped 25 lbs like it was nothing, but my gut health still needs improvement. This episode gave me so many more opportunities to dive deeper and find my path to my best health. Thank you guys!!!

  • Not the best guest. He would not answer your questions directly. You ask great questions always but this guy was evasive and just wanted to give generalities.

  • I will REALLY love that you invite someone who knows about fibromyalgia. There is a lot that we need to learn about it. I hope you see my comment. Thanks so much. You are the best.

  • Lovely Video! Excuse me for butting in, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you considered Schallingora Complete Resetting Scheme (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? It is a good one off guide for curing arthritis minus the headache. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my old buddy Taylor at very last got great results with it.

  • Awesome interview. I will definitely getting his book in the future. I wish this was even longer to let Tom ask more questions and let Dr. Will Cole elaborate more

  • One person wants a 123 list. The other person wants to give enough info to get people thinking…and to not give away all the information that’s in his book.

  • Tom big thanks to you for bringing in right people related to health, their research they are phenomenal and their point of view is really useful to understand the holistic picture

  • Life is always beautiful when you have good health. For almost a year had Hpv and I was lonely and sad luckily I was directed to a very kind and Great Dr saibu who helped me cure my Hpv and today I am free from Hpv and very healthy thank you so much Dr Saibu email: [email protected] or website:

How Joe Tippens beat terminal cancer with a $7 anti-parasite dog medicine. There are now somewhere between 30,000 and 50,000 people in China on it due to someone translating his blog into Chinese. This may be what many people have been waiting for.

Modes of operation, increasing P53 receptor activity, destroying tubules inside cancer cells, blocking cancer cells metabolization of sugar. These properties have been known for decades by the medical profession.

While Wall Street awaits the entry of over 1,813 new cancer drugs into human clinical trials representing billions of dollars of investment capital, the announcement of a bona fide cure for cancer comes from an outsider – patient Joe Tippens.

An astounding report of Mr. Tippens’ cancer cure is circulating the internet now.  First diagnosed with small cell lung cancer in 2016 and with tumors popping up on scans in virtually every organ in his body, in desperation Joe Tippens began using a dog de-worming agent at the suggestion of a veterinarian.

He was told this cancer cure “was batting 1,000 in killing different cancers.”  He heard one of the scientists involved in the research was cured. He had no time to dither.  He was weeks away from dying.

Treatment began in the third week of January 2017.  Three months later at MD Anderson Cancer Hospital in Houston, Tippens anxiously awaited the report of his oncologist who had no idea Tippens started taking the dog deworming medication.

The doctor is reported to have walked up to Mr. Tippens and said: “I am going to have to ask you to leave this hospital, because we only treat patients with cancer here at MD Anderson.”

Panacur C Canine Dewor… Buy New $19.70 (as of 04:05 EST Details)

Within just 3 months his cancer vanished.  His insurance company spent $1.2 million before Tippens switched to a $5 a week medicine that saved his life.  Daily vitamins and CBD oil were also an essential part of his curative regimen. Here’s the video report.

  • Some NOTES:
-There’s a whole field of research called “The Cytokine Model of Cognitive Function”

-Vegan Keto Diet may make most sense

-Attempted to do a complete plant based diet not only for the environment, but for the physiology of people’s (patients) bodily environment

-We all have different “genes snips”

-Dr Will Cole has adouble gene snip of the MTFR gene which is the gene that makes the enzyme that converts “folic acid” into “folate” which we need is a “methyl donor” (Basically doing a lot of cool things for our body; It’s a “carbon hydrogen” group that:
    1) Brings down inflammation
    2) It helps our hormones working well
    3) It helps our brain working well
    4) Builds proteins our bodies

*Dr Will Cole’s body does that slow, up to 70% slower and Folate & B12 in abundant amounts are not as high in B Vitamins when doing completely plant based so he brings in things like Egg Yolk & Wild Fish, etc for the “Pescetarian Section: of the diet (To Provide body with more ample bioavailable sources) of nutrients and omega fats as well as B vitamins can often have a lousy conversion (as well as Flax Seeds & Chia Seeds) to the long chain Omega People need to find out what works for their body as everybody is different (Some people do great with vegan diets, and some don’t.)

-Ultimate elimination approach takes out a lot of variables (Espeically for people with really dysfunctional guts, gastrointestinal lining, microbiome, and this inflammatory cascades going on, sometimes you need that intervention to lower inflammation for a short period of time (can be months often)

-Carnivore Diet If you do this, you’re going to make sure it’s nutrient-dense, you’re going for more of the organ meats from a nutrient density standpoint, and be fish centric as well (Just about the “Organ Meat”).

-Fish & Grass-Fed Beef has Omegas as well but it’s not sustainable long term

-Many times people rely on Dairy/Egg Whites too for Omega’s but the “Albumin” can be a problem for some people with autoimmunity. The Egg White / Dairy can cause some sensitivities as well

-Soup/Broth/Stews is often the solution, or a similart sort of a “GAPS” approach

-GAPS Gut And Physiology Syndrome (or sometimes depending on what it’s used for called “Gut And Psychology Syndrome” aka the gut brain access to the guy physiology axis; The premise is lots of bone broth soups and stews. That used with the nutrient-dense organ meats for a time is used)

-Soups/Broth/Stews are often used because of the soft meats that are easier for people to digest since a lot of people under these conditions have “Hypo Clariah” decrease “Hydrochorlic Acid” they’re not breaking down meat even. They have really messed up guts so digestion is needed to be helped at the beginning.

-Pureed Vegetables and soft cooked vegetables (Low Fodmap vegetables which are the fermentable sugars that people with these dispairities can have a problem

-There’s certain bacteria & yeast that feed on things like proteins, ketones, etc and you’ll have to bring in some Herbal, Antimicrobials to help.

-Carnivore vs Vegetables (What nutrients are to be missed if only eating Organ Meat and all that but not have vegetables). Dr Will Cole: “I think if you are eating Organ Meat and doing it well with a variety of nutrient-dense meats, I don’t think you’d be missing many nutrients other than “Fiber” (Which is a majority way we help with gut diversity)

-A robust variety of plant foods is associated with a healthier microbiome longer term and we have longer term studies with these but we don’t have longer term studies with the carnivore diet. I would assume if someone is doing it properly, they would probably at a period of time would see more GOOD than BAD because they’re removing a lot of foods and then it’s going to be a net positive for them if they’re doing a properly formed carnivore diet; Might not be a sustainable diet to them as they’d generaly want more variety”

-With longer periods of fasting you in theory are up regulating these “Autophagy Pathways” (Can’t guage Autogaphy but when we look at people’s “Biomarkers” and the things we can guage like blood sugar, insulin levels, inflammation levels, etc, you see some people can’t get into this ketosis very easily (They have to kind of get these things in check and that takes time; And then you can measure your Glucose, your Insulin, your Ketones if you want to)

-Cut sugar out or lower it (“Once heard it’s like a recreational drug”) and not use it very often and supplement that with healthy fats:
    1) Avocados
    2) Avocado Oil
    3) Olives
    4) Olive Oil
    5) Grass-Fed Beef
    6) Wild Caught Fish

“Those taking the place of sugar for one thing would change the human race in a positive way” -Dr. Will Cole.

  • Anyway, get familiar with Dr. Stephanie Seneff on Youtube, the lady from MIT who is talking up sulfate because cell permeability is going to stay botched without adequate sulfate in the diet. You can eat all the vitamins and minerals you want, but if they can’t reach the inside of the cells, then what? Sulfate is how the cell walls recuperate and become less brittle and rigid.

  • I give up! It’s way too complicated! How am I supposed to figure this out alone? Where do I find or even afford a dr like dr cole? I’m just going to be fat and miserable…

  • Its so simple! Living Foods diet! Yes that means cooked foods….Every other living thing knows it why don’t humans?…..oh….oh….oh….I know…I know….business! And that business is screaming…ok i tell eveyone the truth….eliminate any and all immune suppressors….any and all chemicals…..lift weights… a great community around you……daily infared saunas…….cold plunges once a day… a whole foods plant baced diet and here is the greatest gift any human can share with any other human…..80% of the diet should be sprouts and add legumes and sprouted seeds to the diet with wheat grass juice and sprout juice….these statements are backed 100 to 1 over all other results world wide…yes 100 to 1….study facts baced on results not some stupid study or data……It’s not the food in your life it’s the life in your food…..there is no autoimmune conditions if the body was attacking itself you would be dead…..ask any world leading authoritie on the subject….is all you have is your immune system and you… a 100% well….

  • I get crazy getting all the listings of anti inflammatory fruits, seeds, fish, Tec. They contradict each other. Bloggers arttention please. Get your acts together to avoid confusion in your followers. Which is which?

  • I like Will Cole It s pitty he can’t help Jimmy More, his host in Keto Talk podcasts ☹️ Too much Omega 6, animal fats, animal foods r inflamatory as well. Banana s way better then bacon, watermelon s much better then cheese but keton chasers dont get this. Plant based, mainly veggies fruits legumes olive oil & seafood eaters have very healthy gut microbiome and they r healthier then Ketogenic / Carnivore dieters.

  • I had to jump the vid, because the interviewer talks so much. Why invite such people and then interrupt them all the time and never let them talk/explain anything?

  • Scary that they didn’t even talk about Omega 6 as being highly inflammatory, and I don’t mean just the typical bogeymen of canola, etc. Sesame is all omega 6. Sunflower is vritually all omega 6. Chicken is super high the highest in fact. Then they never discussed down regulating inflammation with green juices, which are perhaps the most powerful way possible. They seem to know most of the things to avoid, but not what to add, which would be green juices with whole lemons ground in with them, peels and all, making it super potent vitamin C complex and full of antioxidants.

No mention of the B complexes and the way they heal the myelin sheath, which is highly inflamed in all cases of “nerves” and stress. B1 and its role there, and B1 and its role in ATP production, this is crucial to the whole concept of recovery from stress related inflammation.

And then there is the exercise part, not even mentioned, unless they mentioned it in the last five minutes which I tuned out. Look, regular cardio exercise has profound effects on stress and inflammation. Just look at how it helps with an inflamed prostate.

Why have such a long interview and spend so much of it talking about meat versus vegetables, and then miss out on the opportunity to mention all this other stuff?

Sorry if I’m grousing but I’m going to.

  • Love how the guest mentions losing the outer third of their eyebrows and IMMEDIATELY camera zooms into the guests eyebrows, then over to Tom’s full eyebrows lol

  • I take Amanda Hemp Full Spectrum 2000 CBD oils and tart cherry juice capsules every day and that combo has massively helped any of my inflammation and sore joints issues.

Of course, as you stated, diet can make a massive improvement, also. My chiropractor is a big advocate for eating healthy to eliminate inflammation issues.

    Fun Fact:
1 cup spinach + 9 egg whites = super yummy low-cal breakfast. Its even better now because didn’t know that spinach was so beneficial.

  • I was born with extreme inflammation and have suffered from severe asthma and sinusitis all my life until now i only eat salmon and cabbage may eliminate cabbage… its the carbs the was causing my asthma etc

  • Tom is hands down THE Best interviewerhonestly he can interview a chicken and extrapolate the most wisdom from them. Love the topics he chooses too, nothing is more important than our health and productivity

  • I had to give up raw leafy greens, even though they are very healthy, because I suspect they may have been causing sinus inflammation.

  • STRESS. Stress plays into bad health in a huge way. I have Hashimoto’s (an autoimmune thyroid condition). I know it was caused by STRESS and putting toxic products on my body like tanning lotion and hair products and lotions. But it was years of stress that wore down my immune system. Years of adrenaline running through my body because of anxiety and panic.  Best medicine: SELF CARE, management of anxiety and panic (get out of abusive relationships), take a food sensitivity test to find out what you are eating that your system is rejecting. FOOD is medicine (or poison). Alcohol can be toxic if you drink too much (I still drink but not as much).   I stopped gluten and dairy because my system is sensitive to it and felt like a new person.  SELF CARE is so very important.  Rest, boundaries, self worth, self love, healthy relationships, overcoming codependence. etc.

  • My excuse is always, “I’m not THAT big.” I may not be extremely overweight but I need a lifestyle change! I need to be an example for my kids ❤️

  • That fancy swearing is like an assault on my senses and you can feel the guest squirming also….you have a good show going…the swearing makes you look like a street punk in front of your guests…

  • Anxiety, histamine overload and skin issues are part of parasitic infestations amongst other causes. Find your personal root causes of your symptoms.

  • Wanted to send this video to my girls. I think you do an awesome job of interviewing. Especially jumping on some topic when it’s relevant and not just passing over it to the next question. But I can’t because of your language. You take the most beautiful act between a man and a woman and reduce it to crass language—The F word. I believe you also use the name of God in vain. Which is offensive to a lot of people. And I believe he used some other unsavory words. Would you be willing to admit those in future interviews so that I can share them?

  • Agree with everything here, but yeah struggle adhering sometimes to the good foods in favor of an easy good tasting meal. Which honestly goes back to mental health which is also mentioned. That last past of sugar being a recreational drug. So true.

  • did you see this, Tom? Since you brought up full carnivore I thought this was interesting! (Sorry about the long link, James Blunt got scurvy from a full carnivore diet… Google if you are afraid of this ridiculous link). So much love and respect, Tom. You’re give so much! Thank you.

  • So many of the new diet theories consist of engaging in activities and foods that are beyond the financial capabilities of a large percentage of the population. Then there are the diverse theories and ideologies that contradict each other…confusion reigns. I receive government commodities and use the food bank…I have to eat what I receive, regardless of what every self professed guru says. I also have to consider that alot of people in the world simply eat from the good food grown by God…untouched by men. The more men get involved, the more chaos, and cunning confusion there is. Everybody wants to sell a book.

  • i observe in the nature, most of the carnivore birds and animal grazing grass, so the nature said small amount of vege must need for fullfill fiber requirement for microbione as well regularized bowel movement and removal

  • 5:10 fucking cheap bastard won’t name the foods, he wants you to go see him to tell you what already is common knowledge today. Food is not the same what it was 50_70 years ago. It has been modified by gready rich elite people in power allow it for the money and profits and to stay in power. GMOed Wheat, Soy Apples corn, and many other foods that hold the Monopoly over the market. Don’t eat, GMOed food, preservatives and additives like coloring and other shit they put it in. but it’s hard they stick it into everything..
And at 7:15 he is talking about the eyebrows missing, madafaka, you look like you sold yours for crack with that wire jaw shiiiit

  • Tom. You tend to always steer the conversation to you and your personal history. To the point of not letting your guest speak. This interview was one of the worst with the interruptions.

  • Thank you Tom for talking about meat. I just found you after being on Dr Hyman’s channel. I am still on the beginning of finding about alternative health and this helped me to explain to my vegan mom I need meat not just want I need it.
Your channel is so important for many of us that have been searching to become better and need help.

  • i see this show is how to get yo shet toghether what about not wanting to cuz io shet got so efed up that u dont want to but ef up shet

  • Going keto has helped with ME/fibromyalgia pain and inflammation and have very low carbs, which is sugar, no added sugars and high healthy fats. So yeah, that debunks much of your theory. If you watch The Diet Doctor on YT, a cardiologist who interviews other doctors, specialists and researchers re keto and health benefits that may help.

  • Hey Tom. Apologies. This comment isn’t related to the video, but I didn’t know of another way to communicate. I just wanted to comment on something I heard you mention a while ago about having skin issues. Have you tried zinc/copper and pantethine? There’s a lot of information on how pantethine can help your skin. Also, if you’re not getting as much zinc as your unique physiology requires, that can mess up your skin. If you take zinc, be sure to also take copper or you could end up deficient in copper which isn’t so great for you.

  • Interesting. Like anyone who doesn’t blanket their theories/protocols as good for everyone (can we say Dr. Gundry). Sounds like he knows what he is talking about especially for a Chiropractor. Functional Medicine label can be achieved through several organizations that have online courses, so a many year history of actual practice is critical for a FM Dr to know what they are really talking about.

  • My protein powder (Both Chocolate and Vanilla)is sweet. It’s plant based (vegan), non GMO. Is this good??? Heard breads, crackers and pasta was not good. All inflammatory foods. Is this true? Also, white rice. What’s left to eat? I don’t eat beef or pork. Not a lot of chicken or fish. Very little turkey. Confused on what to eat
