  • Great info! Can I still do these exercises after having neck and back surgery for herniated discs and spinal stenosis? I’m also scheduled to have a second surgery on my neck because the hardware is coming loose. I’ve noticed an increase in belly fat due to menopause and I’d like to work on the weight gain. Thank you!

  • So i had total hysterectomy due my endometrial cancer so i have menopause at age 44 i tried core and ab work out and i end up having really bad lower back pain. I changed my diet etc nothing really works, will take your advice and try full strength body workout lets pray for good results as i really get annoyed with my belly fat.

  • Do those probiotics smell bad? I was looking into getting the same one from the video and I saw ppl saying they stunk like sauerkraut and dog food

  • getting into plank position

    “ok i got this”

    lady counting

    “1……………………..2…………………….3………………….”

    “hUrRy Up!!!”

  • I bloat from the minute i drink anything. I also have IBS, so adding all of this fibre and acid from the lemon water causes an eruption inside my stomach so it’s not recommended for me. Eating boiled veg is terrible for me. It’s so difficult to find a balance. People ask me what i’ve done to get such a big stomach. But nobody seems to understand. Regardless of what i’m eating i bloat substantially

  • I hate being bloated I’m slim (skinny but not like bones sticking out) The middle part of my tummy be like a ball Sticking out I hate it

  • I know this is kinda irrelevant but you save so much money by buying lemon juice instead of lemons. It saves money and it doesn’t go off. Just a tip for you all!!!

  • It’s a choice like anything, especially when it comes to attitude and priorities. As an older petite woman, it’s definitely challenging but I focus on healthy eating i.e. mostly veggies and chicken or fish, very little dairy. No flour or sugar because it made me sluggish and bloated. It’s hard but worth it when you wake up with energy. A defeatist attitude will absolutely drain you. I do weights at home daily for 20 minutes and walk after dinner which ends by 6 PM. Find what works for you but don’t give up. My dad died from dementia and heart disease and my genetics are bad but that is not a guarantee I will have the same ending if I do my best for my own health. Menopause can be a minor inconvenience if you make an effort to take care of your mind and body.

  • It actually works on me! I tried this method together with the japanese towel method, I lost 1cm on my waist and lost almost 1 kg in 4 days!

I’m doing 6 hours eating window intermitten fasting with 1100-1300 calories intake. I don’t really eat clean since I still eat fried food for lunch. But for breakfast and post-workout I do eat cleanly! Drink min. 2L of water, eat vegetables, eat fruits (like berries, avocado, citrus fruits, kiwi, apple, etc).

  • Hi,love all your exercises addicted to all,can u please add a streches exercise too that i can use after and before the one that kind of fun streches

  • Getting to the point is so refreshing!
I’m not “there” yet but give me a few years. However, I’m an apple shape so weight accumulated in my midsection. I need to get a head start before my time comes!
I love how easy and concise these instructions are as are the reasons given for this female issue!
    Definite “like”!

  • I’m doing this for 1 week so I’ll keep you guys updated
day 1: felt really sore but didn’t see any result

Day 2:not that sore but still sore saw the ab PRINT on my stomach!

  • Everybody needs to hear this.

You are perfect and so is you’re stomach. It’s so hard to hear about young girls that have so big body issues. And if a boy or someone you like says that you are ugly, fat or not enough. Then you are so much better that that person. You’re biggest criticizer is yourself. And remember you’re skin is not paper
