  • I just want to appreciate that there were no ads in between and that the class was straightforward. Feels like I’m in a good yoga studio. Thank you so much!

  • I used to be able to do these seamlessly. Now 3 years, a baby and many kilos later, I can look in amazement and a tad bit of sadness.

  • Wonderful class! That reminds me the time I was doing Yoga Classes in the Roma neighborhood in Mexico City! I didn’t know I was doing HIIT Yoga. It was lots of fun! Your video reminded me of those wonderful classes! Remembering is Living!

  • Hey, this is the first time I comment on any workout video, but I just have to tell you this is such an awesome workout for me! I was tired and stressed in the end of the day, looking forward to burn and sweat, but I also need to feel better mentally, and I don’t want too intense HIIT with jumping and burpees. This is my favorite HIIT that I have ever done and my body feels also opened and relaxed, I can feel my body better and also burn some sweat. I just love it so much so much so much. Next time when I have more time, I probably gonna repeat this 30 mins for 2 times. It’s just so great. Thank you so much for producing such amazing content!

  • Great workout! In my opinion it’s not yoga anymore as yoga intends to link body and mind in order to elevate the consciousness beyond having as a purpose the mere improvement of the physical body. That’s what’s it’s gained through static asanas, overcoming the human nature of movement. “Yoga is the cessation of the fluctuation of the mind”.

  • The only way I realize the hiit workouts work is when this routine was extremely easy for me when most of people are dying hahaha the sad part is that I never lose my belly, I’m not overweighted but my stupid belly looks te same even though I eat well and workout intense

  • So there are people in this world, that will pay money, to go sit in a stanky and sweaty room, to sit in front of someone and bend in various directions??

    Fucking idiots.

  • Women bang high status guys even if they’re creepy and regret it if they don’t get any money out of it? I don’t believe it as women as perfect moral beings

  • The level of cardio itself wasn’t really intense for me, but I did your 1 hour flow for shoulder strength yesterday and they were screaming with these moves today And i had to go through a full shoulder stand before any of my body was ready for a bit of plough pose, good god

  • Talk about wacky and blind: two gross guys criticizing another gross guy. And, they even pretend to do “yoga.” Is this the kind of language they use in these phony yoga classes?

  • Just finished this class at home. It was exactly what I was looking for (and needed:P). I’m especially grateful for a refresher on poses I hadn’t done for a long time. Thank you! Namaste!

  • I am usually really annoyed at people who mix yoga into high intensity workouts, but this trainer explains the postures really well.

  • I tried following this rn and it’s literally impossible for me. english is not my first language and I am most definately not advanced in yoga… I’ll try to watch it tomorrow prior to doing the exercise, and doing it after. I really hope I can get it:(

  • Bikram Yoga Delray Beach I’m on I am guessing day 24 of Bikram yoga everyday and so many things emotionally and physically are changing…

I shed a nice, generous, fun but emotionally stunted shallow relationship with limited capacity for future growth, I realized the lessons of that relationship….I and how those lessons connected to other outcomes that have happened this year…which now I can integrate into my behaviors and attitude let because I got to experience both side of the coin this time around….super valuable you can’t buy those sorts of lessons only the experience of life can teach you that…I also took care to resolve that relationship in a kind caring way….but I was also the trustee of my boundaries of what I will tolerate, what I like and what don’t like….I could have communicated more….but I was ready to go and I avoided an argument by being very quick and clean about it….thank you to that lovely lady for the lessons and the time we spent together.

My ankle is pretty much healed I was having issues walking long distance and now I can with out a problem, my dislocated shoulder issue has healed so much, lower back is feeling young and strong zero pain and lots of mobility….hips are really opening changing the way I move in the world, the gating of my stride is much more open….I’m much more content and grateful…. inspired and eager to work on projects…my weight is great and my attitude now has additional bandwidth and space to process insecurities and upsets faster and in greater capacity now… emotional resilience I guess you could characterize it as…

This yoga sequence has also inspired me to really clean up my body and mind I’ve taken up a fasting schedule and that is making a big difference as well…every Monday no food and only water for a 24 hour fast….and each 3rd Monday of the month I fast for 3 days also no food and only water…which results in 88 days and nights per year of no eating….when looking at the research of this practice the benefits are tremendous, long lasting and far reaching….it does take some getting used too but once you’ve committed and are in the groove it really improves your life.

Also little but meaningful resources and not so little resources showed up in perfect timing….I didn’t hope and wish and beg…there was a need and I was working on figuring it out and they just showed up…Yoga aligns you on so many fronts…

Other situations are working them selves out for the highest good of all in beneficial ways as well…the positive momentum is tremendous.

I’m feeling mature, reasonable, light hearted, easy going, flexible mentally physically emotionally and quite pleased with my current life circumstances…I’m more in the now present moment. I just feel so much more “right” about my life. It’s so much easier to approve and accept my self now and that’s everything…that’s gold….the lightening and joy in a bottle together… I am a moment maker now….not a disgruntled pedestrian spectator…I’m in the drivers seat and know where I am going…. to an even greater connection to happiness and more prosperity of emotions, wealth and physical health…

So THANK YOU Bikram Yoga Delray Beach! I enjoy the momentum I’ve built with your assistance and I will keep going!!! This is gods work you are doing….divine medicine that heals all aspects of the life we live….thank you deeply…

  • WOW!! What a great HIIIT sessions, having doing hit for few years. This really work for my body and some sweat were I can still manage with my ages! Thank you. Namaste‍♀️‍♀️

  • A lot of the girls wanted the bikram cock and wanted to be a teacher around the world. They fucking knew what they were getting themselves into

I took this class again this morning. You know it’s a good teacher when every time you take the class you hear new things and go deeper into it. Have you taken her class? Please do!

  • This is one of my favorite yoga flows on YouTube. It’s too bad that I can only see 2 videos with Alba, I think that she is absolutely great, I wish that I could find more videos guided by her

  • First time trying yoga, and I (stupidly) thought “This would be perfect for a recovery day”. Alas, this kicked my trash and cleansed my soul.

  • Love this! Wish I could do this workout at the beach like ya’ll, but sadly, red tide is all over the beautiful beaches in Florida. Honestly though, I LOVE how I can do these workouts anywhere, even from the comfort of my own living room. Instead of having to get myself to the gym, I can just do it right in my home and that helps me actually get it done! Thanks LoveSweatFitness!!!! <3

  • This is the reason why I refused to join any yoga retreats.
They’re not only weird, creepy and judgemental if you’re a vegan/vegetarian, but they also will force you to believe their Hinduism and hate you because you’re a non-Hindu.
It happened to me when I was traveling in India.
An Indian boy and European yogi girls I traveled with insulted me because I defended my faith.
In Bali too. Especially Canggu & Ubud area.
I never met a normal yogi so far.

They think the nature and universe is belong to them. But to me they’re more like sex cult’s members in the name of ‘LOVE’.

  • Pretty yoga clothes! So many good comments here. I was just browsing but I’m going to do this tomorrow. I like so many people saying it is easy to follow and to not have to look at the screen so much. I don’t mind it being short either as I have a short attention span!

  • Perfect class with perfect instructions!!! Thank you for making this video. I won’t be able to to what Rachel is doing in s million years

  • Technically my favorite place to work out right now is my den. I’ve got my music, all my equipment, plenty of space and my doggo to keep me smiling in between sets Buuuuuut… I’m moving early next year, so that favorite place will most likely change!

  • this is my absolute favourite yoga class on youtube. i have done it about 15 times and i never get bored and it gets me so fired up! i love the pace and the no nonsense approach. i want more vids like this please!!!

  • Humans don’t sweat out toxins. This is a myth. Please go educate yourself. https://uamshealth.com/healthlibrary2/medicalmyths/canyousweattoxinsoutofyourbody/

  • It’s really stupid that everyone would only listen to one side of the story, just because she’s a woman doesn’t mean she’s always right, they didn’t even show proof of what he did, they basically said “he raped me” and everyone is like, oh okay she’s a women that must be true, this is just like the Vic Mignogna incident, the women’s only objective is to ruin the guys career.

  • Thanks for the recording. I am lucky enough to have a heated yoga room at home. What I needed is a change of teacher. (No offence to Bikram) Thanks for doing this. I’ll let you know what I think in a couple of hours, after I kill myself for next 90 minutes 😉

  • Love this workout! The pace was great, definitely had to pause a little longer between rounds but I loved the intensity of the faster pace. This is definitely a workout I’ll be saving to do later.

While I wish I could be a beach workout-er, my favorite place is my own home for videos like this, or a group class at a fitness center.

  • Thank you for recording and sharing it. After several years of not practicing I’m back and enjoying it for the second week in a row. I appreciate you!

  • Thank you, awesome session! Please please will you do an advanced poses class?!
I really appreciated your verbage being so on point with the standard dialog and not new agey or saying lots of extra things.

Even though I know the routine well, It’s just hard to lead oneself so I’ve lost my practice since moving to a small country town in Ecuador. Super excited to get back to it. Really thankful for this video.
My room heats up to 100 by mid afternoon so I’ve got heat 😉

  • I am a Bikram teacher. Bikram insults and crazy bantering is just who he is and if anyone takes him too serious then THEY have the issue. That Netflix Doc is a joke. They did poor information gathering.Bikram always said,,” don’t let anyone take your peace”,..He messes with people. He made me physically and mentally stronger. His yoga WORKS?! Plain and simple and he should always get credit for putting together a method and dialogue that allows everyday people to understand and practice yoga no matter how old or broken you are. Keep practicing Joe♥️

  • It’s ironic that the original Yogis in The Vedic times developed Yoga as meditation techniques to help control impulsive urges and emotions, including the sexual ones. Many modern charlatans like this Bikram guy package and sell their variations that have the opposite affect.

  • WOW after seve weeks can´t beleive that i was able to do most of the exercises that at the beggining of this challenge wore impossible to me, now i know EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE if you put your heart an soul on it LOVE SWEAT FITNESS FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU KATIE, ALI AND NATALIE

  • Just looking at him, his creepy hair do we can say he is a CHEAT, and FRAUD. Yet ppl always like to worsh8p some one and be a SHEEP. thus making this creep FAMOUS.

  • Katie, I loved doing a full length workout with you and the girls! Can we do this again? More full length workouts, please!!!:):)

after listening to several “what to wear / bring to yoga class” all tangents. just b/4 i gave up i ran into this vid. thanks for actually addressing the issues. classy.

  • YD, I’m new to your channel. I’ve been practicing yoga for about 19 months now and my hips and hamstrings are still tight. Do you have any recommendations. Thanks bro!

  • So when an adult student decides to mount an instructor, the adult student needs to take responsibility, and not get butthurt, when they are no longer desired

  • Hes a G, i use the whole Yoga thing all the time when i date chics, they love a braan bastard thats into that spiritual shit. Bikram fucked up cause hes 60 and ugly thats all.

  • I haven’t practiced for about 10 years and decided to go back during the lockdown. I first used the original recording by Bikram then I found this. I’ve been using this for the past 2 days. 4 days straight now and planning to do a 30-day challenge. Thank you for doing this! ❤️ all they way from the Philippines!

  • ashton you are amazing. thank you for helping me fight anxiety and find my happiness from across the world. i love this flow and I thank you for your energies<3

  • Katie we love you! Never stop what you are doing! it has motivated me so much. I have used your workouts on and off for years now and i always come back to YOUR videos. And that’s because you are such a lovely happy bubbly sunshiny spirited person that it can take you through ANY workout with a big smile. So thank you very much from the bottom of my heart and all my other muscles!

  • This is a great find. Do you have a 60 minute version of this? I practice 60 minutes on weekdays and 90 on weekends, would be great if you can add one.

  • Hot Yoga Classes
-Most have carpet which makes every class smell like the last class’ feet and ass
-some don’t even have a FUCKIN SHOWER!
-every class I was at didn’t even have towel service

So, bring all the materials and pay up to $100 a class
(average 40$) to listen to a hack in a franchise you can SMELL, get back in your car and go home and shower.

  • Wish I could like it 10 times every time I practice!! Your instructions and timing is just perfect. And Rachel is amazing!!
Thank you for making this video

  • Joe’s been given a bad account. Bikram is definitely a predator beyond his influence. As well as a fraud. He’s not banned from America he’s not coming back because he’d be thrown in jail. Which is where his wife who’s laundering money to him should go

  • It has taken me months to finally motivate myself to do this in my apartment in NY. This is a good one to follow. Thank you! Namaste

  • I have been doing basic yoga flows for a year and a half now both at home and at gyms but your flow, I was able to follow very easy. i struggled with most of those poses. But with you teacher Alba, I was able to follow nicely. You are great! I love your vibes. Thank You.

  • Who ever are watching this.. first issue is not yoga or yoga guru.. so please stop tagging yoga or spirituality to it. I never heard his name or he is famous in India. He was not teaching yoga he was building his business using word Yoga. Going forward please refer him as Bikram or Choudhary.. what so ever but do not add at tag yoga with him.

  • Yes, there are women and girls attracted to the guru but they have the power of choice. The thing is for a sexual predator I repeat predator and narcissist is about control and win over their prey that is what turns them on. The rape the violation the fact you say no and are submissive that is what makes these losers On. So the women that wants and mskes a choice to have sex with him is not the same high. Just saying, and you are right you are not a women but it happens to boys as well.

  • Thank you for the video. All I’ve found on the internet is women complaining about men doing yoga. This was very positive, thank you!

  • I do the HBSG every day, but it was so much fun to do it along with Katie and the squad! My fave place to work out is at home, but I also love swimming at the beach.

  • I like Joe Rogan’s show…but this interview I’m not sure If I agree with Joe. Bikram was being funny/sarcastic. I think until we prove his guilt. He has the right to have a fuck you attitude towards everyone. Women are known or this.

  • Oh my gosh! I love this format! I have the HBSG and bundle but honesty this video is so much better for me than referencing the pdf. Plus you girls are so inspiring to do it with!! Yay! @jen_loves2sweat

  • I have watched your videos hoping I can learn from you but I always feel like you are in such a rush making it impossible to follow you, you should slow down your speaking voice, and make it more inviting. Good luck with your videos though.

  • Baggy shirts and loose cotton trousers are ideal for men and women. listening to this
post though sounds like preparation for hot yoga.

  • Thank you for posting, this time at home has allowed me to get back into my practice after 6 years off. My deck in Miami with my yoga mat is heating up every week!

  • It’s nice to laugh during bikram… it helps me mentally to laugh and hear insightful information… ty for making this accessible during these hard times

  • I can’t believe these Man Gina’s are throwing Vikram under the bus!!! Joe is always throwing men under the bus and standing up for these lying hoz… just like Cosby!

  • Fantastic workout! It’s Spring here in New Zealand so it’s great to have the easy version then advance the higher impact when I get fitter! Thank you. I LOVE your workouts!

  • Ask any Indian yoga guru, this class is too fast and unprofessional. Yoga is where one holds the asanas. Yoga is NEVER rushed. Its almost sacred. This is making mockery of our ancient practice and art. Americans know how to ruin everything cultural from cuisine to yoga. Sorry for the harshness but this is not yoga

  • thanks sooooo much for Jill’s excellent instructions, and I totally agree this is the best you tube for Bikram I have. And thanks to Rachel’s beautiful demonstraction! Really appreciated to all of your efforts.

  • my FAVORITE place to workout would be the beach like you if I had the perfect weather and beach, but in reality the perfect place is at the gym. But with these LSF workouts I have been loving workout anywhere (home, office, travel)!

  • That Bikram guy is a greedy gimmik. Believe me I am an Indian, Follow Ramdev baba (A billionare who teaches yoga for free) instead

  • SOME women being willing does not mean that ALL women were willing. How about considering each individual woman that was actually involved rather than listening to the words of a party never involved.

  • Hey Katie you’re amazing thank you for all you hard work you put in to make us women more confident. Question Why is it that you do you round one twice and then round two twice but in the hot body sweat guide you tell us to do around one then two then round one and round two???? Just curious???? Thank you ☺️

  • Good video to show what I’m getting into when I go to the studio for the first time. Some positions I’ll be able to do easily others I can do but can’t guarantee that I’m not gonna fall on face

  • Ah you know I love the HBSG! Just stopping in to say hello ladies! gunna go get my workout on in my house! @joaneelife

  • Thank you for this great practice, Christian! That was my first for coming all the way round my head with my heels:D
A bottle of water nearby is recommended.

  • I LOVE this yoga! I have always found yoga a little boring, but this has real FLOW! I’m a runner and I also kickbox and wanted to try yoga again and I am so glad I found this one! I have been doing it for about 3 weeks now. It is really challenging and keeps your heart rate up! And no ads! I think I was doing the wrong type of yoga. Thank you, I love this!

  • Loved this so much! It’s almost like doing a live workout with Katie and friends! So fun and kept me going the whole way! I worked out at home, but my favorite place to workout is a park I love being outside! Thanks ladies.

  • This is a bitter fact women are vulnerable to sexual abuse and harassment in any society or country. Women who seem rich and famous, physically strong and modern still are preyed upon just for context Weinstein case there are some top actresses.
I am not preaching but that is why Islam frowns upon a man and a woman being alone just think about it.
Even non Muslim women should avoid meeting strange men privately because it is very hard to prove abuse and assault when there are no witnesses.

  • Hello dear beautiful girls and women..❤…If you want to lose Weight naturally…..Then Watch my videos by clicking on my profile..☺..Have a great day…❤

  • The second prize sounds more amazing than the grand prize. A year supply of vital proteins would be mindblowing! I LOVE vital proteins!

  • #LSFSummerShapeUp Week 8! I wish the whole HBSG was like this. My favorite place to workout is at home or anywhere with a workout friend!!!

  • The Bikram yoga studio that I go to is closed together with all the gyms and yoga studios because of Covid. This video is a good guide and companion to let me continue with my practice until the shutdown is lifted. Thanks so much for this!! Can Jill and Rachel record another video???!

  • This didn’t feel like yoga at all. The movement at 11 minutes didn’t feel like it effectively worked any of my muscle groups. It was just a frustrating and nebulous challenge to my balance. Even looking at the instructor he kept losing his balance. There is nothing about that movement that felt like yoga. Not a fan of this one

  • Awesome class. I have a space heater and run the hot water in the bathroom, I am getting air temp in the 90s, humidity in 70s. YAY, combined with videos like this I am quickly getting to a new normal in my practice. Using videos form various studios I am hearing new corrections. “”glue your bottom ribs to the floor”; “dive for your toes”. Grateful! Thank you.

  • Yeah keep killing!
This routine kills arthritis, lameness of personality, fear, anger, resentment, guilt, inflexibility, pride, hubris, back pain, and any other thing that needs to be “killed”…

So yeah teach I’ll do as you say and keep killing….

  • There are a few women who lie, but I KNOW as a woman (OR MAN) the difference between RAPE and a LIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I KNOW! Mr. JOE ROGAN!!!!!!!

  • Thank you Jill, you are very loving.
You’re count and pacing is great. You transmit both strength and flexibility in a loving and empowering way.

  • I’ve taken Bikram classes for years, and it’s awesome when I discover something new about my practice. Your suggestion in Eagle pose to point toes towards the ground and press into the calf is something I’ve never heard before. It took my pose to another level! Thank you!!

  • Yes, this is the best one. The instruction is very clear, sound and picture is great and the duration… real 90 minutes. I miss the real class, i miss the sweat.. I miss 30 days challenge..
thank you for the good video…

  • Thank you for posting this. Your style of teaching brings back a lot of memories of my teachers from the past. Your voice is firm and fully engaged in each and every posture. Rachel is so flexible and a motivation for my young daughters to get into Yoga. Thank you so much.

  • A really good, efficient session. Some day I may be able to “float” to the top of the mat. Instructions flow clearly. I may very well try another of Alba’s yoga sessions.

  • I absolutely love this flow.
I do it every day and actually I do it twice so I make it a 40 min sweaty as heck practice!!
Thank you so much for the inspiration!!! ❤️

  • I thought you were great and this was a good rouiteen your a good teacher. I was surprised I did sweat doing this rouiteen. Laura in uk

  • LOVE from Nashville!! My fav place to workout is my living room (natural light, large screen tv for videos and room to move around) (: (:

  • This was amazing!!! I did this outside in the Florida heat I love that your voice is calm and you give us time in each pose. Some instructors act like it’s a race and are getting you out of the pose as you just get in it. Thank you!

  • How about not leering at all the beautiful women? Posing in the middle at the back provides the most profitable scenery for a man. All the beautiful women dogging it downward is quite distracting and could make you a spectacle with the obvious gawking. Personally, this would be the greatest deterrent, as I would have no problem with poses and the heat.

  • Thank you both so much. That is an awesome class! I got so motivated and I almost felt like I’m in the studio with you guys. I absolutely love your teaching style, Jill. And Rachel has such a beautiful class.
I really appreciate the genorous upload on Youtube.

    Wish you all the best.
    Greetings from Germany,

  • Thank you for sharing your 90 minute dialogue on youtube. The studio where I practice is not offering 90 min online during COVID19. I really appreciate your clean, concise dialogue and directions. I am old (71), have practiced 15 years, and it is painful in a non-heated room. I appreciate your careful dialogue and timing.

  • Thanks so much for posting the lesson! I live in the south eastern part of WA state and the closest studio is an hour each way. Oh and not open at the moment. Just made a donation on the go fund me site:)

Just FYI, I picked the smallest room in the house, one of the bathrooms, and set up a little heater. It works great and easy to regulate

    Namaste Jill

  • shoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooosh

  • Pretty disappointing what Joe says. Bikram was a huge piece of shit and essentially got away with it felt like Joe gave him a pass here

  • Thank you for this wonderful class. The instructions are crystal clear (Jill, you are in my head!) and the postures and execution by Rachel are excellent! Certainly my best Bikram video 90min instruction. My only comment is perhaps the lying down postures should have Rachel with the mat sideways for a clearer view. Thanks again from Malaysia!

  • I LOVE that you had the girl in the pink leggings show us and easier way to do it, because not everyone can jump right into the other exercises, because they have so much to lose. It’s really inclusive!! I feel like most work out videos just expect you to be able to do push ups and stuff already, they’re for getting fit not losing weight lol. I really love your videossubscribed!

  • Thank you so much for this. It’s been over a month since I did bikram and I never thought I’d make it through a 90 minute class at home. Excellent session. I wore long Johns and a sweat suit and sat in front of a space heater. It was close

  • “I can not say anything about this, cus I was not there, and I am not a woman” hahah so sweet. And you for sure are right about that mr. Rogan ^^

  • Hey my lovely Yogi’s, I would advise you to monetize this video. It’s a small price to pay for us to have to watch a commercial before the workout begins and it will help you guys financially. Probably not a lot, but I know no one becomes a yoga teacher to get rich. God bless you guys!

  • Would it be acceptable for a man to go commando to yoga class? Sorry kind of a weird question but I will be attending a class soon and I don’t own any undies.

  • What happens if someone farts? It happened in my class and it sent me into a spasm as I rolled about on the mat trying not to laugh

  • I think this is a great workout. Original and tough. I will find this challenging for a while, I am sure. For those complaining about the fast pace…try another style of yoga. This is supposed to fast paced and challenging. Everyone has their style they prefer. Don’t judge, just try something else. Namaste.

  • I’m so glad my friend sent me this link. I’ve been trying to do the sequences myself with a timer but was really missing the dialogue. Beautiful guidance and demonstration. Thank you. Namaste.

  • I agree this is one of the best classes I have ever taken. The dialogue is so crisp and understandable. The other things I love are that you are constantly reminded to use your non-dominant hand in your grip and how to breathe. I have never had an adequate explanation of how to breathe in certain poses and it is incredibly helpful. I live on the East Coast so coming to your studio in person is not possible. I will check if you have live-streamed classes as I would like to support the work you are doing. Thank you!

  • The Universe gave me this video! Published on my birthday and I used to live in DelRay Beach…long ago! Happy Today, Happy Everyday ladies!!! THANK YOU http://www.thehappyeveryday.org

  • Thank you for this!!!!!!!!!! Wow this is one of the best Recordings I have found. Please upload more and keep these on. I have been home practicer for years since I have a crazy schedule. I practice in my bathroom with two space heaters and the shower. Wonderful class thank you
