  • If you’ve ever worked a real job you’d know spring water bottled in glass is the sweetest substance in the world. It’s sweet because your body craves it. Of course if you don’t work a real job and you’re not sweating your balls off water can be off putting even if it’s clean natural water. Water is incredibly refreshing. Aajonus was right about many things but his view water is a solvent therefore it can’t hydrate is sheer nonsense. Juice and milk don’t have water is a different form. It’s still h2o. The only difference is they might have electrolytes. You can get electrolytes from food.

  • Can I just ask you, if you drink coconut water instead of snake juice diet, would you still achieve ketosis??? and if you do drink coconut water instead of snake juice, would you drink it throughout the day, or drink the whole bottle within 1-2h???

  • Coconut water has the perfect electrolytes balance and Fat. See water is the same electrolytes balance as blood! Yes. And I drink it (not too much, a little bit per day). Nobody knows about the French doctor Rene Quinton studies?

  • I suffered low platelets sometimes 63 sometimes higher than that.. i always drink water maybe 2 litres or 3 litres a day but i dont know it will helps me and i am always drink also coffee.. anyone knows how to increase platelets?

  • Bright Side? You suggest to people to buy factory product witch is 95% not healthy and has no healthy properties at all! Never trust any company, they will never sell you a clean natural juice that has no chemical and toxic addons! Never trust them! I believe in healty fruit just in that moment when i am picking them up from tree! Even then is poisoned from air and rain! I am sure, today healthy food doesnt exist! Everything is toxic!

  • It’s crystal clear that this person in the video is not a full possession of their mental faculties. All to use that well-known psychiatric diagnosis “a weirdo”

  • To do away with food you need to sleep in a pyramid but at the Hight shown for optimum, well I don’t know it’s name but I’ll call it Hight then see how everyone does

  • Inorganic minerals have no bioavailability in regular water. But distilled water+sea salt/urine and water from fruits are best sources because the minerals and water have been distilled & organised(made organic) for absorbing

  • Don’t cut out salt! Check out a channel on youtube called “what I’ve learned” and check out his videos on salt and any interviews with Dr. James Dinicolantonio.

  • If anyone want to see a bunch of idiots, just scroll down……
Can’t believe even now people are having zero idea about basic human physiology…

  • Drinking water and all these things are separate. Water is water. They are themselves. You cannot substitute water. Sure, it isn’t delicious but thats why its healthy. Just add a few orange slices to water.
