  • Since school days only am hvng less immune so that am suffering lot by many, but now by watching your video it made me to boost so definitely I’ll try this.thank you for this..

  • Thank you for this great Turmeric tea! I first tried it for a cold, but now I am hooked on it for the inflammatory boost it is giving me for my achy joints. Fresh turmeric is awesome in it.

One tip to share is that I made a bunch of little baggies for the freezer of chopped turmeric, ginger, lemon peal, cracked pepper and cayenne, along with ice cubes of lemon juice. Now I just pull out a bag, add water, bring it to a simmer, then throw in a lemon ice cube and honey, and it is ready to drink!

  • Is it ok to freeze turmeric? Whole Foods is a bit out of my way. I want to buy a bunch and store them in a freezer if you think that is ok.

  • I’ve already made 2 batches in the past 2 weeks and it’s really helped me recover from my cold quickly! I make it without the cayenne pepper just because I can’t handle spicy things very well and it works great!

  • This tea ☕️ of immune boosting turmeric tastes really good I love it am trying it right now lol at night but thank you very much Bobby. God bless you all and your beautiful family. Bye

  • I use to HATE drinking any type of tea. Even if I was sick I would refuse to drink it… until one day I had a cold that WOULD NOT go away with anything. I have been making this tea for a few months now and it tastes just freaking amazing and it does wonders. Actually, I just made a double portion of it because even my parents are loving it!

  • I am confused can someone please set me straight: I thought all vitamins and enzymes die in hot water. So this is dead drink, why is it healthy?

  • Hey so what do you think using these same ingredients but instead of heating and straining, putting them all in a food processor and drinking it like that?

  • Can I just say THANK YOU. I suffer from severe allergies (living in Texas with it being 80 degrees one day and 40 the next doesn’t help) and just knew I was getting sick last week. I always get these little viral bouts with sore throat, runny nose and aching this time of year. Went outside and the next morning I wake up feeling like I’m getting strep throat. My body aching, nose running. I made this tea and drank it for 3 days straight. After my first cup my throat stopped hurting. I woke up the next morning with no more aching. Only thing that’s persisting is the runny nose but that’s going away. It’s a miracle! Seriously. I just knew I was gonna get sick but this is the only thing that helped me.

  • Hello, I was told by my doctor to not use tumeric because of diverticulitis, is there something else that I can substitute it with that can help me keep my immune system healthy?

  • Hi Bobby just discovered your Chunnel you got amazing recipes I do t follow keto but I will still try since they all look nutritious delicious and informative! I can’t wait to make this for my husband as he gets sick a lot especially during winter seasons hopefully this will help. Thank you and looking forward to amazing recipes

  • Prepped it this morning, added coconut oil to the pot before bringing it to my glass, and it tastes Thai!! It is so delicious, and I can imagine adding a little bit of milk or cream and make this into a curry dressing. (But is milk anti-inflammatory? All the info I can find online suggests that it’s complicated to determine:( )

  • I love love LOVE this recipe!!! My son does too!! Thank you so much for sharing with all of us. My new favorite!! The spicey kick is awesome. ❤

  • Can you please tell me what you could do with turmeric to absorb better in your body if you cannot have black pepper, white pepper or ginger

  • Sounds really good! I used green tea with all those ingredients…then I just take it everywhere I go! Thanks so much for your videos…very helpful when I’m grocery shopping.

  • I’m SHOCKED that this tea worked. Notoriously when I get a head-cold, it immediately goes into bronchitis. Not this time. I felt bad for seven days, but most importantly it didn’t drop to my lungs. Today is the first day at doing minor chores around the house it felt wonderful. Thank you, Bobby Parrish.

  • I’m making this right now for my two sick babies (hubby and youngest son) we never get flu shots and rarely get ill, so I’m all for healthy herbal remedies ❣️❣️ thanks Bobby! I found my tumeric root from Mom’s Organic Market.t

  • This was great, thanks, I been tryin to find out about “immune system increase” for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried Jonaiden Immunity Impersonalism (just google it )? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my mate got cool results with it.

  • Thank you Bobby! My mom has been suffering from a terrible cold and cough. I made her a batch and she is already starting to feel better. I’ll keep you posted within the next few days! Love your content

  • Bobbyeven better, why not infuse the drink with loose leaf green tea? I make something similar often, but mine is just green tea (Chinese Longjing tea) with sliced ginger. I’ll pour boiled water over it a few times and eat the ginger once I’m done.
