One tip to share is that I made a bunch of little baggies for the freezer of chopped turmeric, ginger, lemon peal, cracked pepper and cayenne, along with ice cubes of lemon juice. Now I just pull out a bag, add water, bring it to a simmer, then throw in a lemon ice cube and honey, and it is ready to drink!
I’ve already made 2 batches in the past 2 weeks and it’s really helped me recover from my cold quickly! I make it without the cayenne pepper just because I can’t handle spicy things very well and it works great!

I have been making this tea for a few months now and it tastes just freaking amazing and it does wonders. Actually, I just made a double portion of it because even my parents are loving it!

I always get these little viral bouts with sore throat, runny nose and aching this time of year. Went outside and the next morning I wake up feeling like I’m getting strep throat. My body aching, nose running. I made this tea and drank it for 3 days straight. After my first cup my throat stopped hurting. I woke up the next morning with no more aching. Only thing that’s persisting is the runny nose but that’s going away. It’s a miracle! Seriously. I just knew I was gonna get sick but this is the only thing that helped me.

Does heating it up destroye the enzymes or nutrients that it has? Which is better drinking it in tea form or drinking raw from grinding it up

Didn’t you make this same concoction in soup form on another video? The one thing you hadn’t added here is cinnamon. That addition was in the soup.

Bobbyeven better, why not infuse the drink with loose leaf green tea? I make something similar often, but mine is just green tea (Chinese Longjing tea) with sliced ginger. I’ll pour boiled water over it a few times and eat the ginger once I’m done.
