  • I built a device that pulls stuff out of the body. Take a bucket, wrap 12 gage copper wire firmly around the bucket and tape it to the bucket. Take an old laptop charger and cut it open and connect the white wire on the other end of the wire on the bucket and the black wire on the other end with allogator clips or hot glue. Fill the bucket with white vinegar, salt and oil. Put the laptop wire in the wall and then put your foot in the bucket (you won’t get electrocuted as long as you don’t put the wires inside the bucket, but be careful). Really works, the bucket was full of aluminum after wards:o

I would like to warn against doing an advanced pose such as a headstand, especially for those of for those of us who are otherwise. It can cause a lot of pressure to the cervical spine among other problems. A great safer alternative would be a candle pose or even just a standing inversion. As always respect your limitations and listen to your body!
