  • Found this video after searching for my first attempt at yoga. I don’t know why but I became absolutely emotional after finishing this quick 5 minute video! Wow! I didn’t know how much I needed this. Thank you.

  • “Take Five” Thanks so much for this. Doing this first thing in the morning is truly going to make a difference in my daily routine! Namaste

  • Hi I’m not consistantly in a “yoga mood” but when I am I watch you. I just want to say that you are a great tea her. They way you explain each pose is very easy to understand. Thanks for posting!!!

  • I found I was trying 5 minutes of yoga in my assigned 20min slot, so I switched to just doing 5mins deliberately, and this video is perfect for that. Being a 6″3′ guy, my bodily proportions are so different to yours, some of the positions were physically possible. Conversely, other positions were very easy… I earlier tried a “yoga for men” video, and banged into the ceiling instead. Adaptation is something I’m going to have to work upon.

  • One of my all time favorite yoga videos. Quick but still complete. ❤️
Btw, where is your sports bra from? I love the simple design.

  • AMAZING!!! The music and your voice are just so relaxing. I immediately feel at ease whenever I practice with you! I love quick sequences, especially when I am short on time. Thank you for this ❤

  • Love your video. Did you know that there is research showing that 12 yoga poses done regularly can help with osteoporosis? I wish you would do a video of the twelve that are mentioned in this New York Times article. // well.blogs.nytimes.com/2015/12/21/12-minutes-of-yoga-for-stronger-bones/ That would be a great service.

  • Hi, there’s a place called “The Pong Eco Village”, in Himalayan, India. It is just a perfect place for Yoga. As I’m a yoga-loving person, so I loved that place. If you ever visit to India, you can check this place as well:)

  • totally unrelated Jeff but I’m in so much discomfort right now and id be so grateful if you could offer some advice. my lower 4 abs is really tight and my acupuncturist says there are no muscle knots there. I believe it’s another muscle somewhere near there that’s contributing to the tightness im feeling. would u have any idea as to what it may be? lower back? I recently injured myself while I was doing some hip rotations so I’m not too sure what it could be…. please help me!!

  • I only got a little bit stressed because she rushed so much with hard positions which require a lot of flexibility. I couldn’t even breath during the the yoga time. If you want to do only 5 minutes try with less positions.

  • Good Work Keep it up,My whatsup Number is 9428758924, I am also a civil engineer and kindly  ur videos very much, can u guide me,I haveto do short term coarse in garment desiging kindly give me some centre name in Mumbai, I amfrom Gujarat, valsad.

  • This is very helpful I m doing it from few days n it helped increase my flexibility. from long time I wanted to do a yogasan but was not able to do it after this it was very easy for me to do so just loved this experience.

  • so happy I took a few minutes out if my night to practice yoga with you before heading to bed. it was exactly what I need. sending you so much love and light. namaste.

  • I was looking for a short but effective yoga routine I can do after my usual workout. I understand that some people prefer slow movements to really feel the stretch and focus on the breathing… but for people like me who don’t have a lot of time to spare, this is perfect. The instructions were clear despite the fast transitions. Thank you so much for this!

  • I liked this a lot1 one suggestion though, maybe make the body and leg streaches closer to the being, because my legs were a little cramped. Namaste!

  • This is great! Almost cut out on doing my yoga workout today because I’m short on time and it’s too late. This video was the perfect compromise. I feel great after doing this. So thankful for this video. ❤️

  • Nice flow, great workout! I have the same problem you seem to have; my legs don’t straighten completely, in other words my knees under extend. Do you have anything you’re doing for that? or recommendations? Thanks!

  • I’m new in the yoga world, I have problems in my knee so I felt that some. Yoga will definitely work for me
And it did, this routine is easy for beginners like me and it helps a lot.
Thank youu for sharing it with us.
    Love .

  • hey Bird:-)that was short and sweet! Thank you for calm motivation practice you have inspired me to practice every day…. with gratitude namaste

  • This was my first yoga experience with Tara and I enjoyed it very much. Especially, I found her oral instructions to be very clear and easy to follow.

  • Great video. I had 5 minutes spare between fixing my kid and going to work! Thank you! Could I ask what camera you use for your video? I am looking to create some of these videos in China (where I’m currently based)

  • Namaste:) I enjoyed this short practice this morning, it inspired me to go on and do some intuitive yoga stretches afterwards which I don’t always have the confidence to do so thank you!
