  • actualy a big tip was left out. stubies have shown that masterbation can lower stress more than anything on this list, it also lowers blood pressure and increases blood flow. sleeping is also a good tip as after sleeping u always feel less stressed and have more energy

  • Hey Jess, I’m currently SO stressed. I have 6 uni exams to study for until the end of july but unfortunately I chose to join drama group (which almost meats up every day 1-2 hours in the evening, then we have 2 weekend rehearsals which means sat and sunday reahearsals from 10 to 10..) this semester and I cannot get out of it anymore. Also, since I’m living on my own, I have things to do like cleaning, cooking and so on and I have to work each friday. I’m am just so overwhelmed by all of this and I really want to make it to the gym a few times a week but I can’t even coordinate all the other stuff… and when in jesus name am I supposed to meet my friends and family?
    Do you have any suggestions for me? Tips? I am just so done with life right now.
