  • Dear, now the cause of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is found: radiation of microwaveoven.
To stop you have to eliminate the oven out of the house.
The plug out of electricity net because the oven has also radiation when it is not in use.And out of the house because the oven has a high voltage capacitor.
The distance between an oven and a person is very important. After a 2 weeks without microwaves health becomes better.

  • I have tried EVERYTHING and nothing cures CFS. I caught it in 1988 and had it bad for two years then gradually I got better. But every few years I get relapses that last about 3 months each. My main symptoms are extreme fatigue and headaches with brain fog, anxiety, dizziness, joint pain and nerve pain, psychological pain with depression. Then you get depressed because you have the disease. Your mind is so tired and attached to that is head pain and cognitive and emotional issues. I think and try something new thinking it will help but NOTHING does. I have tried acupuncturests, herbalogists, holistics, homeopathics, chiropractics, gluten-free, Probiotics, monolaurin, complete detox, vegetarian, all the supplements you can think of including D-Ribose and a lot, lot more. Nothing helped or cured CFS. I just take care of myself, take supplements and eventually it goes away on its own and I try to keep a positive frame of mind telling myself I will get better because I always came through it in the past. And when I first got it I tried to keep a positive outlook telling myself that if other people got better with it I can too. But I am very fortunate that it goes into remission for me for a long time before relapses occur again because a lot of people never get completely better and suffer their whole lives. I truly feel for them. But believe me when I say I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING and NOTHING cures CFS. If it did it would be a BREAKTHROUGH and people all over the world would be hearing about it. And I repeat I have tried EVERYTHING on the planet and nothing cures or stops CFS. I speak from experience having it myself for 32 years and tons of reading, research, experiments ect, ect, ect. I believe it is an autoimmune disease where the body attacks itself after being triggered by an initial virus or emotional or physical stress or some other factor and then the body freaks out and attacks itself. Don’t get me wrong, some things DO work for SOME people as far as relieving some symptoms of CFS are concerned, but There IS NO CURE for true CHRONIC FATIGUE SYNDROME at this point in time, 2020.

  • Chronic fatigue: difficult to find something. The radiation of microwaves (magnetron)oven: tension in the muscles. That causes pain and  also bad working of the guts: food is absorbed badly,so you have to little vitamins in the body. Also bad feeling in throat and tension in the rest of the body. Tension in the muscles is also bad sleeping.

  • Kudos for the Video clip! Excuse me for chiming in, I am interested in your opinion. Have you considered Dinanlinson Rebooting Health Approach (google it)? It is a good one of a kind guide for getting rid of chronic fatigue syndrome minus the hard work. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my old buddy Taylor got astronomical success with it.

  • this thing started in the first month when i was in quarantine times. It felt kinda strange at first bcs i got enough rest, but when i woke up in the morning my brain felt hurt. Idk how to explain but like it was just hurt. And then i felt like i was unable to function. And then my body began to feel like i had so much exhaustions. I thought that i probably needed to improve my excercise. i started to plan my day and stick to a habit. I woke up early (4 30 am). I started my mornibg routine with meditation for 15 mins, stretching, doing work outs, and cool down stretch. It all took almkst one hour long, i took a bath right after. My body felt so great, i felt as if i was on the stage to get my improvement, but at 9 am, suddenly everything turned back. The feeling of exhaustion came back to me again and it’s really crazy. It hurts a lott.. But now it gets better bcs i have more interaction with friends since school has started. But still sometimes i relapse.

tbh, the most hurtful thing is when i already have a pretty good morning routine everytime im about to start my day, but then the feeling of chronic fatigue back. It reslly ruins my whole day

  • See what happened to us humans since we all get treated like MACHINES or ROBOTS everyone expects us to work perfectly all the time. I’m just 19 years old but I’ve already been through a lot always been pushed to the edge in multiple jobs working for more than 8h without break (which was illegal at my age I wasn’t even 18) also emotional stress.

I got diagnosed with depression and anxiety and I got antidepressants which make it worse I’m barely able to stay awake or do something for 6 hours, always need to lie down and take a nap. People might see it as me being lazy but I literally don’t have the energy it’s true torture especially when experiencing it at a young age when having the whole life in front of you

  • Winner of a video, I’ve been looking for “myalgic encephalomyelitis prognosis” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about Diyadelyn Ziyily Idea (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now )?

It is a good one off product for getting rid of chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS Also known as myalgic encephalomyelitis or ME) minus the headache. Ive heard some great things about it and my work buddy got amazing results with it.

  • I have chronic fatigue syndrome. I believe it is caused by all the things we do in life that are unnatural for the human body like stare at a computer screen all day, take birth control pills, smoke, live every day stressed out, live in a polluted environment, eat unnatural foods like white sugar which I know already makes it worse, drink polluted acidic water, eat non-organic foods laced with chemicals. I have allergies and multi chemical sensitivity. I don’t think this is a coincidence. I think limiting exposure to everything is the key. During summer time when allergy season hits, stay in an air conditioned filtered room. My adrenals kick in after 6 p.m. so I tend to feel more normal then and can get a bit of housework done now and then. I had a goiter when I was 17 and I think that’s part of the endocrine dysfunction. I see all of this as being the result of living a high stress, unnatural lifestyle.

  • Two 30 minute cycle rides on my indoor trainer this week and I thought I was finally out the other side of this (2 month) lethargy phase. Nope.. started to flag yesterday afternoon after a poor night’s sleep and today is a ‘duvet day’ for sure. Maddening but I guess I now need to implement a proper energy budget and just use the bike as a clothes dryer for a while..!

  • I was on my couch for moths. Than I started a vlog.
This made me a new person. I am still tired a lot
But I do so much more that I used to.

  • What is chronic fatigue syndrome?

Uhm debilitating fatigue created by the food industries spraying crap in our food for God knows why and I’m sick of it “pun intended”

  • I have anxiety, insomnia and extended (potentially chronic) fatigue for the forseable future, with quarantine I thought I was getting better but no, as soon as I start living a slightly more than just lying around the symptoms worsen

  • I’m watching this for the first time, I am coming to the end of my 4th month. I visited my GP this week as I am still suffering with both the symptoms returning and the fatigue. After some further blood tests, chest X-ray and ECG (both of which I’m waiting to hear about) my GP is saying my ongoing symptoms are linked to the menopause. I think this is just a cop out because he doesn’t have any other answers, plus if I was a man getting hot sweats and palpitations it would be different. Some of my ongoing symptoms might well be linked to the menopause at 49, but they were not like this pre-Covid, so it begs the question as to whether it is post viral or Covid symptoms returning or is has it brought the menopause forward? I found it interesting regarding exercise as I realise my relapse this week was due to a 2 hr yoga class last weekend, that used up all my energy. ( but felt ok at the time). I’ve now got to the point that I’m scared to do any form of exercise for too long and too fast.

  • I tested positive for COVID 11 weeks ago. I spent three weeks being ill an in bed and then returned to work for a period of 5 weeks with no symptoms. I then felt ill again with similar symptoms as before and as a precaution work sent me for another test. To my shock I tested positive again and have been off work now for another 4 weeks totalling nearly 11 weeks now and I’m still not back at work and having really good and then really bad days. I am struggling mentally with this and the most frustrating part is I see no end in site.

  • Reading suggestions: “Plague”… and “Plague of Corruption” by Judy Mikovits.. great writer, scientist.
and a book I haven’t been able to get… censoring is the reason I guess. Makes me want it more…. Osler’s Web” by Hillary Johnson…

  • 6:05?! All you had to do was make a 30 second video saying if you have CFS I’m sh!t outta luck and enjoy rotting my life away, good luck!

  • Ohh this was painful for me..but now I’m better than before, I do yoga and meditation everyday, chant “OM” mantra while mediting.eat more vegetables than before coz,I was hardcore non vegetarian once..plz do eat fruits and veggies also it will boost your stamina more

  • Ive had pvfs for 3 months now and am starting to wonder if its become a chronic condition. Ive marked my progress out of ten and when it was at its worst about 10 weeks ago I was averaging around 0, Im now averaging around 3 to 4, so after 3 months Im wondering if Ive plateaued. I did get up to a 5 the other day but stupidly enough over did and even had a few drinks which really set me back. I think its really important to stay within safe perimeters of energy use and to always have left over petrol in the tank. Were all different and will all recover in varying ways, so stay positive and adapt.

  • Im a 47 year old male, that has just been diagnosed with CFS after 15 years of hundreds of blood tests, hospital appointments, mental health etc It has cost me my job, relationship’s/friend’s and a normal life, it has totally changed my personality and mentality also.I had no idea about CFS until about 5 moths ago. i thought it was just something that old people get and they just need a afternoon sleep and they are ok. How wrong was i. The only thing i have learnt now that keeps me sane is, I was not wrong about myself & other are just like me.
Its is a horrible disease that ruin’s life’s and is invisible. I have had to lie constantly to cover it up and make excuses to not attend parties or any social functions for years, Hence i do not have any close friend’s or a partner anymore as i just not got the energy for it all. Even a drive down the shop’s im full of anxiety as fighting my body mentally and physically, dreading bumping into someone i know,, as i know i look and feel like crap.. Some days are a lot lot worse than other’s. The worst thing for me is the loss of memory, brain fog, daily cold and sinus headache;s and the phantom pain from random places that feels arthritic for no reason for a couple of days then just vanishes. I pity anyone who has it, as it a very very long and stressful path to getting a diagnosis let alone live with.

  • I didn’t know there was such a thing. I’m always feeling tired I can’t remember the last time I went to sleep and felt rested the next morning. Instead I wake up sooooo tired with headaches and body ache. Through out the day I get so tired that my eyes start to hurt because they want to close. My husband always getting mad at me because I’m “lazy”. I don’t know if i have this but it’s not just me being lazy.

  • I had been a sufferer of this disease. And really this problem given me lots of troubles. After taking treatment for this from Planet ayurveda, it seems like I am back to my natural self again. I am becoming more energetic and fit now.

  • I had chronic fatigue. It was horrible, I had to stay home and do online school and always forget how horrible it was. I remember walking home from school (I only live a 10 min walk) and having to sit in the grass 5 times because I was so exhausted and couldn’t hold my body. My hands and body would shake from exhaustion that I couldn’t write and would sleep constantly in class. A short walk would make me have to stay in bed an entire day or even the next day too. I go to school now but i do get more tired than my peers. Nobody understands that I wasn’t ‘just tired’ and I’m so scared to get it again.

  • I’m surprised there is not more interest in the mounting research coming out demonstrating low levels of vitamin D are highly correlated to more severe symptoms and death of COVID-19. To understand exactly how vitamin D modifies the immune system to create protection against COVID-19 symptoms I suggest the following video. https://youtu.be/cDnokrtWJNo.

  • So CFS is just being tired all the time, right? Cuz if that’s the case,I might have it and I’m only 17. I’m kinda scared because I feel like I’m going to die. What should I do?

  • Can someone tell me if my leg muscles twiches & pain in my calf is due to this CSF or because I’ve been very inactive for 6 weeks due to illness. I did only 3 mins round the garden & I walk around the house a little bit. I just don’t understand

  • Thanks for this helpful overview of chronic fatigue syndrome. For older adults, chronic fatigue can be triggered by a number of conditions, as this article explains: https://morninggloryhomecare.com/chronic-fatigue-syndrome/

  • Thanks for the video content! Forgive me for chiming in, I would appreciate your initial thoughts. Have you heard about Dinanlinson Rebooting Health Approach (just google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my m8 after a lifetime of fighting got cool success with it.

  • Lots of us are still suffering and it isn’t being talked about enough. Most people, I’ve talked to, think that viral infections, like COVID-19, are just short-term illnesses. While that may be true for some people, others can have debilitating symptoms for years afterwards.

  • If you have ME wait to exercise, it’s a waste of time. Ditto for CBT, you’re better off with rest and high level of D3 (5000 u) per day and should receive B12 injections as ME wrecks the stomach and it can’t be absorbed. Try CBD before painkillers long-term as these can cause more damage, get advise on this. Have your pituitary gland checked, blood-test, as it’s now known that damage to this causes Fibromyalgia.

  • This was great, thanks, been searching for “myalgic encephalomyelitis mayo” for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried Diyadelyn Ziyily Idea (just google it )?

It is an awesome one of a kind guide for getting rid of chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS Also known as myalgic encephalomyelitis or ME) minus the normal expense. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my colleague got amazing results with it.

  • Thanks much. Never put the two together before, but in the 90s I definitely felt I had CFS. I went to a macrobiotic ‘retreat’; could barely function the first day, but after 7 days of The Diet, I was feeling super. So I’ll try it again, if I can remember how that whole technique seems to have gone passé! (Brown rice & veg, steamed, pickled or sautéed, but very little oil allowed, much mastication, seaweeds, almost no liquid, seems rather dangerous.) BTW you come across as amazingly energetic! These vids must take a lot out of you. Hope you’ve improved. Cheers.

  • what do you think about socio economic problems in childhood that are still active nowadays? I was never ok with appeasing “symptom treating” without diving deep in what is actually going on with the body and the mind (guess what they are one! hold that thought!)
Western culture is highly dismissive about emotional correlation within tribes. for example the “family tribe”.what if you always had to listen to you mom, her needs, her problems (relationships, intimacy)
and there was never place for you to be heard, seen and asked for what you need in a caring, unshaming, healthy way? I think there is a deep correlation between trauma (for example attachment trauma) to chronic fatique s. Therefore, you shut down and feel abandonend by your mother.
so in other social situations. they body keeps the score and saves the experience in the body
solutions could be far out of your competence knowledge.
please check out ressources like CPTSD from surviving to thriving, or doctor gabor mate and never succumb to videos like this which have no solution, but desperation for audience as consequence of just stating the problem without having a solution or deep knowledge. thats missleading and breeds despair.

  • Using acronyms for a mass audience video is like wiping your ass with your hands and wiping the shyt off them with toilet paper. Acronyms in conversation are so damn, lazy, narrow minded for anyone to use and I thing they are the worst thing that has happened to language ever.

  • now the cause of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome  is found: radiation of microwaveoven.(magnetron)
To stop you have to eliminate the oven out of the house.
The plug out of electricity net because the oven has also radiation when it is not in use.And out of the house because the oven has a high voltage capacitor.
The distance between an oven and a person is very important. After a 2 weeks without microwaves health becomes better.

  • Please have doctors check your histamine levels. This disease may be leaving people with histamine intolerence and heightened sensitivity to allergies. Histamine is released during exercise and with histamine intolerence can cause the body to crash with chronic fatigue.
Please see below for the reason why: ( treatment being trialled and safe for use as already used for treatment for urticaria (hives), one of the many symptons, in 10mg of certirizine (sold as anti-Hist allergy certirizine ) and 20mg of Famotidine ( sold as Pepcid Famotidine used for heartburn and treatment of mast cell activation syndrome) Stamford university released a study that found that those symptomatic with Covid 19 had chemicals released in response to an allergy that are not seen in assymptonmatic patients. In the journal of immunology they discuss how a virus can increase our sensitivity to allergies in order to supress interferons. In the UK they looked at critical patients and found that they had supressed interferons. In a study of cancer cells histamine supressed the signalling of interferons. I researched the initial symptons of this disease: swollen eyes, swollen lips, pink eye, loss of smell, post nasal drip/dry cough, itchy hands, urticaria, sever dehydration, pink eye ( dust allergy), swollen fingers and toes ( hypersensitivity pneumonitis and dust allergy) histmaine cytokine inflammation in the lungs. The virus maybe increasing our sensitivity to pollen to supress our immune response, this allows for a surge in viral load, combined with increasing sensitive to allergies ie pollen, dust and food causing an overactive immune response and the more critical symptons of renal failure ( histmaine in diabetics) fibrinolysis, increased blood flow, blood thickening from histamine, histamine disrupting the endothelial wall and blood clots, disruption to DAO enzymes resulting in confusion and fatigue, elevated cortisol levels as a result of elevated histamine levels and dehydration resulting in excess release of cortosil resulting in the suppression of white blood cells. A study in the British medical journal showed 10 people who took high dosage of Pepcid Famotidine, used to treat Mast cell activation syndrome, all recovered and a recent study into a duel H1 and H2 blockade of certirizine and Famotidine reduced viral spread. It maybe that stopping our immunes systems sensitivity to allergies due to excess histmaine combined with Famotidine supressing mass cell release of histmaine allows restoration of interferon function and allowing the immune system to fight the infection.

  • We need to give more time for the body to repair itself in its optimum level. I think ADL is enough for individuals with Post COVID-19 fatigue
Exertion kills in any viral infections

  • Nice Video! Sorry for the intrusion, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you tried Dinanlinson Rebooting Health Approach (probably on Google)? • I had Covid from March 4 thru the third week of May. I had gotten slightly better two different times and both times, I thought I was “done”. I still have fatigue, but since I have Mast Cell Activation, I am not sure. Almost all of my Covid symptoms matched my MCAS symptoms. I was very, very lucky and did not go to the hospital. The mental confusion, blankness and cognitive decline were even more severe then my normal issues. I have days during this time I have no memory of. My sister pointed out to me that I was not myself. She told me I was, hmm, pretty much crazy. lol… She found out later these symptoms are part of Covid, for some patients.

  • I have found both your CFS videos fascinating, and helpful. I was diagnosed with CFS/ME in 1992 during my army training at RMAS. I had an amazingly supportive RAMC doctor who listened to me and supported my recovery, which took about 18 months, at least to get basically fit. I ended up being medically discharged. I never really had the stamina I had developed prior to getting ill, at least for 10 or 15 years. It can be a long road. The most important thing I learned was LISTEN TO YOUR BODY. I developed a knack of knowing when I was likely to get “energy overdrawn.” I never let it get me down completely, and went on to have another rewarding career but it could have been so easy to give up totally. The “brain fog” probably stopped me from over-thinking and ruminating a surprise bonus (?)

I would advise anyone going through this to be kind to themselves, rest, and do whatever very gentle exercise gives them a sense of wellbeing. I found having a named diagnosis helped me explain my situation to others. I would recommend mindfulness not a thing discussed in 1992 and perhaps acceptance therapy if you have had CFS for a long time, or if it has/will really alter your life. Go well, friends.

  • Has anyone checked their hormone levels? Hormones can be blocked during these bacterial and viral times as not to become “breedable” in nature. With low energy, you no longer are accepted by the opposite sex. This is completely organic in nature. Our drive to succeed and thrive is based on these hormones. My best guess…. if exercising creates stress hormones (mimics being chased)…. you’re blocking your sexual hormones even further. I’m not a doctor, but I self study wildlife.

  • I no someone that has asthma and 5 months after, still have right side pins and needles in the lungs, mainly the right side above the liver and gull bladder. Earlier in the virus heart pains that felt like early heart attacks and breathlessness. She has asthma and doesn’t smoke anymore, since she couldn’t breathe. She can’t be around smoke in general or get severe Inflammation in mainly the right side lung, which could last up to 4 to 8 hours. She suffers daily unless outside in fresh air. I worry, because winter is coming soon and she won’t be able to sit outside comfortably like she could in the summer. I am thinking the cold and staying inside will lead to another wave of relapses. Spend the money and go upgrade your air filtration systems and maybe a hepa filter for the room you sleep in. It’s very weird how everyone is having different outcomes from this virus and have found few people with exact symptoms she is going through. She is also been waiting 3 months to see a specialist for allergy tests and x rays, possible a MRI Scan. And lung capacity test. If this is also you please leave a reply. I am collecting info thanks

  • Research the benefits of Magnezium it helps for all energy processes, reduces stress, helps sleep and improves cognition but it takes a couple of weeks to restore and should be taken maybe from dinner and when going to bed to not increase tiredness in the day as it relaxes you

  • 1968 and I can remwember the person I worked for going off ill with flu, he was off for around 3 weeks and it was months before he was back to any thing like before! 1985 when in my 30s I had whooping cough and thought it was the end, was not back to any sort of strength for months!?

  • Interesting about the pins and needles, arthritis in hands, upset stomach. I’ve been having those symptoms for months. Back on Jan 16, I went to doctor’s office for flulike symptoms and was prescribed Tamiflu however my flu test came back negative. It’s wasn’t much longer afterwards when I started getting nerve pain in my left shoulder area, left arm, left hand and fingers. Then for a brief period of time it was in my ride arm and hands. Also left left pectoral experienced pain. I get the pins and needles feeling daily. Feels like loss of blood circulation like when a body part so-called “falls asleep”. My stomach almost always doesn’t feel good. Could I have had Covid-19 and still experience side effects from it?

  • What percentage of people get rid of CFS within one year? Within 2 years? What percentage are stuck with it for life? Are there any numbers on this? We need to know, roughly, what our chances are of someday returning to a semi-normal life……… I cannot imagine an existence without walking, swimming, exercising… it’s utterly UNTHINKABLE.

  • Hi Gez, after watching this video about post-viral fatigue I decided to create a tool, called Fatigue Assistant, to help people managing post-viral fatigue. Its currently under small scale testing with a PVF support group. I was hoping we might chat more about it if you’re interested. https://www.ligaturetech.com/fatigueassistant.html

  • Hi, I’m a late bloomer to your channel. Thanks for educating us.your ability to show your research has been awesome. Besides haveing had covid yourself what is your background in medicine? Your so knowledgeable!

  • I’m so happy people are talking about this! I was diagnosed with post-viral syndrome in 2009, but wasn’t given any help in dealing with it.

  • Hi all I hope everyone feels better main thing is to stay Positive and and not to give up, I have Covid symptons since March 17th and still feel very tired and loss of appetite I try to go for short walks with a friend or relative, and i eat helthy meals,
i also have body aches at times its very important to take vitamamins and eat foods that are good for the liver like fruits and vegtables and water with squeezed lemons. All the best

  • Excellent video. Many thanks!

  • I’m trying to research post viral fatigue as much as I can to manage my symptoms better, but it’s just making me so upset ahaha, I just want to be back running, clubbing, and rockclimbing as a 19 year old I don’t want to be acting like a 70 year old:(

  • I FEEL SO OFF! On day 13! Me and my husband had a mild case compared to others Meheadaches (like sinus), neck shoulder tension, fatigue, just feeling blah, and lost taste and smell which is now very faint. Husbandfever, chills, fatigue, no appetite both had diarrhea..we both were only sick for about 3 days then a few days of feeling blah, BUT NOW what’s standing out to me the most is this mental disconnect, Like I’m not aligned with my self/body..I feel super off, it’s crazyyyyyyy!!!! It’s the weirdest feeling like I cant get it together.. I have never in my life felt any type of mental nothing..I want to cry.. I feel depressed.. I can’t put my finger on it.. I feel so out of wack and I can’t compare it to anything except feeling like something is wrong in my head.. I don’t feel sharp or intact..WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME!!! it’s so bad I swear I would go see a mental doctor for this!!

  • What about myself who wasn’t in great shape before covid? How can I possibly tell if the fatigue is new from Covid or just b/c I need more exercise? During Covid, I was exhausted, not much body ache, diarrhea, extreme nausea, & just stomach pain. On the other hand, my very arthritic knees, hardly hurt. My CRP inflammation number was lower than in 5 years. Sadly the knee pain is back.

  • I am so glad I can upon this and I am not alone. I had covid May 1st. I am still having fatigue, hand joint pain and weakness ( I drop a lot of things), brain fog, poor concentration and short term memory, and the most strange thing, I choke on my own saliva at least once a day. It’s like my brain is making my body slow to react. I complained to my doctor about the hand pain and I have a lot of bloodwork done and it all came back normal. I sleep well but I feel like it’s never enough.

  • Thank you for this. I am in week 20. I had all the symptoms back at the end of February. Had negative flu and strep tests no Covid test available sorry. Each televisit was fruitless. I had all the symptoms rolling in and out like the tide.
After the common symptoms subsided the fatigue, tinnitus, foggy brain sudden drunk feeling, get nothing done etc has come. Had an antibody test negative. Glad to know I am not alone and this is real. I intend to go back to acupuncture since it helped in the past with fatigue.

  • I just want to be normal again. Eveey small task can be monumental for me and daunting to perform. It affects my moods and life in all areas. I just want to be normal again. It gives me severe depression

  • please keep making these videos, I’ve been on this since March and I’m losing my mind. I was having a good few weeks and then went for my first walk in months and was so excited I walked for way too long, I’m now back in bed. I’m so over this.

  • Had Covid like symptoms at beginning of lockdown, lasted 2 weeks…Felt very ill, throat was sensitive, had a cough but was not dry, high temperature etc. Symptoms passed and was a Keyworker for 2 months during lockdown. Recently started feeling very tired and usually an active person so put this down to Lockdown and reduced exercise..

Symptoms: After light housework, it’s like I just crash and need to sleep, this lasted for about 2 weeks and longest slept for was 15hrs and other times were like an intense need to sleep. I’m unsure if this is PVF but genuinely believe something is not right or has changed.

  • Run-dmc Thank you for sharing. Cheers from Oz to the UK. Judy Mikoviks had a lot to say about this topic. My wife is a suffer of fibromyalgia. It started more than 10 years ago. We notice that each infection is an enhancer, but we can’t trace the onset cause we can’t remember it’s context. And yes have fun today just on just walking around an outing and pay the next day is a typical experience. Besides viruses Vaccines are likely to be causal.

  • I contracted septicaemia first after a blow to my hand and then covid. I took an old supply of antibiotic cyprofloactin which cured the rigours and calmed what I believe was the cytocaine storm. Steaming my lungs with Epsom salts (magnesium) drinking hot water with lime to alkalise my blood along with vitamins c,d, b complex, COD liver oil and zinc along with 300mg daily aspirin calmed the initial virus and Saint Johns wort cures depression but I am now experiencing intermittent fatigue with muscle pains and have intermittently painful lumps between my knuckles and on my spine. I am using MHZ binaural frequency music to support my sleep patterns even if they are during the day. I am also going to try CBD tablets? I am just doing what I can when I can. I really appreciate the information you are providing and am sending you a heartfelt thank you as I believe the effects are physiologically damaging and our belief in our power to defeat covid is vital.

  • Hello everyone and nice too be able too pass on this information for you here today!! Like so many of you around the world I too have been enjoying the efforts of this person too bring this research too you!!….i encourage everyone too continue with your research and how too cure or negate the problems of the Virus mentioned…..and as a person who was able too get the Liver restarted again after it stopped functioning..due too affects of a certain Coffee brand……perhaps i might know what I am talking about…….
So while the world is trying too deal with all the fatigue caused by this Virus can I ask people too consider ASTRAGALUS……a well known Virus killer for centuries spoken about in Chinese Traditional Medicine…….your FATIGUE may very well disappear from the affects of taking this..for some time….until you can figure out all the other factors that may be involved with this disease……too possibly cure it permanently…..

  • BEFORE COVID 19 I used to SPINT up the 16 floors of my block, get the elevator back down and SPINT back up just for fun. I could do it about 5 times in a row. I also was at the gym 6 days a week and bench pressed 250lb 120kg
NOW 4 POST COVID I can walk up a mild incline on a good day. And I can do 10 press ups.

  • Hey Doctor Rambo! I tested positive had a horrible experience. Then 18 days after my first symptoms tested negative. I am somewhat still symptomatic. Cough, shortness of breath and pinching pain all around my chest.

  • A word of wisdom about physical exertion (i.e., aerobic excercise) when feeling better, it is extremely important avoid it altogether as it will only trigger a relapse that can take a long time to recover. For CFS, I call it the “crash and burn” event. The endurance level will become evident and staying in the limits is extremely important in long term recovery. Walking is alright but only to a certain point.r

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) patients were told in the 1980’s and 1990’s you will get better (which is true) but they were not told you will never be the same as what you were before. I led two support groups for a few years and I am deeply concerned about the chronic symptoms these Long Haulers are experiencing. I do hope that the symptoms will dissipate leading to a full recovery.

  • My fatigue hasn’t been anywhere near yours, I never had severe symptoms of COVID-19, and am probably still infected. I’ve found increasing my dose of creatine monohydrate has helped with my fatigue very much. I don’t know if it would be a good idea for those who are having a very strong immune response as it could magnify it, but it should be safe for those who have already cleared the infection.

  • Thanks, its informative talk however after listening this video and several other videos on post viral effects, I have three questions: 1): Can post viral symptoms be attack of newly entered covid virus in body coz after recovery one may start socializing carelessly keeping in view antibodies will save them 2):How to differentiate between post viral symptoms or newly entered virus symptoms after recovery 3): Keeping in view my concern in first question, should one go to isolation again even after several weeks of recovery by assuming its newly entered virus after recovery?

  • Microwave sickness! I’ve had it too! It’s a textbook example of this very life-changing cronic fatigue syndrome. Microwaves can do such nasty things. Wake up!!!

  • Thank you, very much what I’d concluded about me. The energy budget idea is an excellent one by the way, will look at life from that perspective. Yes, I’m functioning at about 30% as compared with before. I believe I had it in late Feb/March and it’s now July. Still struggling but your videos have been very helpful, thank you.

  • I just got diagnosed two weeks ago. I’m 70. My fatigue is just terrible. Not sleeping very well at night because I’m running to the bathroom 4 or 5 times a night. I’m not depressed but this fatigue is taking too much out of me. It’s like 50 lb weights on my legs and then dragging myself through mud!!!!!!

  • Thankyou for bringing up PEM, which is very hard for most people to understand. I am sad to hear the unhappy situation of long term Covid19 sufferers, but as a ME-patient with no support from danish healthcare system for 35 years, I hope we can join in a common call for better conditions.

  • Can I ask a question please. I’m coming in to week 13 on Monday. I’m doing more now without crashing. Going to shop, more around the house. I don’t exercise & I only go for mins walks. However I find I wake up tired. I don’t get muscle aches they do still twitch though. No cognitive issues. Do find the tv & phone drains me.can I start adding more walks now

  • ANYONE ELSE finding a total inability to deal with the summer heat when normally you have LOVED it.

I literally emigrated to a country with hot summers from the UK cos I LOVE the sun and the heat. This year has been HELL coping with the heat and I dont want to be in the sun at all.

  • Thank you for making these video’s! I’m in week 16, and just found your channel. This is the best explanation I’ve seen so far. Next to fatique, my lung functionality has decreased with 20% and something is going on with my stomach which I’m having checked. Crashed after trying to ‘act better’ for weeks on end (walking outside for 20 minutes and doing the normal tasks in the house). Now I’m almost bed bound. But I still believe myself and other longhaulers will heal. Please keep making these videos, they are so interesting and motivating! Also, your voice is very calming

  • I’m 66 and I have had symptoms for 2 months now. Malaise, sweats, fever, loss of appetite. Foggy, and not wanting to leave the house for fear I’ll get the disease. I shop once every fortnight.

  • I’ve found the GPs have been really unhelpful so after doing my own research the below has really helped with my recovery. Thought I’d share in case it can help anyone else too:
    * Mindful Movement youtube videos really helped calm my nervous system back down
    * Magnesium and turmeric supplement
    * CBD Oil from Organically You in Leeds
    * Mind Body Reflexology for a more hands on calming method for the vagus nerve and nervous system

Happy to help if anyone has any further questions. Good luck with a speedy recovery

  • You can not expect exercise to cure everything. That was found out with post Polio fatigue, hardly anyone got any real long time benefit. In fact it often made them worse.
Exercise seems to be the modern day answer to the old medical cure of a bottle of snake oil.

  • I don’t know if someone has posted this already, but you’ve described the “Spoonie” system used by a number of autoimmune illness patients. I did feel sadly validated when you said even if talking to someone, you just must go lie down. I have Myasthenia gravis and trying to decide which symptoms are which (important if I think I need more MG meds!) it’s an extremely difficult decision, especially as my tolerance to summer heat wasn’t good to start with. Watching this, I’ve actually started to wonder if my intolerance to any activity is Covid related rather than MG. Thank you for these videos, I also do phone triage so some validation for my patients’ distress is equally wonderful!

  • I have something to contribute that may help some. I feel for all of you going through this. As I listen to your symptoms, I feel like you are heading down a severe autoimmune path. As a fit 23 year old college student working on my MA in 1996, I suddenly started not feeling well with symptoms very similar to what you describe, only without the initial illness (to my knowledge, hadn’t been sick and certainly not covid). I started getting extremely tired to the point that I couldn’t do anything. I went to the doctor’s and was tested for Lyme and Mononucleosis multiple times. They were always negative. I was slightly anemic. I took iron as prescribed, but it did not help. After a couple of months, I had to take a leave from my job and take an incomplete in one of my classes. I was sleeping about 20-22 hours per day. I lived alone, so I would wake up not knowing what day it was, when I last ate, or when I last went to the bathroom. Friends close to me thought I was going to die. Just sitting up was a challenge a lot of the time. Around 3-4 months in, I started having pain in my feet and hands. I went to a rheumatologist who thought I had lupus or possibly rheumatoid arthritis. Tests were still showing negative, but the lupus test was going up and becoming borderline. The doctor prepped me that the next time they ran the test, I might be diagnosed with lupus. Lo and behold, the lupus numbers dropped, my RA numbers skyrocketed, and I was diagnosed with RA about 8-9 months after my initial symptoms of fatigue. I feel fortunate to not have lupus, but also wondered if I had done something that changed the progression we had been seeing.
    Things I found helpful:
Sleep is a double edged sword. The more I got, the more I needed. Making the decision to fight sleeping during the day and only sleep from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM with no naps greatly helped me get my exhaustion reigned in. It was still hard, but it was better and I was mostly functional.
If anybody is taking ibuprofen for pain, it is a definite cause of ringing in the ears. If you are fighting inflammation, it is also a double edged sword with short term pain relief, long term addiction (if you stop it, pain is ruthless). When I need to get off a prolonged time of taking ibuprofen, I need to allot 8-10 days of misery (fatigue and joint swelling) to make it. Then I’m usually functional again.
Daily sun is energizing. It doesn’t have to be a lot.
Exercise is tricky. For well over a decade, I was unable to exercise. I finally found a physical therapist to help me. When I did exercise, I generally felt good or even great while doing it. It was the next day or sometimes even 2-3 days later that I would be bed-ridden for up to 3 days. Even the PT had a hard time getting me started without setting off a flare up and exhaustion. Here is what I had to do. Find my starting point. If what the PT had me do set me off, then next time we cut it in half, and in half again, and in half again and again until it was EMBARRASSING. When you have what you can do without setting off your body, you do it frequently (5 days a week or so), then add on very slowly. For me, it was important that I not do impact exercise. The highest impact I did was walking. Stationary bike and Pilates Reformer wound up being my best things. I’m not sure if that was just because of joint issues or if it would be the same just from a fatigue standpoint. There is a definite “use it or lose it” component, and RA (and I assume other autoimmune conditions) have something called cachexia (muscle wasting). It is hard to get back what you lose.
If I could go back and try some things in the hopes of having a different outcome, maybe never developing the joint issues, which were not my initial problem, I would look heavily into anti-inflammatory diets, such as Paleo. If you are a vegan or vegetarian, I highly highly highly recommend changing your diet. It made an enormous difference, and I have had periods of remission for the first time 16 years after being diagnosed by following AIP Paleo. I would also start doing an inventory of my lifestyle. I was working a lot of hours starting at 4:00 AM and going to school full time. My sleep was poor, my eating was not balanced (not nearly enough fat or protein and far too much grain).
I hope somebody finds this helpful. If you have interest in what it was like trying Paleo, I blogged my journey starting in January, 2012. You can find it at momswithra.org.
Best of luck to all of you. I hope to avoid getting Covid, but your journey sounds so similar to mine that I wonder if some new discoveries will be made in autoimmunity.

  • Countless people have suffered some for decades with post-viral fatigue syndromes, though also with pain, particularly arthralgias (joint pain). If anything positive comes of this, it may be that patients suffering (mostly in silence) with “Chronic Fatigue Syndrome,” may finally feel some validation. Too bad it took a new virus for the scientific community to focus on this “not-new” issue, which has destroyed the quality of many lives.

  • I had severe case of Covid 19 and pneumonia 2 months ago and I am still suffering from fatigue. I am 53 years old and have had good health all my life.

  • I have had a sore throat since the beginning. Its severity comes and goes. But never really goes. Foggy brain is the same. Does that mean I still have it? It’s been 3 weeks. Wondering how long any of you have had the sore throat? I appreciate your videos.

  • Thank you! I must say you are way ahead of my now abilety of full understanding but I beleive knowing enough to deduce the pretention of knowledge, when it come to everything around the subjet, is noting more then deciept if not plain fraude.Nice to hear from a impartial Scientific!

  • @RUN-DMC Could the treatment used for the virus have a hand in triggering the chronic fatigue syndrome? I know that in patients with Hepatitis the interferon (antiviral treatment) causes persistent fatigue:

  • It finally took a DOCTOR sickened by COVID19 and suffering post-viral syndrome to articulate what I’ve been experiencing: an unimaginable fatigue, but not of a physical nature. Extreme shortness of breath, joint pain and encyphilitis lethargica no longer feeling the feeling of life. COVID19 may not kill you but it sure can leave you wishing it had.

  • In my case if i don’t move around it gets worse. Maybe intensive workouts make it worse.. but i have not tried that yet. NAC supplement seems to help with severe fatigue i noticed

  • Lovely Video! Excuse me for butting in, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you ever tried Dinanlinson Rebooting Health Approach (do a google search)? It is a great one of a kind guide for getting rid of chronic fatigue syndrome without the headache. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my best friend Jordan got astronomical results with it.

  • now the cause of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is found: radiation of microwaveoven.
To stop you have to eliminate the oven out of the house.
The plug out of electricity net because the oven has also radiation when it is not in use.And out of the house because the oven has a high voltage capacitor.
The distance between an oven and a person is very important. After a 2 weeks without microwaves health becomes better.

  • I am having difficulty finding out who you are. I am in US, so maybe you are easily recognizable in the U.K. I find your videos very helpful and would like to know who I am watching. Thank you.

  • Yea, I was pretty wiped out for a while after the flu a couple of years ago….drink orange juice and get sleep. Best thing is don’t worry about it and try not to listen to the media too much. That is the biggest cause of chronic fatigue syndrome.

  • This is just superb, been searching for “new treatments for chronic fatigue syndrome” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of Diyadelyn Ziyily Idea (search on google )?

It is a smashing one off guide for getting rid of chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS Also known as myalgic encephalomyelitis or ME) without the hard work. Ive heard some super things about it and my colleague got cool success with it.

  • Thanks this video has confirmed the symptoms of PEM/CFS I have been suffering over the 7 past years. It was brough on by poor dentistry which lead to a 2 year infection. I work for 3 days then sleep for 3 days.

  • I was confirmed covid positive on 8th April and suffered symptoms which included, diahorrea, fatigue, headache, malaise, lethargy, arthritic joint pain, headache, cough, breathlessness, loss of apetite, smell and taste. Although most of the symptoms have resolved, I still have chronic fatigue a lethargy and neurological pain. My sense of taste and smell isn’t totally back yet. I’m a nurse and after being off sick with symptoms for nearly 8 weeks returned to work and was shocked by the breathlessness, pain and fatigue I experienced. Thank for this explanation as it confirms firstly that I’m not alone and secondly that I’m suffering from Chronic fatigue.

  • I’ve been a bit confused by this, I had a positive test for covid at the end of March, it took me at least six weeks to fully recover, probably more like at least two months. I was never seriously unwell or exhaused as many have been, but had an increasing list of exciting new symptoms every three or four days, then a relapse in week 5. But ever since I’ve actually felt more well than I have in years. I’m used to illnesses lasting a long time and have had pain problems for years, possibly fibromyalgia. I still get pain, but I feel generally well and even fairly energetic at times. This seems to go against what everyone else has experienced.

  • Went back to work recently doing two hour shift for some money. I use to do twelve hour shifts without a break in a kitchen and not be remotely close to how tired i am after just two. I go to work for two hours then end up in bed all day! People really don’t know what i mean when i say i’m tired, i get so tired it takes effort just to respond to people.

  • I Feel Like the Israelites Wandering in the Desert for 40 Years Living Off Stale Bread……..Fucking Sucks. I Have to Break My Workouts into Shorter Periods to Keep them Up.

  • My biggest issue is the cognitive impairment resulting from fatigue. It’s truly debilitating.

But one thing is for sure. I cant be arsed listening to specialists discuss symptoms. I want to gear solutions.

  • Lassitude exactly expresses my fatigue. I’m always needing a nap. I am not depressed, though have been in the past, and had CFIDS in the ‘90s. This is different.

  • My experience is it isnt fatigue. It’s a complete shutdown of my system in order to preserve brain function.

I have to down “tools” and allow my body to “reset”.

I can turn to glucose when I feel an attack coming on.

  • Great work, but I think it is a bit misleading to discount graded exercise and cognitive behavioral therapy based off of one flawed study or one patient experience. Exercise is beneficial for people with CFS on several fronts as avoidance of exercise may exacerbate symptoms and it can be helpful with improving abnormal breathing patterns and bad postures. But please, read for yourself.

  • “Patient complains of being tired.” Dr. Benjamin Segal what an asshole. Why not “Patient reports being tired.” MS patients, they’re all just a bunch of complainers, to him. And hey, put down that coffee cup, the brilliant contribution of Dr. Aliza Ben-Zacharia. HARD TO BELIEVE YOU WENT TO MEDICAL SCHOOL FOR THIS CRAP!

  • Nice video but doctors, normally, don’t prescribed drugs for fatigue. I was told that there is no specific drug that cures MS fatigue. I was recommended life style changes like pace yourself. I think this is why my doctor didn’t say anything about fatigue in the beginning. I found out about fatigue, as I was going thorough it.

  • I sleep over 8 hours wake up to exercise then I get so tired I need to sleep. I eat then get tired I sleep. I read and then need to sleep. I drive and get so sleepy as if my muscles all pull me down to a drag and need to sleep. I take vitamins and meditate to wake my mind but my eyes get tired and my vision blurs as my muscles grow weary to relax and just wants to sleep.

  • Aliza Ben-Zacharia made lots of great points I’ve heard before. The damaged nerves work harder causing mental and or physical fatigue. Our bodies burn out.

  • This guy is saying fatigue is in your head, nothing to do with MS, I have MG I also get fatigued it’s deffo part of the illness same with MS.

  • FATIGUE MAY BE THE REASON, THAT NOT VITAMIN B12 IS NOT ABSORVED BY THE INTRIINSIC FACTOR, ONE OF THE CAUSE OF THE DESTRUCCRION OF THE MYELIN SHEALTH OF THE VERVES

  • interesting points,if anyone else trying to find out multiple sclerosis treatment and prognosis try Loctavan Simple Sclerosis Strategy (do a google search )? Ive heard some great things about it and my colleague got cool results with it.

  • Rest-Sleep & more rest & sleep… The fatigue is hard to deal with, but if you pace your daily life & keep yourself fit and eat heathly you can learn to balance your fatigue… 6 year on for me with MS & I have learnt to balance, but thats not to say that some days aren’t harder than others… Very good upload & very helpful:)

  • As an African, I can’t thank u enough for this enduring life-changing lecture. All African governments should make it mandatory for citizens to study malaria…knowledge is power!
