Don’t worry about the things you can’t control. But there are a few things that you control, and that will help you live a happy life. Here Are 26 Things You Can Control. Your Beliefs. Your attitude.

Your thoughts. Your perspective. How honest you are. Who your friends are. What books you read.

There’s no sense in worrying about the things we can’t control, because, well, we have no control over them. Instead of stressing about the things out of your control, take power of your life and consider all the things you can control. 1. Your beliefs. 2. Your attitude.

3. Your thoughts. 4. Your perspective. 5. How honest you are. 6. Who your.

Right now, you can control: 1. How many times you smile today. 2. How much effort you exert at work, or, if you’re not working, how you think about your time off. 3. Your level of honesty. 4. How well you prepare, mentally or physically. 5. How you act on your feelings.

6. How often you say “thank. “Incredible change happens in your life when you decide to take control of what you do have power over instead of craving control over what you don’t.” —Steve Maraboli Knowing the difference between the things we can control and the things we can’t is a topic that comes up frequently, both in my own self-reflection and in conversations with. “Focus on what you can control, and don’t waste energy on the things that you cannot.” Unknown “Don’t let your happiness be controlled by something you cannot control.” Unknown “I can find only three kinds of business in the universe: mine, yours and God’s. Much of.

Trying to control things outside of their control can leave them feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and unable to focus on their academic coursework. I wanted to share with you a quick little activity to use with students who need a visual reminder to conceptualize the things they can and cannot control. If searches are taking too long in Windows, you can narrow things down a bit thanks to the May 2020 Update.

Under Settings > Search > Searching Windows set. If you can’t eliminate all of your stressors, you can at least cope with them in a healthier way. Try to: Change your expectations.

For example, plan your day and focus on your priorities. Avoid trying to do too much and learn to say no. Understand there are some things you can’t change or control, but you can focus on how you react to them.

Control what you can control, focus on your life, and work as hard as you can to achieve the things that you want in life. That is how you will truly turn all of your dreams into your reality. I wanted to share this with you simply because I wish somebody would have shared it with me while I was in the midst of my struggles. It’s funny, when you focus on these variables, things start to fall in place. You build momentum.

You feel better, more confident. Focus on what you can control.

  • Badly needed something to keep me striving hard, been worrying these past few days, pre occupied and clouded mind. Thank you for this, salute! ❤️

  • To the amazing person reading this: You are awesome. Say it with me; “I am awesome, I am loved.” YOU ARE!!!!! Say it, “I can do anything.” I believe in you. Do I know you? no. BUT I BELIEVE IN YOU!!! Now you please believe in yourself. If I can, then you can. You think that person is so perfect, well guess what? That perfect person is hiding inside of you, let them out. Find your true self and live your own life. You are so worth it and life is so not worth hating yourself. I can’t stress enough that you can do anything. Have an awesome day or night! I believe in you. Go look at yourself in a mirror and admire all the great things about yourself. Smile for no reason. Laugh cause you can. Work hard and live life.

  • #11 is probably one of my favorites, also #22. To be kind to yourself and to have a positive image of your life is a healty thing to do in order to grow better and happier, especially if you are to face hard times, keep your head up and be thankful to have a chance to improve yourself.

  • As someone who doesn’t believe in free will, I have an argument against all of these things but before I spill, I would love to see a video going into more detail on how we actually control these things.

  • I love that the camera isn’t stable, gives a down to earth tone to an otherwise elite working reality! makes his message more approachable and relatable.

  • Creative idea, brother. Maybe expand on recognizing a difficult situation as a challenge, yet not nullify it’s hardship at the same time. I find this is something that easily happens when the notion of the stoic thinker comes to mind in the face of difficulty. It seems there’s a fine balance to be struck, a nuance between living out a scenario, and trying to shelter yourself from all events in that scenario. How does one keep their back straight, yet does not behave like a robot?

  • I’ll do a list of those things relevant to me and pin it to my wall and remind myself.
What I really gonna put my focus on is on those things you can control by means of taking action.
If I really, really struggle with things I don’t want to stick in my head any longer and “doing” often is the best way to get out of “that bish”.:)

Keep going like that! You’re an inspiration.

  • Correct me if I’m wrong but the way I’d do the hissing kind of effect is to have its own camera that doesn’t refresh and it’s depth at maximum. Then you do a fade to transparent depending on the camera movement. Under that second camera framework you can do the water simulation stuff
