  • Jesse is what I want to be when I grew up or a drug dealing cop like csis agent Bain Coote who lives at 1032 Dovercourt Rd Toronto On Canaad.

  • My pet peeve is the skinny guys (who need to just pursue running} who use extremely light weight on the machines and do the exercises in strange contorted positions and never go anywhere close to failure.

  • I see folks mentioning shadow boxing. I sometimes shadowbox & sometimes simulate grappling drills in the gym on the mats mainly because it helps me with mobility & somehow gets my mind right in a “functional fitness” kinda way. Because of work, COVID & family, I don’t have the bandwidth or risk tolerance to do intimate combat sports anymore. I make sure I do it away from everyone. YesI do have an MMA background. As far as cringe factorI wish everyone would worry about there own shit before passing judgement in a snapshot of what you deem cool. If something DOESN’T affect you directly or not hurting someoneMIND YOUR BUSINESS. The bulk of judgmental onlookers have the worst self esteem, although they aren’t even elite at anything. If they were, they wouldn’t have time to worry about the next guy. Here’s a tip from an older, wiser, post-6 surgeries, former please everyone dude: train smart, eat balanced, follow your own path, treat people with respect & if the behaviors listed affects your routine in some way, clearly communicate that to the individual or gym staff. The guys who interrupt your work out, demonstrate poor social etiquette or consideration, are just reflective of the ever present portion of society who are especially self-centered. Don’t be those people.

  • I’ve got to admit that a seemingly nonsensical goal can help. Four years ago I wanted to be able to do five pull-ups. By the time I got to five pull-ups I had lost twenty pounds and significantly dropped my blood pressure. Kind of reminded me of the muscle up guy I did want to be able to push and pull my own weight:)

  • Please give us some fitness advice since you’re in such great shape yourself. Instead of bad-mouthing fitness influencers who actually work their asses of why don’t you give your audience real fitness advice.. Since you look the part.

  • Alright I’ll be the one to say it AYUP ahem all my pe teachers were either bitches (not insulting females) they were just buttnuggets or they were old ass men who were creepos

  • Its so crazy how this idiot puts videos of people actually trying to lift and just failing to idiots that have no idea what they doing. What this tell me is this dude no NOTHING about lifting just knows that a bunch of uniformed sheep will follow this page simply to feel good about the fact that THEY dont know how to lift hmm

  • Ole boy attempting that PR at 1:17 Has the Full CAT BACK exhaust with muffler delete as he puts the weights down after a half rep LOL

  • Half of these things made me want to get my home gym set up. Now I just have to be all of those by myself to myself. Great vid as always

  • You guys ever see the guy who uses the wall mounted hand dryer to hot air fluff his package? Usually involves some bending and rotation and hand technique. Always does it when you are washing your hands and need a dryer!

  • I am definitely the endless endurance guy lmao I sometimes stay on that things at a steady jog pace for close to 2 hours when im conditioning for a marathon

  • Another one: There’s this guy in my local gym where he piles up all the weights on to the leg press machine and even ask a girl(gym staff) to sit on top of the machine(to add more weight). But when he perform the exercise, not even a quarter ROM (nevermind if not full ROM) and not even 10reps!! and no he is not a fitness/bodybuilder guy. Just a regular dude..

  • So question then. I’ve never heard anyone in the fitness community talk about eating for the next day (apart from my mum allowing me to have pasta the night before sports events to give me energy the next morning)

That said. I do notice that if I don’t eat much one day I’m going to be tired or have mental “fog”.

So why does that happen? Something to do with blood glucose levels? Something else?

  • This is precisely why I’d rather work in the comfort and privacy of my own home. Don’t want to pay a monthly fee just to go to some place where people take up space or hog equipment or just stare and being irritating.

  • The thumbnail had me thinkin… fitness is gonna fail somehow? What are my other options? Can I still play sports?…oh no.

  • I am the log book guy. I live to write in the completed sets/reps and compare to last week! I make sure it doesn’t make me stay on a machine/bench too long though. What I write is only during my usual rest time. To each their own!

  • one time i was in P.E.and it was raining so me and my freinds did laps to the cafetirea but walking and one of my friends made his jacket an umbrella for me and himself. i really liked that time

  • I’m about to go to the gym for the first time since January and laughed my ass off (don’t worry I’ve been working out 3-6 times a week at home, don’t kill me Jeff)

  • Most stupidest haircut:we played a game called bodies-
Everyone else’s mind:no no no no dont say it
Most stupidest haircut guy:*says the truth*

  • Hey James, I have a question for you. I recently watched a YouTube fitness video and they were doing a HIIT type of workout and the guy said “this type of training increases the amount of capillaries”. Do you mind explaining this phenomenon?

  • After some days
:”……Inhaling oxygen is killing your gains’

BTW LOVE YOUR VIDEOS, THEY INSPIRED ME TOO START WORKING OUT.
Thank you for making me fit

  • The guy that picks up the 20 lb dumbbells, takes a half-step back, and does lifts with his balls hanging over the dumbbell rack that everyone else is trying to access, and his ass in the face of some poor guy on a bench behind him who was tryna watch his form in the mirror…

  • You have to wonder what these ego nut jobs were thinking there not taking this training seriously.when i was younger i trained 4 days a week on 2hr sessions straight no breaks & rapid reps to ea.weight area.never played around.at my best dead lifted 550 ibs leg pressed 1,200 ibs etc & no stupid steroids they kill ur body.after i stopped weight training trained to run 4 marathons you have to be disciplined if you want to be the best at it.

  • Jesse been training for who nows how many years with jefff as it supposed to mean thatsss a rare thing but judging by jesse body pretty much i feel jeff aint good at what he do and he is on roids, jesse look like he been training for 3 months max

  • Do you don’t doubt me I’m just block and I mean I’m black and the picture of my user name that’s my mom I will subscribe I think I’m gonna check after riding buddy

  • Any fitness and health youtube channels you can actually recommend? I want to fix my self and I don’t know whose advice to follow.

  • The transporter made me laugh so hard. I did a training day with Police and we were the public. The supervisor officers ask us to empty our pockets,… well that’s the SWAT TEAM LOL. Guns, knives, brass knuckles, chains, throwing stars, battle ropes, XD

  • Haha reminds me of a few people at my local gym.. My gf pointed out one guy that was following me around and doing my exact routine behind me while watching me do my next lift

  • Interesting Fact:

11 Years ago, the first comment on Jeff’s First ever video was from Jesse.

“Jeff, great video! This exercise not only helped my brother for pitching, but it’s helped me for getting ready for lacrosse. Great exercise that works for more than just baseball.”
    -Jesse Laico

    Now ain’t that interesting?

  • I work out at home and never realized the type of dudes that hit the gym. I rather stay home, be in my private location with no one to distract me and be able to keep going without having to wait for ppl to finish with an equipment. Best of all no naked old dude and I can walk around naked with no care in the world. Lol

  • One time I hit my gym teacher in the nuts with a dodge ball so next game he waited until I wasn’t looking and blindsided me in the ear. I was pissed my ear hurt and was all hot and stuff. It’s cool though I called him re. tarded later that year and got him all upset.

  • Wow, man, I haven’t been a fan of YouTube videos until I saw your channel last week. I think I will lose like 20kg in one week because I don’t have time to eat, I’m watching your videos instead!

  • bite apple…nom nom nom “That’s one rep!” nibble apple…nom nom nom “That’s two reps…”

his nutrition schedule is ON POINTBRUH!

He’ll be smashing them gains in no time.

  • I hope I don’t have to do dance to graduate in high school. I would rather do sports. Much easier.

I know dance is a sport I mean like…Physical or more competitive sports. Ya get what I mean….I hope.

  • That’s why I go to the gym early morning. Hell, I wait outside till the trainer opens it. A cream time where decent folks come around to sweat and shred. Although, there is dude that always locks incline, decline and flat bench on chest days fuck that dude.

  • First time in a public gym, I had a close encounter with the muscle-matician. It was fascinating to see it in it’s natural habitat.

  • It’s full of vain people and douchhebags that just want likes and to look cool. Instead of just wanting to exercise and be healthy.

  • Hands down to funny lol and real GOOD at bringing out the tools and gender does not matter!!! Sharp or dull Big or small!!! any TOOL indeed!!!!!!!!! Is welcome!!!! Fake weight also

  • Hahaha…The cologne thing is way too real! Ugh…But, actually, full-flush niacin before a workout really ups my cooling rate! Never sweat, but feel like a RADIATOR…hehehe

  • i appreciate the people who understand the concept of sharing a machine (alternating sets), but i don’t appreciate the people who spend 3 or so minutes off of a machine and tell me “yo i’m using that/i still have one more set” when i go to use it thinking they’re through or not seeing anyone or anyone’s drink around it. like bruh you keep chilling and lemme hit a set real quick,

  • The guy snorting coke of the hookers ass right before he does a massive deadlift. Can’t go to any gym in my area without seeing that.

  • Some roasting on the ladies, also! Those two friends who chat non stop while walking on the treadmill(or doing other very low impact for of conditioning) obviously men do it two, but I’ve seen more women/girls do it

  • Ummm…….. Listen, you’re an incredible athletic coach and trainer, and I appreciate the effort, but…., maybe leave the gym culture comedy to Dom Mazzetti, yeah…..?

  • It has been I don’t know how many years of this happening and still I can not understand why women with big asses think they are hot or sexy. An ass round should not be bigger than the chest round.

  • What are people trying to prove. Some have personal goals but most want attention. Life is too short. No ones cares. Theres always someone stronger than you. People think they’re the center of the universe but they are the center of themselves. Hopefully they realize one day

  • At age 40, I simply deadlift the bar plus 50 pounds over and over again until it’s annoying… It’s all about preparing the dad bod for infants.

  • Why do you think the dude with the log press is an idiot? Shot happens man.

Some of the deadlift dudes are real dudes learning to lift. They passed out haha. Not funny bro.

  • I think that the girls with big asses and big pussys are the most good think there they are porno like….. they get fucked everyday

  • OMG, I am laughing so hard, I am crying lol!!! Thank you for your channel, and thank you for the Science to debunk these charlatans!!!

  • I do write down in my phone the date, exercises, and weights I lifted. However I don’t go for the temperature, barometric pressure, or anything else.

I like to keep track of what I did and how I’m progressing, and there’s no way my trash memory could remember all that.

  • Pizzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzi

  • I totally agree, 99% are fake nattys and this is not a problem but it’s become when they sell or teach people 5, 7 ways to…., if everyone will be honest and tell what really works will “evolve “

  • One of the best fitness channels hilariously ripping social media fitness tools AND a Pompey fan. Up to the top of my YouTube subscription ladder you go sir.

  • You know what, I kinda liked Rich Piana. He was a bit of an Uncle Bro but I don’t feel he pushed anything other than eat and train hard. He had his own supplement line but I’m sure he even said you don’t need this shit. Only dummies buy that crap. After 20 years of training I’ve learnt its easier just to eat real food, take maybe a whey powder and sleep as much as you can. Don’t get caught up in all these fitness fads and diets. Not everyone’s the same but for most people this is better for mental and physical health.

  • Since a healthy body is necessary for a healthy mind, physical education as a discipline is more intimately concerned with human development than educational disciplines. • I feel lucky, the only gym sin I see from time to time at the gym I go to is just people not putting their weights and dumbells back on the racks
