THERE LITERALLY WAS A BLIZZARD WARNING FOR THE NEXT DAY, AND THERE CARS WERE IN THE DRUVEWAY.

  • When it snows, I like to run in my racing spikes with 1/2 inch spikes screwed in. Have you tried this? It works surprisingly well. Definitely made snow my favorite conditions to run in.

  • My first time doing this workout i could barely get through round one. Now I’m incorporating it in between my weight lifting! Tough and effective stuff. ����

  • Some of these exercises require full extended joints (the wheel one) this will NOT be good for joint health or for strength. Strength comes from flexed joints, not straight ones. Wheel to 3/4 position (where the hands would be for double pole) woul dbe better.
