  • I can tell you guys your older workouts are brutal! I could not finish the no of reps along with Kelly! Was lagging in most of them! And i hav been working out for ages with you!! This kicked my butt and how! Puddle of sweat and jelly that’s me! But thank you guys this motivates me to keep getting better..

  • And what do you do if you have a busted knee that can’t handle all this jumping around. And by the way if you are in your 20s and doing these all the time along with running, you will have busted knees by the time you are 35. Been there, done that.

  • I used to do about every exercise guru on youtube and out of them all you guys are the best. I love your workouts! They make me feel great and your website is very informational and convenient keep up the great job!

  • there are some definite sleepers in this video. I’m in reasonably good shape but this kicked my ass for some reason. I loved it!:D

  • I’m overweight (child) and I’ve just done this and I’m sweating like mad I’m going to do more exercise and eat healthy so my future is better <3

  • Hi, have you heard about Nifty Fat Blaster? (Google it) You will discover the crimes we commit against our bodies. With Nifty Fat Blaster, you will discover how to lose fat fast.

  • I did this routine with as much seconds I needed to rest to get my heart rate down.
For some it will be 10 seconds, but for me it was too short. You can easily measure your heart rate by putting your fingers on your the inner side of your wrist and then put the timer to 6 seconds…
Multiply the number you get with 10 and you will have your heart rate.
Those rests are there to get your heart rate down so take it easy.
It doesn’t matter how long it takes, as long as you get it all done! Have a nice day ^^

  • Oh my god. I just started your workouts and having some trouble. I think I hate HIIT. I brought down the reps on each of these to 10, but even so by the 2nd round I actually started crying. This is so frustrating. I don’t find this fun, I hurt horribly the next day, and they’re brutal. What do you all do to make this more rewarding? I love running and yoga and would love to incorporate these workouts because they’re so obviously good for you…but I wonder if there’s a way to enjoy them a bit more.

  • Butt kicker hopsis nothing to play with. My 3rd round was kinda gibberish but as long as you moving right? They need to incorporate some of the movements in this workout into their newer ones. Workout Complete. 10.10.2016 5.01am.

  • Been working out with you guys for 9 months, don’t tend to do the older workouts…what the heck was this?! this was harder than HIIT! good grief, I’m dying!

  • Now I’ve got my breath back… That was tough. I feel a bit disappointed as I could only manage 2 rounds, then again, it was probably one of your hardest workouts. Before I try this one next time I’m going to have to write my will out first… just in case. Workout over.

  • Is there a way to modify for me? I have Lupus and severe OA in both knees.. I feel really lost as when ur knees don’t work you can’t do most exercises! Can someone help w ideas ? I really need and want to do Hiit. Thx and this looks amazing.

  • LOVE  LOVE  your CHANNEL all the workouts AMZING!!! I have no complaints keep them coming so I can keep having my (SWEATFEST)parties of #1 Forever your Loyal Fan

  • Rocket Squats to the butt kicker hops are killer, but that’s what I love about them. They know how far to push the workout, but only if we are willing to push a little harder than normal are we successful.

  • I just have to say I LOVE Fitness Blender the workouts are awesome and there are so many to choose from I rarely have to do the same one twice. I am so glad to have found this site and I tell everyone about it!

  • This is week 4 of me doing the fitness blender workouts!! First week I just chose by random videos to do, week 2 I did the 5 day workout challenge for busy people the 20-30 min vids, then week 3 I did the next 5 day workout challenge the 40-50 min vid and now today is day 1 of week 4 and this one was by far the hardest!! I’m eating super clean and although I’ve only lost 3 pounds that doesn’t matter at all (I’m 4 foot 10 and now 151lbs) I feel so much stronger. More motivated everyday to get up and press play on that video. Thank you fitness blender!!!!

With all that said though I would much rather keep repeating your workout challenge videos. I prefer seeing and hearing both of you during the routines, the motivation you give to each other and your viewers is what makes me want to join in. So please make more workout challenges. I love the warm ups and cool down and stretches included in each vid. Thanks again

  • yay I just completed the whole workout, so proud!
It was hard but I told myself as I was getting tired that if I stopped I would lose lol and I could finish it:)

  • Great workout!! It’s challenging in your already fit but not overwhelming. I feel good after doing it once and will be doing it again.

  • I have done a lot of FB workouts, but this was the hardest. Harder than HIIT, harder than the ones that say “brutal”I am DEAD. what the what??

  • U guys r amazing! I would normally have a hard time being consistent with my workouts, but somehow you guys make it way easier! Thank you! I hope to be just as fit as you guys! THX!! Blessings! keep up the good work!

  • gosh, this was definitely harder that what I was expecting for! when I saw that i needed to repeat all the round 2 more times I thought I was going to die… xP

  • An awesome workout worth trying and continue doing! After browsing through different workout channels I still prefer fitness blender most. thank you Daniel and Kelli!

  • I love your videos, just one question. I’m 13 and about 5’0 and weigh 50 kg, I have a lot of fat around my thighs, legs and waist. I would like to lose at least 10 kg within 3-5 months, could you suggest a diet for me? Currently I’m drinking green tea 3 times a day and cutting down in sugary things. If you could also recommend some of your videos to get a thinner lower body it would be great!:) Thanks

  • how often would you recommend doing this routine during the week? and do you consider one repetition of the entire routine to be a complete workout? I’m still learning like what constitutes as a complete workouts and if I should do more. I know that, of course, doing more would help me but I’m still getting back into working out and would like to ease myself back into it. Thank you for your videos. I’ve been using them for the last week or so and have been loving them!

  • I am a beginner at working out, and although this is a challenging workout, against all odds, I completed it, without any cheating to boot. My guess is that those who couldn’t complete it are lacking motivation.

I am hoping to get rid of tummy fat on an otherwise pretty healthy body. Go me!

  • This has got to be the hardest one I’ve tried here…that! Or my endurance is decreasing. I had to take breaks after every move

  • Hey there, have you heard about Xylphlike Fat Loss? (look it up on google) You will discover the crimes we commit against ourselves. With \”Xylphlike Fat Loss\”, you will discover how to burn off fat quickly.

  • Thank you guys for making these videos. For somebody who doesn’t want to think about what I need to do next, I appreciate you making a workout that is comprehensive and makes my brain work.

  • OMG THIS WORKOUT KILLS ME EVERYTIME, BUT LOVE HOW EACH TIME I GET THAT LITTLE BIT FASTER AND GO FOR A LITTLE BIT LONGER! you guys are great have been doing your youtube workouts for a month now and i’m feeling and looking great!

  • It would be a shame if you did not lose weight when other normal people are able to lose weight so easily with Fat Blast Formula (go google it).It would be a shame if you did not lose weight when other normal people are able to lose weight so easily with Fat Blast Formula (go google it).

  • Never been so happy reaching the end of a video!! This was the hardest video i did from fitness blender. I will surely do it again to reach a point where i won’t have to pause that many times! Thank you @fitnessblender!

  • I’ve been using your videos for 3 weeks and thought this would be easy.. Aaarghh! It only made me realize how out of shape I’m in! Thanks for the reality check.. you guys are awesome!!

  • I can’t thank you guys enough these workouts are not only amazing and creative in their own way but highly effective and they’re changing the way I feel about my body improving my life I want to thank you

  • This program is excellent. I keep telling people that Fitness Blender is like Mac for workouts. Simple, effective and to the point. I had a baby 6 months ago and was looking for something to start getting back in shape. My husband and I do these together and love that we can put them on Apple TV from our phones or iPad. The ebook was so worth the purchase. Even our six year old is participating and asking, which workout number is next. We are five weeks in and enjoying it! Thanks again!!!

  • Of all the FB workouts I’ve tried, this was by far the hardest!! But it was so gratifying because I was soaked with sweat and felt hyped up!

  • oh my gosh this one had me sweating
    love it
    thanks FB

oh by the way i have chucked my scales away,,,,evil little thing! focusing on a better body not a number on a scale and its working

  • Just did this after 1 year of no working out and a lot of weight gain and i only skipped one set yo rest so im very proud#!! I love fitnessblender been using them for over 5 years

  • Day 1: Blood pounding through my ears and head. Sweaty, took about two breaks at the 17:00 min mark and 20:00. Going to try harder tomorrow!

  • This is my first day doing this workout. Although it looks deceptively simple, not so in practice. I did pause a couple of times towards the end but I didn’t give up. Hopefully will be able to do it without pausing in future.

  • I need to exercise every day and these workouts are best. They are not boring and i have heelspurs and i enjoy this one especially. Now started lol

  • I just found this video and I’m so happy that I did! I’m at the beginning of my fitness journey and this was the first workout that I have been able to actually do and feel like I have accomplished something! I’m going to set a goal for myself to do this everyday!

  • I just wanna thank you guys for this video
I started at 71.5 kg and after doing this workout four times a week and cardio for 2 days after
    I’m now 69.0 kg ❤. I lost 2.5 kg in just a week ❤
And with proper diet of course

The first time I did it was so hard but in the third time I was able to finish the workout without pausing it

I will continue to do this
I can’t wait to see the results after 3 weeks
My goal weight is 58 kg and I’m 160 cm ‍♀️

  • I haven’t worked out in months. Almost a year. And I never stuck to it. I’m surprised I finished this without stopping at all. I’m proud of myself! Good luck to everybody!

  • Every circuit by the time those butt kicker hoppers came around I wanted to cry. But then I would survive the next two exercises and think I could do this. Rinse, repeat, till the end. Thanks so much for the clever and intense workout!:D

  • This time last year I had lost 10 kilos by following Fitness Blender’s workouts. I’ve been overweight my entire life and last year was the first time that I was a healthy weight. Alongside that, I had also finally found a form of working out that I was genuinely passionate about. I loved how strong I had become and my self confidence had reached a point where the thoughts of how my body looked, and what others thought of my body, no longer occupied my mind throughout the day. I have a habit of stress eating and I unfortunately gained back all the weight and more when exams started. On top of eating unhealthily, I stopped working out and the weight continued to pile back on kilo after kilo over the summer too. This year I am intent on not only gaining back the strength, the good health, and the confidence that I once had, but also making it stick this time round. Thank you Kelli and Daniel for these amazing videos and for helping me discover what I am capable of:)

  • I’m proud to say today was my first day of doing this workout and I finished it. Anyone out there reading my comment, don’t worry about how much you weigh because being fit is not a number. So measure yourself before starting a diet or workout and remeasure yourself every week or so.
Don’t get me wrong you will see your weight go down but it can be your body water weight.
My weight is 68 kg and 151 cm height and was bullied alot through out my growing ages and now I’m 19 I finally thought of losing the bullies.
Don’t do it for other people because you don’t want to be someone else. You have to be your self. If you do this for someone else maybe you will hate it or regrer it. Always love what you do. You will definitely love the result. This is not abour losing weight or body fat. It’s about being healthy. Not every skinny person is healthy and not every big person is unhealthy. I thought of writting this because I never had someone to tell me these things or help me go through it or even tell me not to eat junk. But now I’m try to help someone who id going through the same to be a friend. I’m also trying to get healthy. Not trying to be skinny for other people.
P.s. NOT EVERY SKINNY PERSON IS BEAUTIFUL. ONE PERSON CANNOT DEFINE BEAUTY. BEAUTY IS LIKE FOOD. DIFFERENT FROM COUNTRY TO COUNTRY. IF ONE PERSON TELLS YOU THAT YOU ARE UGLY AND NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT, THAT’S THAT PERSON’S PROBLEM NOT SEEING BEAUTY.
GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR JOURNEY AND YOU CAN FIND ME ON INSTA: @shaymendis (don’t get me wrong my page is private and not related to health or workingout, just being friendly)
    P.P.S. I AM NOT A INSPIRATIONAL SPEAKER.

  • I just want you to know I love your videos. I’ve been doing them since I was a freshman in highschool! I’m 21 and graduated now! Thanks for sharing

  • This was my first time doing any HIIT workout. I really like your videos, and when I saw this one on your page, I thought I would give it a try. I am so glad I completed this whole workout w/out pausing it. I went at my own pace because [stated earlier] I never done this kind of workout. After that I completed the light cardio & stretching cool down workout, and it was a life saver! Thank you @fitnessblender for demoing this video! I am going to continue to watch these workouts!

  • Hello, I done for the day. I sweated alot. Though I feel some strain only in my calf muscles nd not in other parts. Does that mean only my calf muscle reduces fast or am I doing wrong???

  • Ahhhh I got through 3/4 of it and then blacked out:( I’ll try again later or tomorrow, maybe I’ll manage to get all the way through then! Could you maybe add a silent timer or something to the bottom, so we know how much longer the excercise goes on for? Great video otherwise! Love it!!

  • I used to work out with FB for months before I stopped. My schedule got hectic and I was very stressed out, I completely fell off my normal schedule, felt like I couldn’t make any time for myself anymore. Today is the day I am going to start getting my health back on track. Ever since I stopped working out, I have been tired and running out of breath so easily. I absolutely hate it. It’s like I’m a stranger in my own body at this point. I have to do something about it. Also, my mental health got worse when I stopped working out. Working out helped me a lot with my anxiety issues in the past. I said I get tired physically but now I’m also tired and mad at myself for not making the time for myself. Gonna go to sleep earlier, eat healthy again, wake up earlier and get through my workout(s) every morning. I started wtih this one and trust me, I am so out of shape I cannot even push through the entire first round without making a huge pause. I will keep trying and I will find my happy place once again. I gained a lot of weight but I am not doing this to lose weight. Losing weight will just be a “side effect”. I am doing this to feel better again. One day I will thank myself for this decision.

  • I just got diagnosed with high cholesterol and high blood pressure. I stopped working out about 3 months ago because my elliptical broke, I really despise going to the gym, and it was too cold to run in the winter. This is hard enough that I’m exhausted by the end of the workout without feeling like I’m going to get sick. Hopefully my numbers go down, both on the charts and the scale.

  • Was only able to get through 1 round, but I haven’t done ANY exercise in about 7 years so I suppose anything is good at this point gonna keep working at it!

  • After the second round I thought it was almost done but then I see there was a third round:o But finished the workout and now ready to start the day! (those butt kicker hops though were really butt kickers!)

  • The rest of the workout is very doable, but the half push-up? I literally have noodle arms after doing one set (half-assedly). Weak as F:((((

  • By only using this video and making some diet changes (clean/simple meals) I was able to lose nearly 50lbs three years ago.  Unfortunately, depression and alcohol caused me to backslide to where I was before.  After working with a great ARNP, I have my head on straight again and this video is the first place I went to for a fitness reboot.  Thank you for making fitness videos for us average folk.  They feel more inviting and straight forward than any others that I’ve tried before (I also love the lack of music so that I can add my own soundtrack).

  • i was ready to give up after round 1. but then i saw the comments and decided to go for the second. cant believe i actually did it!

  • I have muscles and over them I have a little body fat…and advice how to make my muscles reveal and not to gain any more of them?

  • Just tried this workout and thought I’d be able to complete it. I could only do the first set before I was tired and my heart was starting to hurt:( I am wayyy out of shape but will be doing at least one set a few times a week to build up strength. Great workout, thanks guys.

  • HELPP… so im doing this and i cant breath that in some excerises i had to a take break a bit longer their ”rest” period but after i finish it all i dont really sweat as their other vid of cardio and that one i barely stop and it wasnt hiit thats why i wanted to try out this workout so i can do more hiit

  • Just finished the workout! I’m on my weightloss journey so I’ll update every day progresses for a month!
Day 1took more breaks( like additional 20 seconds instead of 10 seconds) but dint give up and competed till d end! Heart beating so fast like never before

  • I have thyroid disease so losing weight is a huge battle but I am hoping doing these workouts will help me to lose weight or just maintain until my medication is accurate. Until then, I’ll keep at it. Thank you guys for this!

  • Ive been down with a chest cold and couldnt train how i usually would. This was fantastic forr me to feel like ive done something and put a bit of movement through my body:D

  • My days at the gym been paying off! I did this with a minimal amount of difficulty. I powered through those squats and jumping jacks. Three weeks ago I would have died through this.

  • this workout was quite easy for my except for the criss cross crunches! but man i am sweating.
nothing is better than the proud feeling of finishing a workout!
